Setting
Fantasim Land is a world of myth, magic, and wonder. In Fantasim Land, you can come in contact with your wildest dreams, your most incredible fantasies… or your darkest nightmares. And unfortunately, this seems to be the case.
Fantasim Land was created by a powerful Light-Earth fairy. Her name was Eve. Eve Lightearth was the first Queen of Fantasim Land. Since then, the world has been a prosperous haven of magic and refuge for those magical creatures of the world. All creatures were accepted here - fairies and mermaids, vampires and werewolves, witches and elves...
However, as things tend to do, things went wrong. As the land thrived and the world grew, Eve passed on the title of Queen to her daughter. And then to her granddaughter, and then her great-granddaughter was Queen. The people loved and trusted the Lightearth Queens, and they remained in absolute power.
However, it only took one person to ruin everything.
Everything seemed perfectly normal within Fantasim Land. The young princess Ophelia had just become Queen, and all was going normally. That is, all went normally until a troupe of castle guards stormed the inn, arresting all those who resisted and setting fire to the place. The fire was quickly extinguished, and panicked citizens hurried to the castle to report the incident to the Queen. Ophelia just laughed, though, and those who reported it were thrown in prison.
It only got worse. Soon, guards were terrorising the people. Much of the city was burned and charred. Many people were executed, thrown in prison, or banished to the dark woods. Children were stolen, homes were raided, and much of the Kingdom's beauty was destroyed. The people lived in terror each day.
With the birth of Queen Ophelia's daughter, Kiara, people began to live each day with hope. Perhaps young Kiara would overthrow her mother. Perhaps young Kiara would restore peace to the land. But she didn't. If anything, Kiara was even worse than her mother. The people were cold, hungry, and miserable.
Queen Ophelia soon passed away. Kiara was assassinated by a rebel force, though the rebels were quickly overthrown by the Queen's army. Kiara's teenage daughter, Cassandra, was crowned Queen.
Now, Cassandra rules the Kingdom. Nobody is quite certain what kind of a Queen she will be, though. Were the influences of her mother and grandmother too powerful for her to be a good Queen? Will a positive influence arrive and change the Queen? Or perhaps a negative influence, one to worsen her even more? Nobody's sure, but one thing is for certain: There's hope yet for the young Queen.
You are a newcomer in Fantasim Land. Your reasons for coming, we don’t know, just that you have only just arrived. You don’t own a house yet, so you will have to rent a room in the inn until you can get a house of your own. But be careful where you go, with whom you speak, and what you do… Fantasim Land is a place of great power and ancient grudges…
There are several different locations within Fantasim Land. All locations are available to all members, and all of them have some perks…but some might be a little dangerous. Or, perhaps, a lot dangerous.
The Castle – Located right in the middle of the bustling town, Queen Cassandra’s palace is magnificent, glorious, and symbolic. Filled with a rich history, marvellous décor, and twisting corridors, the castle has housed the Royal Lightearth family for generations, spanning millennia. The current Lightearth Queen, Queen Cassandra, resides in this castle now. However, she is not to be tampered with. Her grandmother, Queen Ophelia, was a very wicked woman and she taught young Cassandra her ways. By entering the castle, you may risk your own life - but it is the only way to meet with the Queen.
The Inn – Bustling with people of all shapes and sizes, the inn is the late-night place to be. In the inn, everyone is equal. Visitors and citizens without housing arrangements can rent a room, grab some drinks, or meet new people. Tear up the dance floor if you want to, but watch that you don’t offend anyone, or perhaps a fight might break out… Guards frequent this location, and it is a popular place for the Queen's terrorism, so it could easily be a dangerous place to stay.
Hot Springs – A beautiful temple once stood around the steaming pools of natural sparkling water. Now, though, they simply sit on the edge of town, surrounded by a few trees and lush green grass. They are a place to bathe, a place to relax, or a place to sit with friends and loved ones and socialize. It is relatively safe and untouched by the carnage within the city...for now...
Royal Gardens – Once regal and magnificent, these gardens held thousands of different types of flowers. Now, though, it is a barren wasteland, like the hearts of the wicked Queens.
Cemetery – In Fantasim Land, all those who have passed lie in the town cemetery, located right on the edge of town against the walls that keep evils outside. The millennia of Lightearth fairies that have ruled over Fantasim Land rest in one crypt, while all habitants rest beneath graves of their own. It is an eerie, spooky place, typically filled with an odd green fog and perfect for witches to perform rituals. It remains relatively unchanged, despite the rule of the wicked Queen.
School – The school of Fantasim Land is a place of learning for all the youngsters of the kingdom. It is small, sure, with only five rooms and a little playground, and though it once was warm and welcoming and full of teachers eager to help you learn, it is now a very dismal place. Children learn their skills, but they do so in a very dull and dreary way. Furthermore, guards and soldiers frequent this location, snatching up children to work as servants or soldiers for the Queen.
Town Square – Located right outside the castle, Town Square was once known for its beautiful, massive fountain centre-piece and busy cobblestone paths. People once came here from all over to sell their goods and to purchase services and goods for their own use. Now, though, it is a dreary place. The fountain has run dry and the elegant fairy standing in the centre of it has been destroyed. Her rubble fills the bowl of the fountain, a sad reminder of the world that once was.
Waterfalls – The waterfalls are glorious to behold, and a very calm place to be. You can swim in the cool waters of the lake, perhaps even duck beneath the falls for a quick shower. You can sit on the edge with some friends and talk, or you can simply sit and watch the breathtaking natural waterfalls run their course. They are safe from the terrors of the city, though guards frequently come near during their patrols.
Dark Woods – These woods, on the western edge of the town, are very dark and mysterious. They are said to be the home of outcasts, those thrown from the city for their misdeeds. The Queen frequently banishes people to these woods. They are an excellent place for vampires to feed, or for witches to cast their spells, but those who enter must watch out, for many stories are told within the town of people entering the woods…and never coming out…
Sunny Forest – On the eastern side of the town is a forest opposite from the Dark Woods. These woods stream in sunshine and are filled with sweet fairies, pixies, and even some unicorns! It is eternally day in this forest, and the sunlight never goes away! It is a small haven, especially within the wreckage and pain of Fantasim Land.
Rumbly Mountains – The mountain range is north of the town, and though it is a bit of a trek, it is absolutely breathtaking to behold. Dragons inhabit these mountains, and sometimes when you visit you can even meet a dragon, though they are often very antisocial towards those from the town. The mountains themselves, meanwhile, are magnificent, tall, and rocky. It is cold at the peaks, surely, but beautiful and worth seeing. Perhaps, if you wander in far enough, you might come across some ancient caverns, or a small volcano...
Unicorn Meadow – Located just off the Sunny Forest, this is a flowery meadow full of, well, unicorns! Unfortunately, the Queen's wicked ways have left the unicorns struggling to survive, and constantly running from hunters.
Ocean’s Shore – The sea is located south of the town, and it is wide and vast. The salty waves crash against the sandy shore of the beach and the smell of the air makes for a relaxing ambience. In the sunlight, the beach is fun and energetic, and when the pure white moon reflects off the sea, it’s very calm and romantic, a perfect getaway for you and your friends or loved ones.
Battlefield – Many a battle have been fought on these barren wastelands, with so few trees and plants growing. The rocky ground is cold and harsh, and many people come here often to remember those who have been lost.

