HUNTER
O'NEIL

Eighteen | Black | The Leader | Kellin Quinn

Age: Eighteen

Position: Alpha

Pack: Right

Likes:
  • Freedom
  • Jokes
  • Sour things
  • Music
  • Running

Dislikes:
  • Seriousness
  • Making decisions
  • Rudeness
  • Sappy things

Appearance:
Height; Five foot, eight inches. Weight; One hundred and thirty seven pounds.
Hunter has dark brown hair. It is not usually styled anyway, he simply wakes up and runs his fingers through it, leaving it messy in an adorable sort of way. But anyways, isn't very long, so really there isn't much to worry about. Hunter's eyes are a deep chocolate colour. The base color is a dark brown, with light browns mixed into the color. Another strange effect is the specks of gold in his eyes, it is something most people used to stare and ask questions about so his mother eventually bought him contacts that were just brown. Though he does not wear them anymore. Hunter has a long torso, and long legs. You can see almost all of the muscles and even his rib cage sticks out slightly.

His normal attire consists of darker clothing. Old band tee shirts[The Beatles, KISS, Led Zeppelin, etc.], polo shirts, solids, button downs, and even a few muscle tees. Though the only pants he usually wears are black or grey skinny jeans and occasionally basketball shorts, though they aren't preferred. And he hates shoes, with a passion, but when he does have to wear them he prefers DC's.

Image
Height; Around four foot. Weight; About one hundred and fifty pounds.
Hunter if your stereotypical Alpha wolf. Black pelt, icy blue eyes.

Personality:
But the 'stereotypical'ness ceases there. He is perhaps the kindest, most laid back leader ever. Often he goes to his Beta or just his pack in general for anything. Decisions, assistance, ideas. His trust for his pack is outstanding, and sometimes he depends on them as much as they depend on him. But he often hides that, covering it with jokes and his usual clowning around. Seriousness terrifies him, so he stays clear of it. Unless it's a die situation and it totally calls for it, but then he will usually bring his Beta along to help him.

History:
TBA

Theme Song:
If You Can't Hang - Sleeping With Sirens

Monday morning, August 27th

That morning was crazy. The bus driver, whom she now decided she hated, stole her phone so that her alarm wouldn't go off in the morning. Okay, that was fine, her internal clock woke her up. It was only about ten minutes later than she usually would have woken up. But, that meant she was almost ten minutes away from her house. Great, she jumped out of the bus and ran back to the foster home. The woman wasn't even home, so it was easy to climb up the fire escape and into the window. Shower, five minutes. Find clothes, another five minutes. Find a book, after ten minutes she decided she would just find one at school.

Grabbing her new black mail bag, she threw it over her shoulder. Already her laptop was in the back pocket of it. Stopping at the mirror, she ran her fingers through her still- wet hair and looked over her outfit. Pale blue skinny jeans, white camisole, black half-flowy-shirt-thing. Since her hair was wet there were darker blue strands throughout it, and she decided next time she dyed it it would be purposefully done like that. It was then that her phone started vibrating. Grabbing it off the dresser, she read the little reminder as she began down the fire escape again. Sean! She'd almost forgotten about him, and she'd promised to meet him outside. The school was only about five minutes away, she'd be fine.

As soon as she stepped onto the school ground her eyes went to the crowd, searching for her friend. And as soon as she found him she started moving towards him, hoping that none of other pack was nearby. When she got close enough she started skipping, coming up behind him and throwing her arms around his shoulders. "I'm here! Did you miss me?" Moving around his side, she kept one arm slung around his shoulders, even though he was so much taller than her.

"Obviously, who wouldn't miss me?" Boo teased, still hanging onto her friend. In a way he was like an older brother too her, and in another way she'd always had a crush on him. So it was more like a... best friends older brother forbidden territory thing. Yeah, that made a lot of sense, sure. Keep telling yourself that, Boo. With an innocent smile, she plucked the book from his hands and, careful to keep his page, tucked it behind her back so he couldn't get it. "My turn to monopolize your attention, the book can have you later." Again giving an innocent look, this time also batting her eyelashes for good measure.

His previous question caused her to pause. How had she been? Well, for starters she'd been sleeping on a bus for almost two weeks now. That's always fun. Actually it's rather cold, but at least she has her hoodie and a pillow. Oh, and she'd finally made enough money to buy that iPhone, so she could listen to music too. Though it was always awkward when people actually got on the bus and saw you laid out on a seat. This could be her chance to tell Sean, maybe even ask him what he would think of her staying at his house. Butterflies filled her stomach at the thought, and she gently bit her lip, a nervous habit. "Well," come on Boo, you can do it! "I've been okay. You?"

