”I like what I like. If I wore something else I wouldn’t be me.”
When dressed casually, Rosa generally wears ankle boots with laces, faded skinny jeans and old, baggy jumpers or shirts. When dressed up though, she’ll wear anything with a feel and generally a fun dress that’s short enough t keep it interesting. For makeup she never leaves the house with her overkill of foundation, mascara and eyeliner. Accessory wise, Rosa will wear anything and everything, mismatched, clashing and all. Somehow on her is just works though. Everything looks she put together though will have some sort of red through it. Red’s her color.
Scars | Tattoos | Etc:
”Tell you a secret. I talk shit about the birds being significant, but I don’t even remember getting it done. I got it done the first time I ever smoked pot a few years back.”
Rosa doesn’t have any scars but she has two tattoos and a large collection of piercings. She has one small tattoo of two birds in flight on her right shoulder blade and another on her right foot of climbing Ivy, it winds up her foot to just above her ankle. Her piercings include, a nose ring and a lip piercing, the rest of them though are scattered across both her ears. She had a belly piercing for a while but she soon got bored of it so she took the piercing out and let it close over.
Overall Appearance:
”To think, there was a period there where I though dying my hair platinum blonde was a good idea.”
Rosa has a natural tan complexion, though during winter it can get quite light. She has natural boring, mousey brown hair, so it wasn’t hard to never look back after dying it black. She is not freakishly tall but definitely among the taller girls her age, though she has a curvy, athletic figure, from her years playing soccer. Rosa is finished off with dark blue eyes, that unless you see them in the light look black.

Personality.
Habits:
”I can admit them and that’s more than most. Honestly though, I couldn’t care less, we can’t all be perfect.”
Wearing far too much makeup, breaking the school’s curfew and judging people by their first impression

Boredom
Detentions
Curfews
Hangovers
Favourite Subject/Why:
”I just get art, it makes sense. Plus the teacher is pretty laid back, at least until it comes time to hand in assignments...”
Art, Rosa loves art as she has a knack for it and she particularly enjoys photography assignments. She also she’s beauty in things other can’t and so she’d actually get good grades for art if she ever bothered to finish an assignment. She is also slightly partial to PE as she a natural sportsman.
Least Favourite Subject/Why:
”I feel like somebody in the past created Maths and English as medieval torture weapons.”
Maths and English, she doesn’t understand maths and hates prescribed texts in English. She also doesn’t see why they allocate so many periods for such boring classes.
Hobbies:
”Not many, but to be expected. I don’t even really do what’s required.”
Playing Soccer, taking photos and sneaking out past lights out.
Overall Personality:
”Before you ask, I’m not a bully. More an accessory to bullying. I just think if people don’t stand up for themselves they deserve everything they get.”
Rosa honestly couldn’t care less about anything. She always acts without ever once thinking about it or the repercussions it causes. She also spends every Friday, Saturday night out partying and stay out much later than the school curfew. On almost every occasion she ends up having to climb through a window to get to her room. She’ll also go out on a weekday as well if there is anything interesting going down. While Rosa can be hard to get to know because she doesn’t give a damn about getting to know you or wanting to be your friend. She is also really simple to know; she honestly cares as little as she looks to. She has a ton of friends, acquaintances who she’ll talk to if they are their. Honestly though she’d never make the effort to catch up with them outside of school, she just doesn’t care all that much about them. Of course she has her radically smaller group of close friends that she does care about a little. While you wouldn’t really describe Rosa as popular, most people know of her and not to mess with her. She was more, friend of populars, not that she couldn’t be popular herself, she just didn’t care to. She was to busy ditching and not doing her homework to care much about the social hierarchy at school. Rosa also doesn’t care what people think of her and so she has no problem letting people know what she thinks about them and if they are annoying her. She also doesn’t care about how harshly she says it either.

Background.
Friends:
”Yeah, this won’t take long,”
TBA
Best Friends:
”Only the best; there’s now way I would let myself settle for less.
TBA
Relationship Status:
”Don’t worry about me though, I’m more than happy window shopping for now. That and my periods spent single don’t usually last all that long.”
Single.
Family:
“Dad’s all I need, and vice versa.”
Rosa lives with her father, Ryan, when she isn’t at school. She hasn’t seen her mother, Rachel, since she was five and while she knows she has a half sister a few months older than her, they have never met before.
Enemies:
”I don’t consider anyone my enemy as I don’t care enough to hate anyone back.”
None
Overall History:
”Not much to say. My mother didn’t want me and you know what? I don’t want her either.”
Rosa was born from a drunken accident between her mother, a Vegas showgirl and her, then married, father. Her mother not wanting the hassle of raising a child was already to send her off for adoption. Rosa was taken in by her, now divorced, father though. So that was how she lived out her childhood, her and her father against the world. Until of course she left for Fresh Mountain High, out of her own choice, wanting some room away from home.

Rosa shoved her notebook in her locker and made her way to the canteen. So far school hadn’t managed to put her in a shitty mood, which borderline impressive. Though this probably had to do with the fact she had ditched her two first classes; maths and english, choosing sleep over her two least favorite class. She had shown up just in time for PE, being well rested of course. Though when she decided to sleep in she hadn’t realized that everyone would be finding out their dorms today. Also that she’d miss hassling the new freshmen in morning. Back to the main point though, she wasn’t to worried about not knowing who she was rooming up with. She’d just ask around, someone would know.

