Setting

Upon a bed of lava lies the great palace that served as home to generations of Tenneth Alphas. It is here that every major political, economic, and military decision is made. The current Promethean Regime has made the castle all but impossible to invade without a proper army. Though perhaps a smaller force could find it's way in?

Summanus

Summanus faded in and out of consciousness during the rally today. He could half-remember the roar of the crowds and Prometheus's own booming voice. What stood out the most to him was his date of execution. Summanus always expected to die someday, but he never would've guessed it would be juridical. He always assumed it would be on the battlefield by the jaws of an enemy. Life never ceases to surprise. Not to mention the surprise visitor he's about to meet inside of his cell. Summanus heard chatter around him. His vision was blurry but he could make out the shapes of Bero and Borvo. They seemed to be having a rather spirited debate about how long to roast one's marshmallows. "It should be lightly toasted!" Bero shouted. "It should be charred!" Borvo retorted. "You're not supposed to BURN the marshmallow stupid! Besides the extra carbon isn't good for you!" Bero argued. "But that's what gives it its texture and extra flavor!" Borvo remarked.

"Texture?! What do you know about texture? Marshmallows are supposed to be soft, not crunchy!" Borvo gave Bero a look of indignation. "What do I know about texture!? What do YOU know about texture?! You barely cook it, it's not even gooey!" Bero growled. "I do that because it's about PRESENTATION! Nobody wants to eat a blackened marshmallow! Everybody wants it golden brown!" "Wha? Who the hell's gonna care about what it looks like?! Besides all my friends like it blackened! Just because YOU don't like it that way doesn't mean everyone's gonna agree with you!" "Well, you and your friends have shit taste, because everybody knows the proper way to cook a marshmallow is to toast a golden brown!" Bero barked. "Well, I say it's better blackened! You just can't appreciate it because YOU'RE the one with shit taste!" Borvo barked back. "Golden brown is better!" "Blackened's better!" "Golden Brown!" "Blackened!" "GOLDEN BROWN!" "BLACKENED!" "GOOOOLDEN BROOOOWN!" "BLAAAAACKENED!" Bero and Borvo snarled at one another. "Do you want to fight me!?" Bero challenged. "Oh yeah!? Bring it!!" Borvo responded. Red flames began to spread across Bero's back, while blue flames spread across Borvo's. Summanus was roused by their incessant arguing and the heat of their flames.

Summanus grumbles. "If you guys want to fight how about you do it not so close to me?" Bero and Borvo both turned to Summanus. "SHUT UP!!" They said in unison. "Let's drop off the prisoner in his cell and take this outside," Bero suggested. "Sounds good to me!" Borvo nods. The Brothers walk up the Summanus's cell and open the cell door. They pushed the cage forward and released the hatch. "Get in your pen, you filthy Outsider!" Bero barked as Borvo prodded him along with a little flame. The twine burnt off of Summanus as he shakily rose up and tumbles into the cell. The Brothers close the cell door behind him as they give him a derisive snort. "Enjoy your last night on Nigerius! I look forward to your execution!" Bero laughed. "Yeah and I'm gonna roast marshmallows while they do it!" Borvo added. "Oh no, you don't! You're going to ruin everybody's appetite!" Bero spat. "Then do something about it!" Borvo goaded. "Oh, I will! Right after we take back this stupid cage!" Bero said as he pushed it. The Brothers soon left down the hall and out of everybody's sight.

Summanus laid down on the cold stone floor barely moving a muscle. While the Borak looked completely out of it he was still sharp. Even though he couldn't see her, he could 'sense' her presence inside his cell. Slowly lifting his head Summanus looks to the dark side of the cell and calls out, "I didn't know you were a Kamarian, Blue?" He spoke weakly. "Have you come to rub my capture in my face? To be honest I would prefer to hear that over those two fools bickering." He wheezed. He wasn't exactly sure what her intent was coming here. He didn't think she came here to rescue him, nor does he think she came here to kill him. Prometheus is already going to do that for her. Whatever it may be he doubts that this is just a social call. "Why are you here?" he asks.

Blue

Blue watched Stormy fall into the cell.

"Why are you here?" he asks.

Why am I here? It was the same question she was asking herself.

A whole minute went by with no response.

She couldn't answer the question... so she answered the other questions first.

"BattleDemon, my mother was a half breed. Alvan and Kamarian. And I am just the result of her affair with a full blooded Kamarian," the words were frosty, cold and somewhat bitter. There was no emotion on her face, not that you could see it in back of the cell... she was just barely standing out of reach of the light.

