Physical Description: Blackwing’s true form is a mass of eyes and tentacles, designed specifically to evoke images of horrifying beings from beyond the stars.

Personality: Blackwing is sadistic and manipulative, caring about nothing except the mass destruction of… well, all life, basically. Knowing that open declaration of his task and attempts at it would get him destroyed pretty quickly, he has taken many forms through the years, manipulating others into doing his objectives for him. As an agent of the Council he is called "the Madman" and uses cruel, often insane and senseless violence to achieve his goals.

History: The champion of one of the fallen gods around Valhalla Star, Blackwing volunteered to travel through time and space and ensure that Alex and Morbul would never kill one another, leaving Theo to live forever in suffering. Over time, messages from his patron goddess grew fewer and farther between, leaving him to wish to “call her back” from apparent death. He believes that the deaths of everyone on the planet, and indeed in pretty much every dimension, are a fair trade to see his patron goddess again.

Or he would if he weren't being leashed by The Council. He's tried to destroy many dimensions, but each time he was stopped by small groups of (admittedly powerful) Council members working together. Unfortunately they found he couldn't be permanently destroyed and would reform in a new dimension. Finding themselves unable to kill a demigod of death, they offered Blackwing a deal - work for them and he'd have a dimension to himself where he could see his patron goddess. This hasn't stopped him from attempting to slaughter dimensions or those in them at all, of course, but he's much less likely to try and kill everyone now... which makes him even more dangerous.

Equipment: Blackwing is a shapeshifter and can generate any weapon he wants.

Abilities: Blackwing is a shapeshifter, capable of taking any shape he desires, and wields powerful black magic, mostly centered around death and undeath. He is indeed powerful, but dares not draw too much attention to himself - through subterfuge and assassination is where Blackwing works best. Straight-up assaults tend to get everyone and their grandmother after him, and even everyone's grandmother can be strong enough to banish him if working hard enough.

Other: Blackwing is capable of being in multiple places at once, in multiple different forms, each form manipulating the human race towards his ultimate goal…
