Personality

Outgoing and annoyingly happy describes Lyra. She is a person who is just always, always, always (lots of always for emphasis -cheerful face-) ready to say something nice to someone. The thought of Lyra insulting someone is unheard of. Do not mistake her cheerfulness and dislike of insults for being unwilling to criticize. Lyra is just always considerate of others in how she tells them they are wrong. She does have a hard time saying no to people though, Lyra actually accepted an offer from the notorious flirt from Australia (-sticks tongue out and giggles-) to go out to dinner once. If you dislike happy people Lyra can be a lil bit annoying but she is hard to stay mad at.

Equipment

Lyra wears turtleneck shirts mostly with khaki pants or jeans, with her black trenchcoats over them. She also wears a pair of gloves at all times. The color is different when she wears different color clothing. Lyra does carry a gun because she is required too. It is a small handgun.

History

Lyra's childhood was a happy one. Her mutation was easily hidden by gloves that her parents always had her wear. Lyra escaped notice as a mutant and had a normal childhood. She went to school like everyone else and was one of the popular kids. The only problem her teachers had about Lyra was that she would help everyone who asked with their work. Her parents kept her as sheltered from the knowledge of how mutants were hated as they could. Lyra did find out about the mutant problems at school anyway but she never has really thought of herself as anything but a normal person. With her mutant status still hidden Lyra went off to college. She did very well there like she had in high school. Lyra did finally learn that she was not supposed to help everyone with their work. Loving helping people she went into a job that let her do that. Law enforcement. Lyra's memory made her very good at analysis and in time this led to her being transferred to The SWAT task force that hunted dangerous mutants. Her coworkers do not know she is a mutant herself.
