Amaya was not very good at understanding that the question was a joke. A long time out of immediate contact with normal people had left her more then a little clueless and jests such as that. "Well... If you want a collar and leash...." Amaya shifted her legs uncomfortable, she didn't want to put a leash on Kadyn, but if he really wanted too. Amaya finally noticed the grin on his face and slowly but surely the light bulb went on in her head that what he said had been a joke of sorts.

Amaya tried to laugh a little bit but she didn't seem to be able to find the object of his amusement in the words. Still, he was smiling and the anger he held earlier was gone, and if the joke had managed that then well, that was for the better. She never wanted that smile to go away from his face, she owed him that much at least. "Thank you for coming, I... well I'll try my best to impress you." she said with an innocent smile.

Amaya glanced at a clock that was on top of the mantle which kindly displayed the time 6:48 on it's ivory face. A small gasp escaped from her lips. "I'm going to be late, I need to hurry." Amaya who in her rush already completely forgot Kadyn on top of the piano rushed out of the room running as fast as her small legs could carry her. Halfway down the hall she slipped but caught herself as she turned around, peeking back into the room. "Um, I'm sorry I don't have anything nice for you to wear, maybe we can go shopping tomorrow. Um, a car will be here in 10 minutes to take us to the theatre, I'll be right back."

Amaya rushed up to her room and quickly changed into a simple but still very nice dress. It was nothing overly dramatic and was a simple straight black skirt with a nice white dress shirt. She had more delicate dresses but those were not for playing in. Quickly she ran back downstairs to meet Kadyn by the front door. However as she got to him she slipped on the stairs and accidentally launched herself towards him. "Kadyn, Look out" she manage to yell out before she landed right on top of him and pushing him too the ground. She had closed her eyes to avoid watching herself hit him but as she opened them she stared straight into his face and realized with horror that she had landed on him in such a way that their lips had connected and she was kissing him. Amaya quickly broke the kiss and her face turned the biggest shade of scarlet red you could believe. "Um.. I... Kadyn... That... Please... It was an accident... I I I, Eeeep" her hands shot to her mouth as she covered them, the largest blush of embarrassment she had ever shown was decorating her face. "Please forgive me" she shot out as she all but bowed to him in averting his gaze. Truth was she had enjoyed the kiss immensely and well... Kadyn tasted good to her. She wanted to kiss him again but she knew it would be horribly embarrassing and she knew that he may not...Kadyn wasn't interested in a slip of a girl like she was.

Kadyn half expected Amaya to really put a collar on him when she didn't get the joke. Or that she was pretending to not to get the joke to teach him a lesson about sarcasm. He was realeved when she finally seemed to get it. He'd done a lot of crazy shit with some chicks but there was nothing really quite as degrading as being led around on a leash. Well, there were a few things but he didn't care to remember those.

He was silent as she talked about impressing him - he assumed she was referring to her concert tonight. He didn't exactly mind not having anything 'nice' to wear. He did however, mind a little that he didn't have any other clothes. The clothes he was currently wearing were slept in, disheveled, and generally just made him look like a whore. Something he usually wasn't even aware of - but now that he was some kind of human pet he felt unusually self conscious. Obviously Amaya had chosen him for a reason. Did he really look like that much of a whore?

He pushed the thoughts away and lingered on the piano for a moment longer, stretching before slipping off. He wandered around the house for a while, until he found the front door, where he decided that he would stay to wait for Amaya. He stood there for a while, shifting his wait back and forth from each foot awkwardly in aggitation. It wasn't long before he began to pace back and forth across the foyer. He was beginning to feel more and more like a caged animal. He'd been in this stuffy house for much too long, even if it had only been a little over a day. But he'd been lying in bed the whole time like some kind of pampered live-in slut. And just a day of that was enough to make him edgy.

He looked up when Amaya descended the staircase. And he really only got a glimpse of her before she fell and tumbled into him, sending him crashing to the ground. His back slammed against the floor and his head smacked against it. He felt Amaya's flips brush his but mostly the pain in the back of his head took center stage in his mind.

"It's fine," he muttered, moaning as he tryed to sit up a little with her still on top of him. For someone so little she sure did weigh a lot. He wasn't mad that she'd fallen on him. It had been an accident - even though he'd expected a vampire to be a little more cordinated. Even though he wasn't mad, his head still hurt. He touched the back of his head and felt wetness. He pulled his hand away numbly and saw a small amount of blood on his fingers.

"Ah shit," he muttered, cowering despite himself. He didn't want to be afraid of her but he wasn't sure how she would react to the scent of blood. She was a vampire after all. A vampire that had bit him yesterday.

"Ah shit," Kadyn muttered as he held the back of his head. Amaya was feeling really bad already but when he brought his hand back to find blood on it. Her eyes lurched towards the blood and she felt like going over and licking the blood off his hand. Amaya quickly shoved those thoughts out of her head, she was a vampire, not a dog, plus she wasn't even hungry....though the scent was sort of intoxicating.

Amaya quickly gathered herself and leaned over to look him in the eyes. He didn't seem disoriented which was good, he probably did not have a concussion. She wasn't very good with wounds though....Sure if she ever bit someone she would but a band-aid over the wound when she was finished. But that was rare, she didn't eat often and when she did the blood usually came packaged from hospitals. "Umm, I'm sorry Kadyn... Do you need a bandage or something? I um... Well I don't really know what to do... I don't get hurt often so I don't know how to treat a head wound." Amaya admitted a bit.

