Bio: Yumi's mother died during childbirth, so she never got to meet her even though, she's seen her mom in photographs and sometimes in her dreams. Yumi's dad formed a gang when Yumi was 3, so that he could get 'easy money'. Even if Yumi was in a bad environment as a child, she grew up to be nothing like her father. She's sweet and kind and always thinks about others, but Yumi's dad didn't like that. He didn't want her to be like her deceased mother, he wanted Yumi to be rough, so she wouldn't remind him of her so much. Yumi's father taught her to fight, but not once did he look her in the eye. He'd always avoid eye contact or any contact with Yumi at all, just because she reminded him so much of her father. Yumi grew up with barely any friends and nobody to talk to, but she has always had this big goofy smile on her face. The first time she was kidnapped, she hated it. She was kidnapped by their enemy gang, and she felt so worthless and useless, even if she was only 7 at the time. When that gang found out she was the daughter of a gang leader, they spread the word and everyone has been coming after her since then, making outrageous deals with her father, or else they would kill her. Her father of course went through with the deals, no matter how much he disliked his daughter. She was still his daughter. Her dad arranged a marriage for her, in order to form an alliance with a very strong gang and she's just been trying to stay away from the whole gang life and her father, and has been focusing on school since then.
Other:
-Nobody knows that her dad is a gang leader, or that she is in a gang.
-She has scars all over her body from kidnapping and torture.
-She stays in a very expensive apartment by herself, being payed for by her father.
Character Thoughts On Others:
Izumi Mayaru - "He's been in almost all of my classes in high school since we've started. He seems very nice, and I'd love to be his friend!"
Rei Tabara - "He- Er, I mean she- seems like a good person! Maybe we can get to know eachother better!"
Jayson Goldworthy - She seems very sad and troubled... Maybe we could be friends!
Okami Newl - He's so quiet. I hope someday he'll open up a bit, and then we can be friends!
Jon Sinclair - His eyes are soooo cool! I think it's funny that his OCD works like that. It's okay though, everyone is different. We should definitely talk more!
Oishi Walker - Hehe! I don't know him that well, but he sure is funny! One time, I seen him fall asleep on a bench. I tried waking him up, but he just wouldn't get up! And his eyes are so pretty!
Nori Hirayama - I feel bad for her, being in her condition and all. It must be terrible. Maybe some ice cream will cheer her up! That totally just gave me an idea. We should go to an ice cream shop together!
Amai Koi Zetsumei - She smiles a lot! Like me! Even if she is kind of mean sometimes... And something about her reminds me somewhat of myself...
Joshura David Mac Sweeney - Everyone thinks he's weird. I think he just needs a friend! Hehe!
Ren Matsuo - People call him 'creepy' for smiling, but I think it's wonderful that he smiles so much! I'd really love it if we could become friends! He's so nice and is a really good writer.
Takashi Kimura - Everytime I try getting close to him, he seems frightened. I wonder if it's something I did... I really want to make it right, either way!
Cossette d'Auvergne - She so beautiful!~ Sometimes she reminds me of a doll.. It's different, but I think it's cool how she can see... Y'know. The deceased. Nobody believes her, but I'll take her word for it.
Ms. Lee - I hope I grow up to become as beautiful as she is!
Mr. King - I don't think he liked me very much last year...

So begins...

Yumi woke up, still pretty much half asleep. Hmm? It's 6:45... Yumi yawned and buried her head into the pillow. Stop stalling and just get up... Yumi scolded herself and planted both hands beside her, and pushed herself up out of bed. She head towards the bathroom wearing her bunny pajamas, (which made her look like a young child) and looked at herself in the mirror. Yumi gasped and slapped her hands down on the sink, moving in closer to the mirror and widening her eyes. "I look like death!" Yumi made sure she hopped in the shower, as fast as she could so she would wipe the tired look off of her face. When she got out, and looked at herself in the mirror again, she smiled. "At least I don't look like I'm about to drop dead anymore..." Yumi giggled silently to herself and sighed. Time to get ready! Yumi brushed her teeth, and made herself some breakfast. It was just toast with butter, nothing special. She got her school uniform on and packed her school bag. On her way out the door, she grabbed the toast, her cellphone and the keys, locking her door as soon as she got out. She checked her watch quickly, and it read 7:28 exactly. Yumi shrugged and skipped towards the elevator doors. She pressed the button and waited for a few minutes. She lived on the top floor, and it would get busy at this time once in a while. When it finally came, she skipped inside the elevator, finding it empty. Yumi pressed the button with an 'M' on it, meaning 'Main floor'. She found herself giggling every time the elevator went down, no matter how old she got or how much she was used to it. It was still very amusing to her.

Yumi took the last bite of her toast, before shoving it in her mouth. She smiled and waved at people who walked by, even if they stared at her then just looked away. Yumi just considered them 'shy'. She seen a dark figure in her direction and then checked over her shoulder, then seen another one. "Oh no..!" They quickly came after her, and she ducked down onto the ground, holding her hands over her head and shutting her eyes tightly. When she got up and reopened her eyes, she had only caused a scene, and was just seeing this. Yumi blushed and grabbed her school bag, running away from the crowd. I can't believe I did that again! I keep seeing them, even if they aren't really there... Yumi tried brushing it off, but she couldn't forget about it, so she just put on another smile, and walked through the school gates. Most of the kids at school, stayed away from Yumi. One time, a student seen her scars by accident and told many people. Now everyone thinks she's some kind of 'self-harming-freak' as they would say. She tries not letting it get to her. After all, some students could find the good in her at Yamui High, and that is all that mattered to her. She checked her watch one more time, realizing that it was 7:40. So she just collapsed down onto the bench and sighed. Today seems like it will be a beautiful day. She thought to herself, smiling at the sky.

