I've come too far to die now, Comrade.
Boris is very short tempered and can be rather insensitive if a person shows weakness. His strong Russian makes him seem like he's always upset, but ultimately he is a caring person who will fight for what he believes is right. He is extremely stubborn, often continuing to fight an opponent even if he's seriously injured, in attempt to knock them down at least once. Fights with Boris usually don't last very long, most ending with him complaining about enemies going down after one punch.
Genetic Alteration: Boris was originally labeled as a failure by The Lab when scientists discovered that the Gorilla DNA injected into the fetus, had weakened its immune system and was slowly killing the embryo. They considered abandoning Subject 00191189968, until a researcher came up with an idea to save the fetus. By adding the DNA of a Blue Land Crab, there was a chance the child inherit it's crustacean framework. Boris survived, but was born with extremely fragile skin that eventually took on an exoskeleton-like quality as he aged. Dubbed Bruiser by some of the scientists because of his original complication, he grew into a behemoth, possessing not only increased strength and thicker skin, but the power of regeneration, another trait given to him by Land Crab DNA.
Boris knows nothing outside of The Lab, but dreams of returning to The Motherland after reading a book about Moscow as a child.
