Nobody can hurt me without my permission.

0 · 572 views · located in Fantasim Land

a character in “Fantasim Land”, as played by PrincessLala17

Description

Image

Osirette is a very beautiful young lady.
She is sixteen years old.
Just a year younger than her mother was when she died.
She is slender with curves in all the right places.
Her skin is neither pale nor dark, but tanned to perfection.
Her eyes are a startling lime-green in colour. She got them from her father.
Her hair is long and thick, hanging around her in loose waves.
It is light brown in colour. She got it from her mother.
Osirette doesn't typically wear makeup.

Personality

Image

Osirette is very tough and confident.
She is a strong young woman.
She doesn't need anybody to help her because she is independent.
Though she is strong, she has lots of painful memories.
She is very talented and will always try something new.
Despite all this, she is very cold.
She will never speak unless spoken to, and she tells people very little about her personal life.
She has a hard time becoming close to people.
She tends to put herself before everyone else.
If she does grow close to someone, though, she is loyal and caring.
She has no interest in romance.
She believes that romance will only lead to heartache and pain.

Equipment

Osirette is always carrying a bow.
Her bow is made of maple.
Osirette carved it herself.
She wears a quiver made of brown leather that she also crafted herself.
She spends much of her spare time making new arrows.
Her arrows are very mismatched,
with different feathers on the ends and different stones or pieces of metal as tips.
Strapped around her calf with a strip of brown leather, Osirette carries a dagger.
The handle of her dagger is made of a bone that she stole from a stall in a market.

History

Osirette's mother was seventeen years old.

Only seventeen.

And it wasn't her choice, either.

She was kidnapped.

Stolen away from her home and her family by a hideous monster.

He took the young Paulette away with him.

He took her to his home, a mansion hidden deep within the Dark Woods.

He raped the young teenager.

And despite all that, Paulette had the audacity to fall for him.

And once she had, she broke his spell.

The cruel, horrid spell cast on him long ago by an unknown force.

The spell that kept a handsome man trapped in the form of a beast.

With his beastly form gone, there was nothing to keep Paulette and Osiris from being in love.

At least, not until Paulette's pregnancy.

It was unexpected. It was unwanted. It wasn't, however, unwelcome.

They prepared eagerly to have their child.

But as Paulette lay in bed and delivered her child, neither of them knew that she was also lying on her deathbed.

Giving birth to baby Osirette killed the teenaged mother.

Osiris was heartbroken.

For a short time, he lived by himself with his baby daughter.

He loved her and cared for her.

But one day, a new woman arrived.

Osiris fell in love with this vampire newcomer.

Ivy was like Paulette, yet very unlike her at the same time.

Ivy and Osirette took to instantly disliking one another.

Ivy was coercive and manipulative.

Osiris spent much of his time with Ivy, seeing Osirette only when she was to be fed or changed.

Osirette grew up lonely and sad.

She spent all of her time alone in her room.

As a child, she would gaze out the window, wondering what lay beyond the woods.

Osiris and Ivy got married.

Osirette's new stepmother made sure that the young girl really was alone.

Her father almost never saw her anymore.

She soon learned to take care of herself.

She left her room in the night, when Osiris and Ivy were asleep.

She got herself food, and she played downstairs, and she ran herself hot bubble baths.

As she slowly neared her teenage years, she began to sneak outside.

She would play and explore in the dark woods.

She never left the woods, though.

She crafted herself a bow, and arrows.

She taught herself to shoot.

At night, she was the mistress of the dark woods.

And by day, she hid away in her room, almost forgotten by her father and his new wife.

After a second month without even seeing them, though, Osirette decided to change things.

She started sneaking into Ivy's room.

She stole Ivy's dresses, the ones that stayed shoved in the back of the closet because Ivy never wore them.

Osirette took the dresses apart.

She used the fabric to make herself new clothing.

She crafted herself a quiver and she made herself a number of arrows.

And one night, while the household slept, Osirette snuck out.

She didn't look back.

She didn't return.

Morning was rising when she left the woods for the first time.

And Osirette began her new life, away from her childhood prison.

So begins...

"What a beautiful name you have, it suits you," Rahael smiled at her softly, gently lifting her hand to his mouth and giving it a soft and tender kiss before letting it slowly fall back to her side. "It is a pleasure to meet you, miss Osirette..." he said with a slight nod of his head as his lips twitched into a slightly wider smile. He had noticed he blush, and found it kind of cute.

After a moment of silence he cleared his throat, mentally reminding himself of his father who probably was in great need for medical attention after whatever Ayala had done to him. "Now if you excuse me, Osirette... I must tend to my father," he mentioned with a soft sigh.

(Hmm... I think my posts have improved in length over the year, don't you too, lala? XD)

Osirette blushed again as he lifted her hand to his lips and kissed it softly. She smiled a bit, her startling green, catlike eyes bright.

