His hair is relatively thin and reaches down to a little below his ears. He never tries to maintain his hair, put it is still soft and luscious. Talan's complexion is a bit rough and his face always has a small amount of stubble on it(his beard just grows too fast).

His main weapon is Itwasit(It "Falls"), Talan's whitewood longbow, but he also has Shok("War" or "Struggle"), a red steel long sword. One might also consider Anaan("Victory") a weapon. Anaan is Talan's White Wolf companion(not a Mabari Hound, a good old fashioned wolf).

Pretty Much any male.
| Family |
Father: Quentin de Miron | 75 | Deceased
Mother: Ségolène Romain | 36 | Deceased(Died Age 12)
Siblings: Talan does not know if he has siblings or not.
| Personality |
Talan has the grandiloquence of an Orlesian Noble, the cruelty of a Tevinter mage, the zealotry of a Qunari, and the honor of a Ferelden Knight. Talan can speak poetically and beautifully when trying to woo a man, but when he sees something he doesn't like, he can tear people to bits without remorse. He has his ideals, and sticks to them, he makes the world as black-and-white as possible, yet many of his ideals can conflict with the ideals of the Qun, but his honor demands he listen to them.
Talan has a major misogyny problem, hating women with a passion. He ignores women and is repulsed by them, thinking them all terrible people that abandon others and are filled with nothing but hate. The odd thing is that he is an extreme proponent of equality(the best part of the Qun in his opinion) between elves and humans. He sees elves as no different than any other people, simply prettier. If Talon sees oppression against male elves, he will almost immediately help the elf(he only does it sometimes for female elves). Talan hates mages, he saw what the Tevinter mages could do on the battlefield and whole heartedly agrees with the Qunari collars, thinking mages far too dangerous.
He likes to flirt, but knows when it is appropriate and when not. He is also a sex addict, always looking for a sexual partner, but rarely a romantic one. Talan also loves eating, his hyper-active metabolism burns through food so quickly that he ends up eating meals fit for two or three people in one sitting. Talan also has a way with animals, he can calm down some of the most vicious creatures in the wilds.
| History |
Talan's mother, Ségolène, lived in Val Royeaux as a servant to an Orlesian Noble family, the de Miron's. Ségolène wasn't even twelve when Quentin de Miron took interest. He called her up to his room and raped her. Quentin de Miron had done this with many other servants. He would take in orphans and such, seeming like a great man who wants to help those in need, only to force himself on them before they could get pregnant. Ségolène was unlucky enough to have reached an age where she could bear children, and therefore got pregnant with Talan. After one night Quentin lost interest in any girl he took, and therefore he didn't see her very often. The older servants helped her out and she eventually gave birth, dying in the process, she was simply too young. Before her death, she gave Talan the name Jacques.
Talan was raised by the servants the best they could, some of them had children of their own and simply didn't give him the attention he needed(this led to his misogyny). When he was four the lady of the house, a woman named Zoé de Miron, commanded that since Talan's mother was dead, they had no reason to keep him. Talan's strongest memory from that age is a group of female servants along with one noble woman kicking him out on the streets. Talan wandered and eventually went to the Elven Alienage, the neglect of the area called out to him. An Elven family accepted him into their home, with much acrimony from the other elves. There was a single father with two sons, each headstrong and volatile. Growing up, Talan(still named Jacque) was often treated worse than the elves, being the only human "pathetic" enough to live amongst them. Many of the elves took out their anger on humans on Talan as well. Talan received beating from both bored humans looking for the most pathetic thing possible to hit, and elves angry at humans.
When Talan was eight, his surrogate father started to teach him to use a bow, a skill he had already taught his other sons, both of which were older than Talan. Talan was a natural, being able to outshoot both of his surrogate father's other children(who had been training for three years each) in under a year of practice. Talan stole quite a bit, for the family didn't have enough money to eat, he got the scars on his back from being flogged multiple times as a young child. When Talan was 15, he started a relationship with one of the boys he lived with, a beautiful elf named Corthal. After a few months of being together, Corthal died. He was working in the tavern when a group of humans came to the Alienage, bared the doors of the tavern shut, then burnt it down. Talan was heartbroken, and angry. He hunted down each and every one of the humans(luckily none were nobles) and mutilated them, leaving bits and pieces of their dismembered bodies in the streets. Corthal's father, and Talan's surrogate father, sold him out, telling the guards what he had done. Talan barely escaped the city with his life, leaving Orlais and moving to a forest along its border with the Free Marches. He began to raid small caravans, honing his tracking and archery skills.
He lived in the forest for four years until he met a Qunari Ashaad. He learned about the ways of the Qun and jumped at the chance to join. He and the Ashaad went back to Par Vollen, Talan gave all the information he had about Orlais to the Ashaad, effectively completing his mission, and Talan was given a new name, Karashok. After two years he became Talan, and was sent to Ferelden to implant himself, ready for any orders from the Qun. He has been moving around Ferelden, never staying in one place too long.
He found Anaan in the Brecilian Forest early on in his mission.
