Basic Info: A computer hacker who only can only work when he's drunk and under pressure; but when he gets to it he's the best there is. He was picked off the streets by Raven at 14 years old when he was caught hacking into Government networks. It was only then that Raven found out about his terrible work ethic, sarcastic attitude and addiction to illegal substances. The only reason they're kept him on is because they can't afford to lose him to E.P.IC. Diego doesn't consider himself to be a member of either side, he likes to think of himself as a team Switzerland kind of deal, but Raven has been careful not to let him sway to Raven. He always carries a hand gun in the back of his jeans. He doesn't think much of the other hot shot Raven employees, he feels overlooked next to their 'amazing' superpowers, when he's just a guy with a computer and a well stocked liquor cabinet. When he's not drunk he can see dark shadows playing around, but he doesn't know what they are and he hasn't told anyone.

History: Diego's spend the bulk of his childhood under abusive parents, running away when he was 12. He spent two years living off the money he found under the loose floorboard in his father's study, using internet cafes to mess around with Government files for his own benefit and making and before he was picked up by Raven But although the physical bruises of his childhood have faded, how much has it messed up his head? Is there another reason he prefers to hide behind a wall of strong liquor, rather than face the world?

Appearance: Tall, dirty blonde hair and dark eyes. There's a milky haze over his eyes when he's wasted, which is pretty much always. The only thing he knows about personal hygiene is showering every day or two, it ends there. His hair is scruffy and untamed to the point its almost turned into dreadlocks. His trademark outfit is a black t-shirt and jeans. He rarely wears shoes, most likely because he can't tie the laces. It's not that he's too stupid to do it, just that nobody ever bothered to teach him.

Home county: Diego doesn't even know, but he's positive it's not Peru.

Skills/abilities/talents: Being an amazing at hacking into encrypted networks, but only when he's drunk or under pressure. Or both. He can also juggle oranges and has an outstanding library of bad jokes. Something that might develop later.

Likes: computers, cheap booze, fake IDs, free WiFi, high speed laptops.

Dislikes: loud noises, people who wear sunglasses at night, people telling him he's too young to drink, people telling him what to do. People in general. The shadowy things that dance around the edge of his vision when he's sober.
