What happens when an ancient prophecy is dug up? What happens when the Angels try to take matters into their own hands? What happens.. When a father decides to sacrifice his own daughters for the cause, sending them both plummeting down to an unknown world below? Disaster. That's what happens. Add broken wings, and a human boy who, unknown to himself and the dumbfounded angels, is more apart of the prophecy then could ever be imagined and it only spells T.R.O.U.B.L.E. Trouble. Straying from their course and the prophecy itself could possibly lead an end to the angels world as they know it..

And don't even get me started on their secret love affair. It's a secret for a reason, y'know? Of course, then there's the demons. Those sneaky, little things are really going to cause some serious mayhem. Especially one silver-tongued devil, the ring-leader of them all..

Serena♡

Have you ever felt like the disappointment of your family, that terrible feeling of being looked down on? Your friends seeming to act like they didn't know you when you're out in public. It's like you've been exiled. Almost feeling as if you were banished, that's what Serena felt like. What is an angel without her wings? The ritual for an angel getting their wings is anything but small. Once every other harvest moon, which is every six years, there is a huge ceremony for the young angels receiving their wings. Most of the angels are between 9 and 12 when they get their wings, but they can start trying for their wings at a the young age of 4. So, at the age of four a small blonde headed girl tried for her wings, but she came up short. The next harvest moon the four year old was now ten, Serena was sure she was going to get her wings this time. She was the right age, her dad had helped her work on it, and her and her sister had been practicing together. Everyone that had came had been given their wings, most of them were her friends and one of them was her sister. It was her turn..it didn't turn out so well for her. She could still hear the snobby words of the head angel. "Dear Serena, you must have practiced! You have improved greatly since you were four, but I'm afraid to say you're still just not good enough." The small blonde head hung in defeat as she had to walk home, following her father and sister who were flying. From that point on is when Serena became her shy, quiet self the one where she didn't open up to people and tried to keep to herself.

The feeling of eyes on her hadn't left since that day when she failed to get her wings. Two attempts and two fails. Serena was sixteen now and the harvest moon was tonight and she was nervous. What if she didn't get her wings? She crossed her arms tightly as she headed to the ceremonial "grounds". She could hear the other angels' hushed whispers as she entered and went to stand with the other children. Her head hung down as she glanced at some of the kids. Not a one was over the age of twelve and here she was, a sixteen year old, standing there hoping for a pair of wings. She could still hear whispers as the ceremony began. People were raised to think that angels were created perfectly by God..well they were wrong. The only perfect being was God himself and his son Jesus, but not the angels. Satan was an angel once, and he isn't perfect. Is he? Far from it. The angels in the angel realm were far from perfect too. Their sharp tongues could hurt your feelings in a heartbeat, their fists weren't the softest things, and their rumors could take someone from the very top and send them plummeting down to the bottom. When Serena's name was called her heart literally stopped for a moment as she stepped forward. She barely scraped by, but she made it. She got her wings.

Serena finally felt that feeling. That feeling of fitting in. When she felt this warm sensation on her back, near her shoulder blades as two white feather wings appeared. She couldn't help the huge smile, that hadn't shown itself in years, as it slid back across her face where it belonged. She was finally able to fly around and hang with her friends again. She was able to spend more time with her big sister Calla. She finally got her powers.

Everything seemed to be going great, two days of having wings and if felt like she had had them forever. She was acting like a kid as she flew around, turning flips in the air, diving to the ground only to swoop up just before hitting it, and messing with her sister. The second day of having her wings was coming to an end. They were in the realm's square, the gathering place of the angels. It had been said that an old prophecy had been un-Earthed. She followed her sister to the square, when they came close they heard quick, quiet words being exchanged. Once their presence was known everyone seemed to become silent and look at them. She gave a small sheepish smile as she went over to her father. That's when something unexpected happened. The Square was in an unusual spot, it was at the edge of The Angel Realm. To one side you could peak over, into the real world. Earth. Once she and her sister had walked over to her father, they were shoved. By their own father over the edge, which sent the sisters tumbling down to Earth.

Serena's vision was blurred as she fell, she had given a small shriek as felt her feet slide off the edge. Her own father..had pushed his own daughters out of The Angel Realm. Serena's small hand quickly found her sister's as they fell to the ground. There was a loud noise, then a bright light. Unknown to the girls this was what the humans called a thunderstorm. It frightened the small blonde as she fell trying to fly but her wings seemed to not be working. It seemed they had been falling for ages that is until they finally hit the ground. There was a sharp snap followed by a indescribable pain that shot through Serena's body. A small wine escaped her lips as she laid there on the cold wet ground. Where was she? She glanced over at her sister, "C-Calla?" She asked, her normal soft melodious voice was now frightened and filled with clear pain as her blue pained eyes found her sister. Then she turned her head a little, her blue eyes then finding a white feather on the ground, they widened as she found her wings..both broken as a small golden tear found its way down her cheek which was smeared with mud.

