Chuckling to himself, he pushed past her once she paused the smallest bit, and turned his head back, winking at her before continuing to walk down the hall. A few girls waved and smiled at him, and he just raised his eyebrows and nodded his head slightly in hello, giving a few a charming smile that caused their cheeks to lighten with a pink blush. Soon enough, he felt a hard slap on his cheek, and the high school chatter grew to silence.
"How dare you, Austin!" A girl with bouncy, blonde curls and green eyes hollered at him. Austin just threw her a 'Who the hell are you' look, which got him a knee in the place a guy never wanted to be kneed. He grunted and doubled over a bit, glaring up at the girl as she walked away, her hips swaying dangerously.
Straightening himself, and cracking his knuckles, Austin threw a glance at the group of girls giggling. They stopped exactly when he looked and ran off, their books clutched tightly to their chests. After a few moments, the hall grew with its chatter again, and Austin walked to join his friends. The football team.
"That feel good, Aust?" A dark haired boy said, his light green shimmering in mischeif.
"Shut it, Derek." Austin glared and shoved him, a ripple of laughter coming from the other guys.

"Sorry." She yelled at the window as he raised his middle finger at her. She shook her head and ran a hand through her blue hair. " Awwh man I have math first hour." Fin cried leaning her head against the steering wheel. She jumped as the horn went off.
She glared at a group of laughing kids that were passing by. She got out of the car grabbing her backpack. She walked toward the building, "where the crap is Pierce?"Fin wondered out loud, she turned her head just in time to see that she was getting ready to do a face plant into the door. As her nose collided with the glass door she already knew she would be hearing about this for weeks.
She rubbed her now stinging nose as she carefully stepped into the building. She bitterly walked down the hall just in time to see Austin Myers kneed where the sun don't shine.
Fin burst out laughing forgetting about her bruised nose, Austin turned and glared at her along with a few other laughing girls. She immediately shut up, she defiantly didnt want to get on this guys bad side. For one she would probably get the worse dare and no way was she willing to kiss someone random and two he just was someone a girl like Fin shouldn't mess with.
Fin made her way to her locker and began opening it, aware that she had a long way to go before the end of the day.

Opening her locker, she put her small white and black mailbag inside and grabbed her physics book, already dreading her first class.
Hallie was on the cheer team, and her brother Derek was one of the more-popular-jocks, but she never liked the gossiping, bossy, perfect popular girls. She wasn't in the 'weird' or the 'geek' category, but she wasn't the most popular girl ever. She was more popular then most of the girls, though. Kind of just a level down the popularity scale from the cheerleaders.
Walking straight to Derek, Austin, and the crew, Hallie raised her eyebrows at the perverted boys', whos eyes were venturing all over her body. "Der, mom said shes not going to be home after school, so she wanted us to go over to Austin's..." I made a face at Austin as a smirk grew on his face, before continuing, "with some friends."
Derek simpily nodded, and mentioned he'd drive, before we all headed to first block.
Well...as casual as she could, cause casual to her was a bit much to others. She combed her fingers threw her blonde hair a bit before going up stairs to grab her black tank top along with her pink vest and white suspenders. She quickly put them on, and grabbed her flats and white beanie before going back down stairs and grabbed her lunch. She was about to leave the kitchen when she spotted her sisters lunch on the table. Do you want to starve? She thought to herself sighing before she grabbed Alex's lunch, and her shoulder bag before she went out the door. She hopped into her car, putting everything in the seat next to her before pulling down her mirror. She quickly put on her gloss, put her piercings in (cause they hurt like hell when she slept with them in), and did the rest of her make up, before she closed everything and pulled out of the drive way. She of course had to stop to get some coffee before she got to school.
Kitrina quickly parked and unbuckled getting out of the car, grabbing her things, shutting and locking the doors. She took a sip of her coffee as she gazed around the parking lot. Ah, highschool. The most dramatic time in a teens life and the most bothersome. She rolled her eyes and coughed as she saw her sister almost get run over. Good job sis, good job. She thought to herself as she shook her head and walked into the building.
"How dare you, Austin!"
