Setting
One of the top party places in Brookehaven, the lake house once belonged to the founding family of Brookehaven. They left it to be a public place. Families are allowed to rent it out if they want to be away from town as it is a little ways into the forest or even groups are allowed to rent it out for parties. The teenagers do so especially.
The house is fully stocked every month with fresh food, drinks, and even a little alcohol. It has seven bedrooms, a basement which can serve as a room for three if people bring air mattresses, has three floors with the third one having a balcony in the hallway, and has an outdoor and indoor barbeque. The inside and outside both have a jacuzzi, there is room to park five cars, and the lake is right there to everyone's enjoyment.
