History:

Stelian woke up one day with no memories only his name and a feeling of immense power. 'What happened I've never had a headache like this before.' He rubbed his head as he looked out the window the sun almost blinding him lessening the power he felt. 'What the hell?' Suddenly he felt eyes in the back of his head. Spinning around "Who are you and what do you want with me?!" A cold response came from a tall cloaked figure "You are the product of thousands of years of research. The council has destined you for greatness." With that the figure left leaving a coat and a hat laying on the bed. Since that day Stelian has worked to find this council and what they had done to him. He has since learned that his is a vampire more specifically a day walker. The first and only. Though he still wasn't immune to the affects of the sun the affects are nowhere close to deadly. He traveled to this facility to hopefully find peace and family though so far he has been disappointed by the creatures that have come to the house.

So begins...

Stelian's Story

Stelian was sitting in the back of some government vehicle on his way to what the men had called Facility X. "So now general, What exatily is the Facility X and why is it so dreadfully important that I reside here?" The general looks back at him with slightly foggy eyes. "I'm afraid that is classified." With a glance into the general's eyes 'You want to tell me why I'm going to this facility'. "Well since you'll be living here I believe it would be alright for me to tell you. You are a vampire therefore not human the government has decided that all non human spell type creatures will be sent to live in the Facility. You will be with other creatures with 'magical' abilities that don't fit into the human lifestyle." "So your trying to separate us in order to encourage a feeling of safety for the humans. A dreadful cause but I don't think this entire armed convoy was needed for little old me." "Government ordered I'm sorry, but we are almost there." In the distance a large building comes into view looking much like a prison. "I was under the impression that this wasn't a prison General. You'd do best not to lie to me." Slightly panicked, "It's much nicer on the inside than you'd think. Its more of a resort I promise you don't have to get angry." "Well fine."

They shortly arrive at the facility and Stelian departs the vehicle cuffed with some form of hand and foot movement device. Looking into the eyes of one of the guards. "These aren't needed I did come here willingly after all. Release me and give me my papers and I'll go quietly this is all unneeded." After a moment's hesitation the guard releases the cuffs and hands him the papers. "Now you can leave me I can escort myself into this facility." Another moment of hesitation and the guards leave. "Finally I can be alone. This desert is much to bright They should have been much more quick to move."

He reaches the door and lets himself in a very unexpected sight welcomed him. The inside of the prison was like a tropical resort. Everything was perfect except the fight that was going on near what he assumed to be the bar. 'Well I'd hate to get in the way I'll just sit here in the corner and watch may be entertaining after so many hours driving through the desert to get here... I wonder who's in charge here."

Sierra saw then vampire walk in. She stood up and shouted for him to come over before Bane killed him. Sierra knew that Bane wouldn't mind. In fact he would enjoy it.

Bane, the Outside World.

As Bane walked calmly and coldly over to Sierra, he was tackled by a fifteen foot tall dragon. Bane yelled in fury, "Get off!" Bane moved his own arms as if to intercept the attack, and the giant skeleton followed suit, grabbing the dragon and throwing him off of him. The dragon clawed at him, slapped him with his tail, and attempted to burn him to a crisp. Bane's skeleton couldn't dodge the tail and it knocked him slightly off balance, but not enough to knock him over. Bane steadied himself and intercepted the claw, applying pressure and leaning into him so as to get back up. He dug the skeletal claws into the dragon's soft paw as he did so. When he finally stood, the dragon attempted to roast him alive. The fire didn't even phase him, the skeleton absorbed it, and used the energy to create more aura, and covered his skeletal giant's body in muscles made of aura. The skeleton roared and thrashed about some more, wrecking everything around him. When the dragon finally backed off, Bane roared in triumph, and turned back towards Sierra who had put up a shield to protect them. Bane strode over to the group, who were hiding behind the shield. There were others behind him, challenging him with raised swords, however, they weren't his target. They could wait, Sierra was first.

Bane raised his right arm and swung it forward as hard as he could, the giant on top of him mimicking his movements. The giant raged at the invisible wall in front of him, pounding it repeatedly with all four arms. Just as he was about to break through, he caught Sierra's gaze.

