Fears:
+ Fears the Angelics being overthrown and society descending into complete and utter chaos. Simon sees the Angelics as the only thing standing in the way of the complete disintegration of the world they read about in history books.
+ Heights. Living in the Empire State Building is definitely not all it's cracked up to be. Just keep me away from the windows please.
+ Something happening to my sister. She can take care of herself but as the older sibling I can't help but to feel responsible for her.
Dreams:
+ To one day put an end to the resistance and be able to live freely, able to do as they pleased. Start families, travel, just breathe easy for once.
+ To find someone that gets me. Not someone I have to spend my entire existence explaining who I am to them, someone who accepts me because I'll never change and to think otherwise is foolish.
+ To leave New York for good. One day when this is all over, and it will be, I want to put this all behind me literally.
Personality:
I would call myself a very deliberate and methodical person. I like to think things through and looks at a situation from every possible angle before making a decision and I suppose that may be why I'm second-in-command. I'm dependable, reliable and I make things happen if I have to get a little messy. I believe in order and structure, without it we descend into chaos and madness. Not to say that I'm completely without a sense of humor or joy. I enjoy witty conversation, a good stiff drink and a smoke with an attractive companion. Flirting is something that comes naturally to me and I might be somewhat of a lady killer..mankiller? Equal opportunity killer. I'm usually very direct and to the point, I usually don't have time to mince words or make sure my tone hasn't hurt anyone's feelings. This is no time to be sensitive, there's a war on.
History:
I grew up the oldest child in my fairly wealthy family. My father in the upper echelons of the government doing what, we were never sure and still aren't. There are things you don't even discuss with your family. My mother was beautiful if distant for most of my childhood, perhaps because I was a boy and she couldn't identify with me like she could my younger sister. I don't know if their relationship was any different but maybe it was a bit easier, I can't say.
Though I was given anything I needed I understood that not everyone was as well off as my family was. That there were children just like me going to bed hungry every night. That when they got there was no doctor because there was no money because there were no jobs. My father explained to me our history, why things were the way they were and why the Government was doing what it was doing. They were trying to save us all.
I understand people think it's cruel and horrible to be told what to do, who to marry or where to live yet our world is so much better for it now. Sometimes it's true that one doesn't always know what's best for ones self. The number of starving and ill children has fallen rapidly, there's work and food and medicine. I know it's messy right now but Rome wasn't built in a day and it made sense to me. This wasn't the way we would live forever, this was merely a step in our evolution towards a brand new world. One that I'm proud to be building alongside my sister and some of the finest people I know.
When I was eighteen I finally decided that I'd had enough of sitting on the sidelines watching people fight for the advancement and integrity of our society. I found a place among The Angelics and quickly rose through the ranks, proving myself to be a valuable tactician and strategist. I was my father's son and he'd taught me well. Skills that I put to use every day in our efforts to finally crush the resistance once and for all.
