Well of course not, if it could you would't have recived the faitful letter.
Even so, if your life couldn't have gotten any lower, you sure as hell wouldn't have taken the letter seriously and you wouldn't have followed the shady instructions to meet at an abandonded warehouse in the middle of fucking no where. That's just it right, I mean your life had gotten to the point that you weren't even sure you were human anymore. Everybody wanted something from you, but at the same time nobody wanted you, it's a real mind fuck right. A kind of riddle that can never be solved. You were spinning uncontrolobly down that damn rabbit hole then when you finally hit rock bottom, you found that damn letter signed:
And when you signed your name on the contract, when you agreed to the unnerving terms and conditions. Your life suddenly went from terrible to incredible over night, but what was the price? Was it worth it. The balance must remain, you got it all, but was it worth your soul?

Maxtyn was a household name and once upon a time, he was the wealthiest man alive. He had more money then he knew what to do with. Only somehow he managed to go completely bankrupt and in his darkest moments of disrepair, he sold his soul. His wealth was gained back and he once again sat on top his piles of money, only he too paid a price.
His price was that when he passed on, he would become the next demon to bargain and pray on the hopeless and despairing. He would strike deals with the desperate and make their wildest dreams a reality, but they too would pay a hefty price. Now there are very few who know who Mr. Abernathy is, however those who want a way out of there miserable lives will very quickly learn of the man in the shadows.