I nod my head. "I am the voice of experince.." I look around at all the rooms thoughtfully. "thank you.." I find one that looks quite humble compared to the rest, though it is not the dungeon cell my old room was. "I like that one.." I say, nodding at it with a soft smile.
"Certainly. It's all yours," she said softly, glad to have been of help. "There's a washroom three doors down," she pointed at it. "Would you like to see the dining hall?"

anything to spend more time in her company, I think to myself as she offers to show me the dinning room. "yes, please.." I say with a nod of my head.
"Alright," she murmured, and began back down the hall, towards the staircase. "It isn't too terribly far. Just snap your fingers and the servants will show up to serve you, no matter what time it is," she told him as they walked along. She fluttered her pretty wings sweetly.

I smile slightly, liking the sound of being able to snap my fingers and have someone to tend to my whims. "I see.." I say as I follow her down the stairs, I cringe slightly in pain as my chained wing seems to cramp up slightly and tries to flutter.
"Are you alright?" she asked him in a soft, gentle voice.

I nod and say softly. "I'm fine, my wing is in a small amount of discomfort that is all.." I say, though I've greatly under-exaggerated the pain I am in, why did father have to hide the key to that lock. if I could find it I could free my wing from it's torment.
"Well, alright," she replied softly, and began down the hall, away from the throne room still.

I follow her, greatful that she hasn't asked me about it. most of what has happened to me gives me such bad memories, I cannot even look at myself in the mirror without feeling violently ill and depressed. my parents have ruined my life beyond any form of repair..
"This is the dining hall," she said softly. "There are always servants waiting in the walls. They are pretty decent servants, as far as servants go, and you're guaranteed service," she told him.

"this place looks very nice, very grand.." I say softly as I look around at everything, I was never allowed to enter my parents dinning room or anywhere else for that matter. I nod at her words about the servents and not my head. "I will bare that in mind.."
"Is there anything else you'll be needing?" Cassandra asked softly. She hoped there was. She hoped that he needed something. She didn't care what it was, it could be anything. She had another of her faint, barely visible smiles tugging her lips upwards ever so slightly, teasing at a smile but clearly not quite giving one.

I look down at her and I'm about to say no, but I pause and say slowly. "well..I'm very intrested to hear about your family, so I can see what contrasts it makes to mine.." I say softly, I don't want her to go yet..
"Why don't we go and sit in the throne room?" she suggested softly. It wasn't like anyone of importance was likely to actually come in, and it was as good a place as any. Besides, Cassandra liked sitting upon her regal throne. "I can have the servants bring you in a chair of your own. We can sit and talk for as long as we want."

I nod slowly with a smile playing on my lips, I lace my fingers together thoughtfully. "yes, I would indeed like that.." I say with a very slight undertone of happiness in my emotionless voice.
"Then let's go," she murmured. She fluttered her wings eagerly, beginning to walk back down the hallway, towards the throne room. Her bare feet padded softly on the hard wooden floor, her toes just barely peeking out from beneath her lacy black and green gown.

I follow her with a slight smile, I saw how her eyes lit up and how her wings flutter..I wonder if there is hope for me, I wonder if she does like me. I hope so, I hope so..
Linéa sighed softly to herself, blinking. She was... lost. Maybe it hadn't been such a good idea just to walk out there and... ah! She remembered the way back. Smiling softly she began walking back towards the throne room, wondering when this illusion would end.
She opened the throne room door and glanced back over at him to be sure that he was still behind her. Then, her slender figure slipped through the door and into the throne room. As she walked towards her throne, she lifted one pale hand and gave a resonating snap of her fingers. This time, it was a young servant boy who answered, perhaps seven years old.
"Yes, my Queen?" asked the child, looking at Cassandra.
"Fetch a chair, child," Cassandra answered in a cold voice.
((I've got to go for a bit, dinner. If you're not still here by the time I get back, then I'll talk to you tomorrow ^_^ <3))

I quickly revert back to my cautious emotionless state, what in the name of Sin am I thinking? she can't feel that way for me, I inwardly child myself for being a fool. I am such a fool, a usless fool..
(okay! and sorry for my lame posts :] )
