In her younger years Lillian Santiago would have told anyone that magic was just a trick and a show, and she for one would not be caught red handed attempting anything. Her family grew up close and she took pride in her sisters and parents. However she was at a loss when they lost their mother and eventually their father who succumbed to grief and was no longer fit to care for his family. Lillian being the oldest felt that she was now the head of the household and did her best to uphold the teachings and style of household her mother had run.

She took her job as provider and caretaker seriously and while the girls were all still together in school she made sure they had meals each day and even took it upon herself to check that her sisters had done their homework. Lillian was occasionally seen as overbearing and bossy from her sisters but deep down it was becuase she truly cared for her sisters and hadn't quite worked out the whole parenting thing. When Lillian was the first to graduate from high school she immediately took a night course in event planning and ended up taking a job at a local wedding planners as assistant. Lillian really enjoys her job and she loves making people days. Lillian also fancies herself as a bit of a cook and baker and she enjoys whipping up cakes in the kitchen.

when the time came for the girls to move and Penelope had found an acceptable place which also happened to be manor that once belonged to the Halliwell family. Penelope's previous obsession with the family had put Lillian on edge but in the end she had relented and moved into the house with her sisters. There she decided she would try and open her own event planning business. In the end her idea flourished and she bought a small store front in town and runs a successful business. Everything seemed to be going quite splendidly until Penelope found a book and read a few verses from the front page. Lillian now has a family to run, a business to grow and powers to learn. What could go wrong?

Personality
Lillian is what one might call a perfectionist. She likes things a certain way and often gets frustrated or frazzled when things change and she was not aware of said change. He likes a clean home and having a schedule. She believes very firmly that this attitude is what makes her an excellent business owner. Lillian has major issues with spontaneity and should someone surprise her even with a gift she tends to get a little snappy with them.

Lillian while a little hard to deal with at times is a true friend. She's a kind soul and would loyally defend any friend until the end. She enjoys spending time with friends and family alike and often with throw nice dinner parties at their home. Lillian would happily wait long hours for someone or even pick them up at odd hours in the morning. Lillian has a fondness for animals and she's currently trying to convince her sisters that a cat or dog could be a nice addition to the household. Lillian has always had a passion for cooking and it remains to this day to be one of her favourite past times or even a great stress reliever. She's entered quite a few baking competitions and enjoys creating wonderful feasts for her family.

"The world is full of magic things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper."

Molecular Immobilization: more commonly referred to as freezing, is the ability to slow down molecules to the point where they move so slowly that objects and people appear completely motionless, simulating stopping time in a localized range.
Molecular Combustion: is the ability to make molecules speed up to the point that causes an explosion. The power is channeled through hand gestures, and is one of the strongest offensive powers possessed by the Charmed Ones.
Molecular Acceleration: is the ability to make molecules reverberate at a speed which causes them to become disordered. This causes an object to rapidly heat up, and as a result, the power can cause objects to melt or burn.

Penelope sat in the living room, watching TV as she waited for her older sisters to arrive. She hoped Lillian and Priscilla would get there soon. Being in this huge manor by herself does tend to get boring after a while. She also hoped that one of them would be able to get the attic door open when they get here. She wants to peak around up there to see if the Halliwells managed to leave anything. Of course she wouldn't tell her sisters that. She'd have to come up with some sort of lie, which wouldn't be too difficult for her to do.

To Dillion
"Will you please come over? I'm getting real bored sitting around this house by myself waiting on my snail-like older siblings."

The female proceeded to set her phone down on the table just as she heard a knock on the door. The brunette let out a soft sigh and stood to her feet as she turned the TV off. Who would be here already? she thought to herself as she began to open the door. Penelope had the door cracked open, just enough to keep one side of her body outside and leaned her head against the door. "Hi, how may I help you?" she questioned to the man standing on her doorstep wearing a suit.

Jordan reached into the inside pocket of his suit and took out his badge, showing it to her before placing it back into his suit jacket. "I'm Detective Barkley, I was told to come over to do a routine check of the manor. Since the three women who disappeared from this home in the past, we've been making routine stops because there has been some strange things going on around here," the detective explained. The male cleared his throat a bit before adding, "Mind if I come in?" he questioned.

Penelope nodded her head to his question and allowed him inside. "So, these women. They wouldn't happen to be the Halliwell sisters, would they?" she questioned as she began to follow him through the home. She didn't really seem to understand why they had to do routine checks on an empty house, but who was she to question the police without any proof of the given situation? She would look like a complete idiot. As they circled around into the kitchen, Detective Barkley answered, "Yes, it was the Halliwells. Seems like someone keeps up on their local history," the male responded.

Penelope did nothing more than give a slight nod of her head, just because was a detective, it didn't mean she had to tell him that she was never a local in San Francisco before she moved in just a week ago. "The attic, have you ever been able to get into it?" she questioned. The male glanced over at her and shook his head to her question, "Actually, no one ever has been able to. Not since the Halliwells disappeared," he responded. "Everything seems to look alright, so I guess I should be going. If anything strange comes up, please give me a call," he stated as he handed the young brunette his card.

"Yes Sir," she stated with a nod and took the card before walking him out. "Have a good day, Detective," she said before closing the door behind her. The female sighed as she dropped the card on the stand in the foyer before proceeding into the kitchen to get herself something to drink. That was weird, she thought to herself and reached into the refrigerator for a bottled water.