Yumi yawned and was felt her eyelids getting heavy. She blinked a few times and slapped her cheeks with both hands, causing some people to look. She nervously laughed and scratched the back of her head then sighed. The students just looked away, not caring. Yumi watched as that weak girl with the condition came in to school. She attempted a wave, but then some girls started picking on her. Yumi stood up and grabbed her school bag she marched over there, just in time to see her getting shoved on the ground.

The drug addict wants to fight back? Well she cant, because she's so weak from all those drugs.

Yumi stared at the girl, seeming quite angry. She watched them beginning to throw her journal around and sighed. "I'm sorry to interrupt..." Yumi said catching their attention. She smiled and said, "Are you five years old? When I was in elementary school, the girls took my favorite book. It was a book about a fairy of some sort. Anyways, the would do the exact same thing you're doing right now." Yumi smiled even wider. "Don't you think your behavior is a little bit.. Childish?" Yumi didn't like being rude like this to people, so she smiled to make it seem okay, even though she knew it wasn't. But she also knew it wasn't okay for them to tease Nori like that. So, she couldn't just sit around and watch. Yumi completely ignored their comment about doing 'drugs'. She didn't like drugs. She hated the idea of it.

Jon made it to school and found an odd sight he found the smiling girl Yumi with the new girl Nori and just from what he saw he could tell that Akio had something that didn't belong to her. Jon swore to himself he couldn't leave the sight alone Yumi was to nice to deal with girls like Akio and Jon guessed something was wrong with Nori. So on his impulse he walked forward to the group of girls catching Akio off guard he took the stolen book from her and held on to it for now. Akio was going to say something but Jon looked at her and said "I heard today in physical education the girls will be pole vaulting." Jon gave her and the other friends of Akio the same look that made them shiver. Jon chuckled darkly "It would be miss fortunate if anything happened to you girls right? Now run along and hope today brings you good fortune." Akio and her friends were pale when they left. A smarter person would have known he wasn't serious but he does have a reputation that started because of a rumor that he did kill someone which of course was false. After the girls left he heard them speaking "God that Jon is such a freak I mean look at his eyes so lame." Jon looked down to his feet and then looking at the book he gave it to Nori he then just left the two girls. Jon walked into the building and made his way into his classroom once there he sat down and waited for class to begin. Jon looked at his desk thinking today is going to suck a big one I can feel it.

Izumi Mayaru

While he listened to his music, Izumi heard a loud commotion in the front of the school, or at least, what seemed to be loud to him. Talking always bothered him a bit, especially when he listened to music, despite it not being aloud during school hours and on the school campus, but no teacher even dared to walk up to him anyways, so it's not as if he had very much to worry about. Still, that talking caught his attention over everything else as he paused the music and crawled to the edge of the wall and peered over, kind of walking around a bit.

Obviously, he ignored the stares and glares he got from other students, but he was just curious. And once someone's curious, it's a bit hard to stop them from snooping around, so he couldn't help himself, 'Ah... it's that smiling kid... And then that one who always stands out with the pink hair... And... it's that school president...'

Izumi recalled seeing them walking around the school before, or just around, not to sound like stalker. He always kept an eye out anyways, so it's only likely that he kind of knew everyone in the school by name and saw them around. Because he knew no one really, it only gave him extra time to do extra things that were unnecessary, or what some people probably thought to be strange, but it didn't bother him so much.

With a sigh, and after finding out who seemed to have caught his interest, he sat back onto the wall, and put an earphone into his ear. He spotted a teacher walk by, and begin to approach him, probably to tell him to put his phone away, but after noticing who he was, she immediately turned pale and only walked away with her head down. It was only expected. Who would approach him anyways?

Rei Tabara - Izumi Mayaru

While Rei began to walk to her school, along the way, she saw a girl who seemed to have gotten bullied. An immediate frown appeared on her face. Bullying just disgusted her, and it was the one thing she hated most, out of everything she could have ever, and probably will ever hate. It was just stupid to her, and showed the flaws in a person without them even realizing it.

She opened her mouth, about to probably tell them off and try to keep her cool in the process until she noticed someone else had already spoken before her, which surprised her a bit. She saw that the girl had black hair and unusual purple eyes, "I swear I saw her around the school grounds before... She's that one girl who smiled constantly I think?" She told herself while watching her get the bullies away from the other girl.

'Well... its nice to see someone handle things once and a while.' Rei smiled a bit at the thought before continuing walking, seeing how the other girl seemed to have been taking care of the problem quite finely. She entered through the school gates about a minute later, and looked around for her cousin.

Rei noticed that her cousin was pretty much hiding from the crowd, watching from afar, but not choosing to get involved. He always did that, and although she wasn't the type of person to get frustrated, it was one of the few things that did. As the person as she was, she decided, why not create a scene.

