h i s t o r y

Marisol Irvine and Mateo Flores were just like the way their baby girl grew up to be; popular. Mateo for being the captain of the baseball team and Marisol for just being Marisol Irvine. People loved and feared her and they couldn't even explain why. She just seemingly lit up every room she was in despite being seen as a mean girl. Val will never face this fact but, there is a lot of similarities between the mother and daughter. The couple was surrounded by people who wanted to both be them and hated them for seemingly having it all. And for a while it seemed like they did, they were in love or as in love as you can be as sophomores in high school. From the time they started dating, they had it all planned out. They were going to move as far away from their small town the second they could and move to New York so Mari could follow her dream as a singer on Broadway, a model, or famous designer. She wasn't picky as long as she was a star with Mateo going to go along for the ride and would figure it out when he got there. Just as long as they were there together. They continued to plan and save up but, you know what they say. Life is what happened when you're busy making other plans. And during their senior year after Marisol had been cast in an off-Broadway production set to open after graduation, they were informed that they were having a beautiful baby girl they would go on to name Valentina Paloma.

To say this threw a wrench in their plans would be an understatement. With the pregnancy, Marisol rarely left the house, let alone perform anywhere anymore and they could barely care for themself. They couldn't take care of a newborn child on their own, thousands of miles away from everything and everyone they've ever known. Not now. Mateo should have seen the red flags from their point on of Marisol's desire to go even if it meant leaving their child to be raised by her grandparents while they continued living their lives. He shrugged it off and decided they needed to settle down in Bosco in order to give his daughter a stable home. At first, they both seemed to really fall in love with their picturesque family. They married soon after high school ended and Mateo got a job as a mechanic for the time being while going to the local community college part-time to get his degree. Marisol, on the other hand, decided to stay home with Val. She never saw herself as the college type and wanted to keep designing so she used Val as her personal babydoll. Still hoping to get back to the life she imagined for herself someday. As she grew up by the age of 3, Val was really drawn to dancing. It kept her centered and gave her an escape from the comments of classmates in response to her weight even as a child. Her parents, mostly her mother, saw this as her opportunity to start living through her daughter. She got her into every dance class imaginable and soon ice skating followed. They were the things the two connected over especially when Val began to start winning. She became Marisol little star and for once, looked in her mother's eyes and saw the one thing that mattered to her: she was proud.

However, it wasn't enough to make Marisol content with their perfect little life. When Valentina was 4 was the first time her mother would pack up and leave with nothing but a note (if she remembered) saying how she needed to go to New York. Claiming what kid of mother would she be if she didn't teach her baby to follow her dreams even if it meant leaving her behind. After a while, she'd come back and promise to stay only to continue the cycle. All while her father became not only her sole parent but her biggest supporter, being the one to tell the young girl how beautiful she was no matter her weight and when to relax when the child would exert herself. Only to be overshadowed by Marisol's constant nitpicks for perfection when she was around. To Val, no one else's opinion mattered but her mother's. She was the big New York star and as a child, Val didn't see anything wrong with her mother's cycle. It was the only time she was even confident and outgoing was when she was with her mother, otherwise, she was the quiet one. She stayed to herself because of it she was picked on and she just took it.

It wasn't until a young Abigail Payne finally pushed her bullies down that she felt like she finally made a friend.

So begins...

Sunye "Muse" Robin Choi
Walking in the buliding she held her makeup kit and bag close to her body. She took out her red iphone out and pressed the app for the translator, knowing she wouldn't understand all of what the women was saying. As she grabed it out it slid on to the floor and it's case spit into two. She rolled her wide hazel green eyes and exhaled squating down picking up the two pieces, hearing the women talk about what colors to use and not use use on a model or something. Honestly, she did what colors she thought looked good on that certain model, but seeing that she was working for cash an for someone else she just would have to swallow her pride and do what she was told. She got up and put her bag down before looking at her outfit, making sure it looked perfect.

