PERSONALITY
      ✦ Positive ✧ Cheery ✦ Energetic ✧ Curious ✦
~ Akiko has multiple personality disorder. ~
      ✧ Determined ✦ Passionate ✧ Graceful ✦ Realistic ✧

Akiko is a really Positive person, in pretty much all situations. She tries her best to find the best in the worst situation and tries to lift everyone up. She tries to make everyone feel hope for something better to come along. She believes herself that something good is going to come along. If the reality of the situation hits her, then she breaks down and can't think.

She tries to be really Cheery all the time, making her have a happy atmosphere around her. She not only says things that seems cheery, she does things that are cheery, like smiling all the time and humming a song out loud. She is the living evidence of liquid happiness. She emanates happiness because she is so cheery.

Akiko is always jumping, dancing, and just in general, running around all the time. This makes her a very Energetic person, which helps her keep her many athletic abilities. Most of the time, she'll sing and run at the same time, which in turn, helps her become a fast runner. But the only downfall with this trait is, that when she does run out of energy, she's practically dead. She sleeps for hours on end if she expends too much energy.

Akiko also has a strange tendency to check out things she doesn't know about. She's just an extremely Curious person pretty much. If she hears a sound, she'll run toward it, wondering what it is. Her curiosity makes it easy for her to be lured into traps, though she'd probably be able to break out within a few seconds. The saying, "Curiosity killed the cat." definitely applies to her.

Akiko's other personality is very Determined. She seeks out what she wants and won't settle for anything less. Even if it kills her, she doesn't give up. She never backs away from a fight. The only fault in this is that she could literally kill herself from working too hard.

She is very Passionate and takes her passions very seriously. She puts her all into the things she does, whether it be gardening or painting. Though, usually she over-does things and they end up failing. When this happens, she just tries again, and again, and again. I guess you could say that she is somewhat of a perfectionist, though it's not as extreme as a perfectionist.

Akiko does everything with a... certain grace. She tries her best to do things in the most Graceful way possible. She thinks that the only way to complete a job is to look good doing it. She doesn't make things into a show, but she does "show off" quite a bit. She has a more "royal" atmosphere around her when she is in this personality.

Akiko's second personality is almost the exact opposite when it comes to ideas in situations. While the other personality is positive, this one is Realistic. She won't tell herself that things are any better than they really are because the chances of something good happening in a bad situation are slim to none. In times to struggle, she might not be the person you want to talk to.

"Experience is a hard teacher because she gives the test first, the lesson afterward."

BIO
Akako Kasai was born in the town of Hargeon. She was adopted by a family who consisted of four members, including Akako. She had a mother, a father, and a brother. Each of who had water related magic, whether it be actually controlling water or creating it. So, when she was adopted, it was a shock that she was adopted by the family as a fire and transmutation magic holder. Her family was only middle class, so she was a hard worker her entire life.

Akako actually started out her life as a normal person, who actually didn't have multiple personality disorder. She gained it through the experience of one of the largest scandals/murders of all time. Her family was actually recruited from a larger business company to do the fishing for them, though the thing the larger company didn't account for was that the family would launder money from the profits made into other business in the local area. Many people were arrested and Akako experienced an extreme amount of stress having to live with the fact that she was technically living in a family of criminals. She wasn't suspected as a culprit because of her fire powers, which made Akako happy. The only thing that made Akako traumatized, was when her family tried to run away. When her family did, she watched a mage appear before them. They used flames and used wings that looked like a dragon's. The killer than approached her. She ran away from him because she thought that he was also after her. She hid in an alley and summoning her strength, she summoned dragon wings on her back. She flew into the sky and was met by the killer. She quickly realized that she had the same kind of wings as the killer. That's when she finally figured out that she wasn't related to her family. This killer was her father. After she figured this out, she passed out and hit her head as she fell to the ground. After that, she has always had two personalities.

After some months spent in the hospital, she was discharged. She left the hospital with a million thoughts running through her head. And as she left the hospital, she found herself at her old neighbor's home. The resident was an old man and she wondered if he ever saw her father put her on the porch of her "family's" house. She asked the old man and her looked around and let her inside his house. He told her that all he could say was that there's a guild in Magnolia. He couldn't remember what it was called, so he only told her the first word. Fairy.