Arriving in the canteen, Rosa got herself a chicken and lettuce roll before choosing where she’d sit. She nodded and gave a blunt hello to Darcy as she passed both her and Cara sitting together, moving to the outskirts of the Canteen. She didn’t care all that much for Cara, and well, she wasn’t all buddy, buddy with Darcy. She saw the populars, jocks and whatnot, sitting together, she could have easily joined them. She didn’t though, she was friends with a lot of them, but there was a reason she wasn’t a part of their clique. Besides the two people she knew the best in that clique were Mike and Dehlilah, but that seemed to be a having a couple moment. That and she wasn’t nearly self-conscious enough to worry about how people would look at her if she sat alone.

She ended up choosing a seat at an empty bench, where her back was facing the way and see could watch everything going on. Unwrapping her lunch, she ripped off a bit and popped it into her mouth. She watched everything going on in the canteen, waiting for something exciting to happen and hoping that lunch didn’t pass too quickly.

Jay was lounging on a couple of steps he had stumbled , quite a distance away from the canteen and the business that usually surrounded lunch. The sun that was shining down on him had made him lazy, he was pulled from his daydreams by his phone in his back pocket though. He briefly looked at the text he had received from Lacey, his best friend, before somehow managing to pull himself up off the steps. He didn’t bother replying though, he’d just go see her in person. Walking into the canteen, it didn’t take him long to find her, she was the one sitting at an empty table, writing in a notebook with earphones in.

Walking towards her though he passed Cara and Darcy. “Hey you two,” He said to them as a friendly greeting, before giving a friendly wink to Cara. He and her were fairly good friends, who hanged out from time to time. Not to mention she was gorgeous, hey, he was a guy, he couldn’t help but notice. Looking across the table he saw, a girl that he presumed was a freshman. Freshmen weren’t exceeding hard to pick out. As a general rule of thumb, they were people Jay had never seen before, which was obvious because he knew almost everybody. Not that he a busy body, or was friends with everybody, he was just a friendly and open guy. They also generally looked uncomfortable and out of place. This is normally where Jay would have made a friendly introduction but the girl was hunched over her game-boy. She also looked to be concentrating on what she was doing and he didn’t want to distract her. Giving Cara and Darcy one last smile he continued walking towards Lacey, he trusted the two girls to be friendly enough with the freshman.

As he approached Lacey’s table, Jay opened the packet of chips he was holding and put them down on the table in front of her. “Sorry, It’s not gourmet, it’s all a had and I can’t be stuffed getting up and getting anything else.” Jay said grinning at his best friend. He had seen her in the midst of writing a poem on her notepad, but he didn’t try to read it over her shoulder, if she wanted him to read it, she’d say so. “So, how’s school treating you so far?” He asked as he reached for one of those folded type chips from the packet he had laid on the table. “Snag a good roommate?”

Jay had gotten Mike, the soccer dude. Jay didn’t mind all that much about who he got roomed with though, he had the ability of getting along with just about anybody. Even though it seemed like he was that odd number student who got roomed with someone from another year level. Him and Mike hadn’t talked much lately but it wasn’t like he was pining for conversation with the boy. Besides, Mike was always much better conversation away from his jock friends anyway. He looked over at Lacey though thinking of the girls in her level that she might have gotten roomed with. Now Jay doesn’t claim to understand the ways of girls, in any way shape or form. He did figure though that he knew Lacey well enough to assume she wouldn’t have of been bothered that much by who she was roomed with.

Dehlilah watched Mike and his friends throw food like little kids and lightly chuckled. The cheerleaders quickly fired back though. She decided to stay out of it because 1. she didn't eat lunch and 2. she was wearing a sheer top. She smiled as she ducked behind Mike. Not that that lasted long which was expected because the boys always came before her and she was used to it.

And just as she ducked behind him the girls dumped juice on the boys, and her. She gasped as the cold juice hit her.
"What the hell?!" She screamed, not caring if the whole cafeteria heard her. She watched mike keep laughing and throwing food and her annoyance hit the roof. He just laughed and ignored it . Her top was soaked and her bra was totally showing through now.

Mike stopped, still unaware of the damage done and joked around about her clothes and how they should run. All the jocks stopped suddenly, now that they realized how much damage they did. One of the boys, Keith, walked up to her and said "Oh gracious captain take pity on my soul and forgive me for what I have done." Then he kissed her hand and Mike started laughing. Dehlilah just glared at him and rolled her eyes. She almost forgot about her shirt until one of the girls gasped loudly "Oh My Gawd your shirt is see through."
Dehlilah blushed brightly and covered her chest. It wasn;t that she was ashamed, I mean she was very well endowed but it was embarrassing nonetheless. She suddenly realized everyone's eyes on her and blushed even brighter as she spotted familiar faces.

Rosa gave up on the canteen in less than two minutes; it was crowded, noisy and full of pretentious dick heads who seriously needed get over themselves. So she was hanging out with the burnouts behind one of the older buildings, cigarette hanging out of her mouth when the bell rang. Sighing she dropped her cigarette on to the ground, extinguishing it with her heel before looking up and the rest of the group. Of course none of them even looked like they were going to start moving to class anytime soon.