Kiki raised an eyebrow and looked down the hall just in time to see Austin Myers get kneed in his pride and joy. Stupid guy, she chuckled and just shot him a knowing look as he glared at them, before stopping at her locker. Yes, sadly her locker was located right near these douche bags, but it sucks to suck, huh? She didn't exactly have a problem with Austin, but it was the fact of what he did. Cheating was just not ok in her books. She waved to Derek though, since he was actually a pretty sweet guy in her books. She quickly gathered her things and went to her first class.
"Ah, honors journalism. Fun, fun..." She muttered to herself as she walked past the boys, giving Austin and Derek a quick wink before going into her class room. What? She never said she wouldn't mess with them. Also since the game was starting soon....She shuddered. Her lips were off limits to everyone. But that dare...oh God...

Pierce jumped out if bed taking a quick shower before throwing on some random clothes, honestly he didnt care if they matched or not at the moment.
He grabbed his car keys and ran downstairs.
"Honey come sit down for breakfast.Derel made it." Pierce's mom's sweet voice drifted into his ears making him stop in his tracks. He sighed looking down at his watch, he chuckled wait I don't where watches. He shrugged sitting down at the table next to his pregnant mom.
Derel, Pierce's step dad came over setting bacon and waffles in front of Pierce. Pierce nodded trying to shove everything in his mouth so he could leave.
"Mornin ya'll."The opening of a door was heard followed by the voice of Pierce's older step brother.
"Good morning, Harry." His mother smiled warmly. Pierce rolled his eye's yeah he loved his mother, but sometimes she could be blind. I mean come on Harry was a total and complete devil.
Pierce got up his car key's jigling in his pocket he made his way to the door opening it up.
"Oh P by the way, I used your car last night and umm.. I accidentally crashed it sorry dude. You really need better brakes." Harry's voice called from the house as Pierce stepped into the morning air.
Pierce glared at the door. First I have the keys how the heck did you get in my car second, I need better brakes?!
No need to get angry Pierce, he coaxed himself silenty he grabbed his skateboard from the garage and began riding to school trying to forget about strangling Harry.
He ran into the school building out of breath he opened his locker and shoved his skate board in it."Oh hey Fin." Pierce said finally recognizing the grinning blue haired girl next to him. "What I miss?" Pierce asked raising an eyebrow.
The muscles in his back fully tensed, Derek lowered his voice, "No, Austin, I'm NOT starting this game." Austin pulled a small pout at Derek's answer, rolling his eyes ever so slightly. He was going to start the game. What Austin wanted, Austin got. Thats just how it went here. And, he liked Derek and all, but he couldn't give him a break all the time.
"You are, Derek, and you know what happens if you don't." Austin warned, walking off to first block, British & World Literature, as Derek would be heading to Public Speaking. Derek just had to accept it, get the lip action, and move on. Austin tried to get him to see it the way he did. He could get any girl he wanted, and by that he means, ANY girl. Derek could too, if he just tried. He needed to get a little less heartless. Sometimes feels could screw you up. Big time.
Taking in a deep breath before pushing open the door to his first block class, Derek swallowed thickly. This was going to be...fun?
After about five minutes of Michelle mentally willing her alarm to turn off, her brother finally came to tell her to "turn the effing thing off" and to get off her "lazy ass and get ready for school." Michelle threw her floral printed pillow at him but did as she was told, making her way from her bed and over to her drawers, where she slipped into some black, high waisted shorts with tights, a floral t-shirt and a leather jacket. She stuffed her feet into some dark combat boots and ran to the bathroom before one of her siblings got their first. Of course, Melissa was already in there, meaning she had to wait another ten minutes outside the door for the girl to be ready.
"Boo!" she yelled as her sister exited, emitting a squeak from the fifteen year old and getting a slap in return. "Stop it!" she said harshly, before walking off. Michelle just laughed as M & M Jr. as Kyle liked to call her, walked off.
She locked the door behind her and started to apply make up, glad that she had taken the time to have a shower the night before as she was running late. First a layer of concealer, then some lip gloss, mascara and eyeliner - what? She liked to take care of her appearance, was that a crime? - before she brushed out her hair and styled it into a fishtail braid. Usually, she wasn't too fussed about her hair, but it was her first day back, and she didn't want to look a mess.
