I just wanted to make sure a few things were clear. First and foremost, I'm the head honcho in town. If you got any quarrels with people outside of Cerbat, best leave `em at the county line strangers. I'm not one for talking, so you can bet your backside if you start or bring any trouble, I'll be actin` before I'm askin`.

Supposing you're a fine, clean cut citizen, should any problems arise just let me or the deputies know. I don't like problems, and i deal with them accordingly.

Last on the list, don't mess with me or my town. We're quiet folk, kind, gentle. I don't need to remind you people what I've been through. I will not hesitate to snuff out your lights faster than a honey bee's wings can flap.

Keep that in minds strangers, y'all have a nice stay.