"Leaving so soon Rosa?" One of them called out like the bell hadn't just gone, Rosa just smiled though, they were called the burnouts for a reason. "Yeah, I wanna start the year on a good note," replied before turning her back on them and heading towards where he locker was located. Just before she was out of earshot she heard on of the juniors yell out about her missing the first two class. She turned around, jokingly giving him the finger before continuing in the direction of her locker.

She grabbed her generic notebook that she used for every class before heading to Business. She never took anything more than a notebook to her classes, which usually landed her in trouble, but she couldn't be stuffed. Plus, she usually always lost her books anyway, not like how she lost her homework, like actually lost. Arriving at class she saw about half the class had already taken their seats but she paid them no mind, heading straight to the back of the classroom. Hopefully up the back she would be able to avoid questions and getting in trouble for sleeping and not paying attention.

As she approached the back she couldn't help noticing Demi looking at Lacey like you would a fly in your drink, before fixing up her stuff like an OCD freak. Not that Rosa felt bad for Lacey, if she couldn't stand up for herself Rosa wasn't going to be jumping up and down to do it for her. The way Demie walked around like she was untouchable and the big bad wolf just seriously pissed Rosa off. She wouldn't go as far as to say she hated Demi though because that would be sad, Demi wasn't even worth her time. Though of course if she was there Rosa wasn't just going to throw away the opportunity. "Time of the month much Demi," Rosa said sarcastically, fake smiling at the girl before sitting herself down in the seat directly in front of Demi, propping her feet up on the desk.

"Time of the month much Demi," A familiar voice disturbed Demi's thoughts as Rosa took the seat in front of her. She quickly wrinkled her nose and took her VS Bombshell perfume from her bag and started spraying in the air as if she was using Lysol.

"Augghhh! Now I know where that smell came from," She placed the cap back on her perfume bottle and tried to act like she was hyperventilating from a sickening smell. "Do you ever take showers- Rosalynd?" A group of cheerleaders (Dehlilah's drones) laughed at her remark but she quickly turned her head at them and gave them a glare. She then sighed and returned her gaze back at the front of the classroom, just in time to see s. Toban, their Business teacher, arriving with a thick stack of handouts and her purse. "Go on Rosa, turn around and face the teacher and pay very good attention. That way you'd stop flunking the classes that really mattered," She gave Rosa an equally fake smile as her face slowly turned blank.

"Ms. Collins, is there a problem?" Mrs. Toban asked, as Demi realized that her best friend is still no where to be found. Where the heck are you Dee?

So to buy her best friend the time to sneak in the classroom without being handed a tardy slip, Demi decided to keep their teacher occupied, "Oh nothing Ms. T, just trying to know my classmates for this semester." She gave the woman her best smile and continued, "So how was your summer Ms. T? I do have a little something for you by the way." She then pulled out a small white box wrapped with a golden ribbon, she stood up and walked towards the teacher and handed Ms. Toban the small box. "Daddy and Mom, wanted me to give you this. They said it was a small gift for being the best Business teacher here at FMH."

Dee, you better get your ass in here. Demi silently thought as she kept her best smile intact. The lady opened the box to find a gorgeous mineral bracelet, her eyes were the sign that she did like the "little" present. "It's supposed to relieve you of stress. Go on try it," Demi continued to be chummy with the professor, making little glances at the door for her best frien.

~ Darcy Smith ~
14:06 - Business Classroom

Darcy almost groaned aloud as she spotted Demi walking down the corridor, looking as smug as ever. She rolled her eyes when she spotted Darcy, as if Darcy were just a piece of dirt. Demi made her way to the business classroom, but not without forcefully bumping into Darcy's shoulder, making her stumble forward and drop all the books she hadn't bothered to fit into her bag.

"Ooppss... Sorry," Demi said in a sickly sweet voice, smiling smugly as Darcy bent down to pick up her books. She glared at Demetria's back as the girl entered the classroom, quickly throwing her books in a messy pile in her arms.

The bell rang, signalling that class was starting, and Darcy quickly hurried inside. She managed to sit down, unfortunately at the seat right behind Demi, before Miss Toban walked in.

"Time of the month much Demi," a familiar voice spoke up, sarcasm dripping from her voice. Darcy smiled to herself. Add that to the list of reasons why she liked Rosa: She wasn't afraid to stand up to Demi.

Demi replied by complaining about the smell, or something like that, as Darcy had lost interest now that it wasn't Demi being insulted. Maybe a little mean, but Darcy didn't really care. Demi was a bitch, full stop.

Demi then walked up to the front of the class and presented Miss Toban with a gift, though Darcy wasn't bothered to see what it was. She picked at the white crackle nail varnish on her thumb, waiting for class to start, or rather class to end.

Destery Knight

It had been a long morning for Destery, since he'd registered late. His father signed all the papers, and said his goodbyes. So his senior year would be in a new place. A place he knew no one, and no one knew him. It was a weird reason why he moved, he was sick of the town on top of the fact that the people were as boring as the town. That's not to say that Destery himself was exciting, I guess that was really a matter of opinion. Nevertheless, this new boarding school promised something new and adventurous, and something he was always up for, was indeed adventure.

After getting his schedule, he found his way to his classroom. The bells had already rung, so he sauntered in a bit late. The teacher stopped what she was doing, and he handed her a note. He glanced around the class dully, and rubbed his jaw. His rough stubble brushed against his hand. There was an empty seat towards the back, which he guessed would be his.

