| Nicknames |
Rosie was a given nickname to her from her parents when she was around the age of six after telling them that she was getting made fun of for her name. So, they gave her the nickname of Rose and after that horrible year of school it sort of.... Stuck to her. At the age of 17, she was given the cute little nickname of Rose by her closest friend at the time, Melody who thought the nickname Rosie was a bit... Childish. Like Rose was any better but, everyone she knew liked it and she liked it. She had a nickname for her siblings and parents and then one her friends could call her. Then after she began to go with her boyfriend, he gave her his own nickname that only she allows him to call her and that is Ro.

For Better Or For Worse

| Personality |
{Fickle, Flirty, Cynical, Thrill Seeker, Unreasonable, Intelligent, Curious}
Rosalie Tate is an obsessive flirt and a love-addict. Though she's been told it time and time again by multiple people, she refuses to accept it. She cannot help herself but flirt with people. It's like she can't control it. In fact, she often doesn't even know she's doing it most of the time, but others notice. She has the slow, sultry walk and easy, seductive smile down to a fine art. She knows just what to say and exactly how to say it so that people feel as though she's interested in them. It's the way she's learnt to act with everyone, and it's the only way she knows how to be.

But worse, she's also addicted to falling in love. She loves the thrill of feeling like she's finally found the one. She loves everything about being a couple. She likes the pet names and the holding hands and the sweet texts. When in love, she feels everything so intensely. She tumbles into love without thought or reason. She won't take anyone's advice, and the relationship consumes her. When in love with a person, she wants to be with them constantly. It takes over her life, consuming her. She comes to believe in just a matter of days that she'll be with the person forever, and she could marry them tomorrow. That she'd be content spending the rest of her life with them. She places the one she's in love with up on a pedestal, and for a time, it's as if they can do no wrong. But the problem with falling into love so quickly and easily is that she falls out of love in exactly the same way. In every single relationship Rose has, there's a turning point. Suddenly, out of nowhere, the one she was planning to marry just minutes ago falls from grace in her mind. Everything they do is wrong and there's nothing they can do to redeem themselves. She finds them out to hurt for one reason or another. Maybe she believes they're going to break up with her one getting what she believes they want but mostly, she's afraid of them cheating on her. Meaning she is very, VERY Cynical. Never being one to trust people or anything for that matter. And, unlike most people in the world who can trust people, she chooses not to. Which has gotten in the way of so many relations she has tried and make with people. After falling in love with them and if deeply in love with them then she starts to over think it and starts to think they will leave her heartbroken and devastated and... well without someone to love and she soon slips into another relationship, believing this one will be even better than the last and she'll finally have found someone she's happy with. However, she also doesn't know how to let go. She may have fallen out of love with the person, but she can never bring herself to quite say goodbye, so she continues to string them along. She no longer loves them, but the facade never slips.

Other than her addiction to love and flirting, she's fickle. She makes quick, unreasonable, poorly thought out decisions, and then comes to regret them. At that point, she changes her decision. And then falls out with that choice. And changes it again. Rosalie may not make the wisest decisions when it comes to relationships, but she's not a stupid girl. In fact, she's pretty intelligent. Her parents are convinced she can make something of herself, yet she lacks focus. Throughout her life, all her energies have always gone into her relationships, meaning she always did well, but never brilliantly. Rose's also got a slightly wild streak that's been there since she was very young. She hates rules, and she hates the people who make them even more. She will purposely disobey people and create trouble, simply to see the reaction she gets. In her young life people simply passed her off as a 'naughty child', and in some respects, that's the truth. But she doesn't do it to hurt people. In fact, few of Rosalie's actions are to hurt people. In her life, a lot of her actions and decisions end up hurting people, but she never does it on purpose. She does even feel guilty about cheating on people and wants to stop but she can't be without a lover even if she pushed one away. She sees people as collateral damage to something she can't help.