Work had run her over again. Lillian Santiago sat at her wood desk that sat in a small corner of her wedding and event planning store and gazed frustrated at the email of what could only be called the ultimate bridezilla. The woman was demanding that candles somehow needed to float around them during the entire ceremony. Lillian was a bit at a loss and bit her lip in thought. How one earth am I supposed to make that happen!? I'm not magic! .... oh wait... The though made her freeze a little and she looked around almost guilty like and then returned to her email and quickly wrote out a response to the crazed bride about possibly using floating lanterns.

When she was done she looked at the clock and muttered a soft curse. She hated being late, as the oldest sister of the Santiago's Lillian had always tried her best to ensure the well being of her family, but it was a little hard while at the same time attempting to run a business. She slipped onto her heels and straightened her suit jacket and then went about her closing ritual of turning off all the lights and ensuring all doors were locked.

She strolled around back of the store where her little car stood waiting for her and slid into the drivers seat. When she was finally seated she allowed her mind to drift back to the topic of magic. She allowed herself to think longingly for a moment of the amazing weddings she could throw if a little magic was thrown in but that of course was ridiculous and impractical. How on earth could one market magic let alone get others to believe that what she offered was the real deal. She didn't even know if what she had was the real deal. The days that had passed after Penelope had read the incantation had seemed a bit like a blur and she just didn't know what to expect anymore. Normalcy had been tossed right out the window.
Best not dwell on it she thought to herself as she stared the car.

When she reached home she pulled up her car in the street and gathered her papers and purse and walked on into the house. She closed the front door with the stained glass behind her and called out.
"Hello? I'm home! Sorry I'm late! She set down her things on an entry way table and kicked off her shoes. She felt at home here and quickly jumped up the stairs to change into a pair of jeans and a tank top. She wound her hair into a tight pony tale and then made her way back down towards the kitchen. There she saw her sister Penelope, Lillian gave her sister a smile and noted she only held a bottle of water.

"Are you hungry?" She asked. Before even Penelope could answer Lillian was already rooting around for an apron and some ingredients. Mushroom Soup and warm bread seemed to be on the menu. She set down a large pot on the stove and glanced once more at Penelope. "Did you have a good day? Anything interesting happen? She set down her cutting board and then realized she was rather thirsty. Deciding she had earned it Lillian pulled a bottle of Merlot from the wine fridge they had installed in the kitchen and went about pouring herself a glass, she offered some to Penelope as well.

Dominic Wells was just putting the finishing touches on a cabinet when he heard the foreman call for halt on the days work. Standing and putting the screwdriver into his tool belt Dominic felt a small bead of sweat move down the side of his temple and he brushed away at it absently. The small company Dominic was a worker for was renovating a small set of homes that had been standing way too long to consider inhabitable. Their architect had them taking out all of the old and making the homes sleek and modern.

While Dominic felt it was a shame to see the nice pine floors go he of course did as he was told and worked to earn his keep. He said his farewells to his co-workers and climbed on into his red truck. He drove about ten minutes taking the long way home to pass the old Halliwell house. Every day after work he was sure to drive past it. The Elders had warned him that soon he was to make himself known, but for now he kept watch from afar. He drove by the house slowly noting that Lillian Santiago's little car was up front meaning she was home from work. He wasn't sure about her sisters though. All seemed rather quiet with the house and so he accelerated a little and headed on to his house.

Dominic's home was a small bungalow which was surrounded by old willows that always seemed to dance in the wind. He had a grage which he never parked in as he used if for a wood working area. Currently he was building a nice rocking chair for his next door lady. She was a single mother who had just given birth about a month ago and he thought to give her a present for her nursery.

He planned to get to work on it again after supper, but his thoughts were paused when he noticed a piece of white paper sticking out of his door. He pulled on the paper and found it to be a nice linen texture and he flipped it open. On the center of the page in a nice cursive hand writing was a single word.

Penelope returned to the living room and started looking online for any job openings. Ever since she decided to get a job until she was able to afford attending the police academy, she needed a way to make money. After a couple hours of filling out applications, she heard one of her sisters step into the home. Penelope stood to her feet and set the laptop down on the coffee table before her before following Lillian into the kitchen. Seeing as how she noticed that she was already beginning to cook, she didn't see any use in answering her first question. Though she did answer the last one.

"Actually, a detective stopped by a couple hours ago to take a look at the house. He said some strange things has been happening around here before we moved in. I have a feeling it has something to do with the Book of Shadows," she stated before heading out of the kitchen and started on her way upstairs towards the attic. Maybe she'd be able to get it open this time. The female wrapped her slender fingers around the antique doorknob and started turning and shaking it to try and get in. Finally she let out a frustrated grunt and stated, "Doorknob," causing it to appear in her hand and the door slowly opening.

Penelope slowly stepped into the room and began to look around as she set the doorknob down on one of the tables in the attic. There were so many antiques laying around and items that were used for spells, she immediately recognized a few of these items. The scrying crystal, the small cauldron, etc. Finally she called out towards Lillian, "Lillian! I got the attic open! she shouted. She then continued to look around, opening boxes, rummaging through drawers.