I will add Reiner in the next post ;)

Calithea

The Ritual was something every angel dreamed about. Ever since the day they could understand.. That's all they could practically think about. Wings.. Flying.. The young angels would always crowd around the square, it seemed to never fail. Every evening there would be a group of them there, peering over the edge of The Angel Realm, watching the "Olders" fly through the air effortlessly. Some of the Olders would even do tricks to entertain the Younglings, some would do it just to show off and gloat. Calla Chavy was always one of those kids who peered over the edge of The Realm and daydreamed. She would always bring her a little sister Serena along, and they would both crouch there.. Watching in awe. She decided not to try for her wings until the age of eleven. The Ritual was on her birthday, each October thirty-first, and the day turned turned eleven was the day she "went for her wings." This was also the day her sister Serena tried for her wings.. The second time.
Standing there she felt as if her heart would burst from her chest and take off dancing across the ground. In a desperate attempt to calm her nerves she had jerked her left hand forward, snagging her sister's hand, squeezing it gently. "Calithea.." the Head Angel's voice purred, stopping in front of the eldest Chavy girl. Taking a deep breath, Calla had slowly dropped Serena's hand, lifting her chin to look the Head Angel in the eye as she took a step forward. "Calithea.." the Head Angel spoke once more, clucking her tongue. As soon as Calla's name was spoke aloud a second time a 'Whoop!' sounded through out the crowd. It caused everyone's attention to snap to a lanky thirteen year old boy with midnight black hair. The Elders rolled their eyes distastefully, and Calla simply scowled at Conner, a friend of her's. He grinned, stretching out his wide, pure white wings as if to taunt her, and surprisingly.. The Head Angel laughed, her voice like the clear tinkling of bells. Calithea swallowed hard. "It seems you have practiced hard, Calithea Chavy, it clearly shows!" she announced to the crowd, walking between Calla and her sister to stand behind her. The crowd of angels cheered as the Head Angel tugged the silky ribbon that held the back of the ceremonial robe together loose; Calla's hands immediately shooting upward, pressing the front of the robe to her chest to keep it from falling down in the front.
"Silly girl, stop shaking," The Head Angel laughed, then leaned forward. Calithea didn't notice until it was brought to her attention, but she was shaking like a leaf. Taking another huge breath, she tried steadying herself as the Mistress began speaking in a language she could not understand.

"Bohyně, já zvednu tvé dítě nahoru. Požehnán buď ona, grantové tvoji křídla k letu. Pro ty jsi jen jednu duši sám, ale součástí této rodiny teď až tě odejít."
With that the Head Angel ran a slender finger down the curve between Calla's shoulder blades and a sudden warmth explode through out her limbs. She had to squeeze her eyes shut to keep her vision from blurring.. She had received her wings!
But.. Her sister did not. On the way home their father made her fly with him. "You belong up here now, Calithea, in the sky, with the rest of us." He had told her, not even casting a backwards glance at his younger daughter. Calla did, however, frowning, "Let me walk with her father, please.." she begged.
"No! Let your sister be ashamed of failing me!!" her father growled abruptly. Calithea could not say another word.

October thirty-first, Calithea's seventeenth birthday, and her little sister Serena's last try at getting her wings. An angel could only try for their wings three times, and after that, if they failed to receive them, they were exiled to the wretched place called Earth. There.. They had to live a mundane life as a human. A pitiful life at that without any memories of the Angel Realm. Calla's own stomach twisted in knots, flipped and flopped, just like the day she received her own wings. She was scared for Serena.. So scared. Before entering the "ceremonial grounds," Calithea paused, tugging her sister to a stop as well.
"Whatever happens.. We're still sisters.. And I love you." she whispered softly, so their father could not hear, who was standing behind them impatiently. Serena just nodded, fear gleaming in her blue eyes. With that, Calla yanked her forward in a hug. "Love you, sis," she murmured, then released her swiftly. From that moment she was on her own..

Calla had to stop herself from crying out with relief when Serena finally got her wings. She was most likely the first one to start clapping, the loudest, and the last one to stop. Her own smile mimicked her sister's, relieved when she saw that smile on her sister's face she missed seeing.
They flew all night long.. Doing tricks and spins, diving through the clouds, messing with other angels.. It was great! Until two days later, that is..

