"I am a dragon!"
Charoi tries to be kind but can get annoyed by small things such as someone whistling while she is reading. She contains her temper most of the time and usually blows up at people she knows well for she tends to think they will forgive her as easily as she will forgive them. She likes to help people. She dislikes the emotion of anger for it sometimes makes her do rash, and sometimes harmful, things.
Charoi has a waterproof backpack that she keeps 3 books in at all times : Jane Eyre, Jurassic Park, and the Good Earth. She also keeps space for other books she may come across. She also keeps a pocket knife and wood in her backpack.
Charoi was born to a family of water dragons who favored human form. Once she and her siblings could shift to human shape her parents brought the family up to land and raised them as humans. The parent's way of life made Charoi and her brother and sister forget being dragons. In school she studied languages and Language Arts especially hard. She felt a longing for something she was never allowed to have, a longing for swimming that her parents would let her do. One time she was invited to a friend's house and they went swimming there. In the water she felt her longing fulfilled. To her suprise her body stretched and lengthened in that of a water dragon's to her suprise. Her friend's family politely asked her to leave. Charoi confronted her parents angrily and demanded to know why she and her siblings were not brought up to know who and they were. Her parents stiffly said that dragons would intergrate better with humans if dragons wore their human forms. They also revealed that they had a spell laid on her and her siblings that sped up their metabolism and made them mature like a human. In her anger Charoi ran away from home to join the Dragon Hunters to show her parents that humans and dragons could work together while admitting who they really were. She also has hopes of getting the human life spell removed.