"Goooooood morning my dear cousin!" Rei shouted at the top of her lungs, sounding still a bit masculine as she did have a deepish voice, but it was, very, very, very LOUD. A few students turned their heads, others sighed while she walked over to him and put an arm around him like they were brothers (in the eyes of other people since she was cross dressing), "And how has your day been so far, Izumi!" She shouted again.

Izumi cringed a bit from how loud his cousin was being, and noticed he was catching attention, he backed up a bit and said, "Fine... I guess? But can you settle down? You're going to get in trouble with a teacher." He said, raising the volume of his music and shrinking a bit out of sight, "Besides," He whispered, his eyes darting from person to person, "I'm not exactly the most liked person in the school..."

Nori Hirayama

Aiko began to saunter towards Yumi in an intimidating way, readying her words to insult. Nori had to admit, she was rather surprised at Yumi's appearance, somehow both thankful yet nervous that Aiko would now find Yumi as a new target. It was never her intention to get anyone involved in Aiko's stupid games, but she was surprised that anyone would.

Occasionally she saw Yumi Nakamura around, a surprisingly nice girl whom Nori admired but also felt intimidated by; mostly because Yumi was always so cheerful and she felt as though she may ruin Yumi's good mood if Nori were to talk to her. She wasn't a particularly miserable girl by any means, but Nori believed herself as dull as anything.

Just when Aiko began to spit out some cruel word, another came up beside the girls. The name escaped Nori, but she remembered that he was one that got teased a number of times himself, a boy with OCD. He snatched Nori's journal from Aiko and while the cruel girl was stunned, gave a very scary and seemingly threatening word to the bullies. Nori couldn't exactly blame Aiko, she was stunned herself. Two people had come to her rescue?

Aiko and her friends rushed off hurriedly, gossiping to themselves as they left. Nori didn't catch what they said but looking at the boy it seemed to wound him. Just as she was about to say her thanks, he gave the book to Nori and left quite suddenly, not saying another word.
"Uh..um..." she was trying to remember his name, but it was too late. He had already gone.
She decided that she would try to find him later and thank him, she couldn't possibly leave today without commending him of his welcomed rescue. Not only him but the pretty girl beside her too.

Nori quickly turned to Yumi in case she decided to lift off and leave her as well, "Thank you!" she almost shouted, still shocked by the recent events.
Clearing her throat, she continued, "Ah, I mean...thank you, a lot. You didn't have to get yourself involved, what if she starts picking on you now? Oh I'm sorry about that."

Yumi kept her smile planted right on her face, even when those bullies approached her. They look like they're about to eat me... She started feeling a little intimidated, until a taller boy came and snatched the journal right from Aiko's hand. Yumi was a bit shocked when he started throwing all those threats at her, but somewhat thankful. Those girls said mean things about Jon as they walked away. It hurt Yumi to see them act so harshly, for no specific reason. "Well, thank you--" But just as she was about to thank Jon for his brave actions, he left. She was about to reach out and grab his sleeve, but decided not to. I don't want to be a bother... Besides, he looks upset.

Thank you!

Yumi spun around by her sudden loud words, and smiled. When she realized that Nori corrected her loudness, she just smiled brighter and laughed. "It's okay. People talk about me all the time anyways. I'm used to it!" Yumi heard a scream and looked inside the school. "Come on, let's go see what happened!" Yumi motioned for Nori to follow her before running into the school.

Yumi seen the president walk down that stairs as she ran up. She walked down the hallway and stopped for a second. Hmm, wait a second... What if that screaming was her? Yumi scratched her head. But she looks fine... Yumi was quite confused and just looked out of an open window, resting her head in her hands, accidentally forgetting about Nori. I wonder what happened...

Joshua David Mac Sweeney

Josh stood there with wide eyes, fully expectant to have his name tarnished before him and his student reputation torn to shreds by the girl he knew as "Zetsumei" or "Death". However the impact he had braced for never truly came and after she had, quite impressively, hauled his stunned figure from the floor she spoke with dignity, understanding and maybe even... bashfulness? How odd...

"Please be sure to watch where you're walking. You can easily injure someone like that, though I guess it was my fault for standing here..." She was accepting blame? This went against the character he had perceived her to be... had he made some early misconceptions? In fact the more he thought about it... he had never actually SPOKE to President Zetsumei... he had just fabricated an opinion of her from sheer rumor and observation. "..." He opened his mouth to say something but found himself at a loss for words and so, with crossed arms and a hand stroking his chin, he tried to think of a decent response.

"...Please be careful next time, you might get hurt!" She continued with a bow. Joshua, now lost in thought as to his own, had not properly heard her words and barely even noticed her walk off. For a few more moments he stood there, thinking about the things he could have learned from this possibly revealing situation.

"No... no, this was my fault for rushing I should have... ehm... oh my." It took Josh a few moments to comprehend that she had left and he was addressing nothing but thin air.

He looked around cautiously before catching the attention of a girl who had been staring at his strange behavior. Upon meeting her gaze, she blushed before pointing down the hallway in the direction of Amai's departure. With a swift nod of thanks, Josh proceeded onwards.