There was a stretch of silence again...

Blue wasn't sure what she was currently feeling.... her heart was beginning to race and her fur was standing on end. It was like she was racing while standing completely still. Any second and she swore she was about to burst.

"I didn't come to gloat..." The words were much softer this time.

Softly speaking, yet she was angry, so so angry right now.

"I lost your pendant..." This was as close to an apology as she was going to give...

"And I promised... my mo-" She caught herself, "BattleDemon... that I would return it... and I didn't."

Blue was being herself in this moment...

"Why do you do it? Why protect others? Why save others when they aren't worth saving?" The question burst out of her. Without waiting for him to respond, she continued in a rush.

"You know, out of everyone in the group... I found our past to be... the most similar. Battledemon wasn't much of a mother... and... all I had was your pendant in a very dark place... I was alone with no light."

She suddenly growled, "I'm not trying to justify what I'm doing just so you know... I'm just..."

[i]Confused.[/]

Reality hit her then... She was in despair because... because of....

Blue was emanating power now... the darkness around her was thickening, almost becoming a corporeal blob of sludge...

She held no emotional ties to Khan or Nova, that was for sure... but for some reason, she was... sympathizing with Summanus... Frustration nipped at her claws...

"Killing and lying are all I know."

Summanus

Things were quiet for a bit. He wasn't sure if he caught Blue off-guard or something? Perhaps she isn't interested in speaking but then why show up? It was not too long before she did speak up.

"BattleDemon, my mother was a half breed. Alvan and Kamarian. And I am just the result of her affair with a full blooded Kamarian,"

Summanus laid there unflinching at the news. He always suspected she was related to BattleDemon in some way but it's different hearing it from her. Summanus didn't have very much interaction with her mother. He did remember her to be a great warrior but nearly killing her in that prison caused him no small amount of grief. She was tough so he wasn't surprised she was able to walk it off somewhat. That prison break was the last time he saw her. It was during his thoughts that Blue broke the silence once more.

"I didn't come to gloat..." "I lost your pendant..." "And I promised... my mo-", "BattleDemon... that I would return it... and I didn't."

This did surprise Summanus however. Is that why she came? To apologize to him? After being separated from it so long he wasn't sure if he would ever see his birth pendant again. The black lightning bolt pendant. He always wondered where his parents manage to get a black pendant. The other pendants were always yellow, or sometimes blue. Unfortunately, they died before he could even speak. Thinking about his parents always invited a bit of fantasy into his mind. What if they didn't die? How much different would his life had turned out? Would he even be a warrior? Summanus never liked to dwell on what-ifs and what could've been. Life happens in the present, not the Past. Yet saying that was easier said than done. Too often his mind would dwell on the Past.

He had remembered giving BattleDemon his pendant. She had a plan to escape and in order for her plan to work, she needed it. He was reluctant to hand it over at first, after all, it was the only thing his parents ever gave him. It was their inheritance and their memento. Having noticed his reluctance, BattleDemon had promised to return it, no matter what. He believed her to be true to her word and if it meant saving the lives of so many, why not? Summanus handed it to her and she ran off to initiate her plan. He was to hold off any assailants that might try to stop her. They succeeded and they escaped, but they were separated. When the prison walls blew open much of the cavern caved in. He was scared BattleDemon was buried within that mess. When the Tenneth came to pick the ruins they couldn't find BattleDemon's body among the dead. Somehow she escaped that nightmare but her trail was long cold by then.

"Why do you do it? Why protect others? Why save others when they aren't worth saving?" "You know, out of everyone in the group... I found our past to be... the most similar. Battledemon wasn't much of a mother... and... all I had was your pendant in a very dark place... I was alone with no light." "I'm not trying to justify what I'm doing just so you know... I'm just..."

Summanus listened to her line of questioning. To him, it sounded like she was holding this in for a very long time. Why does anyone do the things they do? It is a complex question with no simple answers. He wasn't angry with Blue over losing the pendant. If anything he was glad that it brought comfort to someone else while it was gone. The pendant holds that kind of power, it kept him company too when he felt all alone in the dark. Summanus then noticed the darkness increase in opaqueness, so much so it began to look tangible. She was releasing more of her Prana and it would seem Blue holds a lot more power within herself. It reminded him of her mother.

"Killing and lying are all I know."