"Silas i know you are there please come out, you're stronger than him. Maybe not in raw strength but in character, whatever powers he has you have too. I know you're in there so just show yourself... except you can't. I know why you're in there. It's because you are afraid, afraid of being alone, afraid to be something other than that cold hard machine. But you can be more, you can survive this." She said stoically, not breaking her gaze with Bane, looking straight into his cruel golden eyes without flinching. Bane just smirked coldly at her and flung his fist ito the air, the barrier was crumbling, once more was all it would take. He was just about to retort with a snappy rebuttal, about how Silas was a cowering weakling and would never beat the mighty Bane when he began to swing his hand down one final time. Suddenly he stopped, Bane dropped to his knees and screamed an unholy scream, as if he was in the most pain anyone had ever endured. Silas was... fighting him? No! It couldn't be! He was... winning?

Silas, within Their Soul.

When Silas opened his eyes, he was surrounded by darkness, sitting on the cold, hard floor. He immediately drew in his knees and closed his eyes, not daring to get up. He knew where he was. This was inside his soul, where Bane usually was. He sat for what seemed an eternity, listening to Bane as he rampaged through the facility. He was hurting so many of Silas's friends. He was the single worst thing that had ever happened to Silas and they both knew it. He tried to fight Bane, like he'd done before, however, Bane was too strong. He was intent on razing the Facility to the ground, he wanted to make Silas pay for being weak and innocent. Silas did the only thing he could do. He attempted to cut off Bane's access to the core of their soul. That was where they got their strength from. He managed to blockade it for a while, but when he heard Miss Timber jump on top of him and taunt Bane, he knew he couldn't keep the barrier up for long. Bane smashed through his walls and easily gained access to their power. Then, just as Silas was sitting down and preparing for Bane to wear himself out, Bane materialized in front of him. "Hello Cry-las." Bane smirked. "I take it you can hear whats going on? I will murder them Silas. I will crush their bodies into dust and burn whatever remains. I will destroy them Silas. There's nothing you can do about it."

"Stop it!" Silas cried out, he tried to make himself seem loud and threatening, but his voice seemed so small within the cavernous space he and Bane were currently in. "Please! Stop... Don't hurt anyone..." Silas said, tears beginning to form in his eyes.

"Awww... poor baby." Bane taunted. "You gonna cry? Do something about it then. Hmm? If you don't, I will kill them, starting with her." Just then, a double of Sierra was brought into existence, swirling into being from the smoke all around them. "You and I are one in the same. I know what you think of her just the same as you do. Her barrier is almost down. It won't be long now." Bane said. Just then. Silas heard her.

"Silas i know you are there, please come out. You're stronger than him... maybe not in raw strength but in character. Whatever powers he has you have too, I know you're in there so just show yourself... Except you can't. I know why you're in there. It's because you are afraid, afraid of being alone, afraid to be something other than that cold hard machine. But you can be more, you can survive this."

Silas looked up, finally opening his eyes since Bane had taken over. "Go away..." Silas said. He had only whispered, but his voice was strong.

"What's that? Go away? Why you insolent little pup. What would you be without me? How would you have survived if it wasn't for me?" Bane shouted, almost accusingly.

"I said, 'Go Away.' I'm not going to let you hurt them." Silas said, now standing, his courage growing with every passing second. "I'm not going to let this continue any longer. Get out of here!" Silas yelled at Bane. "I won't let you do this anymore!" Silas said, getting stronger and stronger. In the darkness of their world, Silas was shining. He whole body seemed to light up as he stood his ground against Bane.

"Pathetic," Bane said, shaken but standing firm against the growing might of Silas's confidence. "This is it?" He chuckled nervously, "This is nothing! You're nothing! I am the stronger of the two of us!" Bane said, trying to believe it. "you will always be too weak for the power you hold. I'm the only one who can truly utilize it, you'll never be as strong as me!"

"There are different kinds of stregnth," Silas said. "However, reckless strength like yours, that has no purpose, is utterly worthless!" Silas finished, yelling as he said it. "Be gone!" He roared at Bane, jutting his hand out towards him as if to blast him away. At that, the light on his body finally broke free, running rampant through the darkness like it did whenever he managed to drive back Bane. Bane's shadowy form dissipated and Silas felt himself rocket upward, he looked up but had to sheild his eyes from the growing light until...

The Outside World

Silas's eyes snapped open. He was kneeling on the ground underneath Bane's summoned colossus. The white wolf from earlier appeared to be casting a spell that created a wall of ice. Silas stood, his brown eyes blazing, he raised his hand into the air and suddenly, the massive evil aura was swept up into his palm as if it were caught in a whirlpool, spinning and shrinking until it was gone from the world. Silas fell to his knees once again, drained from the effort and panting with exhaustion.

