Description

Matthew Sun

Name: Matthew Sun
Nicknames: Matt, Matt Bear
Physical Description:
Image
He is a 5"8 in height, with big bones and considerable strength, as he was a Hapkido student since the age of seven. He has jet black hair that is neatly combed across his head, and a charming smile that is quite innocent and optimistic at the same time.
Age: 18
Personality: Matt is a kind-hearted and generous to all around him. He is graced with the ability to express himself well verbally and is often a leading presence in a group of people, because of his large bone structure and clear, deep voice. Sometimes he has a sour temper and is best left alone during these moments; however, he quickly gets over it, unless it is something that deeply troubles him. Matt has always been known to be a very deep thinker, weighing all things of the universe in his mind. When he is convicted of something, he is very stubborn, because he considers it "sifted through" and organized in the big brain of his.

Equipment and Abilities(magic, etc.): He can "place blessings" upon the members of the group through the use of spells and incantations in a book he has called the "Wicca Monster Book of Spells." He enjoys teaching others from this book and learning more about his "religion." He also has the ability to levitate small objects when he has meditated long enough (although this exhausts him), and astral project after about 30 minutes of meditation listening to the metronome on his phone.
Religion/Alliance: Wicca
Historical Background:
From the age of seven, Matthew had always been interested in the spiritual realm in the world and the power of magic. This started with a fascination for the book series, Harry Potter, which he eagerly read throughout his school years. However, he never considered the possibility that witchcraft was actually real. This changed when he discovered a website and later, books at the library, that provided spell books for the Wiccan religion, which is based on "harnessing the powers of the subconscious and of Mother Nature". Being unreligious in nature, the fact that people practiced witchcraft did not bother him. Needless to say, he bought his first spell book at the age of fifteen, and has since then created his own personal library of spell books at home. His parents don't know that he is practicing Wicca, as they are Christians and against that sort of nonsense, and in fact, consider it sinful.

He knows very little about the Christian religion, because although they tried to force him into Sunday School at a young age, so that he knows the basic stories, he rebelled and would take long restroom breaks and listen to music outside. He had bad experiences where the teachers tried scaring them with the idea of Hell near the beginning, and the bad impressions have left everlasting scars on his perception of God. Similar to how his parents feel about Wicca, he feels that Christianity is all a hoax, as there is little proof for it. There is evidence, but he has never looked at it. He knows that Wicca is real, because he has felt the power it has given him. Little does he know that this power comes from Satan himself, and his legion of demonic forces.

So begins...

Tick tock, tick tock…

The ticking of the clock was getting to Matthew’s head. He was reclining in the comfort of his sofa at home, still warm from the afternoon sun, his green backpack by his side. Both of his parents went to work until 7:00 pm, so the house was completely void of any activity, and quiet too. His socked foot tapped impatiently, his hands flipping through the pages of an elaborate, leather book with the words The Monster Book of Wicca embossed on the cover. How long was Raina going to take? It had been already thirty minutes, and he wanted to do some witchcraft.

His clever dark-brown eyes moved quickly as he read through the contents of the book. A small grin slowly grew on his face as he read about the Wiccan creed, about the power of the spells, and about the heritage of being a wizard or witch. He was proud of his religion. It was one of the things that made him totally unique from everyone else. He didn’t give a care in the world what anyone else thought; this was what he did and he wanted to do it ‘til the day he died.

Matthew, bored, stared at a clay figurine of a dog set on the table. It was a black-and-white Dalmatian, standing with its bubble-gum pink tongue lolling out. He stretched out a hand, calling on the powers of Wicca and levitation, and placed all his focus onto lifting the object. Within a minute, the Dalmatian lifted into the air. However, it was clumsy. It trembled slightly, as if the lifting force was not very strong. Matthew’s forehead was furrowed as he stared hard at the floating ceramic, when all of a sudden he heard an exclamation from behind him,

“Hi.”

Matthew’s focus broke and his expression was puzzled. Had he heard someone come in through the front door? He was concentrating so hard, he wasn’t sure. The clay Dalmatian was suspended in the air for a second, then it was gripped by the forces of gravity and fell, breaking into a dozens of little pieces.

He was a little annoyed. The sculpture was most likely a cheap one from Dollar Tree, but it was part of his mother's collection and he was sure to get a scolding. “I wish you wouldn’t scare me like that, Raina.” He thought it was her without looking; who else would be in the house with him?

