Physical Appearance:

Akassa is tall and slender, her skin pale, almost grey. She has greatly defined muscles from lifting great swords, and pulling back bow strings. Her shoulders are more broad compared to normal females, and her hips are wide, but that doesn't stop her from being able to slip between objects easily. Akassas eyes are a bright gold, and glow whenever she's angry or excited. Her hair is long, a hands length past her shoulders, and she usually keeps it down, the sides pulled back in a half up, to keep it off her face. Her ears, although mostly human looking, do round off to a soft point.

Gear/Armor:

Akassa dresses in a full torso silver armor plate, which has decretive gold spiraling through it. She wears a red hooded cape, which connects at her neck as well as around her arms, as if it has sleeves. On her left arm she wears a full sleeve of armor, a sharp point at the elbow. Connected to the gauntlets are plates protecting the back of her gloved hand. The sleeve also is the same silver and gold as the chest plate. Her right arm is unprotected. Around her waist is a leather belt, which has a small pouch attatched to it, as well as a quiver full of arrows. Around her chest, and the upper half of the cape is a strap, which holds her large sword and bow against her back. As for her bottom half she wears leather pants, with ties all the way down the sides, and knee high boots, which have silver and gold armor plating on the fronts and tops. Hidden in her boot is a curved dagger, which she holds close to her.

Personality

{Quiet, Observent, Cautious, Listener}

Akassa will stand there and have an entire conversation without talking. She's not big on verbal communication, mostly physically showing her exitment, or confusion with facial expressions, her eyes, or movements. The only major reason she'll talk a lot is to communicate her thoughts when absolutely needed, or to give an idea on how to solve something. She'll listen to someone when they need to think aloud, or when they are ranting about something, weither it's good or bad. Just don't expect a reply. Akassa will quietly observe everything, and she's good at reading body language, so she tends to know what you're feeling, even if you're not telling her.

Not only is she quiet, she's cautious. She won't trust many people, unless you're family or her best friend, which she has neither. She's guarded, and keeps most everything secret, until she feels you're ready to see what she has. Most of her personal belongings are hidden in the pouch on her side, or in a bag she carrys with her. It can come off as a bit weird, but she's been taught to hang on to what little she has, no matter if she has to hide even the smallest, most unvaluable thing ever.

History:

Not much is known about Akassa, other then she came from a Sylvan father and mother. She was a disgrace from where she came from, a village of close minded humans who disliked any creature other then themselves, but her parents loved her dearly. When her father had to go to war, Akassas mother took care of her, teaching her how to fend for herself, as well as how to protect herself, knowing the world was cruel enough to attack Akassa. Her father never came home from the war. Still believing her father was still alive, she set out at the age of 25 to look for him, but instead found herself captured, and forced to fight in a war that was not hers to fight. She hated every bit of it, slowly becoming the quiet paranoid half breed she is today.

When Akassa turned 30, she left the war, realizing that, although she hated war, she was good at fighting. It had always been a childhood dream of hers to go on adventures, so with her sword and bow, she went out in search of lore and terrifying myths. She avoided war as much as possible, only passing by towns for a few days before leaving for secluded areas. For many years she explored, making a small name for herself. One day, out of nowhere, she was recruited to join a group of other adventurers, to go on an adventure to save the world, to stop the wars. Of course she joined willingly. She's willing to do anything to stop others from going through the pain of losing a loved one to the greed of men.

Grisira forced herself up, the pain overwhelming. She didn't even remember passing out, or falling, or anything. It was just one giant red blur. It felt like her body was coated in acid...That's right. It was. She remembered the storm now, holding up her burnt arms. "Damnit...Damnit!" the reptilian hiss escaped, fueled by the vicious pain wracking her body, she glanced down at her legs and noticed, with horror, her chain mail hauberk had been eating through for the most part.

An uncharacteristic whine escaped from her, this was just too much. Alone, in an acid-filled ditch with most of her clothing eaten through, and the majority of her body covered in burns. For a brief moment she fell apart, she let it all go and began to cry. Such a simple thing, and yet it instantly filled her with rage. More than enough unbridled fury to get moving. Despite the intense pain she balled up her fist and struck herself as hard as she could, dead center in her stomach. "Enough!" she snarled through clenched fangs. "I've been through worse without a single tear shed.." She began to shamble towards where she though the tents had been, her vision almost completely gone. "I will not be beaten by this, by anything!"