And that's why you are the omega, coward.

Hunter woke up that morning with a raging headache. Though he was only too eager to deal with it, because it was the reminder of last night. His brother and him had hosted a party, and everyone was there. Or at least, anyone who was important to Hunter. His brother had monopolized the Rock Band most the night, but no one really seemed to mind. The huge house was trashed though, and as he made his way downstairs in only his boxers, maids were already cleaning. Good morning Mister O'Neal. He turned to see the butler coming towards him. Or well, he wasn't really a butler. Sometimes he opened the door or got them drinks or something, but he was mostly just a paid playmate for Hunter. After all, the man was barely twenty five and loved video games as much as he did.

"Mornin' Alex!" Hunter replied, voice still drowsy. His head began throbbing again and he gently placed a hand against it, eyes pleading with Alex. Apparently the man knew what to do because he scurried off and returned with two Tylenol's and a Gatorade not even two minutes later. "I love you man, really." Swallowing the pills and then downing the drink, the boy ran back upstairs to shower and get dressed for school.

About a half hour later his brother and him pulled into the school parking lot. They'd taken his brothers car, a 'hunter' green Jeep. Hunter was dressed in dark grey jeans and a white polo shirt, which he had to think looked quite nice on him. Not wasting time lingering around with the other early students, especially since his head was still pounding, he went straight for the school doors. Unfortunately, there was even more children inside. With a loud sigh he moved over to the wall and leaned against it, content with people watching.

Kailey barely had time to shut the door before her brother drove away. "Jerk." The girl muttered, pushing her brown hair behind her ears before turning towards the school. A few people were staring at the girl, whispers arose and she knew they were all about her. Who was this new girl? Why was she coming here in the middle of the year? With a sigh, she carefully made her way through the vicious pack of high school students and looked around for anyone else in her pack. She'd only met them all a week ago, when she was first bitten. And she was still terrified of them, but was trying to deal with it.

Spotting Travis, she carefully made her way over and stood next to the boy. Unable to say anything, she just stared down at her hands.

Cadence remained seated against the oak tree, her lips pursed in question as her fingers dragged across the paper. She had finished the remaining strokes and lines of her wolf, before she dropped the booklet to the ground and tilted her head back. She needed to relax. She was already stressed with some issues at home, life, and her animalist being. Something, though she wasn't sure what, just didn't feel right with her.

She was so sick and tired of nightmares, it was the worst of her worries. Perhaps she should skip? She wasn't all that too sure, not yet anyway. Cade stood from the oak tree and slung her bag over a shoulder, grabbed her book and noted Hunter against the wall. She walked up the steps to the school and inclined her chin to above his head.

"There's a spider on your shoulder." She said simply, her eyes watched his. It was true, in fact, the spider was just landing.

Even more hesitant than before, Kailey moved over and sat next to the Alpha. "Traumatic past experience with smoke..." As if that was a good excuse for being terrified of the cigarette. When she was younger her mother smoked a lot, and one day she fell asleep with a cigarette. The house burnt down, four-year old Kailey barely making it out, her mother dying in the fire. At that point she was sent to live with her rich father, who said barely ever said more than two words to her. Instead left her with a bunch of maids, who one by one learned she didn't want them doing everything for her. Her brother was the more spoiled one, or well, step-brother. Though her father was no longer married, and he hardly came around anymore. "What class do you have first period?"

"Spider?!" Hunter jumped, nearly punching himself in the face as he threw his hands at his shoulders and hopped around wildly. Spiders were so not his thing, actually he was quite terrified of them. They were, scary. Obviously. Who likes some little creature crawling around on you? Or getting in your ears at night? Or your mouth? They could crawl around inside of you! Start a colony and then eat you from the inside out. He shivered.

Finally assured that the spider was gone, he turned back to the girl. Cadence, she was part of Travis' pack. Of course everyone knew that the packs never really, interacted. Unless it was a fight or something. But Hunter wasn't one to be rude to someone just because they weren't part of his pack. That would just be cruel, would it not? With a light shrug, and another shiver, he went back to leaning against the wall. "I totally wasn't freaking about about the spider..I mean..I'm just allergic." Liar.