"I did it..." he whispered. Looking over to the others, who were hiding behind one of Sierra's shielding spells, "I really did it! I beat him!" Silas exclaimed, pure joy radiating from his face. His happiness wouldn't last. Silas looked around, he'd smelled... fire? The lobby was completely trashed, walls were broken, things were on fire, and worst of all, his friends were hurt. His expression immediately darkened. "Oh no..." he whispered, trailing off while he surveyed the damage. "Did he do this?" Silas asked, horrified at what Bane had done. "I'm sorry." He said, tears beginning to form in his eyes. "I'm so sorry everyone." Silas cupped his face in his hands and cried, his body shaking with the force of his sobs. "I'mb so sowwy..." he said. His words distorted from the tears streaming down his face and his running nose.

Stelian watched as the giant beat at the defenses that the people had created. They weren't going to last very long. As he was about to stand and offer his assistance the giant paused mid killing blow. 'What is this now?' After a moment the giant and aura were absorbed by the boy who had been attempting to kill everyone. 'This is certainly a change of heart... though change of soul may be more correct.' The boy fell to the ground exhausted and crying. 'Maybe living here won't be as boring as I thought.'

He walks up to the group. "Greetings everyone I am Stelian. I'm a new arrival that the government just delivered. I'm simply going to assume that given present circumstances I will not be given a tour at the moment and paperwork will be taken care of later. So I offer my assistance. How may I be of service to you?" He says all of this in a rather bored voice much like he'd seen it happen before and becomes quite condescending towards the end. He bows low removing his fedora his shaggy green hair falling over his eyes.

"I beat him!" Ouka melted away the ice shield and looked at the child named Silas. Such power from such a small child. She sighed and watched as the child began to cry. She felt bad that it was because of her this all happened. Ouka was weak from using such high powered magic and her earlier ordeal. However, there were fires in the building that need to be put out. Ouka did one last spell, she froze the whole room for a quick minute and put out the flames. "Well hope I did something right." She smiled. Finally she collapsed and her form reverted to that of a wolf.

As Silas just sat there, crying his eyes out, the world was moving around him. It almost appeared to be in slow motion. The wolf lady put out all the fires and Firvin took off. Silas managed to stop crying just long enough to nod at him before he left. Timber went over to the two men with swords to chat with them, but Silas couldn't hear what they were saying. There was a newcomer. A pale man named Stelian, who introduced himself to the group. Silas didn't pay much attention to him. There would be time for a meet and greet later, but now, all Silas felt like doing was crying. Helping out with the restoration could wait. Silas hardly even noticed Shard asking him if he was ok. Silas nodded and quietly said, "I'm Silas, I've been here my whole life. This place is my home, but Bane keeps wrecking it. I'm sorry, but could you please just let me be for a little bit. I don't feel like talking to anyone. right now." He didn't want to be rude, but he felt like if he continued to talk, not just to Shard, but to anyone, he'd just start crying again, and he'd finally stopped just then.

Then suddenly, time sped up around him again when he noticed Sierra staring at him. She broke the barrier around her and rushed over to Silas. "You did it!!" she exclaimed. She she leaned in and quickly kissed him on the cheek. "I knew you could." she whispered before standing up and walking over to the wolf. She went over and spoke to the wolf lady before yawning then going back over to the bar. The world slowed down again. Silas was in shock. He didn't even realized the implications of what had happened until a good minute after they did. She'd kissed him. Silas blushed bright red, his whole face lighting up.

Silas quickly stood, shrugging off his embarrassment. Obviously she'd meant nothing by it. It was a congratulatory gesture, nothing more. No matter how much Silas wanted it to be. Silas regained his composure before, standing up and walking off back to the quiet room where witches practiced magic. There was something he needed to do. However, once he got there, he realized what he'd forgotten. Silas's bag was still back at the bar. Tibbers, his spell book, and his notepad were all there. Back where Sierra was. What was he going to do? How could he face her immediately after what had just happened. Silas knew he had to go back though. He needed the book.

Silas walked back to the bar. There was his bag, right next to Sierra. Silas swallowed hard, blushing just a little bit before walking over to Sierra and his bag. He quietly grabbed the bag and turned right back around. He quickly mumbled, "Sorry, forgot my bag. I'll be off now," before turning right back around to head off to the Witch's practice room. Hopefully Sierra was too preoccupied and wouldn't try to talk to him. He didn't know if he could take it.