"You must be the new student." She said, catching his attention again. "Everyone, this is Destery." she introduced him. He lifted his hand a bit as a little wave, and went and took his seat. He sat beside a dark haired girl, behind her sat a bright red haired girl, and in front of them sat another dark haired girl. He glanced at each of them, and opened up his notebook.

"Yeah, you know, I play from time to time, I gues" Jay replied sarcastically, smiling widely, it wasn't exactly a secret around school that he pretty much was always playing his guitar. "Really? I could teach you the basics sometime if you wanted?" Jay replied, he'd never actually taught anyone else to play before though. In fact he didn't even remember learning to play himself, as far as he was concerned he had been playing for as far back as he could remember. Playing guitar was probably one of the only things his mother had been able to pass onto him before she had passed away. It was always great to find someone who had the same, or potentially the same interest in playing guitar as he had.

Looking up Jay realized he had let time get away from him and the people in the corridor had thinned out dramatically. "And now I've made you late. Sorry, I'd better let you go." Jay said with a smile and a wave before he walked off further down the corridor towards his locker. After he stopping off at his locker, Jay rocked up to gym roughly ten minutes late. It didn't matter all that much though; the teacher hadn't seen him so he just melded into the group of seniors, unseen. He pulled out his phone to text Cara.

To: Cara
From: Jay
Hey, were you serious about the guitar thing?

He finished texting her quickly, slipping his phone back into his pocket. Looking up at the equipment Coach Sanders had set up in gym, he tried to guess what sport they would be doing today seeming as he had missed the instructions part of the lesson. It looked like it was going to be dodgeball. Fun. Truthfully it wasn't that bad of a sport, it's just that Jay wasn't exactly an agressive person. he couldn't just throw a ball at someone, aiming to hurt them.

Rosalynd Sorbie
Rosa just looked disbelievingly at Demi as she was sprayed, more like hosed down, with some sort of perfume. Seriously had no one notified Demi that she had graduated from junior high. She was even more shocked to see some dumb ass blondes laugh at Demi's antics. Demi really needed to learn how to insult someone though, first off, Rosa has absolutely no problem being called Rosalynd, it's just that Rosa is less of a mouthful, so that didn't really upset her. Second of all, Rosa was failing by choice and laziness, and she was ashamed or behind the scenes about it either. It was no secret to anybody that she pretty much ditched more classes than she showed up for. When she did show up though, it was hardly like she payed attention. Demi needed a dictionary quick because insults were meant to insult their target and Demi's didn't even make her blink.

"Great, now I really do smell like teen spirit," Rosa mumbled under her breath as she turned back to the front deciding to not even bother with Demi. It wasn't worth throwing away her sanity. She couldn't even have that though as it wasn't long before her vision was taken up by Demi again. Rosa laughed under her breath though, she really didn't need to bother with Demi, she'd did it just fine all by herself. Buying a teacher a present? God, was Demi created in some 1990's stereotypical high school movie? There were kiss asses, and then there were Demi, she was like in a league of her own.

Rosa began drawing black roses over the back of her notebook not paying much attention to what was going on. She noted that some new kid with a weird name was getting introduced, but she just ignored it, she didn't care. When Demi introduced herself to the new kid though, Rosa couldn't hold her tongue, Demi was just asking for it. "Just a tip to the new guy from a girl that's been here far too long, I'd avoid her, she's completely nuts. Rosa said to the new kid, nodding over to Demi, as she leaned back to talk to him. When she had finished what she had to say she turned back to the front, completely ignoring Demi's presence.

Lacey

Lacey was sitting in the corner and the devil herself came in and took a seat. She would have said some rude comment as usual, but Rosalynd beat her too it. She snickered because all of Rosalynd's comments were hilarious. Demi seemed a little out of it because Dehlilah wasn't here which was fine with her. She took out her headphones and slipped her phone into her pocket. She opened her writer's notebook and she opened the business textbook. She was of course going to write in this class because she writes in just about every class.

She as she was thinking about something to write a new guy walked in and the teacher introduced him as Destery, which was a very unique name. She nodded in approval since she wasn't a people person that actually meant something. Demi of course made her move on the guy and she laughed a bit. Rosalynd told her to steer clear of her which reminded Lacey, why she talked to Rosalynd. She looked over at the Destery. "Since we are introducing ourselves to people, I'm Lacey. Welcome to this uh- who am I kidding, how did you end up in this hell hole?" She smiled at her comment.

Even though she made some friends here she didn't actually like the school. She'd rather go to a regular school and be able to see her parents everyday. And besides there isn't an escape when you are in this place. That reminds me, I need to go and find out who my roomies are. She was at least happy that she almost had her best friend to herself, but he was a friendly person and likes to talk to people. Speaking of best friends.

To: Jay
From: Lacey
I hate Business and Demi is here and I feel like I am going to die. Save me from boredom.

~ Darcy Smith ~
14:10 - Business Classroom

The teacher started saying something, and Darcy glanced up to hear the end of her sentence. "-is Destery," Ms. Toban finished, gesturing toards the boy who had just entered the classroom. His brunette hair hung in curls around his deep blue eyes. Darcy's eyes widened slightly, before blushing and quickly looking down at her arm, where she was doodling.

The boy with a weird name - what was it, Dexter? Something like that - sat down next to Demi, and Darcy almost felt a pang of sympathy towards him.
"Hi, I'm Demi Collins. Since you are new, I wouldn't mind showing you around," Demi said to the weird named yet extremely attractive boy. Seemed like Demi agreed with Darcy.

