Appearance
Chase have never been among the tall guys but thankfully not really short either. He's avarage build and kinda clumsy sometimes. His light brown hair is most of the time fixed to stand up a little to the side, he rarely goes around with too messy hair. Likes to be clean and freash. His eyes a much darker shade of brown. He mostly wear clothes in earth tones because he can't stand too bright coloured clothes. He loves soft worn t-shirts and jeans, hoodies or sweaters. Will likely wear sweaters for as long as it doesn't get too hot outside. When it comes to shoes, he wears mostly boots or sometimes converse. Even though he got a pretty laid back clothing style, he can dress up if needed. Like going to the prom or whatever would be the cause.

Personality
Chase is an open minded boy even though he have gone through a lot of bullying ude to his sexuallity. You would think that he'd be hard but he's kind hearted and often smiles towards anyone, friend or stranger. But don't let his carefree nature fool you, he may be kind and nice to everyone but if you hate on his sexuality. You'll see a different kind of person. Often he'd snap either in words or it might end up in a punch, depends on which mood he's in. He's respectful however if some people don't feel comfortable with how he is, never pushes his sexuality into other people but dont hide it either.
He knew how it felt to be scared to tell anyone, but realised that this is who he is. Like it or not. He tries not to let negative things burden him and always look on the bright side of everything. Or well, as much as you can look on the bright side of something. He's somewhat of a socialbutterfly and never have any problem at all to talk to others, seems to fit with most people at school who doesn't dislike him too much.
History
Ever since Chase was little, he knew that he didn't like gilrs like the other boys did in his class. He was quite confused with it and tried to be like all the other boys. But it never made him feel quite like them, he always felt like he didn't belong with them no matter how much he tried. It went on for a few years, trying to fit in. Even kissed a girl one. It wasn't disgusting but it didn't feel right either. With shame he came home and told his parents about it. How he rather looked at boys then girls, hang out with them and even liked a few of them. At first he thought that they might get angry at him but they just smiled at him and told him it was fine. That how he felt was who he was and they wouldn't want him any other way. The conversation was long and at the end Chase felt relieved, felt like he could breathe again. After a week he told his best friend Adam about his sexuality. You could say it was a somewhat of an awkward conversation but in the end Adam was fine with who he was, even though Adam's parents was against it all. It was mainly because of Adam's parents that Chase had hesitated to tell him but since he was fine with it, he felt rather stupid about it and even told him that. Adam had just laughed and called him stupid, they weren't best friends for nothing.
Even though the ones close to him was fine with who he was didn't mean that everyone else was and it was hell the first few years until he started High School, okay sure. High School was also a bit of hell but he could handle that just fine. He did end up in many fights over the years as openly gay, most of the times in fist fights because he couldn't just ignore people who looked down on him. Of course he did try at first to just ignore most of the students who thought it was fun to bully him. But even a calm person have it's limit and his snapped a few times. With a good reason. He would never be scared to stand up for who he is and what he believed was right, no one had a right to bully anyone because of who they were. High School was the time for people to find out who they were, hormones and all that stuff in play. He always thought he was lucky to know pretty early who he was so he wouldn't walk around confused of who he liked. A girl or a boy, maybe not even any of them?
He never really had eyes on his best friend, they were buddies. Nothing more really. They hung out and ended up doing a lot of stupid shit, staying up late. Run around late at night, play videogames toghether. Sleep overs and so on. But it had never been more. Or so he thought. Until that night at a party. It had really been like any other party as they had gone to. People dancing, loud music and alcohol. Who got the alcohol? Nobody knew or even cared, it was fun. They had arrived together and mingled with all the other people, maybe drank a little too much but it ended in a way he never thought it would. In a drunken haze, Chase had bumped into Adam in a hallway and smiled at him. At that moment it was like a sudden realisation, out of nowhere really. But it was what had driven him to lean forward and kissed him. Right there in the hallway with music beating somewhere in the living room but it didn't matter at the moment at all. At first it had felt amazing, but that might have been his drunken state. It hadn't been so awkward there but the next day?
The next day it had been awkward. So damn awkward between them because it had only been a drunken kiss right? That happens everyone. Right? Chase however questioned it because now he paid attention to things when it came to Adam, how he smiled. Talked. Concentrated. All those things he didn't think about before, if they sat close or looked at each other. Had he fallen for his best friend? He couldn't really say but the feeling was there, tugging at his heart and sent butterflies to his stomach. It wasn't a mistake, or well. He wasn't sure. But a huge mess, that's what it was because falling for his best friend? That was not something he was prepared for. Not in a long shot.
