Jen nodded, thanking the doctor that came to give her the injection. She was scared and though that an injection to calm her nerves was really unnecessary. It was probably normal to be scared.
Her first idea of this place was that it looked like a castle and she was a little princess being brought here to get a better re-start at life.
But it’s cold inside, and it feels so stiff and like... like she doesn’t belong here.
Jen’s parents weren’t there with her, although they promised to visit and to help her get better. That was kind of a bad start. Jen followed the lady that showed her around and eventually settled in her bedroom.
This was strange and new. She just wanted to leave – it felt like she didn’t belong here.

Mikey threw another card down on the table as he watched some of the new toys being brought in. He chuckled as a dazed, obviously drugged, white haired girl was shown to her room.
She seemed vulnerable, easy enough to play with.
Mikey looked back at his cards as soon as his troubled thoughts lost interest in the people around him.
But the guards were an ever burning though in his mind. They were clearly here for him, to take him to the government. He hadn’t cracked that top secret code on the serial box for nothing – the government knew they’d find him that way.
He bit his nail as he looked around; panic and fear started pushing up from inside his chest.

Karl slipped his shoes on and dusted the imaginary specks from them. He smiled when he was satisfied with his shoelace loops. Much like Mr. Greery taught him.
Karl pushed himself up from his bed and walked over to the open door. He caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror on his way there, making sure his hair was just untidy enough.
Karl stepped into the hallway when it looked like the coast was clear. He smiled at some random paranoid person that lay reclined on a couch by the TV, then slipped through the door that would lead him to the staircase.
Karl waited patiently as he was searched by the nurse at the door. When they were satisfied with him, another accompanied him outside.

Terri Jones
Terri was sitting on her bathroom floor with a silver scalpel in her hand she had stolen from a nurse. She looked at it and then looked at her wrists. It had white bandages around them, so she pulled them off. She didn't think there was anything wrong with what she was doing. She brought the scalpel to her wrist and slid through. A sensation of relief filled her as red blood came from the cut. She put the bandage back on her wrist so it wouldn't seem different. She washed the scalpel and her arm. She walked to her bed to put the scalpel away. There was a small slit inside the mattress where she could put it. When she was done she left her room and headed out to the mingling area avoiding the nurses office. She took a seat at the table and waited for the nurses to come out.
Shawn Jones[/center]
Shawn was cleaning up the blood on the floor and his hands. He had just killed a tiny mouse by squishing it in his hands. He felt power over the tiny mouse. He left the room once he cleaned up and he looked around like he was guilty. He met up with Terri in the mingle area and sat in front of her. He felt like the nurses were watching him which he didn't like. He saw the fresh blood on Terri's wrist. "What did you do to your wrists?" He asked quietly. Of course she didn't answer and she moved her hands away. "Never mind, forget I asked."

"She won't talk to anyone."
"But what happened to her."
"Raped by a brother. Such a shame."
"Have you gotten a report on her?"
"Well, she attacked an officer earlier, and the therapists suggest Fregoli Delusion based on her diary we found. They're sending her to fairview."
"Isn't that a little TOO much?"
"She has nowhere else to go, it's better this way."
Promise was shoved into the room by her brother, now disguised as some woman. That was one of his less realistic diguises. She looked around and saw him in his most annoying disguise ever. She didn't know how, but he was able to make himself more than one person. His disguises right now were a boy and a girl. The girl disguise had blood running down her wrist. She would have felt sorry for her, but she didn't. Her brother purposely put the blood on that disguise, giving himself the illusion of weakness. She wasn't stupid. She wouldn't fall for his advances. She ran into the corner, hugged her knees, and began rocking back and forth.
"Haha, I'm a mummy." She laughed to herself while putting her arms out like a mummy. She wasn't given her medicine because she hadn't actually hurt anyone, so this didn't warrent the use, however she was put into her room. Some time later, the nurse who took the shift from her favorite nurse came in and asked if she wanted to interact with the others. and if she had calmed down. "Yep, I'm all better now, sorry for getting mad." SHe wasn't that sorry, the nurse had broken the routine.
She was let out into the common area, and saw Terri and Shawn sitting at a table. Terri looked happy, "Must be cutting again. Good, back into the routine." She though as she skipped her way over to the table and took a seat.
"Hiya gang." She laughed a bit over her name for the two people she could interact with at the time. She had some interactions with those two before, but not a whole lot, she was suppose to work out her anger with her doctors. "Shawn, you look good, guess a mouse found its way to you." She chuckled a bit, before putting her hands on the table, "I'm a mummy now!" She said happily before making scary noises at the two.