The only thing audible was a light snore coming from a female that had obviously passed out the night before. She had woken up with a slight shudder, afraid because she did not know where she was or who was sleeping beside her. She sat up on the edge of the bed then looked at the male specimen beside her with a sigh. She had placed on her sundress and flat shoes, exiting the building then walking outside.

Priscilla really needed to get her act together as she looked left and right before just deciding to walk towards the place where her and her sisters stayed at. While walking there, she was feeling a little dizzy and light headed though managed to keep her strength up and make it to the home. Yes, she walked from where she was all the way towards the house. It was slightly a far walk for her fragile frame but she made it.

Upon entering, she heard Penelope call out to Lillian, who was in the kitchen about to make something. She entered the kitchen but leaned against the door frame with her arms folded over her chest. "Hello there, Lillian." She spoke softly then entered the kitchen a little further, looking at the counter she touched the objects Lillian had on the counter before looking back up at her. "Is Penelope in the attic? What is she looking for? Narnia?" Priscilla joked as a knock came upon the door. "I'll get it." Priscilla said while prancing towards the door.

"Oh, my goodness! Dillion!" She yelped and hugged the male specimen before and invited him in. "Hey. I got a text from Penelope. Everything okay?" Dillion asked Priscilla as she nodded her head then raised a brow and shrugged her shoulders. "Hm, not entirely sure, honestly. I just got here though. Penelope's up in the attic in case you wanted to see her." Priscilla said while walking back in the kitchen with Lillian.

"Hey Lillian!" Dillion called out towards her while going up to the attic, where he found Penelope. "Hey, I got your text but I guess you are not so bored anymore, huh?" Dillion said with a slight chuckle afterwards, looking at Penelope. "Why are you up here anyways?" He asked while looking around the attic, getting a weird vibe from the space he was in.

Lillian frowned at the news that a detective had stopped by and immediately felt her defenses raise up at the idea of a someone discovering their family secret and potentially putting them in danger. She forced herself to take a breath and made a mental note to try and discover the strange things that had been happening as Penelope had put it. Her sister walked out and Lillian took the time to start chopping up a few ingredients and stopped only once to take a sip of wine. The sharp flavour lingered on her tongue and she smiled softly. There were few things that offered more comfort than a nice glass of wine.

While she returned to her task at hand Lillian heard the faint sounds of struggle from upstairs, but already far to used to her sister and her antics Lillian paid it no mind until she heard Penelope call out that she had somehow managed to get the attic open. She glanced up and blinked in surprise, up till now they'd had no luck in opening the attic. It was then Priscilla entered the kitchen and Lillian automatically gave the middle sister a soft smile.
"Hey there." Priscilla asked what Penelope had gotten up to and she lifted her shoulders in a shrug "Beats me, little sister."

When the knock came at the door Lillian's first thoughts immediately rushed to the detective returning but when she heard Priscilla yell Dillion's name excitedly she relaxed. Deciding that there was just far too much going on to cook, Lillian set down her knife and grabbed her ever so trusty glass of wine and walked into the hallway. Dillion greeted her and she lifted her glass.
"Always happy to see you Dillion" She said in a warm tone.

She turned to Priscilla and then handed her the glass of wine and returned to the kitchen to pour another glass and came back out. "Shall we see what all the commotion is about then?" She asked her sister.

Penelope was interrupted on her investigation of the attic by the very familiar voice of her best friend, Dillion. The female glanced over at the male who stood just inside the attic and gave him a soft smile. "No, not bored. But glad you're here. Look at all this stuff. It's no wonder the Halliwells were well known around town. With all these antiques, who knows what they could have done throughout their lives?" she stated more to herself than anything but loud enough for Dillion to hear her. "Also, sorry if I made you feel like I only wanted you around because I was bored. I didn't mean it that way," she stated as she finally stepped away from the boxes and wrapped the male in a hug.

At that point she stood there in thought, Should I tell him about our acquired powers? Maybe I should run it by Priscilla and Lillian first, Penelope shook her head to herself before returning her attention back over to Dillion. "Did you happen to see if Priscilla made it home yet?" she questioned as she glanced over towards the door. For some reason she felt as if someone was looking in at the two of them, almost as if they were putting on some sort of play. The thought just gave the youngest Santiago a shiver. Maybe she was just overthinking things. Nothing like that would be able to get by her, if someone was there she would catch onto them.

Of course that would only work if said someone wanted to make themselves able to be seen.

"Yeah, seeing Dillion does send a relief in the atmosphere." Priscilla commented as Lillian handed her a glass of wine. She took a small sip from it and closed her eyes, loving it as the liquid make its course throughout her body. She opened her eyes up and took another sip then eyed Lillian with a raised brow. "You want to go up there?" Priscilla asked while pointing her finger into the direction of the attic as she grabbed the bottle of wine, taking a few chugs from it then chugged her glass down. Going up to the attic really freaked her out though she didn't tell her sisters that.

"I mean, if you really want to but she's up there with Dillion so maybe they need to be in private? I think she likes him, don't you?" She questioned while shrugging her shoulders, smirking slightly. "You're not trying to get out of cooking us something to eat, are you?" She had asked Lillian with a raised brow. "By the way, why do I get the feeling there is something that I need to know?" Priscilla was always curious about certain aspects within her sisters. She's been studying their expressions for years and knew something was up.