"All I've ever known was killing too." He finally spoke. "It was the only thing I was ever good at. I killed for food, I killed for money, and I killed for revenge." Summanus took a deep breath before giving a hacking cough. "Death followed me like a curse. Anyone that I ever loved seemed to die, so I kept myself from loving. Instead, I just caused death, death, and more death." Summanus paused as he looked deep into that growing darkness, "You asked me why do I do it? Why do I protect others even if they don't deserve it? It's because I used to believe that killing gave me purpose, that it was my reason for living. After killing for so long I realized that I was wrong. All killing ever did for me was leave me feeling purposeless and alone. I wasn't truly living because I never felt alive." Summanus sighed.

"It wasn't until I started protecting others. Preserving life rather than taking it gave me that sense of purpose. That made me feel alive. I felt it the first time when I protected this silly, little, three-legged cub named Lou." Summanus uncharacteristically gave a small chuckle. "He was being harassed and assaulted by a group of older Wolves for his deformity. He reminded me of myself I suppose." Summanus spoke referring to his two tails. "I didn't realize it at the time, I just felt all this rage and I snapped. I killed them all and when I thought I scared that cub away...he did something that surprised me. Rather than be afraid of me, he was thankful for me. It felt strange at first but he didn't treat me with contempt or disgust. Instead, he brought me to where he lived which was this shop with a crotchety, old Deon named Keizer. He was a mean, old bastard but he was kind and fair. He never treated me like a freak, instead, he made me feel like I was one of his kin. I finally felt like I belonged." It was then that wall of stoicism that defined Summanus for so long began to crack. A tear escaped down his cheek.

Summanus shrugs it off. "When they died I felt lost all over again. I felt that way for a very long time until I met your mother and her friends. In many ways, they reminded me of that same feeling of family. Just like with Lou and Keizer. It was then I knew I had to protect them. This war has taken away too many families. I wasn't about to let that happen again, not this time." Summanus laid down his head. He felt incredibly tired. "I know I can't ask this of you Blue, but tomorrow I'm going to die. I can feel your power, you have tremendous strength lying deep inside of you. I know you don't feel the same way about the others as I do, but if you can find it in yourself to do it," It was then Summanus looked towards her one more time, "Could you protect the others for me when I'm gone?"

Blue

The part of Blue that was trained so well to ignore weakness wanted to scoff at the emotion showing on Summanus's face. To loudly declare herself above this and leave in a huff... Except, he mentioned the war... taking too many families...

It struck something, a memory surfaced of speeches held deep in the depths of the earth. Talks of changes, of ending all wars, of the death of a God....

Blue felt a headache coming on...

She clacked her fangs together in frustration.

Suddenly her bright blue eyes began to glow in the darkness as if someone had just lit a torch. She looked down on Summanus, her face and body, expressionless now. All signs of frustration and mixed emotions was gone...

This was something she could not do. At all. This, she was sure of.

Or else she would be immediately killed.

But...

She didn't say anything, she just kept looking at Summanus... Time slowed down in her head and soon, it was apparent... She wasn't just looking at him.... No, she was staring into him.

Unlike her mother who had the Alvan ability to see someone's fears and psychologically disable them, Blue showed no talent for it. She showed another ability instead, one she kept hidden from Nova and everyone else.... One she was thinking of using on Summanus now...

"You know I can't." She growled matter of factly. From his story, she could tell he had been in this position before. But she wondered if he knew, just how quickly she would be killed if she ever even fantasized about rebelling against her Alpha, and her pack.

She let out a breath, and the confusion that had fogged her brain cleared. The shadows receded and the fire light shown upon her bloodied muzzle and paws. "I am what I was made into, and that won't change."

She lowered her head, almost as if defeat. "I'm sorry..." The whisper was low, so low, one might not even hear it.

Earlier in the day, she had helped to slay some rebel scouts... it was their blood that still coated her fur...

There was a loud growl that echoed through the cells, coming from a wolf stationed further up... telling her, that her time was up.

Blue left Summanus in his cell...

She had one last job to fulfill while she was here in Tenneth country. And that involved going back to spy on Nova's group of Rebels...

Summanus

Summanus lay there on the cold stone floor. His eyes grew heavy and his sight dimmed. The expenditure of continuous torture performed its debilitating effect on his body. He knew unconsciousness would soon take him and the next he would awaken will probably be before his hour of execution. This was not the first time he faced death or even torture. The life of a mercenary is not without its charm. The only difference was he traveled with a group, not of hardened killers, but idealists seeking change. The only one he could consider a killer was Mydnyte, and of course, Blue. That much evident to him even before the fire revealed the dried blood upon her fur.

