Ratcatcher isn't easily described, you may think you know her, but then she turns around and shows a different side of her personality, ever evolving. Once thing is constant, though, she's always quiet and calculating.
In a fight, Rats isn't the type to rely on muscle and brute strength, she stays back and waits until she sees a so called chink in her opponents armor and uses that against them. Although this applies also in regular social settings. Rats doesn't waste time being social and nice, she stays back with a cold stare and watches those around her, opening up only to those she deems trustworthy.
She likes to entertain herself, though, and will often make a game of finding people's flaws and pointing them out, finding a sick sense of humor in watching those she doesn't like crumble to pieces with relatively no effort on her part.
She's not a totally distant and hard person to be around, though. She allows herself to affiliate and make friends with people whom she does deem worthy of her presence and will talk to them. If she gets close enough to someone, she may develop a protectiveness over them, and even slight possessiveness, as well.
Due to her high intelligence, Rats does have a problem with thinking herself superior to most, and does anger easily if people don't listen to her or if people aren't as smart as she thinks they should be. She gets extremely frustrated with even the slightest mistake made by her or someone else, and often blows things out of proportion with her anger.
Rats despises it when people of the opposite sex touch her or make contact with her (with a few exceptions), and has lower tolerance of males, while being a much kinder person toward females and more accepting. She believes in the strength and grace in women, and often won't show many of her negative sides of her personality toward a girl, usually showing respect and even a bit of equality with other girls; Rats is very much a feminist.
She has a soft spot for her close friends, children, and animals.

Are You Broken?
Ratcatcher doesn't see Father as a leader, though she does listen to him. She's happy to kill for him because he's given her a new life and she enjoys the thrill of killing without the worry of being caught. Therefore, she would not be considered broken.

Power
Father has granted Rats with the ability to give people pain simply by wishing it upon them. The pain is not real, only an illusion, but it feels real. Her power works on anyone that she can see, and no one is impervious to it. Her ability, if used long enough, does have the potential to seriously alter the victim. While the pain isn't real, it can be so severe that it can drive the person mad, though it has long term consequences on Rats, too.
Skills
She got her nickname because she's extremely skilled with tracking and catching things. When she was young, she used to prowl around with the family's cat, Ritz, and catch rats and mice in their basement. She began doing the same thing out of habit when she got to the mansion (Father thought it would be interesting to put her in the basement and see what she'd do), giving her the name. She often goes into the basements and looks for rats when she's bored or needs to think. Father thinks that she may be able to track humans if she wanted to, finding her valuable in that asset.
Other than that, she does have quite the green thumb and also enjoys swimming both of which she is able to do at Father's estate. When she's not hunting rats, she can be found swimming in the ocean or tending to the garden that she's working on.
Weakness
Rats' power is very unpredictable. She doesn't have full control over it yet, so when she uses it, it may inflict much more pain on someone than she wants it to, or it will barely cause any pain at all. Also, the more intense she makes the pain, the more it damages her mind, so it is slowly driving her insane.
Also, like stated before, she has a weak spot for her close friends, children, and animals. She's extremely protective of Fuego, her partner, and he is one of the few people whom she'd drop anything for and help.

Despite having a somewhat gruff and tomboyish personality, Ratcatcher's feminine and girly appearance often gives people a different idea. Petite and a bit on the thin side, Rats is one the type of girl who looks like she'd break if you hugged her just a bit too tightly, thus causing many people to underestimate her. Her face usually shows no emotion, and that, paired up with her pale skin and hair results in her looking almost like a doll.
Her long blonde hair has been bleached by the sun since many of her favorite activities are outdoor ones. She has big violet eyes that capture different colors in certain light, sometimes making them look almost like galaxies. She usually lets her hair down, not one to spent a lot of time on her appearance, but isn't opposed to letting others play with it.
Adding on to her doll-like appearance, Ratcatcher dresses almost exclusively in dresses, most of which are somewhat frilly and Alice in Wonderland-ish. She occasionally will wear pants or skirts, but when she does, her outfits are usually more plain and boring.

Other
Loyal to the point of being obsessive, if Ratcatcher takes a liking to you, it's hard to get her away and she becomes easily manipulated. Much like a dog, she'll follow you around and do what you ask. She strives to be looked upon as worthy in Father's eyes and will do just about anything that he or any of the instructors would ask of her to the best of her ability. She's proud of her powers and happy that Father lets her kill people, something she's always wanted to do but never had the chance before.
Build God, Then We'll Talk
It's these substandard motels on the (lalalalala) corner of 4th and Fremont Street.
Appealing only because they are just that un-appealing
Any practiced catholic would cross themselves upon entering.
The rooms have a hint of asbestos and maybe just a dash of formaldehyde,
And the habit of decomposing right before your very (lalalala) eyes.
