Appearance:
Billy comes from a southern town on the coast of Texas, so when she arrived in California she was a little taken aback by how skimpily dressed some of the people passing through her taxi window looked. Normally changing it up between curly or straight, she chose to wear it straight for this occasion. It had taken her a good two hours to tame the natural ringlets, but the effort was well worth it. She wore a simple pair of blue jeans with her cowgirl boots, and a comfortable white cotton tanktop with a plaid button-down shirt over it. She left the shirt unbuttoned to show off her slender form. She stood at a comfortable 5'6", give or take a pair of heels. Her mother's golden locket lay hidden under her blouse, tucked away between her would-be cleavage. Her nails were naturally long, about four centimeters past her fingertips on each hand, and painted with white tips. Her eyes are the color of the sky on the first morning of winter, a frosty blue encircled with a crown of storm-cloud blue. Her straightened hair was a summer blonde and fell neatly over her bust. Billy was a thin girl, often picked on through school for having "chicken-legs" or for being a "bean-pole".
Personality:
Overall Billy is an intelligent and kind individual. Not one to make waves, she enjoys doing well in school and would rather be riding her horses than drinking. She can be a little shy at first, like most girls, but once out of her shell she's a real goofball. Playing small pranks on people with her powers has always amused her, especially when they were people who didn't have any powers. On the boarder of being more bad than good, in the regards of enjoying pranking humans, her parents sent here in an effort to teach her some consideration. Wanting to make her parents happy, she agreed to fly thousands of miles from her friends and family to come to this school... and by agree I mean her dad forced her to or he threatened to sell all the horses. The only positive to coming here, Billy would think, would be that she gets to meet others like her. Having believed that she was one of a very small group, she was thrilled to know there were more like her. Billy is an overachiever and will push herself beyond her limits to make a point. The first time she moved a car she got a nosebleed and had to go to the hospital after fainting. Billy has a thick southern belle accent.
History:
Billy first found out she could move things with her mind when she was just three years old. Her mother had taken a toy from her and placed it on the counter. When her mother returned, the bear was being nibbled on by her three-year-old once more. Then, when she was seven, a boy on the playground pushed her into the dirt, so at lunch she dumped his carton of milk down his pants, only she made it look like an accident. As she grew older, using her powers for payback grew old and she began to use them for pranking. Little things, nothing harmful. A pulled out seat here, a run-away hat with the wind there.
It was because of the pranks that she got her parents worried in the first place. Desperately wanting her to be good, her parents accepted the letter for her. Although as I said before, she was not exactly willing to go the alternative punishment of losing her horses was just not worth it. Deciding she would rather come meet others like her, she boarded the plane with high hopes.
