Setsuna Rin. Her first name means an instant, while her last means cold. It's a pretty name, and Setsuna is rather happy about it.
|Nicknames|
Setsu--- Its a name only reserved to the ones who are closer to her. She doesn't get that put off if a person she doesn't know that we'll calls her that however, just mildly irritated.
Shiki--- A word for ghoul. It is derived from her dark soulless eyes and it is often a nickname used to tease her. She doesn't like that nickname much, and would ignore the person who was calling her that.
Little Rin--- Calling her that would just bring painful memories as the only person who does has long gone to a place where she could no longer reach. Hardly anyone knows her by that name, and calling her that would only bring her to tears at times. She has tried to get over it since.

Her voice is quiet but melodious, like little bells tinkling. When she gets nervous or angry however, her voice often grows louder and darker, sounding more like velvet unlike her usual soft one.

A deep dark velvet, only obvious in traces when she is directly under the light. Her eyes doesn't reflect light at all, in fac they seem to suck all traces of light into them, making them look like a hopeless empty void. Her eyes are one of the reasons why they call her Shiki for they seem soulless and without hope.

She has slim arms and legs, looking easily breakable and fragile.

4'7. She happens to be of a small size compared to the Verage height of the children her age. This has caused her teased and bullied incessantly, and she wishes that she would grow taller.

4'8lbs. She is quite skinny and weakly for her age, so it might not be so odd after all that her weight was as light as a feather.

➵ Singing: Her voice is sweet and melodious, and she loves to sing as it often calms her down enough to think. Old melodies she had heard and the new ones she had been taught all stay in her mind, and she never forgets every one of them.
➵Dolls: She used to have a vast collection of porcelain dolls in her house where she stayed and she treasures all of them. Her collection is ever growing and she would be rather upset if she lost any one of them, having named each one and even gave them their own personalities. They are the only friends she would ever think of having, and she loves them as the only company she has.
➵Friends: She had never seen to many of them in her life, as she is usually quiet and shy. She has an inner longing for them though, ever since her only playmate had... gone.
➵Sweets: Like every other girl, Setsuna adores sweet treats, and she can often be bribed into doing anything from them. Sweets are her one guilty pleasure and she cannot help her sweet tooth.
➵Flowers: Especially the Camellia, that her one friend loved the most. She still misses him whenever she sees the pretty flowers bloom.
|Strengths|
➵Moving quickly: With her slim and light body, she is definitely perfect for moving quickly and dodging attacks at a high speed, weaving in on her enemy as if she was in a graceful dance. It doesn't waste so much of her stamina so she works on tiring her enemy first before going for the kill.
➵Singing: She uses her songs to calm someone down. Music calms the wild beast, or so they say, and she is able to harness the power of her songs that seem nearly hypnotizing in its tune.
➵Day dreaming: The places in her mind are beautiful and magical, and she could often retreat to them if she couldn't take reality. It's a strength she has mastered to calm herself down.
➵Memorization: She has always been good at memorizing things, considering she knew all the names of her many dolls.
Dislikes
➵Violence: She doesn't enjoy violence and would rather settle things peacefully. She does know that sometimes violence is necessary however, and would use it if she was forced, just not willingly.
➵Being alone: She is not willing to be left alone anymore, not after so many years of loneliness. It is painful for her to be lonely just by herself, and she dislikes it immensely.
➵Relationships:Breaking away from that is far too painful for Setsuna to handle. She had learned her lesson from handling it once, and she doesn't wish to do it again.
➵Her illness: It is the only thing that stops her from going outside and playing with the others. She often blames everything on it even though she knows that it was not all the fault of her disease.
➵Crying: It is something she just can't help, as her feelings often overwhelm her. She wishes that she could be brave and strong like the others., but she knows it was a futile wish.
Weaknesses
➵Weak: She often has sudden attacks of chest pains due to her illness and surprisingly that fact hasn't changed after she entered a coma. Her illness had made the girl incredibly weak and vulnerable, and that is one of her greatest weaknesses.
➵Easily startled: She gets started and frightened easily, and it was a miracle she managed to survive the nightmares that haunted her.
➵Naive: She would nearly believe anything you tell her and she is incredibly easy to trick. With her avid imagination and lack of experience with the outside worl, it is no wonder that she is easy to deceive.