"Thank you," she told him softly. "And yes, of course." She gave him a polite nod of her head. "Perhaps I'll see you again another time," she added, and with that, she turned and headed towards the counter.

Osirette smiled sweetly at the innkeeper, politely asking him for a room for a few nights. Tied to her belt was a small pouch of gold, and she untied it and lifted it up, counting out a few gold pieces. She paid the innkeeper, and he handed her a key, clearly a little perplexed by the kindness and cheerful demeanour of this girl in the midst of a town as damaged, destroyed and desolate as Fantasim Land city.

Rahael smiled as she turned around and left. "Farewell, Osriette... until we meet again," he said before starting towards the staircase. He descended up the stairs and then went directly to his and his father hired room. Sighing softly to himself Rahael pushed the door open, peaking his head inside and frowning. Quickly he stepped into the door, shutting the door behind him. What in the world had Ayala done to him?! Rahael blushed slightly as he noticed Rapheal was half naked. He looked away as he hurried over to his fathers side. "Father...?" he asked carefully, hoping he would wake up.

Cassandra grinned at him, her heart fluttering just as her wings were. In that moment, she was so totally happy. Nothing could bring her down.

The timing seemed perfect as the servants walked in, each carrying another golden platter, these ones smaller than the ones on which dinner had been served. One servant set his platter down in front of Cassandra, and the other set his down in front of Sepiroth. They lifted off the lids to reveal on each platter a slice of rich chocolate cake, and with that, they left. Cassandra grinned at Sepiroth.

Osirette took her room key from the innkeeper and thanked him. She headed upstairs and unlocked the door of the room that he had indicated, slipping inside. It was a cosy, modest little room, and Osirette smiled to herself. It would do. All she wanted it for was sleeping, anyways. She'd spent her entire life in a bedroom, she had no interest in spending much more time in this one.

Cassandra looked up, startled, from the kiss. She stared for a moment at the man in the doorway, not removing her arms from around Sepiroth.

"May I ask who you are?" she asked the man, her tone rather snarky. She was annoyed that people kept on interrupting what was supposed to be her perfect night. She was the Queen, for goodness' sakes. People needed to just stay out of her castle. Gosh. She had a frown on her lips, and she rested her head lightly on top of Sepiroth's, keeping her suspicious emerald gaze on the man.

- - -

Osirette smiled to herself as she stepped out of the room she had rented. She lightly shut the door behind her and she locked it up, sticking the key in the pocket of her makeshift trousers. She headed down the stairs, her boots gently thudding against the steps as she walked. She slipped out the door of the inn and paused as she emerged onto the cobblestone street. She gazed slowly around with her startling lime eyes, mentally debating where she should be headed next.

Cassandra frowned, standing upright and folding her arms over her ample chest as she heard his words. After all that she'd heard about Sepiroth's father, there was no way she was letting him anywhere near her beloved. She moved between Sepiroth and Gladius, spreading her beautiful, majestic wings.

"I hate to disappoint, but you're a little late," she said, her emerald eyes bright and angry all at the same time. "Sepiroth is here and he's mine now. I'm afraid I'm not to let you anywhere near him, whether you like it or not." She gave Gladius a saucy little smirk.

- - -

Osirette looked over in surprise as a red-haired woman walked over. Osirette gave her a kind smile, running a hand through her thick waves of light brown hair.

"Hello, there," she replied politely. She was glad that people in this Kingdom seemed kind. She'd feared the opposite.

Cassandra narrowed her eyes, glaring at him.

"You can't," she said. "You're a demon. A powerful demon, yes, but I'm a powerful fairy. I don't think either of us could kill one another no matter how hard we tried," she continued. She was quite sure that she was right. As strong as she was, she could sense that he was also very powerful. She was a light fairy, though, a Lightearth Queen, and her light magic against his dark magic would probably be too evenly matched. It was a shame, though, as she'd love to kill him for what he'd done to Sepiroth.

- - -

Osirette smiled at her and nodded.

"It's nice to meet you, Willow," she replied, her voice gentle and polite. "Do you live here?"

Cassandra sighed softly, shaking her head.

"Like I've already said," she said, exasperation in her voice, "I'm not going to let you take him away from me. If I have to, I'll fight with you until the end of time just to keep him. You're wasting your time bursting into here and claiming that you're going to take him when your equal plans on stopping it." She glared at him coldly with her bright emerald eyes, her wings spread wide as she kept between Gladius and Sepiroth. She had Sepiroth and he was all she wanted. She wasn't going to let anyone take that away from her - not some other man, nor some other woman, nor some angry father of his bent only on harming him.

- - -

Osirette smiled a bit and nodded. She ran one hand gently through her ruffled brown hair, smiling at the other woman.

"Ah," she said softly. "So you're new in town? I'm just passing through..."

