Introduction

(Credit for this artwork goes to Irie, whoever that is, all I did was add font. Characters depicted all belong to Square Enix.)

"Cosmos, the goddess of harmony...Chaos, the god of discord. Long have these two powers struggled against each other. Cycle after cycle, the war of the gods rages on. Summoning warriors from far and wide these two deities prepare for the eleventh cycle. Welcome to World B, I am Cid Lufaine."

Toggle Rules

1. OC's are fine. But, please, no Mary Sues!
2. No Godmodding either. Though the heroes and villains of Dissidia are powerful, their attacks can still miss.
3. If you're going to be a canon character, then play them well. Don't damage the character's reputation.
4. You may reserve characters by posting in the character threads. Check the OOC, there is a Warriors of Cosmos thread and a Warriors of Chaos thread.
5. Keep the swearing to a minimum, unless the character you're playing as at whatever time is normally foul-mouthed. Basically, PG-13.
6. I highly recommend that each player make more than one character in this RP. As doing so would make it much easier to switch between characters when the storyline calls for it.
7. Though your posts do not have to be huge, you should still use good grammar. I make typos too, so don't worry too much if you make a few. As long as other people know what you meant, and you remember to capitalize names, words at the beginning of sentences, and the word "I". However, do not write in first-person. Write in third-person, past tense preferably.

Holiday Events:

Halloween: Alternate Costume Day! Trick or Treat!

Thanksgiving: A day to appreciate your fellow warriors, and have a feast.

Christmas: 'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through World B...not a creature was stirring, not even a Manikin. On this day, you'll get presents from your fellow warriors, and also gifts from Santa maybe...oh, and don't forget to decorate a tree!

Equilibrium Week: Both sides cease fighting for a week, in a temporary truce. (Winter.)

Shinryu's Day: The cycle continues, and new warriors might possibly appear. Kinda like New Year's in World B.

Valentine's Day: A day for couples to get together. Who will be your valentine?

Easter Day: Where is the Easter Moogle? And why are there treasure chests everywhere? (Only in locations with pictures. World Map areas have no chests.)

The air was thick; warm. Swirls of brilliant lights danced and disappeared while the unstable ground simultanously shifted in all directions. This place... Yes, this place... It held significant meaning for Sephiroth. Standing at the center of a large rock-made platform, the silver-haired warrior of Chaos momentarily closed his illuminating jade eyes. He tried to summon whatever memories this strange location inspired in him. Only a few images flickered in his mind, though, too fast to comprehend and decode. Yet, when Sephiroth mentally saw the face of a blond-haired warrior, he knew he was one step closer to his answers. While many warriors of Chaos and Light waged their petty wars on each other, Sephiroth remained focused on his lost memories. He'd taken his life in a previous cycle to determine if he was the real Sephiroth and not some pathetic, mindless manikin. With one piece of the puzzle obtained, he was now set to collect more answers. Perhaps in uncovering who he was he'd discover a way to remove himself from this sensless game of chess and create his own path; his own destiny.

Sephiroth held out his left gloved hand. It glowed briefly before a long, elegantly shaped blade appeared. Masamune. His obedient weapon, she gleamed brightly. Sephiroth finally opened his eyes and took a step forward, his long silvery hair trailing behind him. It was time to locate the mysterious blond-haired warrior. The young swordsman's blood would be Sephiroth's salvation.