"The Prophecy," "Chavy girls," "Sacrifice," All day Calithea heard murmurs and whispers seeping through the realm. Everyone seemed to stare at her and her sister as they would pass, trying to hide their moving lips and hushed words. It had started to take a toll on her nerves, and made her nervous about the gathering that was to take place in the realm's square that evening. However, she stayed strong for Serena, and acted as if it didn't bother her one bit.
Reaching the Realm's Square that evening the whispers and such began up once more. All eyes were on the Chavy sisters. What was with this sudden fame that happened over night? Unsure of everything that was going on, Calla tried to ignore them all. Even the glowering Conner who acted like he didn't even know her anymore. Staying in step with her sister she made her way towards their father who was standing suspiciously close to the edge of the realm by the Head Angel.
"Father? What is the meaning-" Calithea had began as they reached him, her words being cut off by her own screech of terror as her sister was pushed from the edge by their own father. "Serena!?" she screamed, moving towards the gaping hole. As she done this her father walked up, using all his force, slamming her over the edge as well. Calla called out, falling backwards, catching up to her sister's falling form in mere seconds. She tried to thrust her wings down, then back up, but the quick, strong force of the wind prevented her from doing anything at all. They were free falling.. To their death. "Serena!" she cried, yet a monstrous noise drowned her out. Calla grasped her sister's hand slim hand it her own, squeezing it reassuringly even though she herself trembled uncontrollably. Then a bright light burst across the sky, and Calla's vision blurred, on the verge of passing out. However, not before her lithe form slammed into the hard ground below. Multiple snaps seemed to be heard as she jerked upward in pain, yet didn't scream out. Pain shot up and down her spine, causing her to wither in agony. "Are you..-" Calithea began, groaning lightly as she slipped in and out of consciousness. "-..Okay?" she finally finished, her own voice, usually steady, full of confidence, sounding broken. What had just happened? What was going on? If there wasn't pain she would have been sure it all was a dream.. But it wasn't.
Calla moved to sit up, but as she did so more pain seared up her spine, and she gave a soft cry, glancing over her shoulder slowly. What she saw made her throat constrict closed.. Her long, snow-white wings were broken, both of them.. And bloodied.

Ax- Andrew

The first time Andrew went "hunting" was probably the most exciting time of his life.. The dark.. Not knowing what was there.. A Grown. Ass. Man complaining in your ear!
"I swear, after this someone's buying me a damn beer." Dean Winchester grunted, peering into the darkness. Sam rolled his eyes, clicking on a flashlight. "Like you need a beer.." he muttered under his breath.
"Yeah, I need a beer! Anyone would need a beer after dealing with your girly ass for more than two hours!" Dean snapped, causing Andrew to sighed loudly. "You both whine like little bitches!" he spoke up, tensing when both the brothers stopped and glanced at him. Castiel, who was to Andrew's left, tried to stop his laughter. "He's right!" he admitted, receiving loud huffs from both Dean and Sam before they turned and began walking once more.
Andrew exhaled slowly. He had met the two brothers a couple weeks ago and was surprised when they actually invited him to start "hunting" with them. Dean had told him that he didn't know why, there was something just "in" him that he liked. Cas, after meeting Andrew, had disappeared for awhile only to return a couple days before the hunt for two vampires that had been prowling around, which they were previously on.
"So, where did you disappear to for so long?" Andrew asked curiously as they walked through the old, condemned house. He knew what Cas was, Castiel had told them the second day of knowing each other. An angel. At first Andrew was skeptical, until he showed him some things, and.. All of his skepticism had been eliminated.
Cas cleared his throat, as if uncomfortable about the topic. "I.." he began, but trailed off, "I've been busy.. Some things are going on in the Angel Realm. A big up roar.." he explained once he started talking once more, trying to seem stress-free about it, but Drew noticed something was up. The angel kept edging away from him, eyes never staying focused on one thing for too long.
"Oh, the Angel Realm.. Ah, does it seem real.. Serious?" Andrew asked, trying to pry more from Castiel who rubbed the back of his neck uncomfortably.

"I want pie, damn it! Sam! Go find me some pie!" Dean shouted, his voice carrying down the hallway. Andrew pressed his lips into a straight line, yet they twitched. "Dean.. I'm going.. To kick.. Your ass.." Sam growled, causing Castiel to shake his head. "Those two are-.."
"You're avoiding the question!" Andrew countered quickly, narrowing his light blue eyes. With that said, Cas sighed heavily before taking a deep breath. "All I have to say, Andrew, is you better watch your back.." he spoke, voice grim and completely serious. Drew's eyes widened..