As the girl waled away and told them to say hello to someone, she started to feel nervous. Maybe she wasn't ready for this,I mean all these people looked like they fit in,were quite good looking if she could say so herself, and spoke fluent english. And Muse, well she has freshly dyed orange hair and only knew the basics of the damn language called english. She got her suitcase fulled with every color of makeup you could think of. She honesly wasn't in the mood to mess up on what she ws saying and get all red in her face to someone she just met. She cleared her throat keeping her small heart shaped head down, lettin her hair get in her face. She kept looking down as he bumped into someone, she didn't see who but she just kept her head down and spoke softly,"Sorry about that." she moved out the way and looked at the rooms trying to see what room was hers. "Um,hm. Let's see," She looke at one door near the end of the hallway and away from everyone else. The name stood out,Sunny Robin Choi,it was mispelled. She groaned and just left it alone. She opened the door and shut it behind her. She looked around and smiled, she actually did it! She actually left Korea to follow her dream.....wait what did she do?! She left home with out her parents, what if she got fired and had to move back home?! "mabsosa , museun jis-eul hangeoya?!" She said to herself before grabbing a few posters out her bag. She needed someting to make it feel like home so she brought a few posters from home. She grabbed the swirlly chair and stoo on it put her favorite poster of Taeyang up. She knew she might have to take them down but it was her room so she should be able to do what she wants....right?

After a while she walked out her room seeing a few people still hanging around. She cleared her throat and just put one of her earbuds in her pierced ear and started to blast her favorite K-Pop song of all time. She looked at a few of the guys and smiled before looking back at her phone. Maybe this won't be too terrible. She smirked at the thought.

Translaton:"Oh God,what did I do?!"

After a little while,Sunye decided to go look around just so she can learn her way around the place without getting lost. She walks toward the group, moving past everyone not even giving anyone a second glance. She kept her head down listening to her music in her percied ear. She walked quickly and with ease, leting her heels hit the floor in a beat. She turned the corner and and finally let her head up. She hated making eye contact with people she barely knew espcially boys. Looking around and around she started feel her mind boggle with all the different signs and symbols so she deicided to head back. As she did she looked for someone how seemed friendly but honestly they were all talikng to someone or just seemed plain rude. She exhaled and sat on one of the couchs just trying to think of what she can do to pass time.

Janet glared at them...they were unusually happy.
Her head suddenly started to ache, a throbbing sensation filled her body she sighed as her Blackberry suddenly vibrated. It was a new text and it read : ' Sorry for the lateness ,but the meeting for Backstage designers is cancelled due to the delay of Mr.Anderson you may proceed with the tutorial.-Jayd. Janet swore under her breath, but it was a little louder than expected. " Are you kidding me?! I killed myself going up and downstairs just for a freaking canceled meeting." she exclaimed before turning to the Backstage designers. "Okay, so it seems the meeting we were going to have is cancelled for some reason and I have to let you guys unpack before showing you guys around more...got it?" she said steadily before walking back into the narrow but long hallway which was now familiar. The dorm hallway which laid there bedrooms, placed on alphabetical order based on their last name. Janet knocked twice on everyone's door just in case the were still in there, once everyone was out she lead them down a pair of stairs and opened the door revealing a huge cafe area, which lied a bunch of small tables.

"This is the Cafe, this is were you would eat, and drink and chit-chat because I know all of you wanna do that..." She said winking, her head still hurt but she had to get through this. After showing them around the whole place, the set,the photography practice session and other places, they were allowed to roam around and explore. Something the boss suggested instead of using that boring method, she didn't know were that old man got his ideas but she liked them.

She went into the cafe were most of them were and bought herself a Moca. She took a seat at an empty table and looked around sighing at the newbies. They were something else. She blinked and checked the time, soon she would be leaving to probably go to sleep or something, it was getting dark.

(Character Adding- I tried to get the whole group..if I missed you am sorry I'll add you if you tell me)

Walking into the cafe, the smell of amazing coffee went up her nose. "Mm." she looked around in amazment how large it was, don't get me wrong she' seen big cafes but not inside another buliding. She could feel her hai getting in her face, she rolled her eyes and put it in a high ponytail showing off her new tattoo on the back of her neck. She looked in the window making sure all her long hairs were inside the ponytail before doing anything else. After fixing her ponytal she walked in line to order a coffee and sweet treat. Once making her way up to the front of the line she ordered,"Um.....a white choclate mocha.....and a bearclaw?" She said it more like a question than an order, both the things sounded starnge to her but also very tasty. She waited a while before getting handed her large coffee and andmond covered treat. Once paying for it she sat in an empty table and put her earbuds back in. She messed with her dimond ring on her left finger,it was funny most people thought she was engaged or married but really she did that so guys wouldn't mess with her. She took it off and put it on the table next to her, after getting tired of having it take the circulation on her finger. She kept her eye on the ring given to her by her great grandmother while she sipped her coffee.