"Just a tip to the new guy from a girl that's been here far too long, I'd avoid her, she's completely nuts," Rosa butted in. Darcy tried to stop herself from bursting into laughter, but just managed to make some sort of whispery noise. She felt her eyes unwillingly tear up, and quickly wiped them away.

"Since we are introducing ourselves to people, I'm Lacey. Welcome to this uh- who am I kidding, how did you end up in this hell hole?" Lacey added. Darcy smiled at her, blushing lightly.

"And I'm Darcy. It seems like you've managed to get a class with the most insane people in the school," Darcy added in, joking. "And there's Dehlilah, too. She's not here right now, though." My roommate," she thought grimly to herself. She shot a glance over to Demi as she said this. "Apart from me, obviously. I'm not insane - well, not completely anyway." She grinned at the weird named boy.

Destrey Knight

Destery realized after he'd taken his seat that he wouldn't be completely ignored or lonely his first day. He found himself surrounded by girls, not that he was complaining, they were all pretty attractive.

"Hi, I'm Demi Collins. Since you are new, I wouldn't mind showing you around," the girl next to him said. She seemed confident, and somewhat friendly. HE couldn't tell whether she was actually kind or if she had other motives.

"Just a tip to the new guy from a girl that's been here far too long, I'd avoid her, she's completely nuts," the one in front of her turned around and said. He was amused by this, and this girl also seemed pretty outgoing.. Or bold that is. He raised an eyebrow at her comment, it was kind of funny but he couldn't honestly know if she was serious or not. He'd only caught a glimpse of her dark blue eyes before she turned around again.

He smirked, answering Demi. "I think I'll figure it out. Thanks though." he continued to look at her, "And I'm Destery.." he knew his name was odd from the looks given to him, "My parents were pretty weird." he said jokingly.

"Since we are introducing ourselves to people, I'm Lacey. Welcome to this uh- who am I kidding, how did you end up in this hell hole?" Another girl said. Her brown hair fell just around her shoulders, and she seemed nice enough as well. He smiled at that, even laughed a bit.

"Haha, well anywhere is more exciting than where I was." he replied to her. He almost didn't notice the girl who spoke up next, but when he did he couldn't help but stare.

Her hair was red, but a paler almost rose red, and it fell neatly just past her shoulder. "And I'm Darcy. It seems like you've managed to get a class with the most insane people in the school, and there's Dehlilah, too. She's not here right now, though."

He nodded, "At least they're not introverts.. I think it would've been a bit awkward." he said. They all seemed friendly, but he didn't know what to think of any of them yet really.

Lacey

Lacey smiled at Destery. She wasn't used to being so nice to people, but now was a good time to try it out. "So, after all the classes are over you should hang out with me and my best friend. It will be fun." She was referring to Jay. Just as she said that her phone buzzed and she took it out. It was Jay responding to her earlier message.

To: Jay
From: Lacey
I will try. But I did meet a new guy. And the terminator isn't that bad, he always let's me skip out so I can write. But it could just be me. :P

She sent the message and slid her phone back into her pocket. She turned towards the front and started reading her textbook. She read about two paragraphs and she got bored and closed it. She pulled out her creativity notebook which was decorated just to her liking. She opened the book and started scribbling words. Until she came up with this.

Reality
Suffering through smiles
Laughing through pain
Crying through happiness
Smiling through sorrow
Fake people
Fake Lives

She was in love with it and decided to write another.

Love
blinding lights
broken hearts
painful tears
happy laughter
strong kisses
lovely hearts

She wasn't paying attention to anything the teacher was saying because she was having too much fun writing the poems in the book.

Dehlilah laughed and leaned on Mike. She knew Demi might be mad but Demi would get over it. She turned and yelled "Sorry Demi," she said wrapping her arm around mikes wside.

She turned and teasingly pulled mike to a corner that had big windows that were deep enough and wide enough so lay down in. once they got close to the classroom. "So what do you think about my outfit?" she asked as she laid down in one of the windows. She winked at him and said "C'mere I don't bite,"

When mike came over she kissed him lightly. Then as time went by the kiss became more passionate. She broke the kiss as her phone buzzed, much to Mike's annoyance. "It's Demi, we gotta get to class," she said lacing her hands in his and walking into class. She noticed a new kid surrounded by girls. She walked over to him and smiled "Hey, I'm Dehlilah and this is my boyfriend Mike," She said still leaning closely on Mike. Since Mike had a habit of being jelous.

She noticed Skyanna and smiled at her and waved. "She's pretty, I think we should invite her to hang out with us." She said to Demi. Then she greeted all of her friends. She gave Rosa a quick hug and smiled "How the hell are you Chica" She said as she returned back to Mike's side.

Lacey

Lacey was still writing and she was having fun doing it. She completely forgot that she was even in the classroom. Until Mike and Dehlilah walked in. She sighed and wished that Jay was here. He usually made her happy when she was surrounded by people she didn't like. She could have just grabbed her book and walk out, but she could never do that. As she was thinking about him her phone buzzed. She pulled out and saw that Jay answered her text.

To: Jay
From: Lacey
YOU GOT TO CUT CLASS!! Please come and get me! Give the teacher some BS excuse just come and get me the hell out of here.