Magiere arrived at the facility in a car full of government officials, at their request her weapons were locked up in a case in the trunk of the vehicle. While driving through the desert she was horrified as everything around her was dead, she loved the outdoors and hated to think of what it would be like to live here. Her fears were dispelled when the car pulled through the gates of the facility revealing a veritable paradise. "Enter the lobby and ask for Timber, she will be able to help you find your room and get settled." one of the guards told her. "thank you" she replied flatly. She walked into the lobby, a little surprised to see chairs all over the place, tables flipped and the like, it looked as if a hurricane had just passed through it. She saw what looked like an information desk and walked up to it, "excuse me could I please speak with Timber, the official who brought me here said she would help me to find my room." Magiere asked the clerk. "Just a moment, she is with someone else, have a seat and she'll be with you when she returns, that man over there" she gestures to Stelian, "is also waiting for Timber, I'm sure she can help you both when she get's back." The clerk explained happily. "thanks" Magiere said flatly yet again. She walks to a table that hasn't been flipped, picks up a chair and sits down to wait for Timber.

After his brief introduction Stelian decided he would find a room himself everyone else was quite preoccupied. Before he was able to exit the room completely the door opened and therein stood another new arrival. She was taller for a woman but around her was and air of danger that Stelian believed only he was able to see as she received a rather warm welcome. 'I think it would do me well to avoid that one. She doesn't seem a very safe companion.' He turned on his heel and left heading off to find an empty room he could make his own reading his paperwork as he went thinking he could find a room number in the papers. He lucked out and found on on the final page and began searching.

As Firvin, Magiere and Timber were talking, a green haired man walks into the hallway then abruptly leaves only to come back a moment later holding his paper work. Firvin was first to acknowledge him "Hello, you new here as well? I was just about to show Magiere here around if you would like to join us I'm sure we could find both of your rooms as well get a bite, I don't know about you two but I'm starving". Magiere speaks to them both and afterwards Firvin gestures toward another hallway "Out this way is the mall, it has a food court for a quick bite, or a restaurant if we want something more substantial".

Magiere was talking with Timber and Firvin when an incredibly handsome man who appeared about twenty walked into the hallway only to leave again right away. That's odd she thought to herself. She was taken aback and when he returned and Firvin began talking to him she barely heard him speak, too focused on this new tall and handsome man. She looks at the new man, as he approached she got a strange feeling, the kind of feeling she only felt when she was hunting, That's impossible, I know there are vampires here, but he doesn't look like a typical vampire and the sun still shining. she thought to herself as she ran her tongue across her pronounced canines, hating that particular gift from her father the most. "Firvin a bite to eat sounds wonderful, although I would love to get to my room and change first, it would be nice to take off this armor for a while, and see my wolf". she said gesturing to the silver plates on her shoulder and knee. "Seeing as we're both new I wouldn't be surprised if our rooms are nearby, maybe you'd like to meet Ayla, despite her species she's quite friendly with most people" she said to the tall man with a wink. "By the way I didn't catch your name, mines Magiere" she said cutely.

While wandering the halls Stelian runs into a small group. An apparent elf addresses him. "Hello, you knew here as well? I was just about to show Magiere here around if you would like to join us I'm sure we could find both of your rooms as well get a bite, I don't know about you two but I'm starving. Out this way is the mall, it has a food court for a quick bite, or a restaurant if we want something more substantial". "Yes food does sound good. I'm rather fond of restaurants myself I've yet to get a good rare steak from a fast-food restaurant."

The woman wearing armor speaks up before they head off. "Firvin a bite to eat sounds wonderful, although I would love to get to my room and change first, it would be nice to take off this armor for a while, and see my wolf". she said gesturing to the silver plates on her shoulder and knee. "Seeing as we're both knew I wouldn't be surprised if our rooms are nearby, maybe you'd like to meet Ayla, despite her species she's quite friendly with most people" she said to the tall man with a wink. "By the way I didn't catch your name, mines Magiere" she said cutely.