Biography

| History |
Rosalie Scarlet Tate was born to a married and young couple by the names of Anastasia and Dmitri Tate in Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Mehedinți, Romania. Her twin sister, Daisy was born only two hours after Rosalie but it never stopped Rose from saying she was the eldest child. Three years later the third of their family joined the Tates ,which was her younger brother Damon. Once having three kids, the couple decided to have on more try to make it even between the genders and got lucky with the youngest child and second son, Alexander after just a year and a half. For the first thirteen years of Rosie’s life, her family were nothing out of the ordinary. Her parents fought, but they loved each other. And she and her siblings each had their ups and down, but got along in the end. They were family and that would never change. Rose always looked up to her other sister, who was frankly much more mature and behaved. But found herself closer to her younger brother, Damon. Rosalie was never an obedient child. She was smart, but her intelligence led her to question things. She didn't see why she should follow the rules. Her intelligence also meant she could usually get away with a lot more things than the other children her age, being able to convince others she was nothing to do with it. She was a good actress, even then, and fairly convincing. But eventually, by the second grade, her teachers picked up on her bad behavior and she earned herself a reputation as the naughty child in the class. Her parents were called into the school towards the end of the second grade, where they decided that boredom in class due to the fact that she found everything so easy was what led to the bad behavior. The next year, she ended up in the fourth grade, skipping third. This didn't completely rectify the problem; Rose was never the type of girl to do as she was told. But it did help.

As she grew up, her father rose up through the pay grades, and gradually their family found themselves becoming more and more wealthy. Seemingly, things were going well for the family. Until a young Rosalie Tate was thirteen. That Christmas, her sister and her father had a huge argument, but wouldn't tell anyone else what it was about. However, soon enough, the truth came out. Daisy had discovered her father was having an affair with one of his female employees who was half his age, Trixie. That night, Mrs. Anastasia Tate-Rivers packed up and left. She took Rosie’s little brothers with her, but didn't even say goodbye to anyone else. She just... left. The next following afternoon, she called. She said she’d gone to stay with her sister in all the way in America in a place called Arizona. She never did come back like she said she was going to after calming down about the whole affair. The two daughters only saw their mother a few times after that. But each time, it felt more uncomfortable and distant, and the visits became further apart. Until, eventually, they stopped seeing her completely.

Their father moved in his girlfriend who so have happened to be moving to America at the age of fifteenth. She tried to be their step-mom, and Dmitri insisted they be nice to her. So, the daughters tried. Daisy being the nice and obedient one, she was kind and respectful everyday. But, Rose refused to interact with the woman unless it was to say a smart ass comment as her father called them. But just a few months later, the relationship was over and she left. Rosalie’s new home in America became a rotating door for step-mothers. There would be one for a while, and then another, and then another. And each came with their own ideas as to how to bribe the daughters into accepted her as their mother. But nothing ever worked. In fact, there became so many that Rose couldn't tell one from the other. That pattern still continues to this day, though Rose’s less aware of it now she doesn't live at home.

Little Miss Rosalie S. Tate had always been a flirt, and boys had always shown an interest in her, but when she was younger she didn't really have much interest in them. She was the type of girl to be involved in the elementary school game of boyfriend and girlfriend, when boys asked you out, just to call you their girlfriend, not to take you anywhere. It was childish, but sweet. She met her first serious boyfriend when she was fifteenth. He was a friend of her sisters, and almost seventeen. Needless to say, he and her sister did not remain friends after. He took her out and taught her what it really meant to be in a relationship. Her father didn't say anything, he simply let it happen. Her mother tried to object when she heard, but there wasn't much she could do from Arizona. One evening, he took her to a party, where he introduced her to some of his friends. He had to leave for half an hour to pick his brother up, but left Rosalie there with his friend, Jackson. And after a night of his flirting with her and too much to drink, Rose was seduced by him. When her boyfriend returned he discovered what had happened, ending the relationship. But now, Rosalie had a taste for flirting and for slipping from one relationship to another. She continued to see Jackson for a few months, before slipping into another relationship by mistake, so beginning the cycle.

