Setting
Metropolis -- The city of Metropolis is a stark contrast to Gotham, a clean, bustling city protected by the Man of Steel. Notable locations are the Daily Planet, Metropolis Police Department, and Lexcorps.
Justice League Watchtower -- A floating tower resembling a satellite where the Justice League formed their base of operations. Notable locations within the tower are the docking bay, cafeteria, and control room.
Dakota City -- Home to small-time superheroes and supervillains, this city was plagued by an event known as the "Big Bang" which resulted in part of their population becoming metahumans or "Bang Babies." This city is a normal, mostly peaceful place except for the occasional Bang Baby crook causing trouble. Notable locations are the police department, "the Center", the docks (Where the Big Bang occurred) Dakota High, and Alva Industries.
Keystone City -- Home to everyone's favorite speedster, Keystone City is a very mellow place full of less than impressive villains and citizens who actually enjoy and appreciate The Flash. Notable locations are the Flash Museum and a bar where Villians go.... that I'll just call A Hole in the Wall. Because I never heard any mention of it's actual name in the Justice League episode.

Superman. Batman. Green Lantern. Wonderwoman. Martian Manhunter. The Flash. Hawkgirl.
The files in front of her spoke of their good deeds and their worst enemies, but naturally, not one scrap of the information contained their true identities or weaknesses. Not that she particularly needed or wanted to know what they looked like beneath their masks and what lives they lead. She just needed to know the best way to crush them, and there was only one person she knew of who could tell her that.
Jordan swept a thick lock of black hair over her shoulder and picked up her cell, dialing a number and waiting for the phone call to connect. She listened to the automated voice mail message and waited for the beep.
βHi, Mr. Luthor, this is Jordan Mendoza, Mayor of Gotham City,β She began formally, βIβd like to arrange a meeting with you concerning several business matters whenever the time is appropriate for you. Perhaps we could set a date for a business dinner? Please contact me at your earliest convenience.β
She left her contact information and disconnected the call. After gathering her thick black hair back into its professional yet casual bun and slipping a delicate pair of rectangular glasses over her almond-shaped golden eyes, Jordan gathered all the papers on her desk together into a folder, picked up her coffee and cell, and headed for the elevator.
Outside, the weather was surprisingly cheerful; a bright blue sky with fluffy white clouds, autumn leaves rolling through the bustling streets. Her personal driver pulled up in front of the building and she slipped into the back of the car.
"Good evening, Higgins. Take me home, please," She requested with a polite smile.
"Sure thing, Ms Mendoza."
She only hoped Lex Luthor was smart enough not to mention her call to anyone. Of course, what was she thinking? He was a known genius. Surely heβd recognize less than scrupulous business when he heard it and keep it to himself.

"Its Ok gentlemen, I took care of everything." he said, his smirk lost behind his helmet. Police closed in on him. "Put down your weapons Nitro. You are under arrest!" Came a voice, blasted from a loudspeaker. The police chief was behind the nearest line of cars. McTavish crouched. "What did I do to hurt you guys?"
"Do you have the shot?" The chief asked through a radio. He placed the loudspeaker near his mouth. "Over two billion dollars in destruction, and assault on an officer. Will you come quietly or-" The was a thud, and the roof of the car seemed to collapse in the passenger seat. McTavish jumped from the car over a few more and ran into an alley. Two thugs were trying to steal a woman's purse. "Do you people ever stop?" He didn't; McTavish ran with two fists out and caught booth people in the back of their heads. The woman ran from the alley. As McTavish dashed out of the other end into the street, a car hit him. He left a clear dent and crashed through the windshield. "Uh, hi?" Another car hit that one, and another.

"McTavish? Is that really you?"
Wonder Woman said, smiling, to the man smashed through the windshield.

Wonder Woman said sighing. She held out her hand to help him out of the wreakage. It was surreal to her, the panic surrounding something as simple as a car accident. She was used to much worse, and she knew something big was looming on the horizon.

Emily said as she walked quickly after him. It's wasn't that she didn't trust him it was that she didn't trust his nature. His intentions were good, but his methods not so much. The League could lead him down the right path and utilize his strengths.

"I told them no. No. No. No no no no no no no. No. Oh yeah, no. I ain't no goody-two-shoes in tights. They just ain't my style." He said rudely, not turning around to face her. "You stupid flying, laser shooting, flame blasting hippies. I'd rather clean transe central station. With my tongue. On chili day. OK?" He kept walking. "Fuck space."
He pulled up a virtual map in his heads up display. Red blinking dots showed crimes in progress. "Oh hell, I've got a job to do." He hurried on his pace significantly, his suit strengthening his legs and enhancing his speed. "Bank robbery. 3-27-27 Bankets road."
(lol... that sucks..)

"Something happen already." She muttered to herself quietly. She hated it when there wasn't more than petty crime in the city, it meant something bigger and badder was brewing. She had to find out what is was soon or she would go completely insane. She decided the city didn't need her tonight and dropped back into the penthouse, sighing as she sunk into a chair. She used the ring to change into her light pajamas. She flipped on the TV and looked through the channels, landing on the news. There was a report about the explosion and crash obviously. She saw some footage of McTavish and her at the scene of the crime, but she noticed something drop from her costume at the scene of the crime. The report changed to a women at the scene of the crime, holding Emily's wallet, with her ID.
"Shit." Emily muttered to herself, in shock. The woman opened the wallet and began to read out Emily's information.
"No. No. No." she whispered to herself. This can't be happening! She thought, petrified by the possible effects of this. Any villain could just look up her address or work place and sabotage her. It ruined everything. She got up and began to pace, thinking of ways to cover this up or evade everyone, but the villains were smart. THey would figure it out. Emily was now in some deep trouble, and she wasn't sure how she could get out.

McTavish came from no where and barely missed tackling the reporter as he pulled the wallet away from her.
"Uh, this is radioactive..." It was the best excuse he could think of and he ran off again. Thats the last favor any of those assholes are getting.
---bla bla bla, bank robbery!---
(OMg, I think I lost all of my Rping abilities... Is their cryptonite somewhere?)
Three men with guns stood just inside the door of the bank while two others held up everyone inside, a sixth man was collecting money from the bank tellers. The first three opened fire, but the bullets only made tiny *pinks* on his armor, a rather annoying sound. McTavish pulled up his own weapon, a custom made "screechier" pistol. It made high-pitched screeching sounds to stun and, possibly deafen, enemies. He pulled the trigger, it didn't fire. "Aw shit."
