Maziah island

"Y-Yeah... I know..." Gilidian let out a small breath, closing his eyes and then trying to stop his constant shakes and get the goosebumps to go away. However, after a moment he managed to smile a little. "I don't think that they're as bad as our parents think they are." Gil looked over towards the direction of the surface and then back to Rina. "I mean, up there, they use those weird things-" he gestured downwards as if trying to indicate the legs, "And it's terribly hard to move your tail. But, they.... They helped me. The humans helped." he said it, knowing it was as big a shock to him than anyone else. He felt a heavy tiredness linger on him and rubbed at his eyes to keep himself awake. He was still smiling a little, but felt like he could crash out at any minute. "Are you okay Rina?" he asked after a moments silence. "Nothing got you, did it?"

Gil didn't really want to go home. It seemed they had discovered somethig that only one other mermaid claimed to see, and they weren't crazy, or dreaming. That was proved simply by the fact that Rinawas there with him and he was there wih Rina. He gave a gentle nod and then looked up to her. "Rina, we can't tell anyone about this. We need to keep it to ourselves." he bit his lip and began swimming towards town. "If other merfolk were to find them, they could drown them..." Gil yawned a little but paused and waited for Rina to join him in swimming back home.

Liam climbed onto a nearby rock and jumped off after sticking the breather in his mouth. He hadn't been too concerned with chasing after the dolphins. Instead he stayed with his sister around the reefs with the colourful fish. He could see Reyton swimming deeper into the water, he wanted to call out to her to stop but the breathing devices weren't the best for talking with. After a while he didn't see her any more. This made him worry a little bit, after another few minutes he saw common up on the surface above them. Curious, he nudged his sister and then kicked himself up to the surface. Once his head was out he removed the breather and swam to the shore. He could tell that the siblings were arguing again and he didn't want to interrupt, or well he didn't want to be stuck in the middle of it at least.