Following Amai's trail and drifting towards the stairs, his trench coast slowly wafting behind him like an illusion, Josh stopped short as he spotted someone by a closed window. "N... Nakamura-san..." He murmured the name quietly, so as to avoid her hearing. Josh had never actually talked to Yumi Nakamura directly... heck he had never really talked to ANY other student directly if he could avoid it. He was just sort of like that... Still, he knew Nakamura was, or at least appeared to be, a very nice person and for reasons even he could not explain he felt awkward around her. Well... more awkward than normal. Usually he would have kept his head down, however, quite obviously, today was a day for confrontations... besides he had lost track of Amai, so he had the perfect excuse to actually start a conversation.

"P... pardon me, Miss Nakamura correct?" He spoke with the respect and understanding he showed all those who he spoke to.

"I apologise for interrupting your stream of thought, I know I wouldn't appreciate such an action if I were the one interrupted. However I am looking for President Zetsumei... however I seem to have lost track of her..." He was dragging out his sentences, he realised, so with a very slight redness is his cheeks he spoke again.

"I don't suppose you came to see her just now? f so did you see where she was heading?" Josh finished with the calmest expression he could muster.

Yumi's thoughts were politely interrupted by a voice. She turned to see who it was while putting her hair behind her ear. "It's okay. I just heard some screaming earlier and I was trying to place together some puzzle pieces in my head." She chuckled lightly to herself and placed her hands behind her back, holding them together. "I actually seen Zetsumei-san a few moments ago." She spun around and pointed at down the hall. "She actually went that 'a' way!" Yumi smiled at Joshua. "Y'know, we should go look for her together. Let's go!" Yumi smiled brightly at him again and pressed her hands together. "Oh! By the way, I've seen you around before..." Yumi placed a thoughtful finger on her chin. His name? It's not a Japanese name, I know that for a fact... I can't believe I forgot his name! BAH! Yumi smacked herself on the forehead and turned to Joshua. "I am so sorry!" Yumi clapped her hands together and bowed down. "...But I forgot your name!" Yumi felt so bad... And now her forehead really hurt.

Josh winced slightly at Nakamura's mention of the scream. However his wince was quickly replaced by an expression of surprise at her next few words.

For a moment he just stared at Nakamura... utterly stunned by her friendly and personal response to an almost complete stranger such as himself. *She wants to... search together?* He thought silently to himself, his stunned expression turning to one of confusion. He placed his hand gently on his chin, in almost perfect unison to the way she had while she considered his name. He had never really done anything like she had been suggesting, he wasn't a loner persay, he hated loners, you could say he had simply never cared enough for other people to bother with social interaction. He was about to kindly decline and say as much as he thought when Nakamura spoke once again.

"I am so sorry!" He was both snapped out of his thoughts and interrupted in his speech by Nakamuras sudden, perhaps overly forceful, facepalm and the words that left her mouth in conjunction with it. "...But I forgot your name!"

Joshua was experiencing a new feeling then. Something he could only compare to *Being hit with a tone of bricks.* or *Being forcefully punched in the gut.* He, however, didn't understand why this was the case. People forgot his name all the time due to it's foreign origin. So then why? Why was he so... negatively affected by it? He was probably ill, he decided, so he continued with an introduction without much of a pause.

"Please, there's no need for apologies or the self harm you have just inflicted..." Josh explained, feeling slightly guilty for her facepalm as she seemed to have actually hurt her forehead. He bowed slightly, his coat forming an arc at his feet. "My name is Joshua David Mac Sweeney, however due to the annoying nature of refering to me by the honorific of "Mac Sweeney-san." most people whom I get to know simply refer to me by my full formal first name "Joshua-san.", before moving to something shorter like "Josh-san." as relations progress. Or at least I assume they would do that... nobody has really gotten that far to be honest..." It was the most long winded introduction imaginable... but it was Joshua's and he always used it.

He thought about what he had been about to say earlier... rejecting her offer of help in the search for President Zetsumei...

"Or at least I assume they would do that... nobody has really gotten that far to be honest..."

Josh found himself speaking again before even fully processing the thought.

"Fine then, we shall search together."

Suddenly, without even waiting for a response or even making the slightest indication that he would be doing so, Josh took off in the direction of the hallway and stairwell that Zetsumei had apparently proceeded down. After all, he had an apology still to make and he honor bound to make it. It was just in his nature to do so.

Assuming Nakamura to be following him, he spoke to her as he made his way down the stairs.

"You said she went this way Miss Nakamura... correct?"

Yumi wondered why Joshua looked so confused when she asked to search for the President with him. After seeing the expression on his face when she told him she forgot his name, she felt really bad. Oh no! I'm such an idiot! How could I be so rude?! Yumi was about to facepalm once more, but then he told her there was no need to get upset, or self-harm herself. Hm. I didn't realize how bad that hurt my forehead until he said that. Yumi giggled to herself, over her stupidity. Yes, she is kind of an airhead.

Yumi looked over at Joshua with a surprised look on her face. "You... Want me to call you by your first name?" Yumi's eyes widened in surprise. She dropped the look of surprise on her face, and smiled brightly. "We must be best friends already!" Yumi laughed to herself and looked at Joshua. "Well, then I guess it's okay if you call me Yumi. Right?" Yumi smiled again.