He turned to the figure behind him, raising his hand to say hello.

Depressus/Tristian

Depressus was the demon behind the levitation. As the boy had focused all of his energy force on the sculpture, calling on the powers of Wicca, he had given the demon power, and it was the demon's hand that lifted up the Dalmatian. He relished the feeling of energy surging through his gray body.

His face was grotesque and deeply sad in appearance, and he was the demon behind much of the suffering and sorrow in Matthew's life. But Matthew didn't need to know that. He needed him. He was one of the demons behind all the witchcraft and psychic abilities the boy had. For many months, Depressus had run back and forth, carrying out every errand the boy called the "powers of Wicca" to carry out. B-S. It was him doing all the work, every misdeed, every spell, every morsel of magick.

Currently, Depressus crouched nearby the unknowing boy, watching his every move. The demon had worked on something very special the past few weeks. It was his finest work yet. In seconds, he became the form of a young boy with a somber face, snowy white hair, and a golden garment. He couldn't yet get rid of his horns, but nevermind that. He was something quite beautiful to look at.

He was going to show himself to Matthew. And when he did, he would speak to him to befriend him...with some ulterior motives in mind. Raina...that girl was with him too, he could even pursue a romantic relationship with, if she fell for the bait. But currently he awaited in the darkness of the shadows, watching the boy carefully.

He awaited the arrival of Nezzera, his partner, or Raina, the human girl. It was then he would allow himself to appear before them.

NEZZERA / ALYCE
My boots scraped the ground boredly as I walked around the corner to find Depressus. I have a strong typical feeling of Deja Vu because honestly the amount of times I've met up with a fellow demon to go suck up some souls and make some sucker commit suicide has got to be in the hundreds of thousands...Ok maybe less but it happens an awful lot. I like it though It's horrible fun earning the love and trust of an innocent and stabbing them in the back by making them walk off a cliff or hanging themselves from their ceiling fan.

She spotted him instantly maybe it was his natural demonic aura or maybe it was just because I knew where to expect him to be I don't know but it took less then a second. I took in a breath and exhaled it again before marching up to the demon. I looked around at my surrondings...God, Earth is ugly. It's all industrialized big grey towers which could crumble at the power of demon army. I groaned humans have mockable taste. I noticed Depressus was spying and then decided to keep quiet until he made a sound.

I crouched next to him and muttered some sort of greeting "Hey... I've never been one for conversation if I hate you I'd rather just fight then shout verbal abuse and if I don't mind you I'd rather just not talk anyway. Talking is too...I'm not sure but it's something everyone does all the time until one day they can't keep their trap shut and end up in a spot of trouble and I'd know the amount of times I've got done for gossiping or not keeping my gob shut. That's why I tend to be quiter unless I'm seducing some poor sucker who has no idea he'll kill himself in a matter of time. I smiled briefly then turned my attention to the boy.

So that's the target. Him and his friend. I can't remember her name but she's meant to be close to god I think. Wow...This is going to be so much fun! I swallowed back a laugh and waited...I'm not quiet sure what for but I was waiting. I guess for the 'Ok' from Depressus so I could take on the form of an exotic looking girl with tanned skin and dark brown hair with alarmingly bright eyes...Oh I have to admit I'm a work of art with my fake forms.

Raina opened the door to Matthew's house with two smoothes in hand. She closed the door back and headed to the living room. Glancing at her watch, she sighed, she had been thirty minutes late. But the girl couldn't help her self, she had saw the cutest little puppy while walking past the pet shop and stopped to play with it. Once she saw Matthew in the distance, she got a bit closer and watched intently at what he was doing. He had been preforming a spell, Levitation to be exact.

The girl watched as it hovered quite slopply, at this point she decided she would announce her arriving. "Hi." the girl exclaimed. Raina shuddered as the sculpture broke into pieces. She hadn't meant to scare Matthew or anything, she had simply meant to suprise him. "Ah, sorry about that Matt Bear." Raina said, calling the other teen by his nickname. "Oh, and I brought smoothes." She said placing the smoothe on the coffe table nearby. The girl looked over Matt's shoulder and saw the book by his side, it read 'The Monster Book of Wicca'.

She reached over for the book and began flipping through pages while sipping her smoothe. Raina saw a familiar spell, Levitation. Her friend had just preformed the spell, until she had gone and messed it up. Setting the book down next to Matthew, she walked around the sofa and plopped down on the other side of him. The wavy-haired girl curled her legs, in a position to where her knees were beneath her chin. She sipped her smoothe and looked over to Matt.