"We need to get her on some powerful drugs." Said the woman
"We should try an opiate of some sort.. Maybe it'll get her out of it enough so we can get her to talk." Said the man.
"That's a good idea. Go get a decent sized dose for her. Don't go too strong, she's pretty small."
Promise struggled in the straps.
He's going to DRUG me. She thought in panic. She began screaming loud enough for anyone to hear her in the facility.
Speaking of nurses and deugs, a nurse came out.
"Terri. Let's go." She frowned and went to the nurse and followe her out.
Shawn knew he was next. "So Taylor what did the nurses do to you?"
In the nurses office the nursie checked her for cuts an they found them. she pulled her hands away, but he grabbed them.
"Time to sow them up." He said almost smirking.
"No!" She screamed. But it didn't do anything, she was tied down and then he poured alcohol on the cuts and she let out a scream in pain. He grabbed a needled and thread, then procceding sowing. She cried out.
"Stop please!"
Shawn heard her and he stood up, but a guard was already by him.
She however, was able to stop herself from going insane. Some of the good work they had done for her, 'People spill things, Taylor. Small stuff happens that you don't know about, it's alright to be intersted in it, but don't get mad about it.' The doctor would tell her. It had worked, she no longer went into rage over the smallest of things, but large things, like peopl enot being there, like Nurse Fitzpatrick, or moving furniture without her knowing, could send her mad. She let go of her anger and returned to her happy place.
"Come on Shawn, sit down, she's alright." SHe smiled, refering to Terri. Once he sat down she started to talk, "I got a letter from my sitser, Cara. I think you met her, anyways, she says she is going to visit soon and will bring chocolate and other fun things." She said and clapped her mummy hands together. Cara was her favorite sister, and she visited the most often, and had the most faith in her. "I heard we might be getting Monopoly soon, that would be so cool!" She said, happy as ever, despite the fact she was locked in a mental hospital.

Terri walked out of the nurses office and sat next to Shawn. Her eyes were red and her wrists looked messy. She leaned into her brother. She didn't say anything since the nurses would have locked her away. She was just waiting for the drug to kick in.
Shawn held her. "You need to go throw up." He whispered.
Terri knew he was right since those drugs did something to her that she didn't understand. She got up and walked over to the bathroom calmly and quietly. She sat in front of the toiled trying to toss up the pill. Just then it was Shawn's turn. He rufeused to go and the guard had to drag him to the nurse's office. "I won't take that damn pill!"

Shawn punched the nurse trying to give him pills. He was beating him to death practically. A guard came in and pried him off the nurse. "Lemme go." He was struggling and anothe guard injected him with some type of medicine. He got dizzt very wuickly and then everything was black. The carried him off to his 'personal holding place' so that he couldn't hurt some one else. Everything in this room was white.

When Terri came back, she perked up. She looked sicker, another funny word, she had jsut thrown-up. She then asked about her sister, which made her happy. She rarely got to talk about her family.
"Oh, Cara is coming. Tomorrow infact, and she is bringing candy and other things she says I will like." Taylor started laughing to herself. This is when a nurse came up, holding a paper cup with pills in it. She gave it to Taylor along with some water and told her to drink. "NO!" She barked before the nurse said she had to if she wanted to be with her family again. The nurse knew she would take them, it was a routine. Taylor said no, Nurse made counter-argument, Taylor takes pills. After all that was finished and Taylor had taken the pills, she felt extremely calm. Not like happy calm, like you could watch someone get murdered right in front of you and not really care calm.
"So, yea." She said, half drugged, "Cara is fun." She slurred the word fun a bit before closing her eyes and passing out on the table. Side-effect of the pills, sudden need to sleep. She was usually woken-up by who ever she was talking to, so she made sure not to stand up and take the pills.

The nurse casually flips through the papers clipped onto her notebook and she, unflinchingly stares up at Hayliegh, "In fifteen minutes, Hayliegh."
Hayliegh turns forward, her face changing from disoriented to a complete blank. She walks and sits down on one of the couches in the recreational room and whips out a cigarette, lighting the match she had stolen out of the supply closet with her shoe and lighting her cigarette.
The nurse from before comes over, plucking the cigarette out of Hayliegh's hand. The girl's right eye twitches out of anger as she slowly turns her head to the nurse.
"If you want to smoke, smoke outside. Not in here." The nurse says politely, yet a stern look overcomes her face. Hayliegh grits her teeth a bit, the grinding of her teeth is almost audible.
"Give it back, Andrea." Hayliegh's eyes become daggers.
"I told you, outside. Now!" The nurse's voice booms against the walls, as she points a finger at Hayliegh; one of the patients in the recreation room cowers behind one of the chairs.
Hayliegh smiles a bit, a dark one, one that could send spines tingling, her voice drops to a low purr, "Let me...Uh, tell you something, Andrea."
The sociopath stands up, walking around to the other side of the couch, getting eye to eye with the nurse.
"NEVER, POINT YOUR FINGER AT A CRAZY PERSON." She screams, plucking the cigarette out of the nurse's hand, taking a drag and blowing smoke into her face.
She turns around, walking towards her room.
Shawn woke up in the white room angry. He got up and started punching the walls. He kept hitting them after his knuckles started bleeding. "Let me out! Where's Terri? Let ne out!" He kept shouting this even thought no one could hear him.
A man kept a hold of her arm as she was taken to her room...Cell? She did not know what the hell it was but it was different from her own room, and therefore she did not like it at all. Tears spilled from her teal blue eyes and loud screams escaped her soft lips, she seemed to be saying something, but her cries made the words un-audioable. The honey haired girl kicked and thrashed, but his grip tightened painfully as she did.
Useless.
"Just calm down will you?..." The stranger hissed in a very empty voice, but Myra heard nothing. She couldn’t hear a sound in the state she was in. Her breathes were dangerously quick. He placed her inside, then left, locking the door behind her. Its how most people dealt with her meltdowns, just leaving her to run it out. The walls didn’t stop her screams though, they echoed down every hallway...