The girl gave a second small eep when she realized she was still sitting on top of Kadyn and she quickly stood up off of him "sorry" she said quietly. Her eyes darted back and forth from the blood on his hand to his face. She was no longer really attracted by the blood, she could suppress that if she wasn't hungry, but she was worried about him and if he would blame her. She didn't want him to be angry at her, Amaya loved Kadyn. If she had made him angry....

Once again a thought in the back of her mind drifted to the front. Why did she love Kadyn. He was cruel, a womanizer, and a liked to poke fun at people. Amaya did her best to crush the thought. She had seen something in Kadyn's heart, something about him attracted her soul to his. That's why she put herself in this situation.

"I'm fine," Kadyn said, getting to his feet, "I've had worse. It's just a little blood. I'll be fine." He rubbed his hand against the back of his head and wiped the blood away. He then wiped the blood on his white shirt before zipping up his jacket to cover it. "See? All better," he said, grinning at her. As long as she wasn't going to go all Dracula on him and suck his blood out - he was sure he'd be fine. He'd cut his head on a slightly uprooted tile on the floor - but the blow itself hadn't been that hard though. His head didn't hurt and he didn't feel disoriented.

"So? Ready to go? Unless you're planning on getting that leash," he teased, smirking impishly. He was eager to get out of the house. He never really spent a lot of time inside. He preferred to go out - movies, parks, dinners, beaches, clubs, parties. He didn't like being cooped up inside. Even if he was going to some kind of classical music thing, at least he'd be out with people.

Amaya felt a swell of immense relief for Kadyn when he laughed it off. Still in the last minute of happenings, she had managed to completely forget the concert. "Ah, Right the concert." she said hurridly as she stood and quickly made it to the door opening it. The black limousine was already pulled up to the cobblestone circle drive and the driver was looking at his watch, he quickly fixed that when she showed. "Sorry I'm late Sevrick. I hope you didn't wait long."
Sevrick let out a slight laugh, a rich Russian accent laying heavily on his words. "Not at all Lady Haleem, I only just arrived." Amaya smiled, Sevrick was a lesser vampire who had been sworn to her family for longer then she's been alive. Amaya had given him full leave to go and he has for the most part, but he still works has her driver.

"Sevrick, I'll be having a guest join us tonight."
"Of course my Lady."

Kadyn hovered back a little, observing Amaya as she conversed with the limo driver - who appeared to be another vampire. He wasn't scared though . . . Just uneasy. He was wary of Amaya simply because she was a vampire . . . But he trusted that she wouldn't hurt him. But this other vampire . . . Well Kadyn had no reason to trust him.

Kadyn noticed with interest how the other vampire spoke to Amaya in a way that a servant might. That puzzeled Kadyn. Why would a vampire be a subjugate of another vampire. Wasn't it only humans who had to obey them? Maybe Amaya was more powerful then he originally thought . . . She may have looked like a little girl, but she was obviously a very esteemed vampire if she had this huge castle, vampire servants, and a human sex toy.

He stayed where he was on the porch, not making a move towards the limo. He decided he would wait for Amaya to call him over, since he didn't want to intrude on their conversation. If they had been normal people, he would have rudely suggested that they shut up so they wouldn't be late. But since they were vampires and he was a human, he felt like he owed them respect.

Amaya waved over to Kadyn from the car. "Come on Kadyn, Were going to be late." she said with a smile on her face. Truth be told she was in a good mood, despite all that had happened over the past day or so. As Kadyn came over Amaya made to introduce Sevrick. "This Sevrick, Sevrick this is Kadyn." Sevrick made a slight bow but his fangs flashed in a smile, he was not as fully of a vampire as Amaya was, he was among the changed and it was...more difficult for him to hold back his blood lust. "A pleasure" he said.

"Sevrick is my driver and an old family friend. He's a good man if you can get over some aspects." she sad with a small laugh as she climbed into the limosuine "Come on in" she asked Kadyn. "The limosuine is comfortable and it is stocked with drinks if you want." she said smiling again. Kadyn seemed a little nervous and she wanted him to be a looser, there was no reason for him to be nervous. After all there was nothing to be afraid of, she would never harm him and Sevrick knew better.

"Alright," Kadyn mumbled, approaching Sevrick. He wondered vaguely what this vampire man thought of him. By the way the man was smiling at him . . . Kadyn had a feeling he didn't want to know. He nodded slightly in acknowledgment at him before following after Amaya. Keeping his eyes trained on Sevrick, he slipped into the limo after Amaya. All of his nerves went up in smoke when he saw the interior of the limo. He was like a kid in a candy store. The inside of the limo was black and sleek with different colored little lights on the ceiling and drinks on the side.

"Oooh!" he enthused, pouring himself a soda, seeing as there was no liquor available. He wondered if vampires could get drunk. They could obviously drink if she had a limo stocked with drinks, unless she'd been unexpecting them. He assumed they could eat based on the kitchen, which had no obvious signs of being newly created.

"So . . . Where is this place?" he wondered. taking a sip of his orange soda.