"So, what are we doing this time?"

Matthew licked his index finger and began to flip through the book. "Hmm...lessee," he murmurred as he went through the pages. He spent about thirty seconds looking through the leather-bound book until he finally settled on a spell. His eyes landed on the words, White Magick blessings: Attraction spell. "I know," he said. "How about we try this one?"

His lay his finger on the words on the page and gestured Raina to read with him. He read, "This is a spell to open up positive vibes and attract more potential lovers, clients, and friendships into your life. You will be blessed with charisma and overall well-being. You will meet people that will bring great blessings into your life and your social life will prosper. Merely chant this incantation and meditate on the type of person you want to bring into your life. They will come, soon after:

Perducat in vitam bonorum daemonum, venit ad me venit. Evenire cupio, ad me venit." Matthew glanced over at Raina, a smile on his face.

"Sounds easy right? Almost too good to be true," he said in a low voice. His smile became shy and his face was slightly flushed. "I want to tell you something, Raina, and it's that I feel alone. I want a lover. I think I'll do this spell." He never would consider Raina to be a potential girlfriend, as she had been his best friend for the longest time, so he had no inhibitions telling her this.

He continued almost like an afterthought. "You can meditate with me if you want." He clasped his eyes closed, and repeated the incantation, all the while meditating on the ideal girlfriend. In his heart, he believed with all his might that it would come true. He felt power coursing through his body as he did it. Many times the spells would fulfill what they promised. Yes...this was truly the power of Wicca.

Depressus/Tristian

"YES!" Depressus cried out in his raspy voice, "This is just what we need." He glanced at the demon beside him, and reached out and touched her hand coyly. His mouth was still stuck in its makeshift, permanent frown, as he was a demon of Depression and Suicide, and could not change his original form. He was a very gloomy immortal being to look at. Yet his eyes were smiling menacingly, the bloodlust apparent in them.

In seconds, with little effort on his part, he shape-shifted, his form quickly morphing into that of a young boy in his teens. Amber-eyes peeked out from a golden hood, a jacket-like, yet elegant garment covering his body. He took his own elegant hands and kissed them, admiring the softness of each finger. He was truly an artist.

"Nezzera," he murmurred softly in his boyish voice. "Are you planning on making an appearance? We've served them long enough... They've opened their third eyes; they'll be able to see you if you give them a good tap on the forehead and take a step back."

He could read the boy's very mind, and see the desperation of his desire for a girlfriend. Ha, ha! To resort to witchcraft even. What a fool. Glancing at Nezzera once more, he gave a faint chuckle, glad that he could smile in this form. "You can be the perfect girlfriend...well, for a time." He covered his mouth, relishing the thought of what was to come. As the thought of winning another soul for Satan filled his mind, Depressus, was, well, not so depressed. If this worked out, he would be able to increase his ranks in the demonic world. Glee filled his whole being, and awfully chatty at the moment, he let out another exclamation,

"I can't wait!"

Depressus/Tristian

"Ah, yes....Alyce," Depressus recalled with a smile, amused at the lovely namesake his partner had taken on. "And I'm Tristian. And don't you forget that. Now, follow me..."

The demon approached the boy, Matthew, who was deep in concentration, near the end of his chant. He cast a sly glance at the pretty young girl, Raina, who sat beside him watching. Sneakily, he gave her a quick peck on the cheek, with great relish as he thought of claiming her as his own. But when he noticed visible impatience coming from "Alyce," he moved on and stood directly in front of the boy.

"Let's tease him, shall we? He'll be the first one to see us. Let's leave Raina a little clueless for just a few moments longer..."

As soon as he finished his Wiccan mantra, "Tristian", pressed his index finger on the boy's forehead, opening the third eye. A bright white light flashed on his forehead that only the demons could see, and he stepped back, sure that the boy would see them. He choked down laughter, and went into character. As soon as Matthew saw him, he would be presented as a stoic looking, gloomy boy with class. With a slight tug, he pulled Alyce's arm towards the human. He nudged her forward, a gentle reminder for her to speak and introduce herself and him.

The moment Mathew opened his eyes, soothed by the Wiccan spell he had first uttered, he saw the two most beautiful human beings he had ever seen. His chestnut eyes widened in wonder as he gazed upon these teenage beauties.

