What was he doing there? He should just leave her to die, that'd make it so much easier for him.

Kendra looked at him for a second, then laughed. It was the new Kendra. "You're pathetic, Kyle." She chuckled, and walked off to the apartments to get her car. She was leaving. Forever.
(Should we time skip?)
It had been 2 years since that day. At first they had sent out search parties to find Kendra but they turned up short, they all know that Kendra didn't want to be found...
Kyle held Summer's hand as they walked to the apartment complex, going to visit Tristen.

The only reason she was back in New York was because of Tristen. She'd gotten her life together now, and came to retrieve her. "Tristen, baby, let's go?" She looked at Zoe, kissing her cheek. "Thanks, sis."
Kendra was moving to New York now, and was renting out an apartment on the top floor of her old building. She was hoping it to be a secret, and Zoe'd come up with a perfect excuse to why Tristen would be gone.
"i'm sorry?" She looked sad, and hurried Tristen. "I'm sorry, we were just leaving." She didn't dare say their names, and smiled fakely. Her left hand glistened with a diamond ring, far too expensive to tell exactly how much it was worth.
"Daddy" was in fact, not Tyler. Kendra had forgotten him, and moved on. She hoped he was having a nice life, and was almost completely over Kyle, but, when her husband said he had to stay in New York, she made the sacrifice, and came and got Tristen. She was coming to get Tristen anyway, just to be clear.