Fine then, we shall search together.

Yumi pumped her fist. "Let's find us a 'Prez'!" But then she realized he'd already kept moving on and she caught up, feeling like an idiot. Yumi began walking down the stairs as well. "Yup! She went down here!"

Josh blushed horribly at her words.

"You... Want me to call you by your first name?"

Though he himself hadn't really talked about it, yes, that was what he had done. It didn't seem TOO strange to him as he had spent alot of his life in Ireland, a country where first names were commonplace. Feeling awkward about his previous statement, he was about to correct himself when Nakamura spoke once again.

"We must be best friends already!" She laughed lightly. "Well, then I guess it's okay if you call me Yumi. Right?"

Her bright and cheerful demeanor brought little by little of Josh's more childish and informal side and he laughed in response. "Hai, I suppose I don't see much wrong with that, Yumi-san." He smiled and pumped his fist lightly as she did so.

"Yup! She went down here!"

Josh nodded. "Alright, she can't have gotten very far I should think." He continued before walking further down the stairs and then hallway beneath.

***

After a few more moments of searching, Josh found himself outside the student council room, Yumi, assumingly, still with him. He was about to push open the door when he turned to her. "Surely she must be in here if she is nowhere else... I thank you for your kind assistance in this matter Yumi and if you wish it, I would suggest you head to class, I believe we may be starting soon and there really is no reason for the both of us to be late." He smiled awkwardly. "Plus I'm not really one hundred percent sure if I'm technically ALLOWED to just barge in here, so it's probably in your best interests to let me take this punishment alone..."

Josh turned and pushed through the door, giving Yumi a final warm smile as he did so.

He had expected a very intimidating site behind that door. Perhaps some form of evil fortress. But alas, no such fun, it was the simple room that one might expect every student council to have. As he took a few steps he noticed another girl brush passed him, he thought she was a member of the council or something similar and so let her go on her way. Still if she WAS something like that she didn't do much to reprimand his presence in the student council room, obviously in a rushfor class, she had given him nothing but an annoyed glare.

Gulping slightly, Josh proceeded into the room to finally locate the girl he had been searching for, the authorative Miss President Zetsumei... however the position he found her in was far less than... threatening pose. She was leaning back in an extremely comfy looking chair, an arm stretched over her face and a yawn escaping her lips.

"I need some coffffeeeeeeeee...."

Standing there, shocked for a few moments, contemplating what to say in an awkward silence, the words Josh settles on were far less than perfect.

"Umm... excuse me... sorry to... interrupt you?"

Yumi Nakamura

Yumi half waved goodbye to her 'new best friend' and walked away, exhaling. Yumi didn't like being alone, especially when there are so many people around she could be socializing with. She looked around and seen many students. They would just look at her, then look away. She knew what they all said about her. She just kept that big goofy smile she always had planted perfectly across her face, and kept walking. People always thought there was something wrong with her because of her eyes. She claimed that she was full Japanese, yet her violet eyes screamed otherwise. It was a foolish thing to start rumors about, but the students are just heartless, and have no actual idea what she goes through everyday, pretending to be happy all the time. Yumi sighed to herself. I have some time left before class starts... Maybe I should go sit outside for a few minutes... Yumi looked at the ground. But there are more people outside.

Yumi looked back up, not wearing her normal smile. Just an ordinary expression. Like mentioned before, Yumi tried being with as much people as she could. She walked towards the window, and slid it open. She relaxed her elbows on the windowsill, and let her face collapse into her hands, as the wind began blowing in her face, and through her hair. I wonder how my dad is doing... Yumi let the wind hit her face and blow through her hair, in a gentle way. I wonder if he ever thinks about me...

Nori Hirayama

Nori watched as the black haired girl ran off in the direction of the scream. Stunned for a moment, she didn't move until the journal began to slip through her fingers. She grabbed onto it when realizing and quickly stepped towards her bag, shoving the thing that had caused her a great amount of grief in and slinging the bag over her shoulder, but when she turned around Yumi had already left.
Sighing, Nori couldn't help but feel exhausted all of a sudden. Partly because she hadn't much sleep that night, but also because she wasn't quite sure whether two people helping her actually happened. She knew it did, of course, but for Nori it was a strange occurrence, generally teachers were the ones to break up fights or bullying as kids were too afraid. She didn't blame them though, Nori stayed well away from any conflict as much as she could, not brave enough to face the consequences.

The masses of school kids began to flood towards their classes. Only the ones who weren't so caring or who were deep in conversation lingered a little longer. Nori joined the masses and made her way to the first class of the morning.

As she entered her classroom she noticed a few people had already arrived. In all of her classes her desk was not far from the front (she thought this was because the teachers believed her incapable of walking a few meters) which was both a convenience and inconvenience; for one, it made it hard for her to write and draw in the middle of boring classes, but it also provided her with less social interaction with the cooler kids who always seemed to migrate to the back of the class.

Nori saw a boy named Oishi seemingly sleeping and thought that it was not a bad idea for herself at the moment. Though she wouldn't because of the last time she accidentally fell asleep during class; the teacher thought she had died.
It wasn't an uncommon occurrence for people to over react over her health but Nori grew tired of it, she knew her own capabilities and didn't need anyone bringing the attention onto her; she had enough of it.

