>She has an hourglass figure and fair, immaculate silken skin. In her childhood, she used to wear a strapless purple bikini top while her lips were the same color as her skin. As a teenager, her breasts, shoulders, hips and waist are perfect proportions. From the waist down, she has a green tail with paler green, translucent fins and wears a brassiere made out of purple seashells. She has large, deep sea-blue eyes and full red lips. Her most defining feature is her long, red hair that nearly matches her lips. When she becomes a human, Ariel's lovely tail is turned into two beautiful, long, slender legs with small feet. At first, the only article of clothing she wore was her seashell bra, but wears an old sail with some rope to keep it closed fashioned by her friend Scuttle. Being prepared for dinner, she wears a pink and white gown with silver barrettes on her hair and pearl white earrings. Getting ready for bedtime, she wears a pink nightgown. After being taken in by Prince Eric, she wears a dress with light blue sleeves, a dark blue bodice, and a blue (sometimes white) shirt. She also wears a big royal blue bow in her hair and black heels. After she's turned into a human once again, she wears a light blue glittering dress.<
>Humans. She likes them very much and think they are fascinating and interesting, she has always wanted to be a part of human world. Ariel has a vast fascination with the world of humans, despite contact being forbidden by her father, King Triton, who is xenophobic, which means he hates humans. If you're a human, don't find weird Ariel's awestruck behaviour toward you.<
>Human objects. All the trouble and adventures she goes through are because of her curiosity for these objects. Ariel wouldn't hesitate going in the most dangerous places if she knew she could get a piece of glass made by humans.<
>Adventure. Oh boy, just call out "adventure!" and you'll find her right behing you, looking at you with shiny eyes and biting her lower lip in excitement. Its like her middle name, she has way too much fun when there is an adventure, probably she is heading the little operation group. Despite that, she is a responsible girl, if there are any trouble, she is the most likely the only one who would end up getting damaged in the end.<
>Music. She's damn good at singing. Ariel has a heavenly voice which makes every single person stop whatever they doing and listen to it. She sings for fun and she likes it a lot<
>Having fun. Who wouldn't like having fun? Though, Ariel likes to prank people to have fun sometimes, with Flounder of course.<
>Ariel really dislikes being alone. She finds it scary and doesn't like to think about it, for her, there doesn't have to be much people around her, just someone she could talk about her feelings, interests and someone who would listen to her is enough for her, even if she would get "Yeah"s and "Mhm-hm"s in return.<
>Not being able to do what she wants, in short, feeling of being restricted. It makes her panic slightly and feel like some strapped animal. Rules are not her type either, she just goes with the flow of the life, like a river.<
>Being without music. Ariel always hums to herself or rhytms with her foot when she is doing something, its like...its undescribeable for her really. She feels awfully empty and emo-ish.<

>Ariel is a bright, spirited mermaid who is also adventurous and stubborn. Her curiosity and love for adventure sometimes gets her into trouble. Usually, however, Ariel overcomes any obstacle she faces like she uses magic to change things. Her best friend is a fish named Flounder, and she develops a close relationship with a crab named Sebastian, the court's composer. Ariel is also impulsive, as striking the deal with Ursula and exploring whilst forgetting about the concert. She is also confident(very), kind, bright, spirited, intrigued, headstrong, romantic, smart, brave, over-protective, beautiful, perky, sweet and lovable. She tends to bite her lip and play with her hair constantly. She is very thoughtful about others and although she may be appear like an immature girl sometimes, she knows how the world works.
>Ariel, is the youngest of King Triton's daughters, being sixteen. She loves humans and wonders about them very much, this interest had started to sparkle thanks to her deceased mother, Queen Athena, and her short but delightful stories about humans. Unfortunately, Athena died as a result of a run in with pirates when Ariel was very young, leaving Ariel's father, King Triton devastated. Even though Ariel was very young, she still remembers her clearly, at the age of eight, Ariel wanted to learn why her mother found humans this amazing, and she first opposed her father's orders about seeing the humans, she went to the surface and watched various ships in silence. Ariel had seen some ruins before, but watching the original ships floating in the ocean was absolutely new for her. She was curious about how the humans, who her father were describing as hateful beings could do this kind of thing. Since that day, Ariel is searching for that answer, collecting every object made by humans and researching on them. As time passes by, Ariel wants to live as a human, being a part of their world even for a little time is enough to make her squeal and whirl around herself. She thinks there is nothing for her in the palace, she doesn't want to waste her life by sitting and acting like a princess.