Benjamin walked along the path which led into the new kingdom, gazing thoughtfully at the small blue topaz in his hand. It was glowing very slightly, indicating that his sister had to be somewhere not too far away. At least somewhere in the kingdom. Sighing softly he glanced down at Bone, a weak smile spreading over his lips and lighting up his handsome face. Gently he patted his gigantic wolfhounds head as they walked. He didn't understand her. Well yes, it did hurt to find out almost everything you had believed in your whole life was a lie, but she had to get over it. She couldn't let it bring her down, besides... it didn't change what we felt for our now older brother at all. To Ben Sepiroth was still his father and he knew Lizzy felt the same, yet she was somehow much more effected by it all. If Benjamin knew his sister right she would be somewhere isolated, hiding and possibly harming herself which was a very bad habit of hers. Ben's mouth twitched in annoyance as he thought of that.

He narrowed his green, cat like eyes slightly when he entered the town, glancing around cautiously. It was dark and cold outside but he hardly noticed that he was in fact freezing. Traveling for so long had made him used to natures wild games. He placed his hand on the sword hilt and sighed. There was diffidently something wrong about this place. He could smell the fear and devastation. From somewhere he could hear the voices of two woman breaking the silence of the night. The sound of them speaking was almost disturbing to Ben. He paused and started following their voices. Although they were annoying she couldn't help it but feel ever so slightly curious.

Benjamin didn't stop until he found the source of the two talking. He tilted his head and watched them silently for a while, taking hold of Bone's collar so that he wouldn't pad over to them out of pure curiosity. The dog was the friendliest and most loyal companion you could ever wish for, but being as big as a small pony and looking somewhat wild could make him seem rather intimidating. Ben ran his pale fingers through his golden hair as he watched them.

Suddenly Bone barked, making Ben even more cautious than he already was. He glanced around quickly, knowing that it wasn't the two woman Bone was barking at. He narrowed his catlike, green eyes when he noticed something laying on the ground. A body... there was something leaking from its head. Something else than blood. Letting go of Bone, Ben started towards the body, having the feeling that something was wrong with it but not being able to put his finger on what it was. He crouched down and realized it had to be the corpse of a man. It was laying on its stomach so Ben couldn't quite see what age he was or how his face looked. Carefully he reached his hand out towards the... thing... and first then he realized it was breathing. Bone was growling at it. Holding his breath Benjamin locked his hand around the mans arm and flipped him over on his back.

He hardly had time to react for whatever creature that was had opened its fanged mouth wide and started screaming, a worse stench than Ben had ever smelled before reaching out from it's mouth. It's voice was ear deafening and as Ben quickly backed away from it he had no choice but to put his hands over his ears. The terrible noise was making him feel sick, close to fainting, really. He continued backing away and so did Bone. The dog barked and growled loudly, showing off his sharp teeth as it tried to keep the creature which was starting to crawl towards Ben on all four at bay. Maybe wanting to help all the time isn't that good...

Osirette sighed gently to herself. She walked quietly through the streets, her startling green eyes looking around slowly as she went. She surveyed every street, peered around every corner, and briefly observed every passerby. All she wanted was to get out of this town, but she wasn't ready for that yet. She didn't even know why. It had nothing to do with money. She had taken plenty of money when she left. It wasn't skill, either, as she knew herself to be very skilled, both in trades and in combat. But what was it? Surely it couldn't be sentiment. Osirette wasn't attached to that mansion in the woods, the one she had called home all throughout her childhood. She wasn't attached to the daddy who had never paid attention to her, or the stepmother to whom he had given his attentions. But if that wasn't it, either, then why was Osirette having such a hard time moving on and leaving town?

Ben sighed and glanced down at Bone who walked loyally by his side. He smiled slightly and gently patted the dogs head, tilting his head. "Where shall we go, old boy, huh? What do you suggest?" he asked softly, smiling a little as the dog wagged his tail. He paused as he saw a girl with very strange eyes walking by. A well, his eyes were strange too, considering they were green catlike, but they weren't strange in the same way. Lime green... they were kinda pretty.

Osirette walked along, and then her gaze caught that of a man walking by. He had blond hair and incredible green eyes, and Osirette paused, gazing towards him a moment. There was a dog padding along at his side, and he was looking at her, too. Nervously, and rather shyly, Osirette flashed the man a kind little smile.

Benjamin smiled back at her a little and tilted his head, pausing. Bone looked at her curiously before padding over, sniffing her legs as his tail wagged quickly. Ben laughed softly, watching them and seriously hoping she wasn't scared of dogs or anything. Bone was the kindest thing in the world unless anyone threatened me or him, for that matter. I walked over to her too, "Good evening," he said softly.

Osirette smiled a bit as the dog walked over to her and began to gently sniff her legs. She reached down one hand and gently patted the dog's head, looking up as the dog's master approached her.

"Good evening," she replied with a smile. "Your dog seems quite inquisitive."