The minute after hearing this, she decided that she was going to head to Fairy Tail. She was only about age ten, but she decided that she was going to go to Magnolia to find the guild with a name that had something to do with the word "Fairy". So, she went on her way and found herself in Magnolia, searching for a guild with the name that had the word "Fairy" in it. Though, it didn't take her long to get wind of some incident that had happened with the guild in town, Fairy Tail. She immediately asked directions to it, and low and behold, she found it. She joined the guild and has been trying her best to find out about her father. She hasn't heard much, though she wants to find out as much as she can about her father.

Taking place in a time unknown, a new story of Fairy Tail begins in the small town of Magnolia. In another time, Fairy Tail was one of the most popular guilds with superb guild masters. They were a guild everyone could look up to and enjoy. However, in our time, Fairy Tail has become... different.

What happened to them? Nothing, because Fairy Tail has never been great or has ever stood out amongst the other guilds. Fairy Tail may be a family on the inside, but to the rest of the world, they are silent, quiet, and invisible. They're not incredibly significant. They don't seem to be very powerful compared to the others, but they surely have hidden talents that the rest of Fiore just has to open up to and see.

Currently, Fairy Tail has no enemies. Sure, some stronger guilds look down on them, but no one has specifically targeted them. Yet at the same time, Fairy Tail has no allies. The shadowed and mysterious guild master has been said to have acquaintances, but never allies. If Fairy Tail is in trouble, it will be their own problem.

But does that stop Fairy Tail from being a family? Of course not. Conflicts will surely happen, sadness will rain on their parades, but nothing will tear them apart. Well, that's what they say. Who knows what will happen with a new dark guild rising from the shadows.

Fairy Tail does not know anything about this dark guild, however, and continues on their daily missions in the teams. How will they figure out the trap awaiting them before it springs? Only such will be revealed in their new story...

Akako woke up inside her room in the town of Magnolia. She was in the women's dorm of the guild called Fairy Tail. She got up from her simple room with a bed, dresser, closet, and desk. She had a number of papers sitting on the desk, which she didn't remember writing. She simply looked at the writing and noticed that it had a number of money amounts and had the list of jobs in the guild on it. She paused and then saw a number of percentages next to the jobs. She wondered what those were exactly, but she didn't care because she was more focused on getting dressed than trying to figure out what the percentages meant.

She dressed herself in a simple light blue dress, which had a white laced neck line which Akako thought looked extremely cute. Akako walked out of her room while slipping on some light blue flats that she had near the door. She thought it matched her outfit perfectly and made her look nicer than she usually did. I mean, it wasn't an average day today. Sera was coming back today and she was hoping that she would be able to see Ben or Kaius.

As she came out of the dorm and walked toward the actual guild hall, she realized that she should probably pick up some sweets for Sera as a welcome home gift. She ran down the street, practically skipping as she went. She walked toward one of her favorite sweets stores in the entire town. It was slightly hidden and she was lucky that she found it in the first place. She actually tripped in the alleyway and ended up in front of the store. She laughed as she thought about that silly memory.

She opened the door to the sweets shop and greeted the owner. She was a regular at the shop, so the owner knew her by name and knew a little bit about her. "Hey! If it isn't my regular, Akako! How have you been lately?" She smiled and answered simply, "Great! How have you been?" She looked at the selection of the new baked goods for the season. She usually went for the blueberry bundt cakes or the lemon croissants. Mmm... Those cakes and croissants are looking as divine as always. I wonder what I should get Sera? "Doing good. Well, tell me when you're ready to make your selection and I'd be happy to get them for you." She nodded simply and drooled over the cakes for a minute before deciding on an assortment of six confections. She got two chocolate cupcakes, a blueberry bundt cake, two lemon croissants, and one chocolate croissant. She paid for the confections and thanked the owner of the bakery for selling them to her. She quickly left because she was excited to give some of the sweets to Sera and maybe a few others.

As she ran, she thought, "Get ready for some awesome sweets Sera! And while she's at it, I might as well enjoy some too!" She smiled as she looked at the bag of sweets and imagined the look on Sera's face as she ate one of the delicious sweets. She gained a little bit more speed as she ran toward the guild in complete and utter joy.