Humans? Or were they? That boy had horns growing out of his head, four of them. And something about that girl seemed out-of-this-world, although she was almost completely human in appearance. The boy appeared serious in demeanor, and was staring at him with golden eyes that seemed to penetrate into his soul. His jacket, made of golden threads, was elegant and casual at the same time. The girl...she was beautiful. And she appeared to be gazing at him in great interest.

Oh boy. Did this mean she was really interested in him? Had his spell worked? These questions flooded his brain and one could almost see the gears turning and churning in his head as he stared them down. All he knew, was that for the next for few seconds he was completely breathless, and did not know how to respond. He wondered if he should comment on her flawless skin or smooth glossy hair, because that was all he could focus on currently. However, after a few moments he recovered and returned to his usual, calm demeanor, and directed a blunt question at the girl, "How did you get in my house?"

He glanced at Raina, wondering if she had allowed them in. And...why? Who were these strange people?

'Alyce' smiled at Matthew flirtliliy gazing at him with interest. "Hey, I beg your pardon here let me introduce ourselves. I'm Alyce and this is my...friend Tristian. I'm sorry if we scared you...your door was half open you see and I wanted to come let you know. I did knock but I assume you didn't hear me." Her lie was smooth and easy. Alyce had been a little stuck on what to introduce Tristian as first she was going to say brother but they looked nothing alike and there were appearing around a similar age so that wouldn't work and her friend had been the next best choice.

She smiled and placed a hand on her hip moving the hem of her blouse up a bit accidently. She had decided to play herself off as a sticky sweet yet steely girl for her 'mission' and this was going to be all too easy unless the other girl made Alyce lose her temper. Alyce wasn't good around girls she was too competitive and hotheaded so she'd made a decision beforehand to keep a distance otherwise the girl could make Alyce blow her cover and that's cause a hell lot of trouble.

Raina listened as Matthew explained a spell, an attraction spell to be exact. He claimed he wanted a lover. The girl nodded in understanding. Although he had Raina as his dearest friend who was there for him, a lover was something that did not compare in the slightest. She began to meditate with him, trying to strengthen the effect of the spell. Soon the meditating was over, and Raina opened her eyes, glancing over at Matthew. He was staring at nothing in particular, and he seemed to be baffled. Raina frowned, was there something she could not see?

Suddenly, she felt a slight chilling sensation on her warm skin. She shivered and brought a hand up to her cheek, the place where the sensation was felt. Then she heard Matthew. He asked her quite a strange question. What did he mean why was she in his house? Had he not invitied her over? The wavy-haired girl rose a brow in confusion. "What do you mean Matthew? I don't und-" She said going silent. He wasn't looking her, but at that same empty space. Was she going delirious? But then it hit her, the spell must have worked! But not at all did she see anyone.

"Matt Bear, did the spell work?"

When Matthew heard Raina's question, "Matt Bear, did the spell work?" his first reaction was irritation. Wasn't it obvious? Was there not a girl, right in the flesh, standing in front of them? He turned to Raina with a hint of annoyance in his voice, but said in a calm voice, "Of course it did. Can't you see them right in front of you? Can't you see her?" He waved his arms at the two figures that he could see as plain as daylight. When Raina continued to stare at him in confusion, he was further ticked off by her blank expression.

"Raina, is this a joke? We have to welcome our guests, Tristian and Alyce." Perturbed by her unresponsiveness, he turned and decided to ignore her until she decided to be more welcoming.

"I'm Matthew, and this is Raina. It's a pleasure to meet you. Sit down, we can have a chat." Part of him was vaguely alarmed at the boy's appearance, but he was sure that there was an explanation for it. Perhaps it was a costume? Well, whatever it was, he would soon discover from the conversation that was sure to follow. Deep inside, he felt that these two were not what they appeared to be, but this strange feeling buzzed up only momentarily and subsided. He decided that if the spell had attracted these two, then most likely there was nothing to be afraid of. Everything was all good.

"So, are you from these parts?" he asked with great interest, fascinated by these strange, sudden visitors.

"Not exactly but we don't live from here..." She said with a smile as honestly as she could. Her fingers rested just past the material of her shorts playing with the hem. She looked at him again her eyes resting in his face then she looked away creating a picture of slightly nervousness.

Alyce was a brilliant actress and her brown eyes didn't look narrow or evil but sweet and welcoming. She glanced at 'Tristan wondering when he'd speak.rilled her eyes and then looked back at the boy and girl. It made her want to laugh when Raina started seeming all confused. Youll see us in time... Alyce thought hiding her smirk with a polite smile. She was awfully amused by Raina's confusion and Matthew's reaction it! The whole scene was priceless to her now.