"You know what, we'll talk when I get back down here. I need to shower and get cleaned up." Her statement there was indeed an understatement as she stood up and waltzed up the stairs, into the bathroom and running the shower. She stepped right on in and loved the way the warm water hit her skin, relaxing her bones. It was very soothing as she also washed her hair.

After showering for a few minutes, she finally stepped out of the shower and walked into her room, getting dressed in a t-shirt and very short shorts. Priscilla skipped down the stairs and reappeared back into the kitchen right back in her same spot. "Okay. Talk." Priscilla basically demanded of Lillian while taking another sip from the wine.

Dillion had eyed all of the artifacts that surrounded the attic as if Penelope commanded him to do so. His eyes widened with amazement in them as he picked up a few things. "Wow. Look at all of this." His eyes scanned around the attic then looked at Penelope as she hugged him. Of course, he hugged her back then broke it with a smile. "And no, no. You're fine." Dillion let out a little chuckle afterwards, still looking around the attic.

"So, who were the Halliwells anyway?" Dillion asked while picking up a few items again. His eyes scanned towards Penelope when she had asked him about Priscilla. "Uhm, yeah. She's home. She let me in, by the way." Dillion said with a nod then looked in the direction as Penelope then looked back at her.

"Uhm, Penelope? What are you staring at?" Dillion asked while scarily stepping beside her now, basically shoulder to shoulder as he could feel her shivering but not wanting to comment about it now. Dillion never seen Penelope like this before and knew that something just had to be up with her but what. He really wanted to know but decided to ask at another time.

"Mind if I take a few of these artifacts and do some research? I promise to bring them back." He had asked Penelope while already grabbing a few items, ones that had intrigued him the most.

Lillian smirked as Priscilla powered down her glass of wine and then took a few healthy samples from the bottle. It was clear the both of them we're overly fond of the idea of the attic being open and since her sister so helpfully presented the idea that Dillion and Penelope might have a thing and it would be rude to interrupt she nodded.
"Alright alright you caught me. Back to the kitchen I go. Like the good and proper woman I am." Lillian sneered a little as she spoke sarcastically. "Though..." She said poking her head back out of the kitchen door. "They do make a very cute couple." She smiled warmly at the thought and wiped a faux tear away.

"My baby sister... All grown up." When Priscilla asked if there was something she needed to know Lillian's playful expression went somber, and she was about to speak when Priscilla expressed the need to change and get cleaned up. So the middle sister hopped up the stairs and Lillian returned to the kitchen and continued her chopping.

She had poured them both fresh glasses of wine and was stirring all of the ingredients in the pot when Priscilla returned. The aroma of mushroom soup filled the air and Lillian felt her mouth watering. She didn't realize how hungry she was. Priscilla demanded she talk and Lillian rolled her eyes at her sister.

"Alright well according to Penelope we had a detective stop by the house today."She paused to add some salt and pepper to the mix and continued. "He was asking about strange occurrences and if we had noticed anything going on. Penelope seems to think it has something to do with the Book of Shadows. She emphasized the book title as if it were a very dramatic topic. She still couldn't quite get over the idea of a book giving the three of them powers.

She remembered the first time she had accidentally used them the other week. A bride had been having a small meltdown in the store and Lillian had been feeling the stress majorly and all she wanted the woman to do was quiet down when suddenly the entire store had gone quiet. It had been so peaceful yet frightening.

When Lillian had spoke about a detective stopping by, she started to choke on her wine after another sip. Once she was able to come to, she eyed Lillian with a curious brow. "Wait, what?" Priscilla inquired while continuing to listen to her. "And what did Penelope say to this detective?" She asked Lillian while rolling her eyes. "Again with this book." Priscilla sighed and ran her fingers through her hair just as Dillion and Penelope came back into her view.

"There are the lovebirds." Priscilla muttered while standing up and making her way beside Lillian now just as Dillion told everyone goodbye and gave Penelope a small hug. Priscilla looked at the items he was leaving with then eyed Lillian while grabbing a spoon and dipping it into the Mushroom Soup, blowing it to a warm temperature before sticking it in her mouth and feeling the warm soup trickle through her body.

"Eh, it tastes alright." Priscilla cooed while nudging Lillian after teasing her, looking at Penelope, whom she had walked up to. "Uhm, where is Dillion going with those artifacts, little sis?" She stood in front of her with her arms folded over her chest. "And I thought we all agreed not to go in the attic. Did we not, Lillian?" Priscilla asked towards their big sister then eyed Penelope again.

"What are you going to tell him if he finds out you're a witch?" Priscilla asked while linking her arm with Penelope's now, escorting her to the kitchen then removed her arm from hers while leaning against the counter now, awaiting to hear Penelope's answer. Her tone came out a little bit furious as maybe it was because she wasn't getting the right male attention as Penelope, her little sister.

Dillion was still a little bit curious about what Penelope was staring at but if she said that it was nothing then he just left it alone, for now. He had nodded his head towards Penelope and looked at her. "I'll be sure to text you about what I find, okay?" Dillion said while watching her again, mumbling something that he didn't quite catch what she had said. She was acting a bit weird though Dillion still liked her anyway. She was his favorite of the Santiago's by far and some odd feeling, he felt like she knew that.