She walked for what felt like ages, though it wasn't. She could feel her legs collapsing under her, it was painfully obvious that sheer will power was the only thing keeping her alive, let alone upright. She only had one option. Drawing in as much air as she could, she shouted at the top of her lungs.

"LUDIOUS!"

Akassa froze, stopping what she was doing, hearing a distant yell. It sounded familiar, and rather close. She didn't waste time bursting out of the tent. The first thing she noticed is that almost everything was destroyed, acid blood pooled all over the dirt, mixing with the mud. The next thing she noticed is that Grisiras tent was knocked down, as if because no one occupied it, it gave up and fell over. Akassa looked around, spinning in a circle as she tried to figure out where Grisira was. She stopped, seeing her laying on the ground a few yards from her tent. Akassa sprinted over to her, sliding on her knees to a stop right next to the drake. Shock covered her face, her eyes wide and her mouth slightly open in pure awe that Grisira was even still alive. She hesitated to touch her scales, afraid they'd either cause more pain, or fall off.

Grisiras burns mirrored her own, but they were much worse due to being unprotected, and being out for much longer then Akassa. Fighting back panic, Akassa thrashed around in the small pack connected to her belt, grabbing a lamb skin full of water. The first thing she poured it on, very gingerly, was Grisiras head, then her neck and back. When she ran out of water she looked around for Ludious, knowing he still had the potion that had helped her. Akassa put her lamb skin back into her pack, and grabbed a scrap of cloth she used to wipe off her hands or face whenever she got too sweaty. She started to softly dab the blood away, noticing how quickly it was starting to already weaken the cloth, eating away small holes. Akassa kept softly dabbing the blood off, hoping that wiping it off would stop it from doing any more damage.

Ludious had remained stubbornly seated through the entire storm, but upon hearing his name he let out a weary sigh. Seeing as the tents withstood the acid he set about taking apart one with the patience of an oak, wrapping the untouched inside around his feet. His sandals would provide poor protection against the blood-muddied ground and he was loathed to be burned. It took much longer for him to recover than anyone else!

He shuffled towards Grisia with a frustrated tut, feeling around in his pack for something that could help. "Pour some water on her if you can," he muttered, "I should be able to put a small salve on her wounds to close up the worst of it, but the idiot could have damn well got herself killed running around in that weather." His final words were 'nobody listens to me', said at such a grumblingly low tone that he might as well have not said it at all.

"And put her in another tent so she's not lying in the stuff."

Once the storm was over Linive dashed out the tent. Stretching her legs as she looked around at the mess. She was hurt much and instead of feeling pain. She was annoyed at the fact she got hurt at all. Her eyes fell on her comrades and jogged over. "Is Grisia okay?" She asked worried. Linive knew this wasn't the place to call her Lizzy. She wasn't completely heartless. "You can put her in my tent. There is hardly any blood in there." She spoke quickly.

Akassa hurriedly got up and went over to Linive's tent. Ripping out the supports she brought it closer, laying it out as wide and as flat as she could. Going back over to Grisira she grabbed her carefully under her arms, and started to drag her onto the canvas of the tent. She grunted with effort, mumbling sorry's as she slowly dragged Grisira onto the tent, almost slipping multiple times on the bloody mud. She couldn't go into the tent, for unfortunately Grisira was too big. It would be impossible for them to be in the tent with her, and care to her wounds. So after making sure the Drake was on the tent and the blood that had soaked into the ground no longer was burning her, she continued to pour out her entire sheeps skin trying to get as much surface area as possible with the little bit that was left. It wasn't much, and soon Akassa was completely out.

The young girl frowned, looking up at Ludious. Most of them probably had no more water, or very little, left in their skins, so it wouldn't help much. The only thing she could do now is fill them up, hopefully the water wasn't contaminated by the blood. Getting up she held out her hand.
"Skins please... I'll find us more water," Akassa mumbled. Once she had all of them she looked over to the wagon, which looked like someone had poured oil all over it, and then set it on fire. She looked inside but quickly stumbled away. The floor was flooded in shin high blood, some of it not being from the rain, but from the family that was inside.

Not even bothering to check and see if they had any uncontaminated water source Akassa simply walked straight into the woods, her eyes wide and jaw tight as she attempted to not throw up. She got about five feet before bending over behind a tree and dumping all of her breakfast she ate earlier that day. Once done she wiped her mouth and continued on. She had seen bodies, hell she saw people cut in half, and she's cut people in half. Gore wasn't something new to Akassa, but for some reason seeing civilians melted into nothing but bones while their flesh and organs are in a acid soup below them struck a cord in Akassas gut.
