Xal has long red hair, a pair of black short horns protruding from the hair, pointy ears, illuminating cyan iris, black sclera, Caucasian skin color, scar running over one eye and rendering the eye useless, another scar going from the jaw and up to the corner of the damaged eye, plus one more scar next to the others, hidden by his hair. Tall, lean, muscular (slightly buff).

Xalanth Hithaeron is a creature of fantasy or folklore, a Sea Dragon (Yokai/Akuma). Back when humans weren't nearly as sophisticated, but when they were much more superstitious and prone to believe in magical creatures and the like. Back then, he was believed to be a god of the sea, thus earning the nickname; The Sea Emperor. Fishermen and sea travelers have prayed to him, asking for good fortune in their errand or travel at sea for millenniums. However, as humans became more and more sophisticated, it was only people from smaller fishing villages that still remembered and prayed to the Sea Emperor.
Though Xal had never bothered to follow up on playing god for the humans, keeping to himself in the ocean and the island he's on when humanoid.
Xal had been roaming the seas for over 5 millenniums, until one day where he was noticed by the USA government. And since they want to keep gifted humans or any cryptid related creatures a secret from public eyes and ears. Then Xal was no exception. The agents that had been tasked with his capture, had tried capturing him for months. However with no luck whatsoever.

One day, they discovered him transform into his humanoid form, which gave them an opportunity to capture him. Ambushing and taking him by surprise, tazing and sedating him with a heavy sedation. Though it was not done without a fight. Before Xal finally succumbed to the sedation, he had already taken out 13 of the agents before falling unconscious. Their monitor power inhibitor made for gifted humans, didn't work on him as they had hoped. Since his powers and dragon form are a bit too powerful. So instead, they had Xal under heavy sedation, not wanting to risk him transforming in the facility where other specimen were, so they stayed at the island until they had developed a powerful enough inhibitor for him.

A few weeks later, they lifted his sedation after having placed a specialized collar around his neck. When they were sure it kept him in his humanoid form, they transferred him to the holding facility in Nevada.
