Case File # 11548-b
Name: Adam Malwark
Age: 20 Years
Gender: Male
Cause of Hospitalization:
Investigators Notes:
Adam was loved very dearly by his family and friends. However, none of them had heard from him several days before his suicide attempt. He hung himself from the ceiling in his closet, but his rig had broken free after passing out. A Family friend had grown worried and paid a visit, luckily stumbling across him. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, in which he still exists.
[For Obituary Use] //Friends of Adam said he was always somewhat of a downer, and possibly suffered from some sort of depression or anxiety. He enjoyed playing his guitar and babysitting his baby niece. He enjoyed time alone, but would always go out of his way to assist another person. He enjoyed eating Chinese food and was very loyal to his tight friend group. His hobbies included Guitar as aforementioned, online gaming, writing songs, and playing a trading card game by the name of "Magic: The Gathering". He strongly disliked people that came across to him as brazen or overly cocky, as he felt jealous of their social strength.//
He was living alone at the time. He held a job at a local bakery as the lead baker, and was said to be his happiest while cooking. He is survived by his father and sister, the latter of which is currently serving a sentence in prison for possession of illegal substances.
He was found clutching a photograph of his deceased mother, and after carefully removing it from his tightly clenched hand, the words "I don't want to die, Momma. I'm scared." were found scrawled on the back of it. This may have been some sort of suicide note or the final thoughts of a man at his limit, with no one to hear him but himself. A very unfortunate loss. The doctors say chances of a recovery are slim.
Yet another tragic suicide; A past pock-marked with tragedy and loss, an unchecked mental condition, and loneliness all came together to end another life. I think I may keep in touch with this case.
