- Dantae is tall and sinewy, long limbed and torso-ed. Hhe is vaguely muscular, but certainly not buff or flabby, and ingeneral just looks slim. He usually wears a long black leather overcoat, black vest and pants, and a pair of dark brown boots with a dark brown belt. If not in these clothes, the rest are almost always dark. His hair is white and soft, easily blowing in the wind to cover his eyes, which are dark red and pensive, sometimes unapproachable. Dante has several scars on his hands, knees, and back, but none to dramatic, and he has tattoos on the right side of his neck, shoulder, and chest.

- Dantae isn't really a dark minded person, though he has a rather serious looking face and mysterious exterior and persona, but he is hardworking and confident. He is always very organized, inheriting that trait from his mother, and likes to set things straight. Danta is never afraid to speak his mind, even when he has an unpopular opinion, which has gotten him in trouble in the past. He isn't too talkative, and enjoys listening to stories, especially those of his grandmother or other older people who can remember things that others cannot. By never getting nervous or worked up too easily, Danta can handle himself very well in stressful situations and can come up with ideas on the spot if he has to, although he likes making plans in advance better. Danta is an old soul, everyone in his village knows him, and knows that they can confide in him and he will help out. He acts much older than twenty, and gives off the air of a father, willing to help in exchange for a conversation. The young man rarely smiles, and is always working on something. He enjoys the quiet hustle of village life, though, because of his father, can always adjust to new situations or conditions easily. To those he doesn't know he is cautious around, gauging trustworthiness and personality, so people often see him and perceive him to be quiet and mysterious, which he is, but only because he doesn't mush like talking about himself.

Stamina // Because of his mother's weak condition, he inherited a slightly weaker constitution than most people his age. In this way, he fights better in a group because he can get worn out by magic.
Depression // It isn't as severe as other's, but Danta does suffer from the invisible ailment, often getting unreasonably stressed, angry, tired, or down. He tries to hide this by being on his own, but there is just no helping it.

- Dantae was born into a middle class merchant's family on the edge of Capitol City. His grandparents had opened their General Store around fifty years ago, and when thir son, Rodolfo, married a local girl, Osana, the two were quite content to retire nearly fully and handle finances and other things while Rodolfo went to buy goods. Dantae was their first child, and he picked up magic early on. His grandmother was a witch and the whole family knew and had accepted that fact, so she taught him stting at when he was two years old when the family realized that he made a rain cloud follow his father around for a day after not getting the toy he wanted. Danta and his gramdmother spent weeks together, she told him fantastic stories and taught him how to hone and control his magic. She also taught him how to keep others from sensing his magic, a trick that she had learned from her grandmother.
When Dantae was five, his little sister, Carmina was born. His mother, with her weak constitution, died during childbirth after barely surviving his own, and Danta's father grew distant and traveled much more often, leaving Danta's grandmother, Yanira, to care for the two children. Carmina had a weak constitution like her mother, and spent much of her time in bed. Dantae was nearly always by her side, he loved his sister very much, and she died of an illness when she was ten years old. This was the time when Dantae became most developed in his magical skills because he shut himself off from the world until his grandmother forced him to run the store since she couldn't handle it herself and his father was often away. Danta always thanks his grandmother for this, because she allowed him to meet new people and aquire his love of stories and listening to others.
Now, with the fear of magic on the rise, Dantae has been trying to find a way to move the business somewhere safer for him and his grandmother, both of whom are beginning to fear the thought of banishment, persecution, or execution. He wishes to find a safe place so he can start a family and business of his own, and care for his grandmother. His father is still often gone, so much so that Danta has lost his relationship with the man, who now stands more as a distant relation than a father. Danta wants to help others two, so that they don't have to experience loss and can live out their lives in peace once and for all. And so he will continue to work, and pray to the distant spirits of the forest.