Stelian smiles at the woman. "That would be because I didn't offer my name though if you wish to know I'm called Stelian. As to your 'Alya' I've never had a problem with pets though I prefer those of Canine decent." 'Odd she has some features of a vampire though she is quite obviously not a vampire. She is out in daylight after all I'm the only day-walker. I'd best not press the issue she will tell me when she is ready.' He chuckles to himself lightly and turns to the elf. "So sorry, Yes I am new here I attempted to introduce myself earlier but there was a bit of a ruckus in the main hall so I figured it best to leave you all be. I went off to search for my room but with little success."

Firvin takes Stelian's paperwork without a word and glances at it finding the room number. "Both your rooms are down this way." He said heading off down the hall.

"That would be because I didn't offer my name though if you wish to know I'm called Stelian. As to your Ayla I've never had a problem with pets though I prefer those of Canine decent." Stelian said to Magiere with a slight chuckle. "So sorry, yes I am new here I attempted to introduce myself earlier but there was a bit of a ruckus in the main hall so I figured it best to leave you all be. I went off to search for my room but with little success."

"Oh you like canines? My Ayla despite her lineage acts just like a husky around people you'll love her, you simply must come meet her when we find our rooms." she exclaimed with a smile. She wipes her brow dramatically, "these swords are getting heavy, you wouldn't mind carrying them for me until we get to my room would you?" she gestured to the falchion and saber on her hips. It was clear she carries them regularly and should not actually need help carrying them, He is rather cute, I hope he takes the bait, it'll be nice to be in one place for a while so I can actually get to know someone, and he seems nice enough she thought to herself. She smiled at him as they followed Firvin down the hall.

"These swords are getting heavy, you wouldn't mind carrying them for me until we get to my room would you?" Stelian smiles at the request. 'She's obviously not tired one could assume that she carries those on a daily basis. Though making an ally of this person could prove to be quite useful.' After a moment he looks at her. "Sure I'd love to carry your blades for you." He holds out his hand to accept them. 'Before I let her get to close I should find out exactly what she is and weather or not she means me harm.' "So before the government asked you to come reside here what did you do? And if you don't mind my asking what manner of creature are you as none of us are completely human here." They continue down the hall following Firvin to their respective rooms.

Stelian smiles and then looks at Magiere, "Sure I'd love to carry your blades for you." He extends his hands to retrieve them from her. "So before the government asked you to come reside here what did you do? And if you don't mind my asking what manner of creature are you as none of us are completely human here." He asks her.
Before she could responds Timber stepped forward cutting her off, 'Yes Dhampir what did you do? I'm Curious' Just then Timbers phone beeps and she steps aside to answer it, coming back with a huge smile.

Magiere hands the swords to Stelian with a smile, "Thank you, and if you must know, as Timber here has said, I am Dhampir, we're a rare breed. My mother fell in love with a vampire and they married but when he discovered she was pregnant he left. As for my profession, I didn't really have one. I was looking for my father, I want to have a 'discussion' with him." The word discussion is filled with malice and hate but immediately following she returns to her normal happy self. "And you Stelian, what are you and what was it you do? If you don't mind my asking." she turns the question around on him with a flirtatious grin.

b]'He is a vampire.'[/b] Timber informs the group. He doesn't seem evil like all the other ones, I won't kill him yet, maybe he can help she thinks to herself unsurely. 'I need to go find Sierra meet me in the lobby in an hour. Don't be late' Timber informed them.

Firvin upon hearing Timber dismiss herself responds "Alright see ya later Timber, tell Sierra I say Hi! Oh and I found your rooms, Magiere yours is right here" he gestures to a door on the right side of the hallway, "and Stelian yours is across the hall, unfortunately we'll have to cancel that bite to eat, but I'll see you in the lobby in an hour, Timber seemed serious so make sure you're there." He said to them and left.

Magiere thankful to finally be at her room, opens her door and finds that all of her belongings are already there,. "Thank you Stelian, for carrying my blades, please come in and set them down anywhere." She says as she enters the room. "OH AYLA YOU'RE HERE!!" She exclaims as she drops down on her knees to pet her wolf. Ayla is ecstatic to see her, barking and yipping like a dog. She stands "Ayla this is Stelian, Stelian this is Ayla." She introduces them.

"Alright see ya later Timber, tell Sierra I say Hi! Oh and I found your rooms, Magiere yours is right here and Stelian yours is across the hall, unfortunately we'll have to cancel that bite to eat, but I'll see you in the lobby in an hour, Timber seemed serious so make sure you're there." "Alright see you in an hour. Thank you for the help."