As she was running toward the guild, she ran into Ben. He seemed like he was in a hurry and she thought he might've been running away from someone. As he was about to pass her, he stopped and she got a little confused. "Hey... So... Uh, how's it going?" She laughed a little bit. "Good... I suppose." "That's good." He looked at the ground and paused for a little bit. He looks a little bit like Sinclair. He really is trying to be a gentleman. Then, he took off his jacket and said to her, "It's a little cold outside, so you should... Take my jacket." She took the jacket and smiled as she looked at him. "So... I... I guess I'll see you around." A look of alarm crossed his face. She wondered what was wrong and then she heard footsteps. He ran away as quickly as he came. Akako saw Sinclair run by her in the direction that Ben just ran in. She laughed a little bit as she heard Sinclair running after Ben, probably for stealing his hat like he always does. She looked at the jacket and blushed a little bit. Ben is so nice. He's always doing nice things for me and helping me out. He's a sweet guy. She slipped on the jacket and as she did, she got a small waft of what Ben smelled like. She blushed a little more as she walked with the sweets. Well today certainly is a productive day... I even got to see Ben. She smiled as she walked toward the large doors that signaled entrance into the guild hall.

#, as written by Golgari
It was a beautiful day in the city of Magnolia. The sun was shining high over the tall stone buildings, birds chirped over the sparkling sea, even the people in the streets below seemed to hold their heads up high with an aura of happiness. Yes this truly magnificent sight was the last thing Benjamin Reeves wanted to see as he was roused from his slumber. The teenager groaned, frantically trying to pull himself back into the dream-like state he had been so content with. Rubbing the sleep from his eyes he pulled himself upright, running a gloved hand through his disheveled blonde hair.

Ben furrowed his brow, trying to recall his dream. Most of it was a bit hazy but there was the distinct inclusion of a giant beetle dragon, a dancing crab, and the most beautiful woman he'd ever seen, her blonde hair billowing in the ethereal wind. He reached for the notebook under his pillow, feverishly writing down the few details he remembered. With his highest priority done Ben flopped out of bed and moved sluggishly down the hall towards the showers.

.......................................................................................

The guild hall was quiet this early in the morning, a fact Ben quite enjoyed. It gave him time to himself, something that is highly lacking in a mage guild. As he peeled the potatoes for the morning's breakfast his mind wandered to the one thing still stuck in his mind from the dream.

'Who is that girl?' She had been in every dream he'd had for the last three weeks, her face always obscured by his mind and the feeling of familiarity sitting uneasily in his stomach. He knew her, that much was obvious, it's all just a matter of pinpointing who... It wasn't long before the potatoes had been peeled, stacked neatly beside a large pan. Normally one would have to dice them one by one, easily taking forty minutes at the least.

Thankfully, Ben was a master of cutting things by hand.

Removing his glove, Ben plucked a potato from the pile. At first contact the potato split into tiny chunks as if passed through a razor wire fence. The pieces dropped solemnly into the pan beneath underneath as the boy repeated the process, turning a forty minute job into five. It was at this point the other kitchen staff began to stream into the hall, eagerly hustling about to prepare for the mass amount of meals. They stared happily at the pan of potatoes.

"Damn Ben, that's the third time this week. We might just have to draft you as a permanent chef!" Ben smiled brightly.

Anything I can help with?

The man shook his head. "Nah, I think we've got it covered." Nodding his head, Ben scampered into the guild hall, a large grin across his face. The hall was empty, just as planned. With a mischievous twinkle in his eye Ben strode to the west wall, doing a quick scan to make sure no one was sneaking around. A soft vibration slid up his arm as it plunged silently into the wall, pulling a rather fancy hat from the wooden confines of the building. Ben smiled to himself. This was one of the most genius ideas he'd had! Sinclair would never think to look-

"So THAT'S where you hid it." Ben froze, turning slowly to see a slightly agitated man in an olive green suit. This was bad. REALLY bad. He needed an escape plan and fast.

"How'd you know I'd be here?"

"A gentleman never reveals his tricks"

"I thought that was magicians." Ben pouted as magic coursed through him, his molecules rising in speed. Alright Sinclair, you win." With a flick of his wrist the hat flew towards its owner, eager to finally rest upon its master's scalp once more. Wit a surge of speed Ben launched himself across the room, grabbing the hat right under his team member's nose and running out the open door.

You'll never take me alive!