She sent the message and put her phone back into her pocket. She didn't think that Jay would do that because he cared more about Lacey's education than Lacey. She went back to her notebook and blocked out the business teacher again. She started writing and doodling just wanting the class to be over. She had the textbook open so that it would look like she was still working. She was to indulged in her write to work on any class.

Dehlilah started talking to Rosa, and she completely ignored them. She had an issue with the jocks and popular people, she didn't know why its just she went by not caring about all them and they ignore her so it works out in the end. She looked back at her notebook and was humming the lyrics to Fences by Paramore.

Mike

Mike and Dehliah walked down the hall until she pulled him to a window sill that was big enough to lay down on. She went and laid down on it. "I love your outfit." She told him to come over and that she doesn't bit and he chuckled. "But I do." He went over there and they made out and it got really passionate really fast. It was interrupted by Dehlilah's phone and it was Demi. He let out a huge disappointing sigh. "She always ruins things." He said playfully. They got off the sill and walked over to the class. They saw Skyanna and she was really pretty, but he kept his mouth shut.

They got in the class and a new guy was there and Dehliah was already introducing them. She was leaning on him and she wrapped his arm around her signaling that she was taken of course. She then broke away to give Rosa a hug and he sat down away from Demi and Dehilah followed. He opened his textbook and actually did some of the work. If he wanted to be on the soccer team he had to keep up his grades. He did some of the work, but of course he wasn't actually paying attention.

Demi instantly rolled her eyes at Rosalynd, Who does she think she is anyway?

Just then her best friend shrieked at something but she was totally clueless as to what was happening, she was about to tap Dee's shoulder to ask when the bell rang. Signalling the end of the class. Everyone else scurried and carried their things and went straight for the exit as she looked at Dehlilah and Mike. Sometimes she wonders if her best friend notices that she is spending less and less time with her since she got back with Mike again.

She picked up her stuff, trying to hide the disappointment in her face, and walked towards her next class. It wasn't like she didn't want Dee to have her happy ending but sometimes she misses her best friend and they way they hang out before. It was also one of the many reasons why she doesn't get along with a lot of people- call her selfish but she just wants someone to take her seriously.

Demi knew she shouldn't take Rosalynd's remarks about her but it made her think twice about things, a lot of the people who talk to her or befriend her are just doing it because they wanted to up the same pedestal and not out of real friendship. She then realized that she was headed to her art class, not her favorite since she couldn't see the purpose in having it.

"Augghh!" She softly groaned to herself, "Not again." But she knew she had to go to her next class. She roamed her gaze among the throng of students passing by and walking towards their classes as she went towards her next class.

Rosalynd Sorbie
Rosa returned Dehlilah's quick hug, happy to see the girl, as unlike Dehlilah's best friends Demi, she knew how to have fun. "I'm in Business, I think that a fairly good description. I'd ask you the same, but I'm pretty sure I already know," Rosa said raising her eye brows insinuatingly at Mike. It wasn't hard to see why Dehlilah had been late. She had an very attractive boyfriend though, so no judgement from Rosa, everyone had all been there before. Rosa tuned out again though when Dehlilah went off to go sit somewhere with Mike.

The bell finally rang after what seemed like eternity and Rosa was out the door in a flash not even waiting to be dismissed. She wasn't too oblivious to catch Demi giving a forlorn look over to where her best friend was with Mike. Seriously, the girl looked like a kicked dog, it was pathetic. Rosa didn't say anything sarcastic like she wanted to though, rather she just grinned and kept walking. She would store that little piece of information in her memory banks though incase Demi ever got to big for her breeches. Next class was art, her favorite class, she could only hope that the teacher let her take pictures around the school though.

"Darce," Rosa said in way of greeting as her and Darcy passed through the door to art at about the same time. Moving past Darcy she went to one of the desks up the back, throwing her notebook down and swinging her feet up onto the desk. She pulled out a piece of gum and started picking off her nail polish. It was dark purple, which she had decided after putting it on that it was not her color, and was in serious need of a touch up. Sighing Rosa looked up and realized that she may of just broken a personal record by actually being early to class.

Lacey

So much happened in Business, but Lacey was too busy writibg to notice anything. Her phone buzzed and she pulled it out. It wad Jay. He tokd her that he wasn't coming to get her. Which was perfect. She was about to reply when the bell rang. She grabbed all her stuff and practically ran out of the room. She dreaded that class, but it was better than Math. She loathed math.

She went to her locket and put her textbook away. She closed the locker and then walked to art so that she could reply to Jay text. She got there and Rosa wad early and picking at her nails.

Her and Rosa weren't the best of friends, but they did talk and hung out sometimes. She took a seat next to her, placed her notebook on rhe table and looked at Rosa. "Why are you early? That's weird for you." I said in a slight laugh. Before I forgot I pulled out my phone.

To:Jay
From: Lacey

Emmy noticed how nervous and jumpy the girl was, she remembered being like that at her old school, but not here. Emmy was relaxed and felt good at this school and wanted others to feel comfortable here also.

Hearing the girl stutter as she first said something, Emmy just smiled to her but looked ahead. “H..Hi….Y-yeah, I'm new. I'm Remy"

“Are names rhyme! That’s awesome. It is nice to meet you Remy” she said in an enthusiastic voice, trying to get Remy to be more comfortable around her. She noticed Remy reach in her pocket getting out her timetable and then answered her “Yeah…Are you in my class”. Emmy nodded her head “Awesome you’re a junior, I am too, all juniors have the same class schedule. If you want, I can show to each class today. I know how it is to be new, I was new sophomore year.”