After her relationship with Jackson, Rose was addicted to the thought of love even at a young age when she didn't truly even understand. She liked feeling wanted and having affection showered on her. A month later her father decided to move his daughter and himself away from their home in The West Keys and go up north for the girls to go trough high school without Rosalie being bullied by her peers. Once beginning at her new school, she instantly became known as the Romanian flirt while her sister drifted into the studious students. She didn't have true relationships but she did go on dates with boys before having her eyes land on the joker in her history class known as Dante Franklin Corvus or "Jester" as people called him for the pranks he pulled all over her new school. Not long after the two began to see each other and Rosalie found her falling deeper and deeper in love with him. And for a good two and a half years, she was faithful to him. She felt like she was given as much love as he could possibly give her. And she was awestruck by him. But, months before his twentieth birthday she began to feel as if maybe he was going to leave her meaning she was going to have to find another person to give her love. And, her being jealous of how in love *boy 2* and *girl 2* were and she decided on him. She didn't chose him because he was her boyfriend's best friend, it just... happened. She did love Dante but she felt paranoid of him leaving her high and dry and it may not make sense to anyone else but it does to her. At least at the time it did. On Dante's twentieth birthday, she saw him and his best friend go out into an alley making her begin to sweat bullets, knowing she was caught. After a while when they didn't come back at in. She walked out to see the love of her life laying dead on the ground with blood all around.

She broke down onto her knees and began to cry before the paramedics came and quickly covered him. After a couple days, she was given an invitation to the funeral but couldn't bring herself to go and see his mourning family knowing they lost a loved one over her indiscretions. In the past year she has become a shell of the girl she was before, she gave up on the cheer team she was on, she has picked up many different terrible habits like smoking, drinking to the point of getting knocked out, and sleeping with someone at least every other night just to try and feel that love she lost from Dante when he died. When sleeping alone she finds herself crying, wishing to have her Dante back. Little does she know that her wish may just become her biggest regret.

Theme Songs

Young and Beautiful | Lana Del Rey
[Verse 1]
I've seen the world
Done it all
Had my cake now
Diamonds, brilliant
And Bel Air now
Hot summer nights, mid July
When you and I were forever wild
The crazy days, city lights
The way you'd play with me like a child

[Chorus]
Will you still love me
When I'm no longer young and beautiful?
Will you still love me
When I got nothing but my aching soul?
I know you will, I know you will
I know that you will
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful?

[Verse 2]
I've seen the world, lit it up
As my stage now
Channeling angels in the new age now
Hot summer days, rock 'n' roll
The way you play for me at your show
And all the ways I got to know
Your pretty face and electric soul

[Chorus]
Will you still love me
When I'm no longer young and beautiful?
Will you still love me
When I got nothing but my aching soul?
I know you will, I know you will
I know that you will
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful?

[Bridge]
Dear lord, when I get to heaven
Please let me bring my man
When he comes tell me that you'll let him in
Father tell me if you can
Oh that grace, oh that body
Oh that face makes me wanna party
He's my sun, he makes me shine like diamonds

[Chorus]
Will you still love me
When I'm no longer young and beautiful?
Will you still love me
When I got nothing but my aching soul?
I know you will, I know you will
I know that you will
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful?
Will you still love me when I'm no longer beautiful?
Will you still love me when I'm not young and beautiful?
Holding Out For A Hero[/b] | Ella Mae Bowen
One, two, three.

Where have all the good men gone
And where are all the gods?
Where's the street-wise Hercules
To fight the rising odds?
Isn't there a white knight upon a fiery steed?
Late at night I toss and turn and dream of what I need

[Chorus:]
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the end of the night
He's gotta be strong, he's gotta be fast
And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the morning light
He's gotta be sure, he's gotta be soon
And he's gotta be larger than life, larger than life

(dada dada dada dada da)

Somewhere after midnight
In my wildest fantasies
Somewhere just beyond my reach
There's someone reaching back for me
Racing on the thunder and rising with the heat
Isn’t there a superman to sweep me off my feet?

