Cris is short, but not so sweet. She stands a dainty 5"4, with a slim build and just enough curves. Her hair is dark brown, and can be shot through with gold, purple, or any other number of colors on any given day.

# It is extremely difficult to lie to Cris successfully
# Cris, on the other hand, is a great liar
# Cris has always been athletic

# Cris is naturally pessimistic and suspicious of people she should probably trust
# Cris get's nervous in crowds
# Cris can't handle being touched by strangers

# Being an eternal screw-up
# That her little brother will die

Cris is more than rough around the edges... closer to jagged. She is sarcastic, sullen, quick to anger, and slow to forgive. She is in an almost eternally bad mood, and seems to enjoy picking fights with people. Her bad attitude has not gotten any better since she's died and especially since she found out that she was meant to live through the accident that killed her. Underneath her tough, abrasive exterior, however, Cris is just a young girl who's been told one too many times that she's not worth it.

Cris' parents never should have been together. Her mother was just seventeen when she got pregnant and she and her father decided to "do the right thing" and get married. It was possibly the worst decision they could have made. Neither of them was able to earn enough money to be comfortable, neither was mature enough to truly care for a young child. They argued constantly, about money, about who should take care of Cris and when, everything. They finally divorced when Cris was two, but their relationship remained terrible. When Cris was three, her father met Aiden's mother and the two really fell in love. Aiden was born not long after and Cris was, for lack of a better world, forgotten. Cris' mother was too busy feeling jealous of her father's new family and her father was more interested in moving on than in having a relationship with her. Despite everything, Cris was always strangely close to her little brother.

When she was sixteen, Cris' mother abandoned her, leaving her on her father's doorstep. Until that point, Cris had had a pretty civil relationship with Aiden's mother. Past that point, the relationship deteriorated quickly. Cris spent the next two years until she turned 18 in constant fights with her father and stepmother. She moved out as soon as it was legal.

Around the time that Cris died, things were actually starting to get better. She had a job and an apartment. She'd found out that she was pregnant and she knew that she was going to do anything to be a better mother than her mother was. The space seemed to be making it easier for her to get along with her father and stepmother. She invited the whole family out to dinner to tell them the news. The only one excited was Aiden. Her stepmother immediately insisted that Cris end the pregnancy. After a loud and hurtful fight, Cris stormed out of the restaurant. She was hit by a drunk driver in the parking lot. After she died, she discovered that her father had been meant to go after her, stopping her from leaving the restaurant.

Aiden Moore is her half brother.

So begins...