As they got to the art room she peaked through the window to see who was in there “Awesome, Rosa’s there, lets go in shall we?”. Before Remy could answer Emmy was taking Remy’s hand, opening the door and walking in with Remy behind her.

“Guess whose back! she said to everyone then looked to Mister Beirne. Mr. Beirne this is Remy, she is new and in this class” she said then without waiting to hear what the teacher said she was going to the back where Rosa and Lacey where sitting and took a seat on the other side of Rosa and patted the seat next to her for Remy.

“Come sit Remy, this is Rosa and Lacey. Girls this is Remy, she is new, so be nice” she said while taking off her backpack and putting it on the floor and grabbing a notepad and pencil. Putting the notepad and pencil on the desk, she looked to Rosa “Girl I have missed you, I got here late because I decided not to pack till today. How have you been?” she asked as she opened her notebook and wrote something down then passed the note to Rosa, giving her a little grin. Her handwriting was sometimes hard to read especially when she was writing fast, which this time she was. The note said:

Any parties happening anytime soon?

"Yeah, that'd be great!" Remy replied, her smile widening. She was growing a bit more used to Emmy's outgoing attitude and realized that Emmy was surprisingly easy to talk to.

Her smile quickly disappeared though, nervousness filling it's place as they neared the classroom. She could already imagine everyone watching 'the new kid'. She was about to stop and take a deep breath before entering but Emmy was pulling her through the door before she could resist.

She could instantly feel everyone's eyes on her, prickling her skin like needles. Emmy quickly introduced her to the teacher and Remy gave him a polite and respectful nod. She didn't get to see his reaction though as Emmy was already pulling her towards a nearby desk. She could see two other girl's there and judging by Emmy's enthusiastic expression she guess they were her friends.

She patted the chair next to her and Remy bit her lip, deciding wheither to intrude upon Emmy and her friends or not. "He-Hello. It's nice to meet you Rosa and Lacey" Remy said, nervously jumping from foot to foot.

"A-are you sure I can sit there?" She said, pointing towards the chair next to Emmy. "I-I would want to intrude upon you and your friends..." She added, giving each of them a smile.

She wanted to sit next to Emmy, who could very well become her very first friend, but didn't want to seem rude.

Rosalynd Sorbie
Lacey took the seat next to Rosa, causing her to stop picking at her nail polish and smile at the girl. Her and Lacey weren't crazy close or anything but she was always good company. "I know right, it's like the moons all aligned," Rosa said sarcastically smiling at Lacey, making hand motions to represent the moons aligning.

"Here comes trouble," Rosa called out as Ems made her presence known. That girl could make an entrance that's for sure, her arrival brought a grin to Rosa's face. Ems, full name was Emmalynn and most people called her Emmy, but for Rosa Ems seemed to just stick. She was dragging along a redhead behind her though and Rosa had stop herself from letting out a groan. Ems always had to stick up for the shy ones, or the ones who didn't stand up for themselves. Rosa honestly didn't get it, but she let Em do what she wanted, just so long as she didn't expect Rosa to act the same.

Ems introduced the shy new girl as Remy, and the girl managed to get a nervous greeting. Rosa didn't say anything though, she gave Remy a once over, taking in her nervousness and bad fashion choices. Sighing Rosa gave the girl a small sarcastic wave before turning to Ems, raising her eyebrows and giving her friend a 'seriously' look. "Of course you were late Ems, did you bother to think about what I've been going through with you not being here and all," Rosa said sarcastically rolling her eyes. "I've been alright, usual shit, Demi thinking she own the world and whatnot. You? Did your mum give you shit about being better behaved this year?" It was no secret to the whole school that Rosa and Ems had many more than their fair share of trips to the principals office.

Ems then passed her a note giving her a small grin, Rosa was pretty sure she knew what to expect though. Of course, other messily scrawled handwriting, cause well, Ems didn't have the neatest handwriting. Rosa had learned to adapt though and so she was pretty good at reading Ems writing. Smiling Rosa wrote a quick reply on the back of Ems note before passing it back to her.

I heard there's one on tonight off campus. I also heard it's not going be much of a party though, so I wan't going to go.

Remy could see one of the girls give her a sarcastic wave but she wasn't put off by it, used to such reactions from others. "Ok..." Remy said, a little unnerved by who she guessed was Lacey's comment.

She hesitantly took a seat next to Emmy, her hand once again going to stroke Einstein's fur. She digested Lacey's question, mulling it over in her head. She debated whether to lie or not but realised that she was horrible at lying, leaving her with only one choice.

"Err..M-my Dad found me really drunk one time..." She said truthfully, her father's disappointed expression flashing through her head. "Sent me here as punishment" She continued, shrugging.

She didn't really think it was a fair punishment seeing as all she did was have a few drinks but would never say that to her father's face. Taking a deep breath, she realized that this was the most she had ever said to anyone but her family in a day.

"How about you?" She asked, suddenly curious as to what had caused Lacey to come here.

Lacey

Lacey smiled when Remy said she was sent here because she got drunk. "Sounds like it was a wild night." She joked with her. She thought aboth the answer to Remy's question to her. "I have no idea actually. My parents said it would be good for me." Lacey shrugged since her family always believed they were doing something that was suppose to be good for her. Her phone buzzed and she pulled it out. She read the text from Jay and almost jumped out of her seat.

