Personality: Alyssa Jacobs is known for her stunning looks, having girls envy her at every corner she’d turn. She never understood why, as she’s terribly insecure about her general appearance. She’s never been satisfied with the girl that stares back at her in the mirror, and wishes she could change just about everything that makes her.. well, her. But, those who know she’s insecure has it in their head that she just wants attention; fishing for compliments, as they would say. But it’s not like that at all, more of the opposite, actually. Alyssa is a whole lot more than a pretty face — even if she can’t see it herself. Alyssa is definatly a southern belle. She is very respectful. She's very dainty and traditional. She looks after everyone she meets, keeping them in the back of her mind constantly. She's very caring, even if she just met you, she lwill do anything to help you. Alyssa is seen as the ‘mother figure’ in a large circle of friends, and is always the go-to girl when you’re stuck in a rut or need an honest opinion, followed by decent suggestions to follow through with. She always wishes the best on a person, and she definitely hopes they do the same for her. She's very down to earth. Though, with an attitude towards life with one of her own, most people get the misconception that she’s one to be easily taken advantage of. Even so, at times, Alyssa may come off as weak, even naive. but don’t be fooled, she holds a large heart and a strong will. She’s gone through enough pain and cruel words from bullies, and even her own parents, to grow stronger and wiser. Being shunned by her parents ever since they found the used condom in her bedroom, Alyssa has been afraid of boys and relationships. She’s afraid of making her parents feel even more shame upon their what was supposed to be, perfect Christian raised daughter. She’s scared that when she turns around, she’ll see her parents ready to smack her into another dimension — a dimension where faith is the all telling power, and where boys probably don’t even exist
History:Ever since Alyssa was a young girl, her mother and father prided her on her proper compliance to what was asked of her. She never shamed her parents, she never dropped a grade lower than an A, and she’s always been the role model child in her small town community. Everyone knew Alyssa’s name — but, that didn’t mean they had to personally fancy the girl. Ever since the fourth grade, it was just that. Alyssa always had her hair at decent length; her brunette, loose curls bounced with each of her steps and everyone always hated it. They hated how precise the girl was — with everything. But, it was never Alyssa’s intention, it was just a nature that came first to her. She spoke with a soft voice and never spout mean or cruel words to a soul, even though they only revoked those unsaid to herself. With her ending years of elementary school through middle school, Alyssa really fell — and hard, too. She lost all confidence within her being, and only had a small number of friends. Alyssa was tired of being made a joke of when in reality, she put her passion and true soul into everything she did. When highschool rolled along, Alyssa made an attempt to look at things through a new perspective. She brushed off the words exchanged with her in the past and tried to start fresh, anew, mature and with an open mind. With a more gentle smile, rather than one that made her look intimidated — Alyssa gained a much more enjoyable school experience. Though, when she had her first boyfriend — everything started falling back down. Sure, her boyfriend wasn’t the cause of her sister’s eating disorder, but for that to happen around the same time her parents caught her in her pleads that she still had her virginity, it was obvious which problem needed to be tended to with more care. Trying to get her parents off her back, Alyssa put in her best efforts to be there for her sister, Nina. But, to no avail. It didn’t take long for her parents to find the used condom Alyssa had carelessly tossed in the waste bin of her room. For whatever reason, her parents were absolutely livid and completely ashamed of her daughter for pulling a stunt as such. But they paid hardly any mind to their other, sick, much more important to where the light be shed, daughter. Though, Nina pleaded she’d get better if her parents wouldn’t find out about how sick she’d become. Eventually, with coaxing and proper treatment, the two sisters got over her sickness together. Now that the two are at Ingenium, Alyssa keeps close eye and her sister in check to what she’s eaten and how she feels about herself now. It keeps her distracted from the terrible things her parents had called her daughter, and now view of her since.