[Chorus:]
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the end of the night
He's gotta be strong, he's gotta be fast
And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the morning light
He's gotta be sure, he's gotta be soon
And he's gotta be larger than life

Up where the mountains meet the heavens above
Out where the lightning splits the sea
I could swear that there's someone somewhere watching me
Through the wind and the chill and the rain
And the storm and the raging flood
Oh, his approach is like a fire in my blood

I’ll meet a hero
And then we’ll dance 'til the morning light
Dreaming, he'll lead me
Held tight,
Tonight’s the night

[Chorus:]
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the end of the night
He's gotta be strong, he's gotta be fast
And he's gotta be fresh from the fight
I need a hero
I'm holding out for a hero 'til the morning light
He's gotta be sure, he’s gotta be soon
And he's gotta be larger than life, larger than life

(dada dada dada dada da)
Oh
(dada dada dada dada da)
Larger than life
(dada dada dada dada da)
Larger than life
(dada dada dada dada da)

Oh maybe, maybe, maybe tonight
(dada dada dada dada da)
Oh, ohu

| Feelings |
Rosie has left or hurt almost everyone she has ever been in relationship or gone on dates with but with Dante, she truly did love him but she began to think that he was going to leave her. Yes, she was jealous of Girl 2's relationship with her boyfriend but Rosalie's relationship wasn't terrible or even bad she just always was paranoid of being hurt and needed someone else to shower her with the affection she thought she was about the lose from her true love. And once he died she couldn't help but blame herself for what happened, as much as she wanted to blame the two males who actually fought... she couldn't. She was devastated to know that she never had the chance to tell him herself. She couldn't even go to his funeral, knowing that she knew he wouldn't want her there and his family probably didn't want her there either. For the past year she has spent most of her time in the stage of Anger at so many different people, her parents Boy 2, even Dante himself for finding out and fighting his friend but it always came back to Rosalie herself. But, for the past three months she has been stuck in the stage of Bargaining. Wishing for everything to go back to normal back before she cheated on him, before his death, back to when she was absolutely love struck by the man. But sometimes she floats through between bargaining and denial of what happened.

| Affect |
Everyday since the death has been hard for Rose to even want to get up in the morning. She doesn't want to go to her classes, her grades have slipped and her parents have told her time and time again that what happened happened and she must get over it. Which infuriated her to no limit. She called her father out on his affair behind her newest step-mothers back which received her a slap across the face before having her father and wife storm away, never really speaking to Rose since. She has been cut off and only has her trust fund to rely on which has a decent amount of money but she's alone in the world which terrifies her to no end. So to keep her from feeling alone, she wakes up in different man's bed almost every night. She knows she shouldn't but she's trying to find that love she let get away.

Thinking of You by Katy Perry
Comparisons are easily done
Once you've had a taste of perfection
Like an apple hanging from a tree
I picked the ripest one, I still got the seed

You said move on, where do I go?
I guess second best is all I will know

'Cause when I'm with him I am thinking of you
(Thinking of you, thinking of you)
Thinking of you, what you would do
If you were the one who was spending the night
(Spending the night, spending the night)
Oh, I wish that I was looking into your eyes

You're like an Indian Summer in the middle of winter
Like a hard candy with a surprise center
How do I get better once I've had the best?
You said there's tons of fish in the water, so the waters I will test

He kissed my lips, I taste your mouth, oh!
(Taste your mouth)
He pulled me in, I was disgusted with myself

'Cause when I'm with him I am thinking of you
(Thinking of you, thinking of you)
Thinking of you, what you would do
If you were the one who was spending the night
(Spending the night, spending the night)
Oh, I wish that I was looking into

You're the best, and yes, I do regret
How I could let myself let you go
Now, now the lesson's learned
I touched it, I was burned
Oh, I think you should know!

'Cause when I'm with him I am thinking of you
(Thinking of you, thinking of you)
Thinking of you, what you would do
If you were the one who was spending the night
(Spending the night, spending the night)
Oh, I wish that I was looking into your, your eyes
Looking into your eyes, looking into your eyes

Oh, won't you walk through?
And bust in the door and take me away?
Oh, no more mistakes
'Cause in your eyes I'd like to stay, stay