Pulling out her journal she began to write whatever came to her mind to pass the time before class started.

It is a monday morning and Ms.Susanna Lee has been sitting at her desk for twenty minutes awaiting for her students to pile into her classroom. Usually they're all here by quarter after eight but today, everyone seemed to be a little late. She could understand, it is monday. She is their homeroom teacher, Ms.Lee teaches seniors. Her fellow co-worker Mr.Ronald King teaches the very few juniors at this school. Mr.King teaches her seniors math and music. Ms.Lee teaches Art, Health, History and Language.
This morning, Ms.Lee decided to start the day off with something calm and relaxing, Art. Mainly because she knew that all of the students have math following her class, proceeding to lunch.
She looks up from her desk and notices a few students already sitting in her classroom. Cossette d'Auvergne and Jonathan Sinclair sitting beside eachother, I love seeing new students making friends, it is so heartwarming. Ms.Susanna Lee smiles to herself. She looks back at the papers on her desk. Alrighty, Let's see who is joining me this morning... Ms.Lee goes through the attendance papers in front of her.

Ren Matsuo | Junior - Mr. Ronald King
Joshua David Mac Sweeney | Senior - Ms. Susanna Lee
Okami Newl | Senior - Ms. Susanna Lee
Johnathan Sinclar | Senior - Ms. Susanna Lee
Cossette d'Auvergne | Senior - Ms. Susanna Lee
Yumi Nakamura | Senior - Ms. Susanna Lee
Takashi Kimura | Senior - Ms. Susanna Lee
Amai Koi Zetsumei | Junior - Mr. Ronald King
Jayson Goldsworthy | Junior - Mr. Ronald King
Nori Hirayama | Senior - Ms. Susanna Lee
Oishi Walker | Junior - Mr. Ronald King
Izumi Mayaru | Senior - Ms. Susanna Lee
Rei Tabara | Senior - Ms. Susanna Lee

Ms. Susanna Lee observed that there weren't many Juniors, More will come along... She thought. She saw Ren in her classroom even though he was a junior, she didn't mind. It was before class and she allows anyone into her classroom if they don't require to be elsewhere. She smiled when she saw Izumi walk in, he politely approached her and bowed to her. Ms. Susanna Lee was certainly delighted by his approach. She smiled at him and Izumi turned to go sit with his cousin Rei and their... what seems to be... Junior friend, Ren. Aw, that's sweet. I love how Izumi and Rei are so welcoming towards Ren. Ms. Susanna Lee smiled once again. She loved how kind her students were. Johnathan Sinclair aswell, she noticed earlier that he took out the trash for her this morning. Ms. Susanna Lee was in a delightful mood. She had also noticed Jayson Goldsworthy sitting in her classroom aswell, she smiled at the sight of the students. Ms. Susanna Lee didn't mind having other students in her classroom before class started, she loves to see new students.
Ms. Susanna Lee heard Amai Koi Zetsumei in the hallway with Joshua David Mac Sweeney talking before class begun. Class would start in aproximately two minutes.
At last she saw Joshua David Mac Sweeney walk into the classroom and sit down. Ms. Susanna Lee slams a book on her desk sending papers flying everywhere. Everyone stops talking and stares directly at her with a little bit of terror. Ms. Susanna Lee knew that she startled everyone, then she started giggling.

"Good morning, students. I am very happy to see you all here today. I am Ms. Susanna Lee, you may call me Ms.Lee or Ms.Susanna. Which ever your prefer. It doesn't bother me any." Ms. Susanna Lee giggles. "Class has not begun yet so I ask for all of the juniors to go to their classroom, I don't want you guys being late, alright? The class bell is going to ring in less than a minute." Ms. Susanna Lee smiles at the class and sits at her desk awaiting the class bell. She counts all of her seniors... 1, 2 ... 3 ... 4, 5 ... The room is silent and there is no sign of Yumi Nakamura or Takashi Kimura... She doesn't see Nori Hirayama or Okami Newl either. Suddenly Takashi Kimura bursts into the room panting as if he ran here. Ms. Susanna Lee had a confused look on her face as the young boy approached her. I'm sorry I am late... says the boy between breaths. Ms. Susanna Lee slightly annoyed, nods her head and motions for him to go sit down.

Finally, the class bell rings...

Yumi was so lost in her thoughts, she didn't even bother looking at her watch. She was just watching the passing clouds and enjoying the wonderful weather.

Ring, ring...

Yumi was snapped out of her thoughts. That was the... Oh no..! Yumi rushed to close the window, but accidentally threw her bag out the window and screamed, "NO!" Students passing by jumped a bit and looked at her. She didn't care right now. Yumi ran down hallways and slid around corners. She jumped down all the stairs and almost landed on someone. "Sorry!" She shouted as she ran down the hall. She ran immediately outside and towards where she threw her bag on accident. Yumi was breathing very heavily, and her throat felt dry from running non stop and breathing in heaps of air at a time. "Where is it..." She finally found it in a bush after moments of searching. "GAH! That was moments too long!" Yumi zoomed back into the school and ran up some stairs, to get to her classroom.

