Personality: He's a rough around the edges type person. He's not usually very social tending to be more the man of action then the man of words. James fought for the brown-coats in the war and has a chip on his shoulder towards most alliance. He's the kind of guy who bases everything in reality. There is no hope, faith, abstractness with him. If he can't see, touch, or feel it. It either isn't real or isn't worth the time to figure out. For the most part he's good-hearted but don't let that fool you into thinking he'll help you.

History: James fought for the independence in the war against he Alliance. He'd seen the horrors of what they were capable first hand himself. During the war he was captured and tortured for information. He never ever gave them anything and for that he suffered immensely. They took from him his left arm and probably would have killed him if his squad hadn't come in after him days later. Since the war he'd spent most of his time wandering the black trying to find himself a decent job or a decent life.