Andrew Sullivan shook his head quickly, yanking himself back into the present. The large, black stallion, Scout, he was riding on snorted, as if the horse was not surprised he lost himself in thought once more. It had been happening a lot lately. Since that night, three nights ago. "All I have to say, Andrew, is you better watch your back.."
Remembering Cas's words made him shudder. 'Watch your back?' Andrew shifted on the horse uneasily, glancing over his shoulder, as if he was self-conscious. In the distance he saw his Grandparent's rickety, aging barn that looked like it would fall in on itself any time, and their house not far from it. He smiled, just shaking his head. They were the only family members that hadn't abandoned him one way or another.
He twisted back around, glancing towards the sky where hung, large, ominous black clouds. And then thunder growled in the distance and lightening danced across the sky. Beneath the saddle he felt Scout tense. With the chuckle, Andrew reached down and grasped the reins which he had lain against the saddle horn, but as he done so something in the sky caught his attention. He paused, squinting as he leaned forward.. His eyes then widened. Huge. Birds. Falling. From. The. Sky!? Without much thought Andrew gave Scout a light nudge with the heels of his boots. Reluctantly, at first, the horse moved forward, towards the woods at the edge of the field.
However, when Drew heard cries, he clucked his tongue once and the horse's ears flicked back, before it shot into the trees like a bullet. What were those two things? Birds? Really?? He'd never seen birds that big. But he was sure he saw wings.. Sure of it!

His thoughts swam back to Cas and he sucked in a breath. It couldn't be.. Could it? He slowed Scout as he heard the faint sound of murmurs, his heart beginning to thump maybe a little too fast. That's when it happened.. They came into view. In a nervous jerk Andrew yanked the reins back, stopping Scout immediately. Ahead he starred at the two figures laying on the ground who looked broken, and.. Lost.

Angels. He swallowed hard, twice, opening his mouth, closing it, then opening it once more. "H-Hello?" he called, voice faltering as he first spoke, blue eyes the size of dinner plates as he numbly slid from the saddle.

Serena♡

It's said that when you're close to death your life "flashes" before your eyes. Serena was a rather curious kid, from peaking over the edge of The Angel Realm watching the "Olders" swoop through the air with ease, eavesdropping on the human's conversations, or just being sneaking and trying to catch up on "The Angel Realm Gossip". Being as curious as Serena, you couldn't help but wonder it that really happened. There were a lot of times when just feeling your heart beat faster or your breathing coming a bit quicker than normal is considered "death" and people swore up and down that their lives flashed before their eyes. Like when they are leaning back on two legs in a chair, but they lean a bit too much and it seems the chair is about to fall and their heart feels as if it stops completely. That isn't it at all though, that is just adrenalin. Being close to death is where it is clear that you have a slim to almost no chance of surviving the situation you have seemed to found yourself in. Then again, Serena could argue with this point.

It was true her older sister went to try for her wings for the first time when she was going to try for the second time. It was her sister's eleventh birthday, "Happy birthday, Calla!" She had whispered excitedly to her sister after Calithea received her wings. She knew her sister would get them, she had heard her father talking before. "Some are just born to get their wings.." He had said to some other angel. Serena knew her sister would. As her father said, Serena knew her sister was one of the few that were born to receive their wings. As the Head Angel's beautiful voice simple said the foreign words with ease. "Bohyně, já zvednu tvé dítě nahoru. Požehnán buď ona, grantové tvoji křídla k letu. Pro ty jsi jen jednu duši sám, ale součástí této rodiny teď až tě odejít." Serena's ears yearned to hear the words when she heard her name called. Sadly her ears were not meant to hear the words, not this time.. Her blue eyes watched as the Head Angel tugged on the ribbon of her sister's ceremonial robe. She couldn't help but feel a bit of jealousy against her sister.
It was Calla's first try and she got her wings, now Serena was down to her last try. It was one of those moments that she was honestly close to death, close to her angel death. If she didn't earn her wings this time it was over...she would be sent down to Earth.

Wing-less.

This was Serena's moment of being close to death, and her life was flashing before her eyes..she was falling to the cold ground of Earth. She heard her sister scream for her, she went to call back but the words seemed to be lost. She couldn't speak. She did let a small cry escape as she saw her sister falling toward her now.

Serena tried to stay still as her blue eyes filled with pain, she watched her sister drifting in and out of consciousness. "C-Calla..." she began to say as her eyes found her broken wings again, another golden tear finding its way down her mud smeared cheek. "They..they're broken.." she cried softly. It was one thing for a human to cry but an angel..it seemed far worse. Serena wasn't as strong as her sister, she couldn't keep it in. She was broken and it clearly showed, she looked so vulnerable. That's when she heard something, something coming right at them. She watched as a horse trotted up, her wide blue eyes finding the guy riding the horse. She heard him speak, but she stayed quiet. What was she suppose to do? He was a human..she had heard stories of humans and most of them not good. One thing came to her head..

"D-Don't hurt us.." Her soft, broken, melodious voice sounded over the thunderstorm, begging. She winced as the thunder roared again, her eyes seeming to beg to the boy too.