She grabbed her bag from the kitchen, kissed her mom goodbye and ran out the door to where her car was waiting. An ancient, second-hand car that could barely move, but still, Michelle was just grateful that she had a car in the first place. She buckled herself in as Melissa got in the passenger seat, grumbling about how she was going to look "a right mess going to school in this piece of shit."
They drove up to the school and Melissa immediately ran off to her middle school friends, while Michelle flicked through her new schedule, trying to memorize it. She wondered if she would have any classes with anyone who didn't annoy the shit out of her. Probably not, but what are high schools for? And what about the game, when was that starting up, or had it begun already?
"How dare you, Austin!"
Well, that sounded like something to do with the game. Then again, this was Austin Myers that had just been kicked in the balls, so probably not.
Her eyes swiveled over to who he was speaking to. Derek Rivers. She quickly looked away again, in case she was caught looking. Where first.. she glanced at her schedule. Oh, joy. Honors Journalism.
She made her way to class, noticing that she did actually recognize someone in the classroom - that blonde girl with the hard to pronounce name, something liked Kitty. Kiki, that was her nickname anyway. Not that she ever really spoke to the girl, to be honest, she scared Michelle. A lot.

Alex was supposed to be heading to Maths, apparently the teacher needed one of the other books to get an example or something. She didn't see why he couldn't just look it up online or make his own problem, but she wasn't about to skip a chance to cut class. Though after about ten minutes of sitting in front of her locker she began getting bored. Most of her "friends", meaning the people who teased her, were in class, probably getting ready for the ridiculous game they played every year. Actually, this would be her first year she might have to play. Maybe she could convince them she was still a middle school-er? Unlikely.
Finally getting up, she made her way towards the Maths class. But as she walked in the room, she went slightly wide eyed as she looked at the teacher, and then caught the sight of Derek sitting in the class. Derek didn't have Maths first period, she knew everyone who had that class. "Um..this isn't Math class, is it?" She grimaced, completely embarrassed.
Derek knew the girl was Alex pretty quickly, though he never really talked to her. She was a bit of a quote and quote "Nerd", but Derek, personally, found that adorable on a girl. He'd take a girl like Alex over a skinny little cheerleader any day.
"Derek, why don't you show Alex here, where the class is?" Derek glanced back up at the middle aged teacher, standing in front of the room, as he stood up.
"Yeah, sure." Derek's gaze roamed over to a few of the jocks, who sat in the back, throwing small, perverted comments. One of them practically shouting "GO GET SOME!", the teacher snapping at him instantly, while the class burst out laughing. Derek just chuckled, ignoring it as he moved towards the door, "Sorry about them, they don't understand how to respect girls.." Derek muttered, smiling warmly at Alex.

Hearing snickers from the front row, she looked over to see a few cheerleaders obviously laughing at her. Sending them a quick glare, she turned back to the teacher. Opening her mouth to apologize, she was cut off by the teacher. Whom oh-so fabulously decided that Derek should be the one who led her to where she was supposed to go.
She probably could have curled up and died right there.
The comments coming from the back of the room caused her to roll her eyes, though she knew she couldn't fight the crimson rising in her cheeks. As soon as Derek got nearer to her, she turned and moved quickly towards the door, wanting to get out of there as quickly as possible. Once they were both outside though, with the door shut behind them, she offered the boy a grateful smile. "It's not that they don't understand, it's that most the girls here let them treat them however they please." She shrugged, no matter how much she wished she could blame everything on the male species, it wasn't fair. The girls at this school were just as terrible.
"Uh, excuse me, do you mind passing me my pen?" She asked smiling a bit, as she pointed to where her pen had rolled.
Quite awkwardly fixing his varsity jacket, Derek's gaze fell down to his dark Nike high-tops, watching as his feet scuffled slightly against the tiles of the hallways. Thoughts ran through his head as he wondered if Austin was simply messing with him when he said he was first one to be 'it' this year, but that was less likely. Austin gave him a few breaks, but he couldn't do that forever. He tried repetitively to get Derek to turn into another one of his minions, too. A guy that goes around, playing with girls hearts as if they were toys.