When she spoke about the Halliwell's, he nodded his head at every single word and eyed her with a raised brow. "And this was their house?" Dillion asked curiously while shaking his head. "Don't answer. I think you just implied that." Dillion said while following Penelope to the door, stopping beside her and looking in her direction. "Maybe you can finish that story about the Halliwell's over dinner?" Dillion smiled while continuing his trek down the stairs from the attic and passing the kitchen again.

"Well, I'll get to work on the research about these items. I'll text you if something comes up. Okay?" Dillion told Penelope then gave her a small but warming embrace then broke it off by waving bye to the other sisters. "Bye, everyone." He gave Penelope one more look followed by a wink before opening the door and leaving the Santiago's place.

There was a strange chill and aura that outlined that house both inside and outside of it. Dillion knew that something weird was going on there but had to do the research in order to figure things out a little bit better before questioning certain things.

Penelople couldn't believe Dillion had asked her to dinner. Of course there were times that he has in the past, but it wasn't the same way. The small brunette smiled a bit and nodded her head, "I'd like that," she answered. When Penelope walked down the stairs with Dillion, the words that slipped from her older sister's lips made her roll her eyes. Though she hadn't said anything to her.

"Well, I'll get to work on the research about these items. I'll text you if something comes up. Okay?" Penelope hugged the male back as she responded, "Alright," she drew back from the hug and said her goodbyes, "See you later." At that point she turned her attention over towards Priscilla just to hear her being slightly upset about allowing Dillion to do research on the antiques found in the attic.

"If he finds out then there is nothing we can do about it. After all, he's been in our lives for years, ever since we were kids. We can trust him if he finds out," she stated as she grabbed herself a bowl of mushroom soup and the glass of wine Lillian poured for her before she went up to the attic then disappeared up the stairs before either one of them had the chance to say anything more. Sure Penelope understood where Priscilla was coming from, but she needed to relax. Dillion is someone she would be able to trust with her life, something such as the three of them being witches wouldn't be that difficult for her to trust him with.

Besides, even if her best friend did freak out about it after finding out, it's not like he would go around town telling everyone he knew. Dillion has never been that way and he most certainly wasn't going to do it now. When Penelope got to her room, she closed the door behind her and set the bowl and wine glass down on the bedside table and changed into her pajamas. Once she was comfortable, she climbed into her bed, turned the TV on and started eating her dinner.

Lillian paused in her cooking as Priscilla suddenly was choking, concerned she set down her spoon and rushed over to rub her sisters back. However it did not take long for Priscilla to recover and she eyed Lillian as deciding it was safe to return to the stove she finished up with the soup. "Penelope didn't really say what she had said." Lillian sighed a little and stepped back as Priscilla moved forward to sample some of the soup directly out of the pot.

Lillian was nudged by her younger sister and she playfully smacked her sister on the bum with the ladle she had grabbed to dish out the soup. "It is a work of art, thank you very much." she let Priscilla move out of the way and busied herself with dishing out three bowls for them. She nodded in agreement though as Priscilla reminded Penelope that they had indeed agreed that the attic was out of bounds. "Here here" she muttered through her teeth.

With Dillion gone Penelope fired back to Priscilla that there was nothing really they could do if he did indeed find out but if he did then they most certainly could trust him. She had grabbed her wine and soup and then rushed up the stairs to the comfort of her own bedroom. Lillian lifted a brow at the middle sister and said "Someone's feeling a little touchy today."

She grabbed her own bowl and wine and gave Priscilla a small smile. "I think Love it or List it is on at the moment." Lillian had a special fondness for realty shows, she wasn't exactly sure why but there was something so nice and rewarding about them. She made her was into the entertainment room and got herself settled nicely on the couch. She pulled a blanket up on her lap and held the warm bowl of soup in her hands as she flicked on the TV. She caught a small movement out of the corner of her eye and noticed through the window to the backyard that there was a figure running through their bushes.

Startled she quickly set down her soup spilling some of its hot contents over her fingers. "Shit." She whispered softly as she go to her feet. Rushing to the side of the window she peeked out hoping it was a deer or something. When she realized the figure was most certainly human she called for her sister, a little panic in her voice.

Dominic had no idea what on earth possessed him to go and check on the house this late in the evening. Sure the note had said Now and he knew it meant he was to introduce himself to the family and become a protector for them but should the girls find him sneaking around in their yard he figured it would most certainly cause the women to have some trust issues with him.

He had merely wanted to check up on them, see up close that they were doing well. From what he had gathered from observing them Penelope was clearly the one who embraced her powers the most where as Lillian and Priscilla both seemed to have sticks up their asses. He sighed a little and wished the women would get their heads out of the clouds and work on embracing and learning their powers already. A week was too long to wait and already he knew threats were sensing a new power had arrived. It was only a matter of time before some lunatic supernatural creature decided to eliminate the Santiago's before they grew too strong.
"Oh fuck me..." he whispered to himself, resigned as he noticed Lillian suddenly rush to the window. Her eyes landed directly on his. Dom remained perfectly still hoping she would go away and he could sneak off.

