Eli doesnāt look like your typical gangster, and thatās exactly his intention. Dark brown hair falls in waves around his face, falling just below his jaw. Itās never messy or unkempt, always just stylishly ruffled at best. His bangs sit perfectly as to fall into his eyes practically on demand, but never fully obscuring those big, dark eyes. Cheekbones and a jaw that could almost cut glass complete the picture perfect image. Eli has a soft face, the type of face you want to trust, and thatās exactly how he likes it.
Heās not particularly muscular or bulky, but he keeps himself slim and in good shape through time in the gym and sparring. For the most part, his skin is entirely unblemished, except for a red scar on his stomach that has never fully faded. He has no piercings and only two tattoos- two arrows on his right arm and a tiny anchor behind his left ear. The anchor is a tattoo that all of his familyās inner circle has gotten as a sign of their loyalty and recognition, but Eliās is more subtle and easier hidden than most. Day to day, Eliās style is nothing remarkable. He can be found in anything from a t-shirt, ripped jeans, and a leather jacket to a button down and chinos, depending on his mood. When on official business or just wants to dress up, heās found in tailored, designer suits, always impeccably dressed.

P E R S O N A L I T Y:
Eli is a chameleon, able to adapt to fit into any situation he wishes with ease. He can make anyone believe heās supposed to be in a certain place, even when he definitely should not be. He can switch from nervous and shy college student to arrogant police officer at the drop of a hat, and can charm almost anyone. Itās probably no surprise that in many ways, heās his fatherās favourite. He fits the role heās been given with ease, because people just seem to trust Eli. And even if they donāt, he can still get secrets out of them or convince them to tell him what they know about the enemy. Heās not the typical Hunt, but he doesnāt need to be.
But it can be difficult to figure out who the real Eli is. If he wants something from you, then heāll become exactly who he needs to be to get that from you. And all that means heās not totally sure who he is any more either. He hates being alone, because he knows thatās when his true self comes out, and yet he still canāt put words to who he is in those circumstances. Itās so much easier to just let yourself be shaped by everyone else. His family means everything to him, and the self he is around them is the self he likes most. Calm, capable, intelligent, witty. But it still feels like an act.
And maybe the thing that makes it feel like an act is the one thing he canāt change to fit what he thinks his family wants. Being gay is the only part of his identity heās sure about, because itās the only thing he canāt change to suit the situation. Sure, he can pretend, but he canāt change how he actually feels. Heās told himself that he will tell his family eventually, but he just feels like heās somehow let them down. His mother talks loudly about how excited she is to see both her sons married, and she was heartbroken when Eliās engagement broke down. She has a picture in her head, and Eli knows that his vision of the future doesnāt fit it. Heās also got a feeling that his father suspects something about Eliās sexuality, but neither of them will bring it up. Itās just easier to coast along and pretend everything is fine.
Q U I R K SXA N DXO D D I T I E S:
Eli wears rings and has a tendency of playing with them when heās nervous or when he wants to give off the appearance of being nervous. He doodles on any piece of paper within reach if he has a pen. His hair is always kept deliberately long enough to hide the anchor tattoo.
F E A R S:
Being outed against his will is perhaps his biggest fear. Heās also terrified of death, which is why he prefers his slightly safer role. Heights make him dizzy and light-headed.
