Tall, slender, roughly five-foot eleven inches. Thin yet toned, his skin is nearly a cream white, yet a hint of tan. Flaxen blond hair and ocean blue eyes. Raphael's face is also that of a thin complexion, soft features, almost delicate.

Personality

His personality is cold and calculating, he's what they would call a 'Razor' able to make tough decisions in an instant, he thinks ahead and logically, a brilliant tactition, yet he can be conniving and manipulative, and his greatest flaw is his arrogance.

Summary: Raphael was born to a rather wealthy family on Langara, when he was a young age he moved from the bustling metroplis of Picon, to the Capital city of Sagittaron. There he excelled in school and was placed into the Military at a young age. Currently he is the Youngest Admiral in the AHSC to date.