To:Jay
From: Lacey
It sounds like you planned a date with Cara! But about my idea. I stole some food from the canteen so that we could have a pinic in the stars so I don't have to see my room mate right away. Unless you'd skip out to hang with Cara. What are you gonna do with her anyway?

Lacey sent the message and slipped her phone into her pocket. She loiked back at Remy. "Sorry. Texting my best friend." She leaned back in the chair and crossef her arms. "Are you good at art?" Lacey wasn't, but she liked watching others.

Rosalynd Sorbie
Rosa looked up at the new girl, listening in on her and Lacey's conversation, Remy was explaining why she had been sent the Fresh Mountain. The last thing Rosa had expected to come of the girls mouth was that she had been caught drinking though, the girl looked as if she had never even been to a party. Either Rosa was still reeling from her big night last night or she had seriously misjudged Remy. Of course the redhead still needed a shit load more confidence and couldn't dressed for shit, but maybe Rosa could bare to hang out with her occasionally if that was what Ems seriously wanted. "That's totally harsh dude, your Dad's needs to chill and trust you a bit more," Rosa commented dryly, looking at Remy almost sympathetically. Not that she was really all that sympathetic, Remy clearly had never talked back to her father and to Rosa there was never an excuse for not telling people how you feel.

It sounded like the relationship Rosa had with her father was completely different than what Remy and her father had though. Then again that was to be expected. Rosa and her father were more like friends, she knew more than enough about his rebellious years to hold it against him for the rest of his life. According to him, she could do what she wanted to anyway though, apparently he trusted her. That and he knew she'd do it anyway, even without his consent. He knew her too well. She remembered the first time he had caught her drunk sneaking in after curfew through the old rickety window. He was so pleased with himself, they had both known that she was continually sneaking in late but he could never catch her. It was more a game then a serious issue, the worst thing she had to deal with the next day was his bragging rather than any real discipline.

"For you maybe, I'm changing my stripes this year, Rosa said, turning back to Ems, a grin on her face. Both of them knew this wasn't true, Rosa said this every year and the results were yet to be seen. Reading the note Ems had passed her, Rosa raised her eyebrows before smiling and mouthing 'definitely,' it was exactly what she needed, besides she didn't feel like going out and getting dressed up tonight. Though Ems had to go and invite Remy, there was no way she'd fit into the kind of fun Ems was talking about. Rosa quickly changed her annoyed expression though, this would be the perfect chance to see just what kind of stuff this Remy was made of.

Rosa face turned sour as Ems brought up Demi, seriously Rosa didn't even understand why people were afraid of Demi. Her personality stank and she walked around like she owned the place but she was like a handbag dog, her bark was a thousand times worse than her bite. In fact Rosa was beginning to think she didn't even have bite. "I wouldn't worry too much about her, she's an whiney A-class bitch who thinks she's top dog, but if you have any self respect and the ability to stand up for yourself she's just another wannabe." Rosa bluntly, though she did mentally acknowledge that the girl in front of her most likely didn't have any of those attributes and would most likely get eaten alive. When and if the happened though Rosa wouldn't care, if people didn't respect themselves why should they expect Rosa respect them.

"No...My art looks like a bomb has just exploded!" Remy replied to Lacey's question, her eyes widening slightly as she thought back to the painting she had tried to do last year. It had supposed to be of a simple tree but it had turned out to look more like a messed up green porcupine thing. Apparently the teacher had thought the same thing and gave her a B-, adding a note saying 'Love this abstract interpretation of a porcupine!'. "You?" She asked.

Remy turned her attention over to Emmy as she spoke, considering her question. She really did want to party tonight, the first day of school had really strung her out and she could use some fun. Besides, it might be a good time to bond with the three girls better. Especially Rosa, seeing as Remy didn't think she liked her very much and she hoped she could change that. She just hated being disliked.

"Sure, I'm up for it" She nodded, her eyes glancing to Rosa to check if she was angry about her going or not. If she was, she was doing a very well job of hiding it. That, or Remy was just really bad at reading expressions. Most probably the latter.

"Who's Demi?" Remy asked curiously, glancing over her shoulder as though Demi might be standing right behind her. Rosa answered her question and Remy listened intently. Once she was done, Remy gulped and felt a shiver run down the length of her spine. She had absolutely none of those traits! 'Yep. I'm defiantly dead meat.' She thought to herself nervously, a plan to avoid Demi at all costs already forming in her head.

Lacey

Lacey laughed when Remy said her art looked like a bomb exploded on the page. Lacey didn't have any art skills, but she didn't ever dod anything in art class. "I am pretty good at stick figures." She smiled at her own joke. That is all she is good at. Then her phone buzzed.

Jay told her that he was gonna cancel whatever he was going to do with Cara so he could hang out with Lacey. Just then Emmy wanted to know if they could all go partying. Lacey wasn't really much of a partier. "If you guys asked me 2mins ago I would have gone."

To:Jay
From:Lacey
Because I am such a wonderful person and Cara obviously wants a piece of you, invite her to hang out with us.

She sent the message and slipped the phone back into her pocket. Then her friends got into the topic of Demi. She usually tries to avoid that conversation. "Yea, Rosa pretty much said everything you need to know about Demi." She leaned back into her chair until the two front legs came off the ground.