"Thank you Stelian, for carrying my blades, please come in and set them down anywhere. OH AYLA YOU'RE HERE!! Ayla this is Stelian, Stelian this is Ayla." "I assure you it was no problem. I'm not one to tire easily." Stelian chuckles as Magiere pets her wolf introducing them. "It is nice to meet you Ayla." He reaches down and pets the wolf as he continues slowly and a bit reluctantly. 'Hopefully she'll believe me... "Timber was only half correct in her statement. I'm not only a vampire I'm a Day-walker. I was an experiment by the Vampire Council I was supposed to bring a new age of vampires ones who didn't fear the light. I never wanted to be a vampire and I don't take kindly to being used as an experiment. The Council and I are currently on disagreeable terms." Stelian sets the blades down on Magiere bed. "Well that's my story if you need me I'll be in my room getting settled in. Feel free to stop by whenever if you wish." With that he turns on his heel and exits the room closing Magiere's door behind him.

The Council and I are currently on disagreeable terms. Well that's my story if you need me I'll be in my room getting settled in. Feel free to stop by whenever if you wish." Stelian explained to Magiere as he placed her blades on her bed. I might just trust this vampire She thought to herself as he left the room.

After spending a few minutes getting her room settled she looked at Ayla "What do you think of him, anything weird about him?" she asked the wolf, who responded with nothing but an agreeable yip. "You like him too then." she confirms. After her conversation with her dog she removes the leather and plate armor to take a shower. After her shower she puts on a black pair of jeans and a black long-sleeved shirt. She looks at herself in the mirror Simple, yet functional she thinks. She looks at the clock realizing it has been almost an hour and begins getting ready to go to the lobby.

As Stelian walks across the hall to his room he hears someone shouting out his name. Turning he sees Shard running up to him. "Do you know where my room is?" he says. "I have been looking everywhere. well not everywhere but some places." He says laughing. "If your new here I'm going to guess that yours would be the room next to mine if you look inside your belongings will have been put there already. Also, you should know that I think there's a meeting in a little while I'll be heading down to the Lobby soon if you wish to attend with me." He smiles his almost devilish cunning smile.

Sierra continued to smile, "Riley's coming back" she squeals. Slias's face lit up. Riley was coming home?! Silas grew up with Riley as a sort of older sister/mom. She' was the one who taught him how to commune with nature, how to use magic. She was a huge part of his life, and the lives of all the residents of the Facility. She was its heart, its soul, its very center. Everything revolved around Riley. She was the perfect leader, kind and compassionate, but she would defend the Facility and its residents with fierce loyalty if it ever came down to it. Silas smiled. "Well what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Silas said happily, placing his gloves in his pocket and taking Sierra's hand.

Sierra removed her wings from around them and led Silas out the practice room. They walked down to the lobby hand-in-hand. Silas grinning like an idiot the whole time. He looked around. Everyone was there. Firvin was smiling at him and flashed him the thumbs-up. Silas sheepishly rubbed his empty hand on his neck. Timber was there, but when Silas tried to meet her gaze, she looked away. Was she... blushing? It couldn't be, not Timber, she must have just been excited to see Riley, just like Silas was. He disregarded her blushing. There was a woman, who Silas hadn't met, that walked in with a wolf padding along silently next to her. She said hello to FIrvin and Timber, so she couldn't be all bad. Still, Silas was never good with meeting new people. She spoke up, "I'm Magiere and this is my wolf Ayla, don't worry she's as friendly as any dog you've met." She said introducing herself to Silas and Sierra. "Umm... hi." Silas said quietly. He cleared his throat and spoke up, he wasn't sure if she'd heard him, but it was still so hard to be himself around people he hadn't met. "Hi, I'm Silas, I'm a warlock." he said, louder this time, but still just a little shy.

However, by looking around, Silas saw the damage he'd done. It wasn't that long ago that he'd destroyed half the lobby. To be fair, it was Bane who'd done it, but Silas was still saddened by destruction. It wasn't something he wanted Riley to come home to. Still, he couldn't stay sad. Silas was holding hands with Sierra. He had even kissed the girl, that beautiful, wonderful girl, three times in a single day. Just thinking about it gave him goosebumps and made him smile wider. He was so happy.

Further, Silas had begun the process of befriending Bane. If he could do so, he could finally unlock the secrets in his mind. He noticed that there were parts of his soul that were locked off to others, places only Bane could go. They needed to be broken open. Silas had to know. That however, could wait. Silas could hear the sound of a helicopter's blades thumping against the air. He broke into an even wider grin. Riley was home!

