The tiny nation of Fox Island has a low income and is mostly undeveloped with dirt roads, tiny shacks and mostly agriculture. The people are poor but happy. But they desire to see the nation become bigger, wealthier and most powerful. To achieve that, the nation needs to develop technologically and annex its smaller neighbors, either through diplomacy or means of war. Fox Island tends to be the more belligerent nation in the region, yet their version of "evil" tends to be more light hearted.

Fox Island: The largest and most populous island in the Rainbow Archipelago. The area of the island is big enough to take two and a half days from one to the other end by foot. The highest mountain is high enough to see the entire island from its summit. Most of the island is forest with some fields. The most dangerous animal on the island is either the fox or the red panda. The total population is possibly 1,500 with the largest settlement having a population of 200. There are twenty other nation islands in the archipelago that are smaller and less populous. Most of them only have population in three digit numbers.

Main settlements: Centralia, pop. 200, is at the center of the island. Dirt roads and tiny cabins and shacks, surrounded by fields. Port Tiny, pop. 110, the northern port, mostly fishermen, currently awaiting inventors and tourists to help the island develop. Port Fluff, pop. 95, the southern port, mostly fishermen and seaweed farmers. Fox Bluff, pop. 80, center east, mostly sugar cane crops, has an old narrow gauge railway to Centralia then Port Fluff.

Inhabitants: Most people on Fox Island are rather young or seem to physically not age past 30. Aside from humans, animal-human hybrids live on the island.