Whose blood it was he did not know or was even concerned with knowing. All he does know is that Blue, despite her cryptic language, seems to have some doubts. He's not sure how doubtful she is, but it's certainly not enough to dissuade her from her current course of action. Summanus could only let out a breath. She was gone as soon as she came. Summanus could only hope that whatever happens to him nothing will come about it. The others better keep away, far away. He knows his life is not worth the risk of breaking into this place to rescue him. He was content to die here. A violent life deserves a violent end.

"An interesting 'friend' you've got there." A voice spoke out. Summanus hadn't the energy to lift his head to turn to address the stranger. He could only assume that it's one of the other prisoners locked up here. "The only thing just as interesting is yourself." The voice spoke again. "Thinking of others rather than yourself. It seems Prometheus has some predisposition against honest wolves." He chuckles. Summanus wasn't sure who was speaking to him, but he had no reason to oblige in conversation. He only wished to rest and perhaps dream one last time. "Life isn't a curse you know? But a gift." Another voice chimes. Summanus remains unresponsive. "It seems our stoic cellmate has little time or energy for simple conversation. I shouldn't be surprised. The Prometheans really worked you over. They must despise you most of all." The First Voice concludes.

"Well anyone who has earned the ire of Prometheus sounds like a friend to me." Says the second voice. "Let's allow him to rest, for now, we can reserve what we wish to say for a later time." The first voice decides. "Agreed." Concours the second. The voices grew inaudible by this point as the Borak drifts into unconsciousness.

Vesta

After her morning PT, Vesta made her way to the hot room to help ease the tension in her muscles. She is not fully recovered but thanks to the natural heat and steam vents, her healing is coming along. Half hour later she walked back to her room to get ready for Prometheus's announcement. Being exited Vesta made sure to be early to her spot in the hall leading to the balcony. Standing at attention through his speech Vesta could hardly contain herself, she felt like a pup again. Going to visit her father and Prometheus, trying not to get in to trouble or embarrass them. After the speech she hurried back to her room to await his summons. Well she waited, her mind start to drift back to a week ago, to when she was reunited with Prometheus. As her mind drifted, she blow a small flame to heat her mother's neckless.

"Prometheus?!" She couldn't help herself, she ran towards him when two of his guards jumped in front of her blocking her path. Baring their teeth at her, waiting for the command to kill. Vesta stood proud and unbothered, staring at Prometheus. "I am Vesta, daughter of Augue." She bowed before him.

She recalled all the emotions that had flooded her body as saw a wolf she thought dead, a wolf that had helped raise her like one of his own. He was ready to order her death when she reach into her fur and pulled out her father's neckless. The whole world seemed to stop as she stared at him and he stared in disbelief at the neckless. He had walked down to. And as he got closer both necklaces heated up till only a Tenneth could stand it. His eyes drifted up to meet hers as he pulled a neckless out. Letting the neckless hang free, Prometheus's half swung and nocked into hers. Both halves spun till they lined up perfectly if only for a moment, and in that moment let out a burst of heat. It was at that moment they both knew for sure they had really been reunited with a loved one they thought lost. Prometheus had order the room cleared and spent the next hour or so having a father daughter moment. The moment didn't last and once it was over he was back to being the alpha and started telling her about what's been happening and his plans for the pack. She had listened and hung on every word he said.

She spent the rest of the week being treated as a member of the royal family. She past the time exploring the palace or PTing. Except for yesterday when she and an escort walked down to Lakeside. She walk the streets of her old home as if she had only been gone a day. Everything was the same yet completely different. She stopped at her old home now abandoned in the wake of the war and traitors. Vesta spent some time laying looking out over the lake and Lakeside before heading back. On her way back she saw several of their new "friends". It was the one big thing she didn't like. This was her home, her packs home and theirs alone. The Tenneths have never needed and should never need these outsiders especially in the palace and other key areas.

Vesta lost in thought laid on her bed in the glow of her mother's neckless. "Death to the traitors and all enemies of the true Tenneths. Long live the Tenneths. Long live Prometheus. May his flame burn forever in the heart of the pack. May his fire burn our enemies to ash." She said quietly as if to an unseen companion.

Prometheus and Vesta

There came a knock on the door. It swings open to reveal the brothers, Bero and Borvo. Bero and Borvo bow their heads. "Good evening, our most honored guest," Bero spoke. "My brother and I have been requested by our Alpha to escort you to the throne room." "Yes, please, follow us!" Borvo spoke up. Having no more time to wait Vesta is escorted out of her room and down the hall.

