Description

Trella Asp
Image

Name: Trella Asp
Gender: Female
Age: (17-19) 17
Side: Navy

Description: (anything not covered in picture) Trella is tiny, only about 5'4. Her eyes are a bit startling, not because they glow or anything like that, but because they seem to burn.
Personality: Trella is cautious. She can't quite remember what, but she feels as if something bad happened before, someone hurt her. When she first meets people, she is standoffish and tries to seem tough. She never wants to give anyone a reason to think they can take advantage of her or hurt her. It's hard for her to trust people, but once she does, she depends heavily on them. She hates being alone, the memories she can't quite reach make her uncomfortable. Even once she trusts a person, she's still not very sure of herself and she's quick to accept their judgement over her own. This makes her quite susceptible to being manipulated, should she choose incorrectly who to trust. She is loyal to the core, and fiercely protective. She will do everything in her power to protect the ones she regards as friends, even if that means overreacting every once in a while. She never forgives once betrayed. Never.

Power: Trella's power is basically telekinesis. She can manipulate things without touching them, sometimes without even really thinking about it. She is able to lift things that are much heavier than she would be able to life with her own body, but she is limited to manipulating things in her immediate vicinity. When she lifts or moves things around with her mind, she also tends to receive feelings or impressions from the thing, a kind of memory of what it was used for or any strong emotions that are associated with it. This sense only comes from inanimate things, never from people or animals.

Other: Trella has quite a sense of pride and honor about her. Strange things offend her and she doesn't always know why, though she knows it has something to do with the odd, blank memories that just won't form clearly.

So begins...

Trella Asp needed help. She could form no more thoughts than her name and her desperation. She clawed her way out of the crater inch by agonizing inch without giving a thought to the fact that she couldn't remember how she'd gotten there. She dragged her aching body towards the only shelter without thinking of why it was so damaged. She knew only that she was Trella Asp and she needed help and somebody -- anybody-- had to help her.

The struggle to the door of the house was endless, but eventually, Trella felt the solid oak under her hands. She pounded her fist against the door twice and then collapsed.

Milo's head popped up over the side of the massive arm chair. The knock at the door rang through the empty house making it impossible to miss. He tossed the water bottle on the couch and went to the door. Assuming it was some of the soldiers that his dad typically sent over, he started with "Guys I'm fine you can-" and cut himself short when he didn't see anyone outside. "What in the hell?" No one was fast enough to ding dong ditch this house and disappear. There was beach and grassland in all directions, nothing to hide behind for a mile in any way.

Then he looked down and saw her. A girl who couldn't have been the much younger than him was sprawled on his doorstep. He knelt down and grabbed her wrist, checking for a pulse. She was alive he could tell that much. "Hey are you all right? What happened?" He sat for a moment trying to figure out anything about her but realized it was pointless. "She's out cold I'm not getting anything." He slid his arms under her shoulders and legs and picked her up. "Come on let's get you inside." He brought her in and shut the door behind him. Guess it's not something you see every day huh? He thought to himself setting her on the couch. "There we go." He sat down next to her and sighed. "Guess I gotta play the waiting game now."