Yumi was nearing her classroom and she was half jogging, half running. When she seen it, her smile returned and it was bright. "There it is!" She sprinted towards the classroom and swung it open, then ran in. Unfortunately, she tripped over her own feet and violently flew into a boy. She slid across the floor, on top of the boy. Yumi got off of his back as soon as she realized what had happened and screeched. "I am so sorry!" Yumi lifted his upper body up by her shoulders and shook him back and forth. "Please don't die! I am so sorry! I'm so stupid!" Yumi heard quiet laughs from students... And then the laughter got hysterical. Yumi felt the pain in her knees from falling, and scraping them on the ground, so she thought that the boys pain was much worse. She was so embarrassed, and felt so stupid as she lowered her head and released his shoulders. Her face turned 3 shades of red as stared at the ground, listening to all the laughter surrounding her.

Ms. Lee nodded her head, a slight irritated look on her face. Takashi blushed and looked around awkwardly. The bell rang.

Alright, I should probably go find somewhere to sit...

He was just about to start walking when-

Crash!

Someone slammed into his back, throwing him on the ground... really, really hard.

"I am so sorry!"

Before he even had time to think about what had just happened, the person automatically got off of Takashi's back and yanked him on his knees. They grabbed his shoulders and started shaking him back and forth.

"Please don't die! I am so sorry! I'm so stupid!"

"D-die? What?" He stuttered. It was at that moment that he had realized the entire class had started laughing at them. Takashi's face went more red than it had been before.

It went even redder when he realized that it was a girl who had just fallen on him.

Takashi let out a little yelp and backed away until his back was to the wall. He started panting again. The class laughed even harder.

Okay, so maybe I will die... Of humiliation!

Takashi slowly got up and walked to a desk in the far right corner, still panting. He sat down and put his head on the desk.

That is something I hope never to experience again.

Riiing, riiiiiing

As Ms.Susanna Lee was settling down into her seat. She pulled something out of her drawer underneath her desk, and as she was about to stand up. A young man by the name of Joshua David Mac Sweeney approached her desk and placed a note infront of her. With a concerned look, Ms.Susanna Lee picked up the note and started to read it as the young man was talking.

"My humblest apologies Miss Lee, but for what I assume will be quite a large segment of this class I have been commissioned by the student council to assist in the setting up of certain pieces of gym equipment in the field. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask that you please allow me to catch up on the work done today on a later occasion. Once again I offer my condolences for the trouble this may cause." said the young man.

Ms.Susanna Lee smiled and looked up at the boy. "Thank you for bringing me this note, Joshua. That is certainly not a problem." she stood up and smiled again. "Don't worry about today's class. I'm sure you're a fast learner.. It shouldn't be a problem. You are excused to do whatever it is that you need. The only thing you need to worry about is Mr.King. He is teacher the math class after mine, if you are going to be absent for his class. Be sure to let him know." Ms.Susanna Lee giggles and motions for him to leave her classroom so she can proceed with her class.
Her eyes follow Joshua David Mac Sweeney as he leaves the room and then turns around to face the class. She sees Takashi trying to find a place to sit and then Yumi Nakamura rockets into the room, tripping over her own feet, right into Takashi.

"Oh my god... Takashi Kimura..."

She slid across the floor, on top of the boy. Yumi got off of his back as soon as she realized what had happened and screeched."I am so sorry!" She stood up and lifted the boy onto his knees and screeched "Please don't die. I am so sorry. I am stupid." she was shaking the boy. Ms.Susanna Lee just froze up in awe. She couldn't believe what she was seeing, her eyes filled with terror as the classroom filled up with laughter. Yumi Nakamura stands up and her face is redder than a cherry. She finds a desk and doesn't look up. Ms.Susanna Lee with a concerned look on her face, walks toward Takashi to help him but, but he is already at his desk with his head in his hands. Everyone was laughing and whispering and everything was all over the place. Ms.Susanna Lee just wanted to cry, How could I let such chaos to enter my classroom? Disgusted, Ms.Susanna Lee sighs in frustration and pulls a ruler out of her knee-high socks and slams it on Okami Newls desk causing him to jerk his head up, he looked at her with angry eyes. She knew that he was annoyed with her but at least she got everyones attention.

"THAT IS ENOUGH! I will NOT have such DISRESPECT in MY classroom. EVER AGAIN! Do you UNDERSTAND? Ms.Susanna Lee slides the ruler back into her tall socks and continues... "That was absolutely horrible. I understand that Miss. Yumi Nakamura has made a mistake and she tripped and fell. But instead of laughing, you should be comforting. I can't believe my eyes! What has happened is an accident. But now it is over, we will move on. I do NOT want to see or hear that again. Disrespectful." Ms.Susanna Lee pulled her hair out of her face and walked back over to her desk. Everyone was silent and she felt the fear that lingered the room. She pulled out the papers for todays art class and handed out the pieces of paper to everyone in the classroom along with a variety of art pencils. Ranging from 8HB to 8B