He could see she was calling for her sister and a million thoughts raced through his head. He could always glamour his look but something made him want the girls to see him in his original body. Dominic was never good at lying and he felt that he just wouldn't be able to continue his story with out messing up somehow. He should be honest. Signing he stepped out of the bushes and held his hands up in a gesture of good will and he moved into the porch light and looked at the window waiting to see what the girls would do.

Just as the youngest Santiago got fully comfortable in her bed, she heard her oldest sister call out to Priscilla. She immediately felt that something was wrong because of the tone she was using, so she immediately climbed out of bed and ran down the stairs to her sisters. "Hey, is everything okay?" she questioned when she noticed Lillian looking out the window.

Penelope made her way towards her and glanced out the window for herself, finding a man standing on the porch. "Who is that?" she questioned in a low mumble, more to herself. For some reason she felt a sense of familiarity from the strange man standing on her porch. She felt that she somehow knew him or seen him before. But nothing seemed to come to mind.

"Should I call the police?" she finally questioned to her sisters. She wasn't sure what was going on because she wasn't around when Lillian saw whatever she saw. Penelope just wanted to make sure she was making the right move before going ahead and doing something as rash as to call the police, especially since she already had a feeling who would take the call. Most likely it would be Detective Barkley. The brunette rolled her eyes at the thought before tucking her stray strands behind her ears.

Priscilla scoffed at Penelope's response while rolling her eyes. "You can't trust everyone these days, sweetheart." She said while watching as Penelope went upstairs. Priscilla shook her head while going over towards Lillian. "Can you please talk some sense into her?" She asked with a smile then fixed herself something to eat and grabbed a glass of wine, as well.

She followed Lillian into the living area with a chuckle. "Girl, I sure hope it is on. Still reeling on my toes from last week." She said while sitting a little distance away from Lillian, seeing that she dropped a little bit of the soup onto her fingers as she cursed under her breath. "Oh, my. Are you alright?" She curiously asked while looking out the window as well.

She caught sight of Penelope coming down the stairs and heard her questions. "Well, there is a gentlemen here." Priscilla continued to look out the window then shrugged her shoulders. "We don't know who it is. If we knew, we'd be at the door and not cautiously watching him out the window." She remarked while looking at Penelope and Lillian. "Why don't we go and see what he wants?" Without even sticking around to hear their answers, she scurried to the front door while sitting her bowl down and opening the door.

"Excuse me, sir but you're kind of trespassing here. I'll give you a head start until I call the police." Priscilla was the fearless one of the set of sisters. She spontaneously did things without thinking about the consequences but somehow, Priscilla felt a little but safer around him and even walked up to him though leaving a little distance between them.

Lillian looked over to her sisters, both of which had joined them in looking out the window. Penelope had asked if they should phone the police and Lillian was certainly ready to dial 911 but Priscilla the brave (Or stupid, Lillian couldn't quite decide at the moment) had decided that it would be best to see what the man wanted. She looked over at the blond man in the beam of their porch light and decided that if he was going to attack them the three of them could handle it. He had his hands in the air and she wondered if he was baiting them.

Priscilla lead the way to the front door and unwilling to miss anything Lillian followed behind. She was clenching her hands nervously and breathing heavily. "Nothing like some strangers in your backyard to end your day. Love it or list it was one you bastard." Lillian muttered under her breath as they rounded the corner of the house and were now in the backyard. Priscilla was calling out the man and Lillian stopped sort as Priscilla continued to move forward. She made a grab for her sister but missed and found herself stressing out.

What one earth was she supposed to do? There was nothing really she felt she could do, she was a wedding planner for god's sake. They should have phoned the police and closed the curtains, what had she been thinking? There was a a cool breeze that moved through the clearing and her hair swept over her face.

The man lowered his hands and he seemed to be smiling at them, creepy asshole She thought to herself. Priscilla was entirely too close to the man, but Lillian could see she was out of arms reach and she carefully moved forward as well. Her bare feel were cold against the grass but she ignored the feeling.
"You need to leave now." She said sternly and she stepped up beside her sister and let her arm brush against Priscilla's. It was a comfort for Lillian.

Dominic watched as the women scurried away from the window and he heard the unmistakable creak of the front door opening. He was pleased that they hadn't phoned the police on him. As the women came around the side of the building his hands lowered. Priscilla clearly the most confidant of the bunch moved towards him with an impressive gait and when she opened her mouth to tell him off he grinned.
Lillian joined her sister and also told him he was to leave and Dominic nodded in understanding. "My apologies for frightening you... I was noticing a few flaws in your roof... I'm a carpenter." Dominic had indeed noticed the sagging shingles of the old roof and the possibility they had for leakage. "I was just looking for damage on this side, I was going to knock and mention it after I had seen all of the damage." He suddenly realized he hadn't introduced himself and he took a cautious step forward.

"I'm Dominic Wells. I work up at the old North East Village area, my company is doing a lot of refurbishments there." He held out a hand to Priscilla and offered her a charming smile. "I do hope I didn't scare you too much, I got caught up in my thoughts about fixing the roof and completely forgot about manners and trespassing. Can I make it up to you guys in any way or would you rather that I just leave?"

I the dim light of the porch Priscilla looked like a warrior woman to him. Her dark hair was loose in the wind and he couldn't help but admire the fire he saw in her eyes. Lillian looked terrified but he admired her bravery as well.