After Silas introduced himself, he looked down towards the floor, smiling sheepishly. There was just something about meeting new people that unnerved him. He didn't know why. Sierra rubbed his hand, "It's ok," she whispered to him, getting Silas to smile. "I'm Sierra, I'm Lucifer's angel." she says smiling. "This is Silas, my boyfriend." As if to prove her point she stretched up and gently kissed him. Silas blushed, kissing was great in private, but in front of everybody it was a little too much for him. He didn't mind her kissing him whenever she pleased, in fact, he liked her boundless confidence. It was his favorite trait of hers, however, it still didn't change the fact that it was being done in front of everybody. Maybe they could talk about it later. "You may have to be careful with her around Cole he is very dominant." She says gesturing to Alya, at which point, SIlas nodded in approval. Cole was territorial and strong. Though he'd be friendly once he got to know her, there would definitely be some conflict over dominance in the future. At that point, Firvin came up to them. "Hey everyone, what's up?" he said, greeting them. 'Not much.' Sierra says with a giggle. Silas blushed and studied his shoes. He knew Firvin would say something embarrassing about his dating Sierra, he just wasn't sure what. Silas, however, didn't have time to prepare a rebuttal, the sounds of helicopter blades were becoming even stronger. It was here!

The doors blew open from the wind made by the helicopter blades and Riley stepped in. She looked around, blackened furniture lay strewn across the floor and there were marks on all the walls. She looked back at the large group who had gathered to meet her. "What the Hell happened here?" she exclaims a smile breaking across her face. Timber ran forward and hugged her in a friendly way. Cole whined at Riley's feet so Timber lent down and scratched his over sized head. Silas saw Timber say something, and Riley nodded. She must have told him it was Bane's... his fault. Silas's eyes were boring holes in the carpet. He was so ashamed of what he'd done.

Just as Silas was about to stop contemplating the carpet patterns, he heard footsteps. Riley walked up to him, and handed Silas a rectangular, thin box. She took a step over and produced a large wrapped box with holes in it. She handed it to Sierra gently. "Be careful with her." She said before walking over to the rest of the group, she handed out other gifts to the new-comers, Magiere, Daine, Asher, Ouka, and Stelian. The final gift she has, she hands to Timber.

Silas waited until everyone had gotten their presents, then he carefully opened the small, wrapped box. Inside was a wand. It was a dark, strong wood with runes carved into it, and a blue stone placed in a socket on the end of the handle. It was no ordinary, toy wand. Silas could feel the power flowing from it. It was a powerful tool for channeling energy and creating magic. Silas gasped when he picked it up. It was perfectly sized for his hand. Riley always brought him back something nice, but this was too much. Silas ran over to her and threw his arms around her. "Thank you so much!" Silas exclaimed, though his voice was muffled, as he'd buried his face in her midriff. Letting go slightly, his arms still wrapped around her waist, Silas looked up at Riley, "It's perfect!" He said, his eyes lighting up and a huge smile breaking across his face. "Well, no better time to test it out than right now. Let's see..." He trailed off, rummaging around until he found his book of spells. Riley had helped him write it.

Leafing through the pages, his eyes scanning for a particular spell, Silas stopped suddenly, he'd found it. Silas put the book down on the floor, and raised his wand and off hand like a conductor preparing for his concert. He closed his eyes, and began chanting in a low voice in words only understandable by witches. His hair flung upwards, as if a wind were blowing it and a small magic circle made of light appeared around his ankles, hovering a few inches off the ground. After a good half a minute of chanting, Silas raised his other hand then flicked the wand once, twice, as if tapping a music stand, and made a grand sweeping motion with his wand. Silas finished the gesture with a skyward, spiral flourish before slowly bringing down both his hands. Like water pouring over the lobby, all of the burn marks made by Bane washed away, leaving the place as if it'd been completely refurbished. After a second or so, the light faded, Silas's hair fell back to its usual style, and his eyes opened. Silas sat down, "Whew... that was hard." Silas said. "Still, I'm glad I could fix something, I... I hate how Bane wrecked our home like that." Silas paused for a moment, clearly upset at what Bane had done. He shook it off and spoke up again, "This wand is very strong Riley, are you sure you want me to have it?" he asked.