"I hope you're enjoying your stay at the palace?" Bero asks. "Pretty nice digs if I do say so myself!" Borvo comments. "Brother you're in the presence of our guest of honor! Speak more dignified-like!" Bero barks. "Yeah?! And who's the one barking like a mad dog!" Borvo barks back. "You are! You wild beast!" The Brothers continue to bicker all the way up to the front door.

"Anyway, please. Through this door." Bero speaks as Borvo opens the two, giant gilded doors in front of them. The tall doors swing wide to reveal a grand hall. Pillars align themselves parallel down the hall. The end of the hall widens to become a court with the Alpha's throne facing towards the door. Prometheus sees Vesta enter. "Come in, come in dear child," Prometheus called. His tone was fatherly and congenial. Yet his voice did not dampen in its strength or gravitas. His voice was one that always commanded respect and obedience. "We have so much to discuss." Prometheus then stares at Bero and Borvo. "You two, leave us." Bero and Borvo bow their heads. "Ah you wish, Lord Alpha." Bero and Borvo spoke in unison as they made their exit.

Prometheus then eyes, Vesta. "Please come closer. I want to have a better look at you." He said never taking his eyes off her. "I trust you have enjoyed your stay at my palace?" He asks.

Vesta

Vesta jumped when she heard the knock still lost in thought. "Good evening, our most honored guest. My brother and I have been requested by our Alpha to escort you to the throne room." "Yes, please, follow us!" She didn't know these outsiders only that they were important part of the new allies or something. Regardless she followed behind the bickering fools. Of course she liked it here, this is here home and the palace was built for Tenneths.

Thankfully it didn't take long to get to the throne room. "Come in, come in dear child." Vesta could hardly contain her happiness at the sound of Prometheus's greeting. She waited for him to call her to him. She walked up to him and bowed "My Alpha. I love it here. And I have almost fully recovered from my journey." with a brief pause to look around the room both to take it all in and to see how alone they are. With a burst of pure joy and excitement, "Father it is amazing to being home and on the threshold of complete victory over our enemies. I can't believe how glorious everything is. I want to learn everything. I want to be by your side as our righteous flame cleanses our home and sweep across the world. None will dare challenge our furry after this. Our fire will burn bigger, hotter and brighter then ever before. It will even out shine the wolves of light. Melt the snow and ice. Boil the sea. Turn the ground to glass. Illuminate the darkest shadow and ignite the air. No pack will be safe from our glorious flame. All will bow or burn. I only wish our families where here to see this." She paused just long enough to pull her mother's neckless out, heat it up with a quick blast of fire before letting the now glowing neckless hang free next to her fathers. "But their ashes will pave the way to our victory. Death to the traitors and all enemies of the true Tenneths. Long live the Tenneths. Long live Prometheus. May your flame burn forever in the heart of the pack. May your fire burn our enemies to ash." Vesta was lost to the pure flood of emotions and wasn't paying any attention to what she was saying or anything going on around her. Well she was talking she had the biggest smile possible.

Prometheus and Vesta

Prometheus sits upon his ill-gotten throne. His burning blue eyes trail Vesta as she bubbles over in excitement. The scarred Tenneth allowed Vesta to express all that she wished to express.

"Father it is amazing to be home and on the threshold of complete victory over our enemies. I can't believe how glorious everything is. I want to learn everything. I want to be by your side as our righteous flame cleanses our home and sweeps across the world. None will dare challenge our furry after this. "But their ashes will pave the way to our victory. Death to the traitors and all enemies of the true Tenneths. Long live the Tenneths. Long live Prometheus. May your flame burn forever in the heart of the pack. May your fire burn our enemies to ash."

Prometheus rises from his throne as he descends the steps that are lain before his paws. Prometheus's great frame stands before Vesta's dwarfing hers. Very reminiscent of how an adult towers over a cub. "Well said, Vesta! Well said." He spoke. "Even my necklace was heated by the flames of your passion!" Prometheus then strays away from her, his attention drawn to his necklace. "It must be some sign, some auspicious fate that brought us back together," His voice trails as he recollects his days as a Tenneth soldier, "Even after all of this time." His voice echoes. He turns to face Vesta.

"Vesta!" He suddenly addresses her. "When you looked upon me did you know what you saw? You saw not only your Alpha but saw me as something more. You saw me as family, you saw me as your father!" Prometheus then walks up to Vesta and speaks quite softly, "That is what you believe an Alpha should be to his people after all, right?" He pulls away. "You see the exact qualities needed for an Alpha are the same as for a father!" Prometheus proudly declares. "A good father is indeed brave and strong, but he is also wise and principled. A good Alpha must also emulate these characteristics! How else could he guide, and elevate a whole Pack, a whole Nation!" Prometheus begins to pace about the court.

