Error 372: This is a Game?!

Error 372: This is a Game?!

There are some things that are better left alone, undiscovered. But when a few characters from the infamous video game The Legend of Zelda find out that their entire existence is a game, what do they do? [1×1]

an online fanfiction that i read a long time ago. i cannot remember it's title, or its author, but i give them full credit for the idea.

The real world is a cold, harsh place. People walk the streets, concealing terrifying secrets from the public, finishing off people who threaten to reveal them.

Dispite all this, there are tranquil places, peaceful areas that some live in.

Tomales is one of those places.

The town of Tomales is very small, nothing more than a quaint residential area, a deli, bakery, hotel with a resteraunt, and a general goods store. And we aren't to forget the Post Office. That is where a young girl by the name of Harley Davis is working as an intern. She lives in a small, one bedroom, one bath, two-story house with her father, Jacob Davis.

They live together peacefully, with absolutely no arguments and no secrets.

That is, until one foggy day when Harley finds a young boy around her age, or maybe younger, sitting on her couch. He wore a dark grey tunic, but that wasn't what caught her off guard. What stopped her dead in her tracks were his eyes, though his skin was shocking as well. His eyes were a deep, crimson red, and his skin a fair grey. The most unbelievable part of all? She recognized him. He was a character from her favorite videogame, The Legend of Zelda.o

Now she must somehow hide him from her father while teaching him the ways of the world, or at least, her world.

《My apologies for it being so short. It's really late, and I have finals tomorrow morning, so I need to get to sleep.》

Toggle Rules

•1• Please be respectful of others out of character. In character is understandable if you're playing someone who is just a brat, but please don't be that person in reality.
•2• Don't start roleplaying and then leave me hanging. That would be boring, and I hate being bored, as I'm sure you, the reader of these rules, do as well.
•3• Well, I'd put a line limit up here, but seeing as I'm on mobile and I have yet to figure out a line ratio between the desktop and mobile site, I'll leave it at this: just write a lot. Like, if there were five levels of roleplaying length, with one being one-liners, and five being... a lot of lines, then write somewhere around levels four and five.

P.S. Please, no mature content either. I can't have that.

Other P.S. The introduction is just my character's side of the story. Yours can be different. Actually, I'd prefer it to be different, because that would be easier to keep track of. If you'd like some inspiration or something, don't be afraid to ask! I'm more than willing to help. Also, I'm pretty new to this site, and I'm not quite sure how it works. It would be cool if you, the person reading this, would sort of tell me how ot works or something. Please private message me if you can. It would be very helpful, and much appreciated! Thanks in advanced!