That just wasn't how Derek wanted to treat girls. Actually, he would never treat a girl like that.
Pulling her bag back over her shoulder, Saya looked at her watch and let out a squeal. She had three minutes to get to her next class, which was on the second floor. "Sorry!" She bowed slightly to her teacher (an old habit of hers) before rushing out the door with her notebook in hand. Saya flew down the hallway, not really looking where she was going. She accidentally ran into someone and dropped her notebook on the floor, contents spilling everywhere. "Ah mou! Doushite ima?!" (Seriously. Why now?!) Noticing Derek, Saya blushed a bright red before apologizing profusely and bending down to pick up her stuff. There was no point now, she was totally going to be late.
Kneeling down next to the girl, Derek slowly raked up a few loose papers with his fingers, bringing them into a neat pile, before handing them to the girl, "Here.." he paused slightly, realizing he didn't know her name, a small smile playing at his lips. Suddenly, he looked up at Alex, pointing to a room just to the right of them.
"Oh, uh, Alex, rooms right there." Smiling warmly yet again at her, he pushed the small flip in his hair from his face, gathering up the remaining of the papers that had flew all over the hallways tiles, his hand lingering slightly as he handed them, yet again, to the girl. He noticed he didn't recognize her, which probably lead to the fact she was new, because he knew just about everyone in this school, and everyone knew him, "Hey, are you, uh, new here? I haven't ever seen you around.."

She was rambling, a bad habit of hers for when she was nervous. And Derek definitely made her nervous. Though it wasn't just because she sort of kinda had a crush on him, but the football boys made her nervous. Probably because she was trying to get the coach to let her on the team and most of the guys already hated her for not bowing down.
Suddenly a girl came crashing into them, or well Derek. Her eyes widened slightly as the girls things went everywhere and she began speaking in another language. Holding back a laugh, she bent down to help the girl. "Calm down, I'm sure the teacher won't mind you being a few minutes late." Giving a hopefully reassuring smile, she offered the girl a few pens and a notebook she'd picked up. Alex knew what it felt like to be the new girl, and it wasn't fun.(editing since I didn't see your post)
Derek pointed her towards another room and she sighed, giving the girl the papers and moving towards the door. She felt like a child being sent away after doing something wrong, and it wasn't all that nice. Pushing the door open, she left it halfway open behind her as she went to the teacher and explained why she was there. A few moments later she emerged with a math book. Sending a small way to the two, she began walking back towards Physics, disappointed but trying not to care. That was fun.
As the bell rung sharp and loud, Austin pulled his phone from his textbook, slipping it into the back pocket of his gray skinny jeans, which were sagging slightly at his knees and thighs, but not to the point where it was ''gangster'', just a tiny bit loose. Austin closed his book, and picked up his binder, joining a few of his friends, walking towards the door, laughing as a boy with dirty blonde hair and greyish blue eyes commented on some girl that was slightly chubby, with glasses, and lots of acne.
Once the group of boys came to Derek, and some girl, as he was helping her pick up some papers, just finishing up. "Oooh, did Rivers tag someone?" The boy next to Austin, whos name was Jackson, waggled his eyebrows at Derek, as anger burned in his expression.
Austin's group simply burst into laughter at how Derek didn't reply for a moment, but got quiet when he did, "Just go, guys, I'll catch up later." And surprisingly, they did, for once.
"Uh, excuse me, do you mind passing me my pen?" a voice asked, making Michelle immediately sit up. She looked over to where Kiki was pointing to a pen that had rolled under her desk. Michelle smiled. "Uh, sure," she replied, before reaching her hand down and grabbing the pen. She rolled it along the table to where Kiki sat and gave the girl a shy smile. "It's.. Kiki, right?" she asked, only knowing the girl's
The teacher finally asked them to do some work and Michelle started to scrawl down the first thing that came to mind. She didn't really want to focus on her studies today. If she told her brother that, he would probably laugh and say, "Well, that's a first!" A small smile tugged at the corners of her lips at the thought. She looked up at the clock and saw that there was only a few more minutes of class.