"Alright class, these are artist pencils. We are going to work with realism today, I will also hand out some examples in a second. Do not drop them, the led is very fragile and once dropped, it will be useless afterwards! So please be careful." Ms.Susanna Lee wrote down how to shade on the chalk board and passed out the examples.
"So either pick a partner or think of something to draw. Draw a portrait of your partner or draw something in a realistic point of view. I will be marking on how you shaded your picture and the texture you use. Now, I don't expect everyone to get it on the first shot so if you need more papers, ask me. You may start over as many times as you wish." Ms.Susanna Lee returns to her desk and looks up to see Takashi and Yumi still looking at the ground. *sigh*

"And another thing class, you may listen to music individually if it helps you concentrate. No sharing with others, and I would prefer silence. You may speak with your elbow partner but if you're too loud. I will reduce the time you have to work on this. When I talk, you take your earbuds out. If I catch a single person disobeying, I'll eliminate the previlage. Understood?" Ms.Susanna Lee said in a stern voice. She heard all of the mumbled yeses and continues to talk about shading to her class. But quarter after 9, everyone was working on their realistic drawing. Ms.Susanna Lee satisfied, sits at her desk in silence and organizes history for after lunch.

Yumi felt so horrible, especially when he back away. Her face was bright red as she held a hand out, but he went back to sit down. Yumi felt even more embarrassed when she realized that the teacher was yelling at the whole class... This is all my fault... Yumi zoomed down the aisle and sat at the back of the class, in the corner, beside the window. Yumi held her head down, almost feeling the eyes of half the class planted on her. Yumi decided now wouldn't be the greatest time to cry, so she sucked it up and knew she had to do something about Takashi. He's scared of girls... Isn't he? I think I know what to do... Yumi looked at Izumi, and an idea popped in her head. She had forgotten all about the incident and ripped out a piece of paper from her notepad.

Dear Mayaru-san,

Hey! Please tell your cousin that I want to talk to her, the next time you see her. It would be very appreciated. Thank you!

P.S. We should talk more! You've been in my class for as long as I can remember... But we haven't really been friends. I'd love to start a friendship with your cousin as well.

Yumi Nakamura~

Yumi smiled to herself, very satisfied with the note she made. She wasn't really one to pass notes in class, but it was important this time. She waited until Ms. Lee wasn't looking, crumpled up the paper, then she threw it towards his desk. Unfortunately, she hit his head. She let out a light gasp and covered her mouth with her hands. Oh no, would did I just do that?!

Takashi didn't even notice when Ms. Lee started yelling at the class, or when she explained what they were going to be doing, which was very unlike Takashi. Normally, he would be listening with all of his attention, but he still couldn't get over the girl - Yumi? - crashing into him.

Finally, he decided to stop mulling over it and try to figure out what they were doing. What subject is this, anyway? I completely forgot. Takashi lifted his head to catch a few of the words Ms. Lee was saying:

"... I talk, you take your ear buds out. If I catch a single person disobeying, I'll eliminate the previlage. Understood?"

Takashi mumbled a small "Yes," even though he had no idea what she was saying before that. Ear buds? Huh? Takashi looked around and saw people with a piece of paper and a pencil. By the way their hands were moving, it didn't look like they were writing. Some people also had earphones in their ears.

Oh, right, it's art class. Of all the subjects Takashi was good at, art was one of his weaknesses. Stick figures, that's my artistic talent. Well, unless it's musical arts.

Takashi hesitantly picked up his pencil and started doodling. Once he was finished, he realized that he wasn't over with the crashing incident. He was doodling someone running into another person.

Takashi dropped his pencil and smacked his forehead. Arg, I need to get over it! It's done, it's in the past, and I'm pretty sure nobody even cares about it anymore! He dropped his head to his desk again. He let a few minutes pass before he brought it up.

"Knowing me, though, I'm probably not going to get over this until next week," He accidentally whispered. He quickly covered his mouth with his hands and blushed.

Great, now they're really going to think I'm weird! Focus, Takashi, focus! He quickly picked up his pencil and spent the rest of class trying to draw a cat.

~~~~
OOC: I'm sorry this is basically just Takashi thinking about useless things. >///<
Ms. Susanna Lee noticing the time, it was almost time for her seniors to go to Mr. Roland King for math class. It was 9:55am, and she looks up at all of her students sitting there quietly drawing and some even listening to music.
"Alright class... listen up..." She waited for all of her students to stop talking or take their earbuds out. "Thank you, alright, it is almost time for math so... I would like all of the pencils carefully placed back into their boxes and all of your papers stacked on my desk on your way out and hurry so you're not late. If you have any questions regarding art or history after lunch, see me immiediately after math class. I'll be in my classroom. That's all so... get out." Ms. Susanna Lee smiled as she dismissed her class.
She knew that Mr. Roland King, her co-worker was having a hangover monday, officially... math doesn't start until ten after ... ten. So she decided to throw him an email quickly from her tablet.
"Roland King,
Hey, it is Susanna, I understand your condition for today and I wish you the best, I had utter chaos in my classroom this morning and I just hope that they are well behaved, If any of them misbehaves... please let me know. I will have a talk with them. I pulled a ruler out of my knee-high sock and slammed it on a desk and scared the crap out of everyone. So, just email me back at lunch and tell me how things go. Thanks a bunch!
Sincerely, Susanna Lee"
Ms. Susanna Lee sends her email and then leans back in her chair, what a morning! She thought as she was looking through all of her seniors' drawings. Her classroom was finally quite...