One day, on her 12th birthday party while she was having fun with Flounder, she noticed a weird aura in the palace, it just didn't belong in there. She thought she had eaten so much and was imagining things out of the blue because of her hunger for adventure, but it didn't take so much time for her to notice that her father wasn't there. Even though Flounder told her it was a bad idea and prevented her from leaving, Ariel managed to ditch him and went after her father. She stopped when she realized her father's traces were pointing to the "Forbidden Wing", where her mother's chambers were. She thought he was going there to mourn again, overwhelmed with sadness and nostalgia, but she couldn't explain the aura she had sensed. She wanted to leave him alone, it was forbidden to go there, plus her father didn't like to be seen that way. Ariel was about to go, but loud crashings and rumbles suddenly shook the wing. She immediately rushed to the room, and spied on her father. He was fuming with anger and he was pointing his trident to the figure just beside the window. Ariel couldn't see the person properly, but he was wearing a weird hat that looked like a bent triangle, and had pearl white long beard. He bowed to her father a little and said "I will make my offer again, my king." while smiling slightly and disappeared in a flash.
After that day, King Triton treated Ariel more strictly than ever and he didn't let her do anything without his permission. She was followed by soldiers to wherever she went. Ariel didn't like this feeling of being suffocated, and improved her methods of sneaking away and slipping off. But she was either caught or snitched by her sisters. That funny bent triangle hat-man appeared in her dream three months after her birthday, and gave her a bottle with a paper piece in it. Ariel was surprised when she saw she was holding the same exact bottle when she woke up. She didn't tell this to anyone, including Flounder. "Open this on your sixteenth birthday. -Albus Dumbledore." was written in front of the bottle. The paper looked nothing special, nothing was written on it, at least from her perspective of looking. Despire the bent triangle man had written his name on the bottle, Ariel kept him calling "Funny bent triangle man". She tried to open the bottle many times but the cork didn't even budge. Ariel's curiousity was eating her inside out, but she knew this had a special meaning and wanted to ask her father about it, but there was a feeling inside her telling her to keep it a secret. On her sixteenth birthday, the first thing she did was opening the bottle. This time, she wasn't surprised to see something was actually written on it. It was a letter, from a place called "Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy". She hesitated to read the letter, because she wasn't a witch, witches were absolutely despised in her kingdom, magic was forbidden too. Her father would scowl everytime he heard the related words about it. The letter said she was invited to a school named Hogwarts, and they would be honored to see her practice her abilities there. Ariel didn't know what a "school" was, or where she could reach "Diagon Alley" but things were getting serious and she knew she had to tell this to her father.
Triton flipped when she told him about the letter and attempted to rip it off, but when he tried to hold the letter it exploded with a bright light and that funny bent triangle man appeared out of nowhere. He laughed at Triton and said "As expected of you Triton, you will prevent Ariel going to my school at all costs won't you?". After this Triton told Ariel to leave them alone with a grumbling voice while funny bent triangle man smiled to her wisely when she was about to oppose. She was supposed to go but she eavesdropped on them instead like she did four years ago. She couldn't hear them, but she made out "Athena", "Ursula" and "History".
The very next day, Dumbledore entered her secret cave where she hide the human objects she found, with a rectangle thing dangling from his hand. He said she could come with him to Hogwarts, and there was so many she had yet to discover. Ariel wanted to ask him so many things, but she could only manage to point to her tail and smile with a sad and embarassed expression. He told her this was not a problem and sat beside her, saying the thing he was carrying is a suitcase containing her most favorite belongings. He said he couldn't be beside her when they reach to Diagon Alley, the fate would guide her to find the things she had to search for.