Finally, the bell rang, and Michelle pushed her books immediately back into her bag, before zipping it up. She half stood up, half stumbled up off her chair, being the clumsy girl she was. She pushed her chair in, blushing at her slight mishap, and started to make her way towards the door.
The bell for her next class rang, causing her to jump. "Ah! I'm late! Thank you for helping me pick up my stuff, and sorry for running into you. I gotta go!" Saya flashed a quick smile before standing up and rushing down the hall and up the stairs to her Flash Animation class. She had heard that her teacher was pretty laid back, so she was hoping he would cut her some slack.
Yeah, right. So much for slack. "Ms. Johanson! If you cannot make it to class on time, don't bother showing up at all." Saya was once again apologizing for the millionth time. Thankfully her teacher allowed her to stay in class, barely. She sat down and began taking notes on the back of an Algebra handout. She would just have to make do with what she had until she could find her other notebook.
"Oh sis!" She called out as she saw her sister leaving her classroom. "Forget something?" She said as she held up he lunch. "Stop being so careless, sheesh." She said as she handed the lunch to her sister before patting her head and continued on her way. After she dropped her things off in the office she went back out into the hallway. Ugh, this was going to be so boring....She leaned against the wall, looking up and down the hallway. She spotted Austin and his group of friends hanging around at the end of the hallway. Were they skipping? She frowned and looked down as she noticed she was staring at Austin.
"Such good looks gone to waste on the face of a player...." She muttered to herelf.
Derek began moving down the hall opposite in which Saya went, his hands stuffed into the pockets of his jeans. Humming softly to Use Somebody by Kings of Leon, Derek made his way back to Public Speaking, and quickly grabbed his notebook. Once he had it, he turned a right from the Public Speaking room, only walking down a few doorways until he got to the French classroom.
Derek was glad he didn't have this class with any of the jocks, because by now, he knew Austin had told all of them that he was 'it', and they would just be bothering him about it the whole entire block. Though personally, Derek would probably be thinking of it the whole block too. Seeing he had seven more blocks in the day, and after school, Derek could possibly find some girl who was up for it, and wasn't aware he was the starter of the game.
Though, with how Austin liked to spread rumors just as much as the cheerleaders sometimes, it'd be rare if every girl didn't know about it by at least 5th block. And, Derek really wouldn't want to sneak up on a girl like that and kiss her only to tag her, though that might have to be what happens.

Fin smiled as she watched Pierce rush up to his locker. She folded her arms waiting for him to finish with his locker.
"What I miss."he asked. Fin opened her mouth to open, but the bell went off for first block. "Tell you later let's go." Fin said grabbing Pierce's hand and basically dragging him to their first class.
They walked into mathematics right before the bell rang. She smiled at Pierce before taking her seat. She quickly jotted down notes and tried not to drift off to sleep. Finally the bell rang. Second block finally! She thought. Six more to go. She slowly walked to her second class, trying to remember at least one word of French.
She walked into the class seeing Derek, she shrugged and took the seat next to him, she opened her bag searching for a pencil, pen anything she could write with.
She sighed remembering the pencil box in the passenger seat of her car. She looked around, maybe she could ask someone.
Grr she though, guess ill have to ask Derek. She tapped him on the shoulder.
"Hey mind if I borrow pencil?" She asked. She never really knew Derek or Austin or basically anybody other than Pierce I mean hey how many friends do you need?
Pierce slammed his locker before being dragged to his first period period. "I hate math he grumbled. He sat down in his seat looking around the class and not paying attention at all.
He was in the middle of doodling in his notebook when the bell rang for his second class. Yes, this was so boring he thought before gathering his stuff and walking out the classroom. He looked half way down the hall to see that Fin had almost already made it to class. He began running to catch up with her before he hit something hard. Or someone.
He looked seeing a blonde headed girl on the ground. He instantly knew who it was Kiki.
"S-sorry I didn't see you there and I..." He said trying to sputter and apology, before he gave up bad just said simply sorry.
He reached out a hand for her and smiled, it was the least he could do.