His body still coursing with energy Ben ran down the street as fast as he could, the hat clenched tightly in his hand. He turned the corner and screeched to a halt, all instances of adrenaline flushed from his system at the appearance of the most beautiful girl he'd had the privilege of meeting. 'It's Akako! Alright play it cool Ben, play it cool.'

"Hey... So... Uh, how's it going?"

"Good... I suppose."

"That's Good." 'That's not playing it cool! that's playing it socially awkward! C'mon, dude, you aren't going to win her heart by being boring! What did Kaius tell me...Jackets! Chicks dig it when you give them your jacket! Come to think of it Sinclair said that too. If they both actually agree, it must be true!' Ben slipped off his coat and gently draped it over his quarry's shoulders.

"It's a little cold outside, so you should... Take my jacket." He flipped his hair for dramatic effect. Kaius said the girls loved that. She turned to him and smiled her beautiful smile. Ben smiled back warmly and reached for her hand only to find his own occupied with some strange object...

Ben's eyes widened in terror as Sinclair turned around the corner at top speed, his tailcoat flapping in the wind.

"So... I... I guess I'll see you around." he stammered quickly before turning around, running as fast as possible down the stone paved sidewalk and away from the imminent doom that followed right behind him.

The town of Magnolia had an odd glow today. Something that made everything seem brighter. Everything had a sense of joy and excitement for what was going to come today. Ushida, who was in bed, woke up. He opened his eyes and stared at his ceiling which was illuminated by the morning sun. As a result of this, his room in turn emanated light. Which he simply hated. He closed the curtains inside his room and laid down in his bed for a little while, trying to think why he always opens the curtains before he goes to sleep. He quietly got out of his bed and walked over to his closet, which had a number of clothing styles, though the only ones he wore were arabic inspired clothing. He had some knack for it, which many people thought was weird, though Ushida didn't really care. The clothes breathed and it gave him chances to cool off faster in the heat.

He slipped his clothes on and walked over to his desk, making another tally mark on a paper that was chock full of the marks. Each one represented a new day and eventually the white paper would become dull and gray. Which gave Ushida the motivation to do so, because he wanted to see the paper turn black and eventually look deformed by the many marks left by the pencil he marked it with. He walked over to the door to his room and made sure no one was in the hallway.

He found no one in the hallway, so he went outside. As he walked through the front door of the Fairy Tail men's dorm, he shrouded himself in darkness and took a jog. This was one of the many exercises that Ushida did in order for him to become stronger. He used both physical exertion and magical exertion in order to maintain the highest magical and physical capacity. After a while of doing this, he decided to stop because he didn't want to use all of his magical power in order to complete one measly exercise. He decided to go back to his dorm, when he saw Akako running down a set of stairs leading toward the guild.

Well, doesn't she look happy. I wonder where the hell she's going? Maybe I should mess with her... He smiled a little bit as he saw her run by. But... As much as I'd love to do that... I have to do training. I guess I'll just settle with a death stare for now. He looked at her with eyes so full of hate, they could kill. He hoped she would turn around and look at him, but it didn't happen. That made him a little mad, which made him work a little harder. He continued with his routine of exercises as the day went on.

He sighed as he sat down on the grass around him, a little tired from his exercises. He looked up at the sky and wondered what the world would be like if it was dark all the time. He had pondered this question a number of times, though he never really considered it because he couldn't look at the world a different way. The world was exactly as it was supposed to be. If it was supposed to be different, it would be.

He heard a sudden scuffling of feet and looked toward the guild entrance, where he witnessed what seemed like a chase scene from a movie. He laughed as he saw Ben running off with Sinclair's hat. He deserves it anyways... Being all superficial and proper. He's completely fake. No one acts like that naturally. He saw them go in the same direction as Akako and realized that Ben was probably going to run into her. He knew that they liked each other and he teased Akako about it every chance he got. He tried to make her as mad as possible to crush the usual positive attitude that she has. Though, he didn't mind her other personality because she wasn't constantly talking and jumping around all the time.

He walked into the actual guild hall to find that Seraphina was back from her trip. He saw Nico at the bar and Seraphina was talking to him. Ushida walked over to one of the booths in one of the corners far away from the entrance doors to the guild. He used his magic power to put a kind of sleep mask over his face. Then he tuned out all of the noise inside the guild and tried to take a nap.