Depressus/Tristian

"We are from the spirit world." A grin grew on the boy, Tristian's, face. It passed off as rather friendly rather than menacing or scheming, and he let it appear on his otherwise neutral face. He wanted to be bluntly honest with them, because they were going to be the only people who could see them. Slowly, savoring the meaning of his words, he added, "N--I mean, Alyce, is your spiritual wife. You've summoned her, and now she's come to you." His amber eyes were lit up like gold with glee over the words he just said, and he tucked an idle hand into his jacket pocket.

He was amused that Raina was so confused. He decided that he would let her see them...in a moment. Not now, he thought, secretly bemused.

Tristian's smile slowly faded. He strode back and forth across the room, both of his hands now hidden inside of his pockets and whistled as he gazed about the room, then turned to Matthew with an interested, somewhat somber look on his face. "It's much different here... We are very different as well. But I hope that you will welcome us nevertheless. I would like to be friends with the likes of you." He took his hand and brushed it through his hair, pushing the whitish strands back casually. He was beautiful to behold, a strangely sad, yet almost regal being with snowy hair and a chiseled face, round around the edges.

He heard the knock on the door. He was oddly annoyed at the sound, knowing that there was a disturbance to their conversation. However, when he realized it was a Christian girl he became almost infuriated. For a few seconds, he had to get a grip on his emotions to retain the mellow look on his face. Sensing the positive soul vibe from her, he almost wanted to attack her, but knew that she was being protected. By God, that...that... he couldn't get the right words to form a valid insult. However, if she could get her alone...if she sinned and lost the grace of God...perhaps he could get to her. Perhaps he should just ignore the little wretch until now; she couldn't see them anyways. He would let the events unravel...it was possible that he could win her soul for Satan as well...

The guy is an idiot! Alyce found herself thinking at first, It would be far easier to act mundane then to go along with his 'Spiritual crap! She gave him a glare and how dare he try to sell off her as someone's 'Spiritual wife' what the hell even is that? Alyce glared at him gloomily one more time before giving Matthew a warm smile.

"Ignore him he's just showing off because he wants to be a somebody." Alyce pretended to tease because she was not going alone with spiritual stuff, no matter what she was offered.

She sounded like a sister trying to show up her brother infront of his best friends so she continued playing it that way. She'd called Tristian her friend but friends wind up friends so she could continue her teasing and b****** for a little longer. She looked at Matthew again with her signiture chocolate eyes (which were actually black pits in her skull in reality) with fake sympathy like a friend apologising for her friend staring too long at someone in the park.

The other girl probably thought her friend had gone crazy or something as words kept slipping from Alyce's mouth perfectly designed to help her in the long run steal his soul for the Satan she so badly admired.

Nezzera was a strong supporter of Satan and his ways and knew the laws of hell better then Satan himself, when it came to making the weak crumble the law was always in her favor.

Cruelly amused by the continuing confusion of the girl she was half sure she never wanted to reveal her self to the christian just to watch her quiver in fear at the thought of her closest friend being a mad man, a crazy guy! She chuckled inside but didn't let it out after all she's meant to be acting mundane and normal. A young innocent girl crushing on the guy who thinks he's a freaking wizard- that thought did make her smile.

When Tristian began to talk about how they were from the spiritual world, something clicked inside of Matthew's head. "So you're from the spirit world! No wonder Raina can't see you!" His heart was beating furiously, and he gulped, "Spiritual wife?" That was a little too much for him. When Alyce started to shoo this off as nothing, he decided to not believe that she was really his spiritual wife. That seemed a little too far-fetched, even in his experience with Wicca, sorcery, levitation, and astral projection. Then again, it wasn't too hard to imagine, now that he thought about it.

"Are you really my spiritual wife?" Matthew asked Alyce for her confirmation. She seemed to despise the words that had come out of her friend's mouth. "Are you really spirits? I don't care if you are, you're interesting company!" He leaned back with his hands on his lap, smiling at them in a welcoming way. As his eyes lingered on Alyce's he blushed faintly, embarrassed at the thought of having a girlfriend, no less a spiritual wife. He felt priveleged, to say the least.