Penelope couldn't believe that Priscilla opened the door to approach the man. Though when she noticed that Lillian had also followed the middle sister out the house, Penelope followed along behind her. If something were to happen and she had a chance to make sure neither of them got hurt, she would be there if she needed to be. At first Penelope felt considerably brave but the closer she got to the man, the more nervous she slowly began to become.

Finally the brunette stopped in her tracks just as the three of them seemed to be a bit out of arms reach but close enough for the man to make a run for them without a second for them to think about what they were going to do. She reached over to interlace her arm around her oldest sister's, more of a protected, comforting thing she always did. Penelope always did look to Lillian for protection when she was scared or nervous, mainly because she was more like a mother to her than a sister and sometimes that came in handy, like now.

As Penelope stood there in silence allowing her two older sisters to handle the creepy man who seemed to be doing nothing more than smiling at them, she heard the words that were being traded between them. When she heard his reasoning for trespassing onto their property in the middle of the night, that's when the nervous Santiago couldn't help but to say something. She shook her head and spoke up, "So that's your reasoning for creeping around our yard in the middle of the night. Because of a roof that needed to be fixed? Why could this just wait until morning?" the female couldn't believe she actually spoke to the man, who claimed to go by Dominic. But she just couldn't believe anything he was saying. The female glanced over to her sisters and shrugged her shoulders before stating, "Why don't you leave your number or something and we'll get in touch with you if we want work done on the roof?" she added before turning on her heels and stepping back into the home.

Now she didn't fully step away from the door, but she did stay close enough for her to hear her sister's and keep an eye on the creepy trespasser.

Looking at Lillian telling the male that he needed to leave now, she kind of agreed but at least wanted to know the male's reasons for being on their property. Her eyes scanned back towards the male as his mouth parted and he started to speak. His name was Dominic and he was a carpenter and spoke about their roof. Priscilla being herself, turned to see the damage then back towards Dominic with a soft smile. Her eyes went towards Penelope who spoke towards him with honest words. Of course, she was going to agree with her sister before some stranger.

Priscilla rolled her eyes and shook her head, watching as Penelope stepped back into the house and walked away from Lillian, getting even closer to Dominic now. "You know, my sister is right. Maybe giving me your number is the best idea." Priscilla spoke while looking at Dominic clear in the eyes, waiting for him to hand her a card or something.

While she waited, her eyes caught sight of Dillion running back towards the house as he was frantically panting. "Dillion, take a breath." Priscilla said as she waved for Penelope to come and get him and take him inside. Once the transaction was done, Dillion took a few breaths and looked at Penelope, shuddering while stepping away from her.

"The Halliwells. Uhm, they were witches and protected people from evil then I saw something standing outside my window. Not sure what it was but it was indeed there." Dillion said while looking a little bit worried towards Penelope. He didn't want to suspect that Penelope and her sister were witches but he indeed wanted to know so he took the risky moment and went for.

"Penelope, are you guys witches?" He asked while grabbing her hands within his and looking at her in the eyes. "You know you can trust me." Dillion said as he waited patiently for the answer.

Penelope joined her sisters and Dominic could see her holding onto Lillian for what he assumed was mental support. He was sorry to have frightened the youngest of the three and he gave her a sympathetic look. When the youngest finally spoke she called him out on his bullshit and he sighed a little.
"Why don't you leave your number or something and we'll get in touch with you if we want work done on the roof?"
"Again I am very sorry. I realize this was completely wrong of me. I had just gotten caught up in my thoughts and before I had time to realize what I had done you had all caught me." Penelope clearly was done with him and she left her two sisters and went back into the house. Priscilla agreed with her sister and stepped even closer to her and held out her hand asking for a card or a number for them to contact him at. He doubted that they would actually phone him to fix their roof but it was worth a try.

He needed to become a part of their lives. It was the easiest way to guide them as the elders wanted. Perhaps it was not the best time to reveal himself however and he would wait until the Santiago's were more at ease with their powers and who they were. He pulled out his wallet and took out an ivory coloured business card.

Dominic Wells
Homestead Improvements and Carpentry
555-346-7827

He pressed the cardstock into Priscilla's hand and then said "I'll be on my way then. It's best you get that looked at soon. If we have a storm you're likely to start getting leaks. He thought about shaking her hand but decided against it and then after giving Lillian and small nod of farewell he stepped past the sisters and walked away from their yard. Once he was on the road he headed towards his truck and hopped in. When he reached home all he could do was stare at the ceiling as he lay in bed and wonder how to go about this next step.

{Apologies for my absence there... I had a surgery and it took a lot longer than I thought it would to recover enough to sit at a computer and think LOL Hope you guys are doing awesomely!}

Dillion really couldn't believe what he was hearing. He ran his hand over his face while looking at Penelope as she told him to describe the thing that he had saw earlier. How could he exactly explain what he had saw? Instead, he created a diversion to think about what to say.

"You guys are witches?" He questioned happily while laughing and turning around then quickly turned back around towards Penelope. "That is so cool. I have so many questions to ask you guys. I've been study witches for years and now as I live and breath, I have three right here before me." Dillion was oddly excited as after all the research he has done on witches, he can finally get a few answers from Penelope, at least.