"Yes, you can. But you don't want to. My time." She winked, dangling the book in front of him before hiding it again. It was always so nice to be with Sean, he never tried to make her feel bad or even force her to listen to his problems. Not that she wouldn't listen, but it was like he could always tell when she really...wasn't up to it. And it was rare for her to not be in a good mood, actually she always acted like she was in a good mood. But it was like he saw past that 'good mood' and could tell when she really..when she couldn't deal with it. And no matter what she was thinking, or how much she was hurting. He could cheer her up, and she loved him so much for that. In a brotherly way of course, it would be too awkward for her to love him in a real way. Well, of course she loved him in a 'real' way. But in a real way... like a relationship way. Of course. Again, she wasn't even making sense to herself. And that was just crazy, even for her.

Shakespeare, how did he read that? It was all 'art thou' and 'thee blah blah' and stuff. It never made sense, but then again, she'd rather a man tell her that she was 'as lovely as a rose' or something than calling her babe and telling her she was hot. Babe, is a demeaning word. She had a name, and she would like it to be used. And hot? Really? Did she look like she was sweating or something? It just, upset her. Maybe it was stupid, but she still didn't like it. "He is mean to me! You really should try sticking up for me sometime." The girl nodded as she accused him of not watched out of her, but she knew he usually did. "But how could he be jealous?" She rolled her eyes, bumping her shoulder against his. Her weekend? Well aside from meeting kids in alleyways and trying to avoid being beaten up, oh and sleeping on a bus, yeah it was great. "Naw, not really. I just..did the usual." She wished he would ask, even silently begged him to ask, but she knew he probably wouldn't. What could he really ask? Did you sleep on a bus this weekend? No, where would he even get that from? Though she was pretty sure he knew she was sleeping in the school before... "What about you?"

"Allergic?" She asked, smirking softly after his performance. She couldn't help but laugh. It was funny, how he freaked out, punched himself, just because a spider was sitting on his shoulder. She watched the insect fall from his form, hurriedly crawled away into the crack in the wall. Her eyes settled on his for a moment and she shook her head. "Sure. Whatever you say." She answered simply. She kept a firm hold on her book and sighed. She really didn't want to go to class.

"Do you know of an awesome place to get coffee?" Cade asked.

Bars meant drinking, and partying, and probably drugs too. "Um, well I'd like to come... but I don't think I can really get into a bar." Biting her lip, she shrugged faintly and looked away from him. "And I guess that really isn't my... idea of fun." Her idea of fun was probably sitting at home and playing video games, or writing, or reading. Not getting drunk and drinking and being an idiot. But she did still want to see him play, so perhaps she would go on another day. It was really doubtful she could get into a bar anyways, she may have been seventeen, but looked about fifteen or sixteen. Which meant she definitely was not getting into a bar anytime soon. Not to mention she wasn't really looking forward to the blue moon, so she would probably stay up that night and worry her head off about having to shift into that terrible animal again. Oh what fun this would be. Maybe she would just skip on Friday.

"I'm serious! I mean, totally allergic. Like, I'll die." Yeah, of embarrassment because you're terrified of a little spider. It wasn't his fault though, insects freaked him out. Little six... eight... whatever legged creature all crawling around and stuff. It gave him goosebumps, in a bad way. It was just, gross. His brother had a spider once, woke up with the freaking thing crawling on his cheek. Scariest thing ever, he screamed and it almost went in his mouth, since then he hasn't been able to go to sleep with his mouth open. Meaning when he was sick, he barely slept.

Cadence spoke of getting coffee next, and he was grateful for the change in subject. With a grin, he nodded. "Yupp, it called Starbucks." He made a slight 'o' with his mouth before laughing. Everyone knew what Starbucks was, he just wanted to be a bit of an ass. "Why? Want to skip?"

"Thinking about it." Cade answered. She really didn't want to go to school. There was too many people on campus as it was. Her eyes however looked behind her, counting mentally just how much students roamed the campus. Her eyes settled on a few others and for a moment, she seemed lost. oh hell, she needed to get out of there. Her eyes looked back at the boy and shrugged. "I think a coffee sounds good right about now. It's not like the schools going to miss me. If anything, they'll just have one less distracted student for a day." She answered honestly.

Cadence seemed like ditching would be the best option right about now. The wolf inside her was just scratching to be released but she refused to let it. She wanted to eat...lately she's been wanting to eat a lot. Instead of satisfying that hunger, she resulted in just drinking liquids and some peices of jerky.

"Wanna go?"