Then he heard the rap on the door. He became all giddy inside, because he thought there were other "visitors". "Hold on a sec," he said to the two "spirits". To his dismay, when he opened the door he found someone that he had secretly despised throughout his childhood: Kaya. Sure, she was nice enough, but she was a Christian. And he considered Christians to be ignorant and weak, believing in a God that obviously did not exist. Sheesh, he thought. What does she want to do with me now? Evangelize?

"What are you doing here? What's up?" he asked the girl with a somewhat annoyed tone. He wanted to be nice to her, as she had always been kind to him. He just didn't think very highly of her or her religion.

Kaya

The door opened and Kaya saw the tall form of Matthew. In an slightly annoyed tone, he asked her two questions. Kaya blinked her brown eyes. The young girl, looked up at him. Kaya had just been a mere toddler, when she first met Matthew. She still remembered it quite well though. "Um, well I just wanted to say hi........oh and I wanted to give this to you." Kaya said, smiling a bit before, handing Matthew a pamphlet. "I'm having a concert with my brothers and I was wondering if you wanted to come..that's all." Kaya said. She pushed hair away from her face. Azure, laid by a tree, chewing on a rawhide.

Kaya looked at Matthew. Kaya had only turned 13, not long ago, only a mere week ago. She glanced at him. Kaya, sighed softly and the wind blew against her long hair gently. She looked at him intently, waiting for his reaction and answer. Kaya really didn't have many friends at her school considering that many kids at her junior high school were atheists and thought that she would be no fun, thus because of her belief she was often bullied every day. Kaya tried not to let it get her down though. Kaya was quite a sensitive girl, but she was sweet and kind.

"Tristian...Alycle...? Whom are you talking about?" Raina said seriously.

She couldn't get over the fact that there was something Matthew could see, but she on the otherhand couldn't. It was ruefully frustrating, and it mattered just that much to her. Why couldn't she see what he saw? Raina looked intently at Matthew, who had been gazing up into the air, talking to what seemed to be himself. It was official, her best friend was indeed going insane. The doorbell had rung, and she had stood up to go and see who it was, but Matthew had beat her to it. The wavy-haired girl sat back down and picked at the nail polish she wish she hadn't painted on her long nails.

She quickly glanced over to the area Matthew had been so infatuated with. Of course, she had yet to see anything breath-taking, and it didn't help at all by being completely ignored by Matt who knew something she didn't. Raina heard as the front door opened and Matthew's sudden change of tone. He sounded a bit annoyed, and she immediately knew who it was, Kaya. She was a very kind girl and upbeat girl. Raina almost envied her happiness. Although Matthew did not take a liking to her because of her religion, Raina was fond of the girl. Rising up from her current spot, she shuffled over to the door and stood next to Matt.

"Hi Kaya, by the looks of it, I suppose your day was been going very well." She said, referring to the other girl's cheerful smile.

Nezzera/Alyce
"I can be anything but I'm not some kind of angel from heaven above, Trust me. The guy is weirdo unlike you. You seem kind of cool and down to Earth." She replied turning the subject away from her and Tristian.

When Matthew left he room she cursed at Tristian quietly and bluntly taking care not to be heard shy any of the humans. When Raina left she added. "Let's reveal ourselves now so when she comes back." Alyce said knocking down her walls in a instant. She didn't care what Tristian did but she wanted to annoy the living - out of Raina and ignoring her and making her oblivious to them had gotten boring quickly now.

Alyce adjusted herself shifting her weight to different foot a couple of times like a cat preparing to sleep and hen she stopped and leaned her weight mostly on her left stronger leg which was far more comfortable then using her right leg for full support being left footed.

Kaya

Kaya always wondered why Matthew didn't like her very much. She kept on a smile though, unable to contain her happiness. She couldn't help it, it would be her very first performance in a couple weeks. Kaya watched as Raina stood next to Matthew. "Yeah it has." Kaya replied in a happy tone. She nodded. Today Kaya had just found out that her parents would be adopting a child. Kaya was happy about that and so she seemed so happy.

Then, suddenly Azura rose up and began to bark at the house, whining but growling. Azura could hear and smell those demons. Kaya glanced at Azura. "Ok something's really wrong here..." she thought. Kaya raised an eyebrow, before calling Azura over. She just thought that the little puppy had some separation anxiety. Azura came over and sat at Kaya's feet. "It's ok girl i'm right here." Kaya said softly. Azura seemed to calm down a bit. Kaya smiled and looked up. She would ask if she could come in, but was unsure about it.
