[Fighting Style]: Dim Mak. Better known as "Death Touch" and the Marma Adi



[Dim Mak& Marma Adi]:
The fighting style passed down from father to daughter in the Holman family, one that is rarely used and highly sought after . The Dim Mak, or as some people know it as the "Death Touch" is a fighting style, and sometimes healing powers used solely with the pressure points of the body. With hundreds of pressure points on ones body, it's no wonder why the masters and even apprentices of the Dim Mak are both feared and respected. Elisa, while not yet a Master or Grandmaster like her father, is higher than most Apprentices seeing as she's been using it for several years now. Concentrations, agility, and precision are all the things required of one before the Dim Mak's name is even allowed to pass through any mortals lips. The Marma Adi, while similar to the Death Touch, is usually used for more vital spots in both killing and healing. It's rare she uses the latter unless she's in a serious fight.


[Weapons]:
Generally, her fingertips, palm, feet, and elbows are her main weapons. She isn't someone who wildly flings around a sword or brandishes a dagger around like an idiot. The clean and simple movements of her body, along with her acrobatics are all she needs to take an enemy down. 108 pressure points [or marma's as she refers to them] 12 death points, and 96 healing points. Over 400 paralyzing and pain invoking points as well, but hopefully none of you have to experience them.

Other then her body, she has no other weapons at the moment. She's occasionally used a simple hair pin during an altercation, but that was mostly because she wanted to be a bit more flashy at the time.


[Appearance]:Eye Color: A dazzling cerulean color, with flecks of brown thrown in.
Hair Color: Over the years she's gone blue, red, purple, brunette and even blonde. She's reverted back to her original brunette roots this yea, with an added touch of burgundy to her tips.
Height: Around 5'6 to 5'6 1/2. Generally doesn't wear too high of shoes unless she's with someone she wants to tower over.
Weight: Around 120 pounds or so. She doesn't consider herself to be a stick, but she's no whale either.
Tone: She has a very crisp and straight to the point sort of point. It's easy to tell she's female, but the words that tend to come out often have people questioning if she actually is or not. Always raspy whenever she's sick.
Body: Athletic and toned. Years of being on her feet and running around have made her build up strength that she can run, though she sure as hell wouldn't be entering the "Ms. Olympic" pageant with her still somewhat skinny body. Due to her lack of muscles, any body shots to her can be fatal, which is probably why she values speed over strength. Not a lot of womanly curves, but enough so she only occasionally gets called a boy.

Some people find her attractive, while others don't. Doesn't matter too much to her as long as she's fit and breathing. A few notable things about her though? She always has exceedingly good posture. Never hunched over, she stands with an almost cocky aura about her. Every stride she takes is with her head held high and her gaze forward. Her glasses, whatever pair she has on at the moment, are usually always at the brim of her nose. She rarely pushes the up, constantly making the people around her wonder why she even has them if she can see fine without actually having them on.

[Personality]:
To put it bluntly, she's a Tsundere. To strangers, and people she isn't extremely close with she can come off as apathetic, cold, and even rude. On the inside however, she bears a soft spot for soft things and koala's and is actually a considerably kind person. It's more or less a shield she puts up to avoid being too close with people that could potentially hurt her in some way. She generally has a very male like way of talking, sparing no one's ears to her brisk sailor talk and her unladylike ways. Its rare she ever sits with her legs crossed as they're usually curled together or spread open as she lays on the ground. She's been scolded several times for this, so she just started wearing the boys uniform which doesn't look half bad on her.

Fighting comes as a second nature to her, but she doesn't enjoy using her skills unless it's absolutely necessary to. One of the key components to her "softer" personality would have to be her remorse fullness whenever she causes anyone pain, even if they deserve it. She's generally able to put on a cold mask, even while fighting, but if you look hard at her after a fight you can always tell there's a somewhat pitiful way she'll stare at her opponent, even if it's just for a second.

[History]: Born and raised in Kyoto, Japan Elisa Holman was born into fighting. Her father, owning a small dojo where several martial arts were practiced, took it upon himself to teach her everything he knew, despite having an older son . Niko, Elisa's older brother of four years, was the exact opposite of his father.He wanted nothing more then to become a baker and open his own pastry shop somewhere in Osaka. Needless to say the only person in their family who wasn't disappointed with Niko, was Elisa. Since she was younger she had never been able to experience much besides fighting. People were scared of her or thought she was to haughty to hang out with them, so she didn't exactly become a social butterfly during her younger middle school and primary years.

When she turned 13, her father stepped up the training and began teaching her the art of the Dim Mak and Marma Adi. Since the first lesson she was taught to respect the people around her and to never push her body too far. She became a weapon in itself and could very well still become a threat to the public and anyone who crosses her. Her fingertips and the sensitive spots of the human body are enough to cause an enemy to bleed internally, become paralyzed, and even heal. The constant fighting that comes from her daily life as a student of Karma High has been relatively hard on her. Despite being born into the complex violent world of martial arts, she usually doesn't have much of a will to fight. People attempt to hurt her for her position, but she rarely goes out of her way to gain a new rank. It's more like she just defends her current one.
