Dylan Hale's Story

Running back and forth on stage had its moments. These were one of the good moments. The crowd was loud and pumped up, chanting and cheering his name. Girls threw their bras at him. Laughing he kept singing and playing his guitar, the bright lights almost blinding. Looking left and right he saw his bandmates. How awesome was it that they were on stage and famous? He'd look to the front row and at the end of the song, he'd throw his guitar down watching one girl catch it, almost passing out. Turning around quickly, he'd grab the guitar as if on cue was thrown to him. "Now this nex-" SLAM! Dylan jolted upright in his chair, his eyes bloodshot red from waking up.

The teacher glared at him, almost as if Dylan were a bug on the bottom of his shoe. "I suggest you pay attention Mr. Hale. I would HATE for you to have to stay for detention." Her voice bitter and cold, demanded close to his face. Wiping the drool off his face he'd nod quickly before looking at the clock. Couldn't let me sleep for 10 more minutes? Seriously? He'd shake his head as her form retreated to the front of the class once more. Looking down at his notebook, he saw the drawings he had done beforehand and smiled. Soon... it would be the end of school... at least for a bit.

He impatiently tapped his foot before messing with his snakebites. Come on.. RING already. He thought as he eyed the clock once more, closing the notebook, ready to dash out as soon as the bell rung. He was ready for the school day to be over.

Varick swung his suit-case down to lay on the floor of the meeting place,apparently he'd arrived early. With a grin he pulled his cheap flip-phone out of his pocket and spent five minutes struggling to send out texts to each of his friends. He was never one for texting,preffering to call or actually speak with people. That's not to say he wasn't a massive tech-geek when he could get his hands on something decent.

"Where're you at Slackers!, I'm sitting here waiting to get this thing started!, Hey,any of you got a spare pillow and a car battery? I've got everything else! K thnx, cya here!" The text read,having been proof-read about five times before Varick finally thumped his finger down on the send button. Leaning back with another wide-grin as he pulled a notebook and a pen from the suitcase before he relaxed ontop of it. Scribbling blue-prints and notes for experiments and inventions...aswell as the odd sketch or drawing of animals and fantasy creatures. Flicking to the back his grin could only widen as he read through the detailed sketches and profiles he had made for various Characters he had invented for Role-playing. Hey, It focused his otherwise very scattered mind.

He kept an eye and an ear out for Jess at all times whilst he sketched and wrote away in his book,occassionally checking his phone for a text. He knew they'd be around here somewhere,They had a habit of showing up out of nowhere, atleast to him. Then again he had a short attention span even for a teenager. He was just glad they're arrival was ussually proceeded by music otherwise he sometimes swore she would give him a heart-attack.

Varick checked his phone with a grin. Seeing the both texts and awaiting both of their arrivals just as Raiko and Jess seemed to appear. He grinned wider as Jess asked him about his notepad.

"Just drawing and Writing inventions,characters and whatnot into my notepad. Speaking of which Hello you two! and thanks for the pillow!" He said with a slight chuckle before beginning to stuff various wires and odd devices strategically in and around the pillow itself until it too looked like a giant clockwork Gizmo. He seemed to be one of the few people whom liked to incorporate gears and old fashioned piston systems. Why he had such things in his bag was a mystery.

"Sweet! Now all I need is the battery and we have a ridiculously simple yet complex Lightning rod,heater and weird kinda dangerous giant speaker! Here's hoping Dylan brings one." He said, standing up and spinning around to give Jess a friendly hug,turning afterwards to offer a hand-shake to Raiko. What?, he liked hugs.

"So how was all you're last days of school?, Mine as is tradition ended with me being teacher Godzilla." He asked, He had a habit of bombarding people with words and actions,especially when he was excited. I mean,after asking he had begun excitedly climbing and jumping off things like a small child whilst he awaited all the reactions and answers. The teen was quite odd.

Arashi had driven home without to much traffic in the way. He hurry and jumped out of his car and ran into his house. He ran into his room going back and forth getting his things for the camping trip. His phoned beeped and he took it out. At the same moment he was running down the hallway and tripped on something and crashed into the wall "Ow." He rubbed his head. He looked for his phone witch have had flown out of his hand. It beeped again so he was able to find. It was a message from Varik. He typed in his message: Sorry running late still trying to get all my stuff to gather. See you guys soon. He pressed send and continued to pack. "Okay lets see Toothbrush..." He ran into the bathroom and grabbed his toothbrush and toothpaste. After collecting a few more things he walked into the Kitchen and grabbed some food to bring. He walked out the door and hoped into his car and drove off to see his friends at there usual meeting place.