"Once you become the embodiment of strength and stability all others will bow to you. Not just because you are the strongest but because you can provide the most." Prometheus then smiles at Vesta. "You remind me of your father. You have the same spirit as he did. He was a good soldier and a good friend. If only he was here now." Prometheus's mind wanders as he stands there silently for slightly too long. His attentions then return to the here and now. "Vesta," he speaks, "We mustn't forget the objective of our crusade. Nigerius is dying, and the Packs are out of control. The objective of this crusade isn't just to defeat our enemies but it's also to save our home. What this war has shown us is that the Packs can no longer live independently of one another. Too often we fight over territory and resources, and the reason? Because our packs keep growing." He paces again. "Before the war, Packs were having more newborns than ever before! What do you think happens when you have so many mouths to feed and no food to feed them with?" He allows his words to sink in for a moment. "It wouldn't be long before war breaks out, but this, this will be the last time."

Prometheus then stares at Vesta. "You see in order to ensure the safety and sovereignty of the Tenneth we must bring all of the Packs underneath the Tenneth! That is the objective of our crusade! The Tenneth will provide and protect for all from now on." Prometheus then walks back to his throne and sits upon it. "That is why we must work with outsiders. We need to develop strong relationships now. That way our future sovereignty will be protected. I'm sure you can see the value in that?" He asks inquisitively.

Blossom

Blossom was a very good pup, and when Nova put his paw on her forehead, it didn't seem to phase her. "Thank you, Blossom. I think we have got ourselves a guide, a good one too. We're helping him get his kin out along with ours. Be brave and wait for us to come out," Nova said, giving her a pat.

Blossom made a small noise and used her wing to gently push his paw away, "A-alright, sir." If one has eyes, they would see she was very distraught about being left behind.

She walked away, not feeling the looks the older wolves were giving her.

Normally she would walk right back to Tiberius, but this situation was making her feathers itchy and heavy with despair. Why can't adult wolves actually listen? So what if she was a pup! Her ideas were still possible! "Drais would have listened to my idea." She grumbled to herself, already going against the word of the adults. She was looking for Chaz now... and in the back of her brain, the realist side of her was shaking its head. No, Drais would not have even considered her idea at all.

This young wolf sure had a funny memory.

"No, no, no! Chaz will become barbequed for sure!! Now please, please, please say Chaz doesn't have to go! PRETTY PLEASE?!?!?" Chaz begged Blossom.

She glared at him, probably the first time she's ever shown such an annoyed look on her face before. "Shut it, Chaz!" She growled at him and but into his scruff and dragged him away from the group of adult wolves.

When she thought they were far enough, she towered over Chaz, which isn't much as she's quite a petite wolf. "Chaz, you have to go. Please, Chaz can you be brave about this?" Her words were like iron.

"Those adults need us; they just don't know it yet. We'll go in without any of them knowing and we will be the ones to rise up when their plan fails. Think about it Chaz... wolves need you to be brave now Chaz."

Vesta

Vesta hung on every word Prometheus spoke almost as if a god was speaking to their most devote disciple. She watch as he paced, perking up at the mention of her father. "That is why we must work with outsiders. We need to develop strong relationships now. That way our future sovereignty will be protected. I'm sure you can see the value in that?" She thought for a moment, taking in everything he had said before answering. "Though the thought of working with outsiders still bothers me. Yes, I do see how for the future of the one true pack, the true leaders and protectors of the world. We must work with others... for now. Till we bring all under our guidance. And you are so much more than the father of our pack... you are..." She trails off, clearly in pain even though she tries to hide it. "You are my father. You are the only family I have left. Yes this pack is home but you are my family. One of my own and if you'll have me... I would like you to take me as your daughter. Make me part of your family. Let me stand proudly at your side as only family can. Let us usher our pack in to this new glorious future as father and daughter. A symbol to our pack that no matter what we face, we will always find a way. That we are stronger together vs any who would appose us. Together with our allies we will bring all in line." She said with renewed pride and enthusiasm. "For Augue. For the Tenneth. For you father and Alpha of the Tenneth and the world. For you mighty and wise Prometheus." She bows, letting both her necklaces hang free. As the ends of her necklaces lay on the floor, she rest her nose on them and closes her eyes for a moment in silent reverence to her parents before turning her attention back to Promtheus.
