Physical Description
Koji is very very short for his age, making him seem a lot younger than he is. Most people think of him as being more around 13 or 14 years old instead of his actual age of 20. His hair is long and he usually keeps it in a small braid. He usually wears a black tank top, black pants, combat boots, either one white glove on his right hand or on both hands, and a red trench coat. He can usually be seen with a smile on his face, whether devious or sincere, it will almost always be there. He usually wears his coat even when its warm out because he prefers to not show off his scar, since the story behind it is more embarrassing than epic. He wears the gloves because he sees it as being a classic look that never goes out of style no matter what others say.

Koji is a very up-beat sort of person, he prefers to look on the brighter side of life; trying to make people laugh, smile, and to laugh and smile as much as is humanly possible. He is naturally born leader, he likes to be able to be in control of any given situation and reassure people that it will turn out for the best. This makes it hard that he isn't the leader of the Sohma group and that he has to follow the rules. When he has to follow rules he turns into a bit of a brat. He'll throw minor tantrums and stomp away, though when it comes to the Sohma leader he has to still listen whether he likes it or not. He tends to think of himself very highly. He holds a lot a pride and when it comes to his size you'll want to avoid the topic. Say one wrong thing and he can loose his temper. He isn't one that learns well and is usually late to most things, making school rather hard for him. While in class he would start inventing new technology or daydreaming new ideas. Though he reasonably good at math, he would have to put in more effort to be considered a "genius", but to him there are better uses of his time. He likes to be around people and even though he can't hug girls that doesn't mean he won't try and flirt with them. This makes him quite the ladies man as well, though it never gets past flirtatious grins and blushing (on the girl's side).

Just Can't Wait to be King - From the Lion King
History
The beginning of his life is like most in the Sohma family, he was no exception. His parents freaked out when they found out what he was and so the other members took him in. At first, in elementary school, he was home-schooled, but then they tried sending him to school after that for high school. He didn't do well, he was late for almost all his classes and was failing. The Sohma leader wanted him to continue to try, but he gave up saying he didn't like it there and so he dropped out. He joined a garage to work at and from there he started his life. He likes working at the garage and has made a sort of family for himself there. Some of the others in the Sohma family resent Koji for not listening and dropping out of school, but to Koji they're a bunch of dweebs that can reap what they sew and let him live his life the way he wants.
Thoughts on Other Characters
Kutaki, he sees her as being very quiet and because of this they never really talked too much. He knows she nice, so he gives her the benefit of the doubt if something happens though being more of a leader type if something bad happens he'll try to help her out as best he can. In all honesty their mostly just know each other and that's it.
Hisako, he thinks she is a great person and a true friend in his eyes. He cares for her and when things go wrong for her he will personally help her out. He admires her upbeat attitude and how strong she when life gets her down. In his eyes he sees as being really close with her, he seems to know her pretty well and they talk/hang out quite often.
Masaru, he thinks of as an average friend, nothing close, but not quite like a stranger as Kutaki. He likes going out with Masaru, though he isn't sure what to do when Masaru starts to show his insecure side and when that happens he'll awkwardly leave the room just out not knowing how to handle a situation like that. He isn't overly protective of Masaru, finding that he can usually get himself out, though he'll keep an eye out and if it seems he is beyond his skills Koji will swoop in with help.
Keiko, he thinks she seems nice, but past that he doesn't really know her. He still tries to talk to her and get her out of her comfort zone, but he knows the limits and knows when to stop, but that doesn't mean he'll stop forever, he'll just pick up where he left off the next time he sees her.
Mei, she is one of Koji's closets friends. Even though she's more free-spirited than he is they both don't like following rules which has made them the dynamic duo for trouble. It took years, but now Koji knows not to boss Mei around even though that's his base instinct in a lot of situations. He has helped her out of a lot of bad situations and in return she has done the same. As mentioned before they both cause a lot of trouble, though Koji likes to keep some "leash" (for lack of a better word) so that they don't end up hurting someone in their pranks to defy rules.
Choko, he likes her quite a bit. She's energetic and honest, not to mention friendly. He admires her perseverance when doing a job. Though he has to say that he is working on her self-esteem, trying to get her to see what everyone else sees in her. This is proving to be difficult, but taking notes from her perseverance, he isn't going to give up soon.
Raiden, he really does not like all that much, and not just because the boy is the one who makes the rules. His punishments, Koji feels, are unnecessary when just a little scolding and disappointment would get the job done. Yes he understands the pressure he's under, but that isn't an excuse and even though Kutaki will say so, Koji feels it isn't an explanation.
Ichirou, he rather likes. A lot of people have said they're like twins...other than how they look. At that point in the conversation Koji loses his temper a bit. They have gone drinking a couple times with Masaru. They haven't had a lot of time to actually bond because they both have busy schedules that tend to clash with free-time, but Koji does want to try because he believes they could end up being great friends.
Seiki, he likes, he sometimes jokes that they're forever bros for life. He likes to hang out with him as often as he can whether it's going for a drink or just going for walk. Koji likes how up beat Seiki is and easy-going, he's someone you can really get a long with and Koji likes nothing better.
Satoshi, he thinks he's a good kid, though not much younger than himself this is what Koji calls Satoshi at least when he's not around. In all honesty Koji is a bit nervous what Satoshi would do to Koji call him that. He's good, but at times certain situations of the project variety he can get kind of scary. And also if you insult him but understanding that perfectly that one he can overlook and he may even help him fight.
Eri, what can he say other than the fact that she's the most adorable little kid in the Sohma family, and rightly so being the rabbit. He just wants to pick her up and squeeze her every time she walks into the room. He likes taking her out to the park sometimes and playing, one thing that he wants to help her with is to not loose the magic you have when you're kid and he will go to great lengths to makes sure she keeps the magic as long as possible.
Nozoma, he doesn't really like him at all and often the cat just raises his temper and impatience with the world which is odd for him. He tries his best to act normal around him, but sometimes he just can't and will leave the room in a hurry. There's just something about the cat that rubs Koji the wrong way.
Ayumi,