Dillion knew that Penelope really wanted to know whatever he saw looked like as he sighed and shrugged his shoulders. "Well, I really can't explain it but it looked like... It looked like..." Next thing he knew something or someone was standing behind Penelope as they had yellowish eyes in the dark that seemed to be glowing and the body of a rottweiler dog. But when they stepped into the light, their eyes went completely to a human state, brown in color and their body and appearance was now of a human.

"You saw me." The male said while looking at Dillion then bounced his eyes towards Penelope. "Ah, the youngest Santiago sister." Dillion snapped his fingers while pointing towards the male then looked at Penelope. "He's a shape shifter!" He was so excited that he had figured it out but then muttered so only Penelope could heard him. "But you probably already knew that." He stifled a laugh while waiting to see what was going to transpire.

Priscilla took the male's card with a smile as she read it and showed it to Lillian, as well. "I'll be sure to call you, Dominic right before the storm." She winked and giggled while looking at Lillian, who was probably not as amused with her actions as she was herself. As Dominic got back in his truck and drove off, she turned to Lillian. "Come on, girl. Our show is on and soup is probably getting cold." She said while turning heel and linking her arm with Lillian's.

Upon entering the house, she turned towards Lillian and asked a question. "Don't you think that Dominic had a cute butt, as well." She snickered then turned towards the display before her, letting out a slight shriek. "What the holy hell?" Priscilla said while going over there towards Penelope and Dillion and standing in front of them.

"Who are you? What do you want?" She asked. Even though she was bold and brave, her voice was shakily in this moment. The male smirked at Priscilla then looked at Lillian. "You girls know what I want. I want the book. Is it still in the attic?" The male went towards the stairs but Priscilla was able to grab him but she was also having a premonition.

Her premonition saw Penelope laying lifeless on the ground before herself, Dillion and Lillian as the male was going up the stairs. She came out of her premonition with a shudder then turned towards Penelope with a worried look in her eyes. The male backed down for a moment as he looked towards the sisters. "This isn't over. I'll be back." The male left as she wandered over towards Penelope and Dillion. "Are you guys alright?" Dillion nodded his head then fainted.

Penelope laughed a bit as she noticed how happy and giddy Dillion was about the information she had just passed him. Though before she was ever given much of a chance to say anything to him, he was staring at something behind her. The brunette turned her head to look, finding a dog but it wasn't much longer before it shifted into a human.

"Ah, the youngest Santiago sister," the shifter stated. Penelope glanced over at Dillion as he had his revelation of what was before them and she sighed and shook her head at his comment. Penelope couldn't believe this was happening. She had a feeling he was here for the book and that was something she wasn't going to let happen. But just before she was able to let out so much as a breath, Priscilla and Lillian returned back inside and the middle sister was taking action.

"You girls know what I want. I want the book, is it still in the attic?" and just like that her conclusion was proven. "We're not telling you where it is," Penelope stated in a defensive tone.

The moment Priscilla touched the shifter, Penelope could tell she was having a premonition. Her older sister hasn't had many of them but she had enough for Penelope to pick up on the hints. When she released the shifter he said his goodbyes and disappeared. Just as soon as things calmed down, Dillion passed out.

Penelope sighed and shook her head before orbing Dillion over to the couch, allowing him to lay there until he came to. "Could one of you get a damp towel and bring it to me?" she questioned as she placed her hand gently upon his forehead, feeling that he had been a bit overheated. All of this was a bit much for him and she knew that. Penelope just hoped that this didn't freak Dillion out to the point of him not wanting anything to do with her anymore. Of course she knew that would most likely not be the case but she couldn't help but think it.

Lillian watched the man leave, she still had an unease feeling in her stomach but it was soon forgotten when Dillion could be seen running towards the house. Priscilla took the time to mention that their intruder had indeed been rather handsome and his rear had some redeeming quality's. However Dillion drew her attention away from lustful thoughts, he seemed rather excited about something and so Lillian rushed forward to catch him speaking about seeing something outside his window and then suddenly asking if the women were witches.

Caught off guard she said nothing and listened as Penelope confirmed Dillion's suspicions. There was just too much going on for hger to feel like she could take part. Her lips remained pressed together as Penelope warned Dillion he could not share their secret with anyone and then she proceeded to ask what he had seen outside his window. Also curious about that Lillian took a step forward.

Then seemingly out of nowhere a shifter seemed to appear. Lillian felt her back straighten and every hair on her body stand on end as Priscilla confronted the man. She had grabbed the man and from the way Priscilla seemed off in the distance Lillian knew her younger sister was having a premonition. The touch seemed to sway the man from venturing any further and he warned them all that he would return.

Priscilla was asking if they were all alright and Lillian was nodding to herself as Dillion keeled over. Lillian let out a small squeak of surprise as he body hit the floor. Penelope however seemed to be taking the whole ordeal rather splendidly and using her powers she took Dillion to the couch and laid him there. Penelope asked for a towel and finally realizing she could be a little useful she ran to the kitchen and retrieved a glass of water and a cool damp cloth. She returned with them and let Penelope care for Dillion.

Lillian went to sit on a chair across from the sofa and sank into the welcoming pillows. "Well this has certainly been eventful." She finally said. "What on earth are we going to do?"
